Anti Fed Ed Warriors, here we are for article #5 in my September 2019 Workforce Development (aka Workforce Education) series.
So far, in the first installment, we covered the Senatorial Resolution (which the ENTIRE Senate agreed to support) declaring Sept. 2019 as “workforce development month”.
In Part 2, we covered how skill based education is killing academic based education.
Part 3 uncovered this workforce education shift is more about economics than personal freedom.
Part 4 showed you the global-to-federal-to-state-to-local chain of educratic BS supporting workforce aligned education.
So, what can I show you in Part 5? How the STEM/STEAM hype is 100% workforce education disguised as quality learning.
First, Some Background:
Warriors, if you’ve followed my blog long you know I’ve repeatedly shown you the proof that STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) is not American created (it’s from the UN, United Nations), nor is it intended for American education.
If you’ve not followed my blog very long, you’ll probable object to that last statement.
Believe me, I’ve heard from several anti CCSS Warriors, who will not accept that STEM is a tool for workforce prepped citizens carrying out every one of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). STEM is in the SDG Toolkit as the #1 change agent for our communities to align themselves to the ‘greater global good’.
So, since STEM isn’t American, how did it get inserted into education here? The term “STEM” is an acronym the NSF (National Science Foundation) coined at the UN’s encouraging, to market the agenda in a way that sounded like good education, but isn’t one bit. If you didn’t know this the NSF is a United States federally funded non-government agency. However, the federal power it carries out is tremendous. STEM was ‘rolled out’ about the time Common Core State Standards were. The ploy was to quietly insert them, so folks wouldn’t notice while all the attention was on CCSS.
Again, just another way to have government control of education. As far as workforce development in STEAM, it’s just as menacing as all the other overreaches. Howso? STEAM’s agenda is to have a ‘preK to gray’workforce.
Back in 2015, I gave you a 2 part article set on how the STEM agenda was embedded in WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), HEA (Higher Education Act), what would become ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) legislation, and, was all about workforce development.
So, Why Is “Stalking” In The Title?
Warriors, I chose ‘stalking’ for a couple of reasons. First, to get attention for the article. Secondly, to illustrate that the dictionary defines a stem as a ‘main part’ or a ‘stalk’ (as in a plant’s formation). Think about it, STEM was forced upon us as ‘education’ but the main part isn’t education, it’s workforce! It’s a workforce for a STEM nation and a STEM economy, too!

If you’re curious as to how DC feels about STEM/STEAM, I’ve got plenty of evidence to show you how our previous and current Administrations fully support STEM/STEAM. (*Note: that last highlighted link takes you to the U.S. Dept. of Education where you’ll see 7 federal education arms fully support STEM.)
Recently, Forbes published an article about the vital importance STEM education for a workforce is needed in America. When you read it, be sure to note the NFL cleats and that STEM is a part of the economic and social justice. That ‘economic justice’? That’s SDG #1 (end poverty). As we know, SDG#4 is quality education and SDG#8 is decent work for all. “Social justice” is woven into SDG#5 gender equality, as well as several others.
Warriors, can you see the ‘writing on the wall’? STEM is the change agent to have us conform, not remain free thinkers!
Warriors, how is a barely educated citizen supposed to survive in a conformed system?
Total dependence on the government, if the CCSS Machine gets its way.

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, it’s “Made in America” week, as proclaimed by the President of the USA. It’s also an opportunity to trot out every supposed positive move about job creation, the booming economy, and, innovation. The agenda supporting ALL of these 3 things? Workforce aligned education!
Workforce aligned education is something the President has gone out of his way to not only continue, but increase its power. Something VERY unconstitutional, too.
Warriors, as we know, the President is not the only DC official to fully back workforce aligned education. CongressLOVES it. The CCSS Machine loves it, too.
Educrats and corporate sell-outs all across our nation, from BOTH major political parties openly embrace workforce aligned education. If you don’t believe me, read the evidence, here.
As we also know, workforce aligned education has been re-branded about as many times as “Common Core State Standards” has been. Workforce aligned education is CTE: Career Tech Education; STEM/STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, (the Arts), and, Math; CCR: College and Career Readiness: PL: Personalized Learning; CBE/OBE: Competency Based Education aka Outcome Based Education, and whatever apprenticeship/internship or workstudy program your State has attached to all of these above.
Why or how? The federal overreaches between the U.S. Dept. of Labor and U.S. Dept. of Education. The workforce based alignment includes data mining, data tracking for life, assessments which pigeon-hole students of all ages and school choices for work/career tracks.These are also known by Career Clusters/Career Pathways, and Lifelong Learning.
The root of ALL of the workforce based/aligned education is the UN, United Nations. Especially through their SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals.
The support for the root of workforce aligned education, in America, is ‘off the charts’.
From one of my “Prudence Files” articles, the green denotes workforce ties.
This means the agenda, is also ‘off the charts’. What’s worse, Warriors, is this will be a driving force behind our upcoming elections in 2020.* Agenda dressed up as success is really a national failure. (*Note: the link above is Part 5 of my Prudence Files series, detailing all the Presidential candidates. You can easily access Parts 1-4, from this article as well.) Warriors, again, green denotes the workforce alignment support.
So, if you are celebrating the supposed good news about “Made in America” week, stop and consider what it is you are allowing to be carried out. Think about what it is you are really endorsing. Then, look at your children, your grandchildren, your young neighbors, and, little ones you meet around town. Look them in the eye and let them know that “Made in America” is really indentured servitude.

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my last article, we went over the Winter 2018 Brussels Education Declaration. In closing up that article, I shared with you the importance of taking a second (or for some, their first) look at this information. Why? Because the Declaration backed up the GEM Report for 2019. GEM is short for Global Education Monitoring.
This is worth looking at again (or may be for the first time) due to the fact that the UN/UNESCO will be using education as the vehicle to drive immigration changes to our nation.
Woven into these massive changes will be the epic failure of ‘climate change’. Also lumped in, will be what’s taught in formal and non-formal education settings. The GEM Report for 2019(Titled: Education on the Move) is close to 440 pages. Broken down over 20 chapters, this Report is entirely subjective from the viewpoint of migration and immigration. Also included are displaced citizens (either by force or choice). (*Note: the document will take a few minutes to open, due to its size.)
Lots of other educratic moves are being planned, thanks to this GEM Report. Is America planning on participating? You bet. No one asked We the People if this is what WE wanted, but nevertheless, we’ve been committed to shifting education to this global ‘tune’.
****It’s my suggestion that you take the last article (Brussels) and this one to compare and share with your leaders of authority. If they do not know what we face, as a nation, then how can we expect them to use their authority to help us?****
For the remainder of this article, I’ll share the most ‘need to know’ epic fails for American education ‘hidden’ within this massive global movement we’re ‘signed up’ for.
GEM 2019 Notes:
1) The Report claims itself to be ‘timely’ and the international community finalizes 2 pacts (Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migrationand theGlobal Pact on Refugees). *Note: Both were adopted or signed in Dec. 2018. In the Executive Summary portion of the Report, the very first line you read contains “Leave no one behind”. UN/UNESCO feels it’s one of the most globally encompassing statements of all time. Educratic Epic Fail #1: The Report also states it combines these with SDG #4, Quality Global Education for All.
Educratic Epic Fail #2:By combining both pacts to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), no one, anywhere will be ‘left behind’. Warriors, where have we heard this sentiment before? The ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act) re-authorization called “No Child Left Behind”.
2) The Report serves as a ‘reminder’ that it’s our (collective) moral obligation to provide education, especially to those who are displaced locally or internationally, immigrating, or, migrating. If we don’t we are all squandering human potential. How? Because no centralized, streamlined system for education and training is firmly in place, these are thepeople most likely to ‘fall through the cracks’. By investing in education, economies will be developed and boosted.
Educratic Epic Fail #3: Education is a privilege. It’s not a moral obligation. Education has pigeonholed millions of Americans into workforce tracks. By forcing education to become a shell of itself, the globalization has ruined academics.
3) The Report goes on to wax elegant about teachers needing to be trained to handle all diversity, cultural, multilingual, and psychology needs. That well designed curriculum should positively address diversity, critical skills, challenge existing prejudices, and, cause ‘positive ripples’ across the world.
Educratic Epic Fail #4:Warriors, how many of us have seen the overloading of ourteachers with everything EXCEPT academics? Teachers were licensed to teach, not to be counselors, mental health professionals, or ‘jacks/jills of all trades’.
4) Because so many people are on the move (so the GEM claims), we must design education to fit them, not just host locations or host nations. Because education is such a global moral obligation the Education Cannot Wait Fund(ECW)is going to be used to create this change in ‘mobile’ education. (*Note: the ECW was created in 2016 at the World Humanitarian Summit. To date, the US has given $21 million. ECW is hosted by UNICEF and is a mix of P3s (public private partnerships), corporate foundations, philanthropists, and public funds.)
Educratic Epic Fail #5: It’s been proven by so many folks in America, that no amount of funds has ‘fixed’ education. Why are we still pretending it does?
GEM 2019 Helpers:
Warriors, the GEM Report did give us some clues as to which CCSS Machine member groups are helping further this educratic epic fail. They are the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), The University of PA (for their cumulative childhood behavior and diversity), Strength Through Diversity Project, Institution for International Education (based in NY), the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, and the MasterCard Foundation. Are there other CCSS Machine member groups not named but involved? Yes, you know there are.
GEM 2019 Themes:
Warriors, the authors of the Report used the immigration/displacement/refugee status in some overall themes. They are: deprivation causes need; order/disorder; will vs coercion; welcome vs rejection. The overall message to these themes? Since no everyone can adapt well, we must ‘level’ education/training.
GEM 2019 Money:
Funding global education is big business. Denmark leads the world ($73 million). America is 8th with $21 million. Warriors, below is a screen shot of Chapters 1-4. Notice how the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) can be tied into the GEM 2019 Report as an educratic epic fail:

GEM 2019 Assimilation Strategies:
Warriors, according to the Report, migration (regardless of why) and displacement intersect with education and training. Because the intersect, definite impact is also experienced.
Assimilation is the goal.
HOW to assimilate is broken down in several ways. For example, we must globally accommodate education by a commitment to fulfill the internationally accepted human right to educate. By adjusting education in this way, social cohesion is achieved. Governments increasing their education ‘responsibilities’ can see more inclusion and less conflict. To meet everyone’s needs ALL forms of educating will be accepted, formal, non-formal, community based, and privately.
More assimilation tactics include funding for education as well as humanitarian efforts and development efforts which will connect to education. One way this will play out is in updating resources like outdated textbooks (filled with bad attitudes). Other ways? Financial literacy, recognizing competencies in work skills and education (better access to the job market), and, assessments tied to data mining.

International Community (includes the US) Sharpening Tools for SDG #4:
Warriors, how does the GEM for 2019 lay out these tools? Power and money are the biggest two. Then there’s the assessments and tests which will use data trails to the UN to monitor us all. Turning the agenda to shift education toward immigration and displacement has shoved the issue to a ‘high level political item’. This ‘item’ is the key focus on an upcoming forum(July 2019).
Other sharpening tools include ‘beefing up’ graduation rates; starter education younger (aka early childhood education); turning education into CTE (Career Tech Education) and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) exclusively; using OBE (Outcome Based Education aka CBE, Competency Based Education) for education/training for work; global citizenship; safe schools; embedding the SDGs; scholarships provided for education/training by P3s, corporations, and the government; globally trained teachers; and, using education in all the other SDGs for ‘decent work’.
The biggest ‘sharpening tool’? Legislation and policy moves for immigration, migration, and refugees. Warriors, sitting in Congress, right now areover 200 immigration related bills! From my quick search, only 2 fit the GEM Report of 2019 to a ‘tee’.

Warriors, if ever there was a time to be concerned about our nation, I’d say this is it. Immigration/migration/displacement come from within our shores and from outside ALL our borders. However, education IS the change agent we should be focusing on. Walls, or lack of them, have NOT stopped this UN led takeover of our schools! Walls, or in spite of them; education will continue to shift to workforce unless WE stop it.

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, no doubt the headlines are causing your heads to feel like ‘Holy cow! When will this end?’ I totally understand. While D.C. is ‘rocking’ and Hollywood is ‘knocking’, there IS a lot happening.
However, as we’ve seen before, distractions of these kinds usually play out while the ‘real story’ is muted somewhere in the background.
Warriors, it’s blurring lines. Lines of truth; lines of communication; and, lines of information.
So, has the ‘real story’ already happened and we don’t know it? It’s possible. It’s also possible the timing isn’t right.
Here’s one ‘story’ I think may be PART of the D.C. reality being buried by the headlines.
Blurring Education Lines:
Flashback to 2017, Supreme Court’s ruling for Trinity Lutheran Church (Columbia, MO) vs Comer (MO’s Director for the MO Dept. of Natural Resources).
Warriors, the Church had a preschool and a day care center. At that time the Center did carry the Church’s name but was a separate entity. Then, the Center and Church merged. The Center was now on Church property. The Center’s ‘non profit’ status stayed with the Center, even on Church grounds. When the Center wanted to upgrade their playground, they applied for a grant given by the MO Dept. of Natural Resources. The Center was denied because it was not just a Center, but a Church. The Church (and the Center) sued in Federal Court. The Center/Church claimed its freedom of expression (under the First Amendment) had been violated. The Dept. of Nat’l Resources had a strict policy that churches didn’t qualify for the type of grants being offered (based on MO law that no government aid for funding could go to any religious group or church).
If you want to learn HOW it ended up in the U.S. Supreme Court, you can read the 55 page syllabus, here. How did the case end? “The Court today reaffirms that “denying a generally available benefit solely on account of religious identity imposes a penalty on the free exercise of religion that can be justified,” if at all, “only by a state interest ‘of the highest order.’”
March 2019, DeVos’s Lines:
On March 11, 2019, the U.S. Dept. of Education released thisnews(added emphasis is mine):
(*Notes: a: The2010 Congressional Concernswill cite religious funding issues on Pages 5 and 6. b) Back in 2015, I exposedCAPE’s ties to the CCSS Machine, so it’s really NOT that surprising Sec. DeVos was speaking to them. Appearances like that help blur lines frequently. c) CAPE did publish adocumentexplaining how ESSA was their ‘friend’. Religious groups will be able to use Title One funds for services, under ESSA. d) In 2014, the hiddenCCSS assessmentsused in a Catholic private school.)
The Hill’sarticle on DeVos’s lines at CAPE, share that she will amend, stop, or look over existing religious education funding and eligibility programs. The article also ties into her family’s ties to Hillsdale College (where they support K-12 charters as public-private choices). Higher education will also be lumped into the religious relaxing of lines.
So what’s the REAL Story? By blurring these lines, the federal government will use the ‘school choice’ tax credits and/or ESAs (education savings accounts) to have free access to religious based schools. This will also bring in federal overreach and alignment BY being allowed into the religious schools at ALL levels. It means that whatever freedom your religious school offers will now be compromised!
HOWEVER, the OTHER, untold part of the story is this, by Christian based groups claiming their 1st Amendment rights need to be upheld, so do all those other groups considered to be religions. For example, the Church of Satan fought for AND won it’s First Amendment rights to be included in education.
This also brings up Muslim faith based groups. What if you don’t want Sharia practices in education? Too bad, under this ‘relaxation’, the door is now open. What about those Post-Modern or Marxist based religions? These too.
So, by relaxing your education stance for one group, means EVERY group considered BY The Dept. of Defense, The IRS, etc., can be lumped in as well. In 2017, the U.S. Dept. of Defense announced that the list of federally recognized religious groups in the US was around221. (*Note: The IRS, the Dept. of Defense and several other U.S. federal agencies overreach into education due to the CCSS Machine and violations of the U.S. Constitution.)
Topping the list, at least in the Hill article, Humanism. Earth-based worship was also pointed out in the article.
Warriors, this openly blurs the lines so that all the UN’s SDGs (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) earth-based, humanistic views are more accessible and easily embedded! Warriors, look at what the U.S. State Dept (or Dept of the State) has in place for religious activities:
Almost reading like the State Dept’s Plan is straight from the pages of the UN, theNational Strategyis another open line for globalism. The underlying story here, is that religion will be watered down and homogenized so that everyone will be ‘at peace’.
So, why would a seemingly ‘righteous line’ carried by Sec. DeVos cause us pause? DeVos has proven she is a globalism disciple repeatedly. By using education as a bully pulpit to align American education to the UN’s workforce based ‘birth to death’ treadmill of ‘lifelong learning’ is not only egregious or unpatriotic, it’s criminal!!!
Blurred Lines for Title 9:
This 2019 relaxation DeVos is carrying out will not only impact Title One funding, but Title 9. In 2018,Real Clear Educationstated that religious exemptions in the funding were all but left out of the headlines. How will this impact private religious schools? Federal funding. Warriors, if we’re going to see one side of the line protest about separation of church and state, WHY are private religious schools taking federal funds?! How long will it be before we need government permission to worship God?
ESSA/Immigration Blurred Lines in Education:
Long before DeVos uttered her 2019 edict for blurring lines, plenty of intersection was going on between church and state, in education.
In 2017, I gave you an update on CAPE and theblurred linesbetween State Social Services and churches. In response to that article, camethis one where it was pointed out the federal government funnels refugee and immigration funds through churches AND it’s used in educational classes.
After ESSA was passed, I warned you of the passages and mandates that would overreach into religious education. Themental health overreacheswill include faith based groups. How private education ofEVERY type(including homeschools) would be assimilated.
Bring Up This Line With Your Pastors:
Warriors, in 2018, Ichallenged Pastor and every Americanwho cares about preserving our religious freedoms with some hard hitting questions. Where will they draw the line as shepherds when it comes to their flocks and the overreaches into education? The CCSS Machine has already crossed the line into the church’s territory. The question is what will the American church do to throw the Machine back over that line?
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, As we’ve known for a while now, the HEA (Higher Education Act) is up for a re-authorization. Frankly, it’s been up for a total re-authorization since 2008, the last time it was recycled. Since 2008, the HEA has been renewed. Meaning the funding to keep HEA has been updated.
With the updates in funds between then and now, little changes have been made here and there to keep up with the embedded unity between HEA, ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), STEM Act of 2015 (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and all that connects this ‘unholy quad’ of federal overreach.
Warriors, we’ve also heard several times since the CCSS Machine first started grinding away, that HEA is the last link in the chain to mandate (from the feds, down) workforce based education from cradle to grave. We also know Sen. Lamar Alexander swore as soon as ESSA passed into law (late 2015) that HEA was next on his radar.
The 115th Congressional Session did come very close to passing a new version of the HEA, both versions were stuck in their respective Committees and expired when the 116th Congressional Session was sworn in.
It’s been said that before Sen. Alexander retired HEA would be be passed. He retires in 2020. (Note the rotten apples below)
How do I know HR 4508 and S 615 have been retired?
According to the unidentified male clerk in Rep. Virginia Foxx’s office, HR 4508 will not be coming back in that same form. When I asked if Rep. Foxx had plans of re-introducing it (since it was ‘her’ bill in the first place), I got told there was no news on that. If there was, I’d get a letter, as in a ‘snail mail’ letter.
In the Senate, no mention whatsoever of S 615 can be seen from the current Session. So, we’ll have to wait, right? Not so fast, Warriors! (*Note: If you have an leads on re-introductions of these massive bills, please, share them! Thank you)
While I haven’t found current legislation to re-authorize the ENTIREHEA, I have found several bills which AMEND it.
There are several, and we’re just in the first part of the 116th’s Session. (*Note: of the list below, you can sign up for alerts to any Bill you choose. Go to www.congress.gov, type in the Bill Letter(s) and numbers and choose ‘alerts’.)
HR 792(Opportunities for Success) will amend the HEA’s Section 441. That section focuses on federal work study programs as well as complete ‘other purposes’. (*Note: as we’ve learned together, ‘other purposes’ is a phrase DC uses to cover their backsides when hiding things they don’t want us to discover.) Staring at $1.5 billion for FY 2020 (and increasing thereafter), HR 792 expands both the opportunity for ‘work based learning’ as well as the definition of what ‘work based learning’ is. Bottom line: blurs the lines between education and labor for streamlined workforce education.
HR 1153 amends HEA for ELLs (English Language Learners) **As of this article no Bill text is available. The summary states it directs Sec. DeVos to award grants to higher education institutions to teach English.
HR 1161 amends HEA for clearer, more concise federal student loan information. **As of this article no Bill text is available. The summary does state the nebulous ‘other purposes’ is in this Bill.
HR 625(PROPEL Act, Professional Pell Education Learning Act) amends HEA (Section 401) to expand who can qualify forPell Grantsfor certain trade schools. The ‘certain’ trade schools will be those which either teach skill based trades, flight schools, apprenticeships, and on-the-job training which can be completed in less than 15 weeks, 16 semester hours, 24 quarter hours or 600 clock hours. These schools don’t have to be accredited by a nationally recognized association. Bottom line: do we really want barely qualified pilots or other trades? Why are we fast tracking our students of all ages?
S 416 amends the HEA so that those with special circumstances can qualify federal student aid. **As of this article no Bill text is available.
HR 640 (Student Simplification Aid Act) amends not only the HEA, but IRS Code as well. This will open up the data collection/sharing even moreso than at current rate, between the IRS and the U.S. Dept. of Education. This type of increase can best be described as ‘student data rape’. Bottom line: any contractor, sub-contractor, federal agency, cooperative partner has access to not only student data but family data.
S 468 amends Title II of the HEA (Professional Development) for ‘quality enhancement’. **As of this article no Bill text is available.
S234/HR 811 (identical sister bills) (Transparency in Student Lending Act) amends the HEA for financial disclosure rates. Bottom line: with student debt so high will rates continue to increase at the fed’s control?
S 379 amends the IRS Code for 529 Accounts to include new higher education credentialing. **As of this article there is no Bill text for this.
HR 786 amends theMineral Leasing Actto use federal funds in K-12 and public higher education. Bottom line: federal funds sent to States to ‘supplement’ education is unconstitutional.
HR 653 (Expanding Access to the Workforce through Dual Enrollment Act of 2019) This Bill will establish or expand programs for CTE (Career Tech Education) where bridges between secondary and post-secondary schools. Also known as dual enrollment or concurrent enrollment as well as ‘other purposes’. Bottom line: Each eligible school/institution will receive up to $1 million dollars for aligning academics to workforce based education.
S 532/HR 1229 (identical sister bills)amends the HEA for teacher loan forgiveness in connection with the Armed Forces and ‘other purposes’. **As of this article no Bill text is available.
HR 662 (REACH Act), Report and Educate About Campus Hazing amends the HEA and provides for ‘other purposes’. This Bill defines what ‘hazing’ is; will involve partnerships between campuses and police enforcement; requires on-campus education. **Bottom line: What group will be providing the education? What, if any, slant will be included? How much funding will be earmarked?
HR 65 (Enhancing Educational Opportunities for Home School Students Act) amends the IRS Code to expand what expenses 529 Accounts will cover. **Bottom line: not only will K-12 expenses be included, but dual enrollment and some higher education items. (*Note: a related bill, HR 1084, Section 301, expands 529 accounts.)
S220 (529 Expansion and Modernization Act) this Bill will amend the 1986 IRS Code (as does HR 1084) covering 529 accounts for the costs of apprenticeships, early education, and related items. **Bottom line: this is one of the first pieces of federal legislation I’ve seen where the cradle to grave system connects to money. Apprenticeships fall under CTE, Career Tech Education and tie to U.S. Labor. Early ed ties to U.S. Education. Another sign of a merger?
HR 778 (Educational Freedom Accounts) this Bill is for the District of Columbia to expand‘school choice’. Eligible students must be enrolled in public school (including charters, excluding homeschooling). **Bottom line: this Bill extends the ‘freedom’ of choice all the way to higher education, includes tutoring, and other types of services. Why is a NC Representative sponsoring this?
HR 334 (New Collar Jobs Act) will increaseeducation for cyberspace jobsand ‘other purposes’. Amends the IRS Code of 1986 to increase employer contributions. Amends HEA for student loan repayments. Will definitely tie to STEM funds, jobs, and education. **Bottom line: creates a CyberCorps scholarship for service program & increases federal cybersecurity contracts. This reeks of glorified ‘indentured servitude’, does it not?
HR 1094 (World Language Advancement and Readiness Act) will find the U.S. Dept. of Defense, the National Intelligence Agency, and, the U.S. Dept. of Education inpartnership. Defense will offer competitive grants to States to increase world languages in K-12th grades. So that in higher education, world readiness isn’t such a hassle. **Bottom line: portions of the federal footprint in education will shift to Defense funding. The global readiness is geared for the economy, not education. This Bill should die quickly, but has many co-sponsors (main sponsor is from NC).
HR 399 (PATH Act, Pre-Apprenticeships To Hardhats Act) puts U.S. Labor in charge of developing paths for low-income and rural populations for CTE education, P3s (public private partnerships), and extend fromK-12 to veterans. **Bottom line: portions of the federal footprint in education will shift to Labor funding via competitive grants to States. Will allow for curriculum to shift to employer based needs, not academic prowess.
S 275/HR 898 (Skills Investment Act) (identical sister bills) will amend the IRS Code of 1986 for ‘lifelong learning accounts’. Will codify the change via switching from “Coverdell Education Savings Accounts” to “Coverdell Lifelong Learning” Accounts. Will instantly convert existing ESAs to lifelong learning ones. **Bottom line: the ‘follow the money’ follows the child for two reasons, a) data rape and b) career tracking. This system is based on the pay-as-you-go and is unconstitutional!
HR 827 (AI Jobs Act) lumps in ‘background summary’ in the long title of this Bill. “AI” is short for ‘Artificial Intelligence’. U.S. Laborwill head up the collaborative effort to streamline data rape for workforce needs and then strain it all through education. Will encompass STEM education, workforce, and economy. This Bill will use community colleges as the ‘tool of choice’ for much of the alignment (thus amending the HEA). **Bottom line: this will train us for those 21st century jobs as well as track us to no end. Seeing how the federal government defines AI is truly spooky and shouldn’t be glossed over.
Okay, Warriors, there you have it, the list of HEA amendments which prove out a few things: a) Many federal agencies have overreached (and will get to continue that process) into education to bastardize it. b) Look how few actually have anything to do will ‘real’ education and everything to do with trained minions. c) The global UN led STEM is woven into our education, funding, jobs, economy, and finally ourselves. Just like it was forecast back in 2010. d) Do you see the ‘choice’ bastardization via those ESAs (education savings accounts)? If ever anyone needed proof these accounts are 100% bogus, these Bills should do the trick. e) Our legislators are not hiding the global economy or workforce agenda at all. With the blatant use of ‘lifelong learning’, it gives total credence and support to the OECD’s (Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development) rhetoric.
Warriors, the OECD is in cooperation with the UN and the US is in membership of BOTH.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, as we start a new month and await the results of the 2018 mid-term elections, I’ve got a few things to share.
I’m not sure about you, but I’m puzzled that no matter what I’ve been sharing, as far as anti global or fed-led education news, I’m being told it’s not that important, that it all needs to wait until AFTER the 6th of November. THEN, we can get back to fighting the overreaches in education. I’ve also been told that anti fed education overreach evidence I’ve found isn’t a big enough deal to actually come to fruition.
Really?! What if those folks we need to get information to could actually shift the votes if they have the facts NOW and not later? What about those candidates who might truly NOT know all the facts; the opportunity to inform them will either be non-existent, or, not long enough to make a difference. What about the danger in our assumption that Congress would actually STOP creating federally led education overreach?
My point is simply this: EVERYDAY is the BEST day to fight to save our students! We shouldn’t be the type of citizens who load all our eggs in one basket (mid-term elections) while the varmints nip at our baskets. We do not have the luxury of time on our sides. Quite the opposite, we should be using every moment to continue to inform others! We’ve seen the CCSS Machine use this against us. We cannot be lulled into a false sense of security. We must be diligent, we must be prepared!!
Let’s face it, Warriors, the federal Congress will not have much time to conduct our business after the November 6th elections. I’m pretty sure your State legislators will be on a less-busy track, too. From what I found both the House and Senate will be in session from 11/13-16 and 11/27-30th. In December, both meet 12/4-7th and 10th-13th. Then, both are back beginning Jan. 3rd, 2019 with the 116th Session. (The US Senate plans to meet on 11/26 and 12/3-4, 14th) So, in that respect I can understand why some would want to slack off a bit in our War Vs the Core. However, WE cannot be those types of people who’d rather react than be ready.
We’ve not got the time to loose! While those seeking office are distracted, what are some of the things we should be looking forward to (as well as preparing for) in 2019?
Showing Us The Money:
First, if you missed it, all those federally led overreaches in the FY 2019 Appropriations Bills which were passed into law, will kick in. Don’t be surprised if you see more STEM federal legislation, either. (STEM is Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Why STEM? STEM is a tool of the United Nations and their Agenda 2030. As we get closer to 2030, expect way more STEM in America from federal and State levels.
Part of the federal educratic overreach will be coming at us from the U.S. Dept. of HHS (Health and Human Services). In fact the US HHS has2019 Goals of their own. The main one? Expansion of government run health care. It very much intersects via ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) Just one of the ways is the workforce pipeline.

Then, there’s the Kaiser Family Foundation (as in Kaiser Permanente tied to the Centers for Disease Control and their united efforts with Rockefeller for resilience education) Report which gives their outlook on FY 2019 as far as health care costs (associated with Medicaid) increasing. Part of the reason why? Those expanded and increasing behavioral health care and mental health programs. (Gee, the fact they’re popping up in schools wouldn’t increase the costs as well, would it?)
Then, There’s The Labor:
In 2019, Congress will get to vote on the new NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement). It’s been re-branded, too. The new name is USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement). NAFTA/USMCA has a Labor Advisory Committee (LAC). In the LAC Report from 2018 the Committee is basically trying to scare Congress into submission, from the way the language reads.
For example, the LAC tells Congress that USMCACOULD negatively impact the US workforce. How? existing NAFTA conditions have already reduced income for non-college workers in trade industries. Those who have graduated college and work in the trade industries are also facing a smaller pay check.
Their research says 2/3 of Americans are non-college graduates. The solution? Everything the LAC suggests. The main suggestions? Prepare the workforce for jobs of the future. There’s also rebuild the economy and modernize infrastructure (code for job training supersedes academics; and data tracking systems)!
Warriors, this has been the CCSS Machine plan all along. It completely gels with the UN (United Nations) and their SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
LAC also reported that the new NAFTA (USMCA) could negatively impact all US public services and our property taxes. Warriors, basically, the USMCA would give more economic teeth to current policies which involve labor.

Since part of the globalization of America involves education, healthcare, and labor, you may find the cost of going global is steeper than we realize.
Sure, the UN’s saying via their SDGs that the world will have quality education (ie: one way to learn so you can earn); that all poverty will be gone (ie: we’ll all be the same pay level); and that health care will be superior (ie: we will be micromanaged and controlled), has anyone really looked at what Americans will have to sacrifice to go from total freedom to total control? Has anyone calculated the loss of life to make all this happen? Has there been anyone to say, ‘Hey wait, paychecks matter. I want to feed my family and be independent!’
I did find 2 such articles which counter the spin of the MSNBC article as well as the LAC Report. I think you may find them worthwhile in reading.
Then, read the recent BBC article where surgeons are loosing dexterity to operate. How? The educratic shift!! We’ve often said in our War Vs the Core that we knew this type of situation would occur. It has begun….
Warriors, 2019 is the “Year of the Pig” according to the Chinese calendar. While it is considered to be a great thing (blessed with a super personality and have great fortune), to me it’s ironic. Why? We have had so much lipstick on a pig CCSS Machine moves to date, it’s amazing we’re not all knee deep in pig poop. To see 2019 contain more of the same? UGH!
Why We Should Watch The Economy:
Warriors, like it or not, the CCSS Machine has lock, stock, and barrel tied education to the economy. So has Congress. So has the United Nations.
Education tied to the economy makes us easier to data mine and track. Education has become a weapon used against us. Our students from all ages and educational choices are being sacrificed. The cost isn’t simply dollars and cents.
Here are some documents for the global 2019 impacts we face as Americans:
1) The UN World Economic Status (NAFTA is embedded in this), education is embedded 10 times, workforce is woven in 6 different ways. “2019” appears 144 times, and, technology is present 20 times.
2) Much of the educratic CCSS Machine shift in education can be traced to private finances. CCSS Machine member Goldman Sachs (GS) provides this document for their clients. ‘2019’ is mentioned 8 times (mostly to say they feel a recession could happen, but not likely), there is no mention of education, however. ‘Labor’ is embedded in this report 7 times. The biggest tie to GS and the educratic shift bowing to the economy is the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. I covered how that impacts education head on in this article.
3) From the World Bank:
(Source) From this June 2018 World Bank Document on Global Economic Prospects, education is embedded 17 different times. All of them tie directly to jobs and economic growth as well as ‘skill attainment’.
4) From the U.S. based “Conference Board, Inc.” a slightly gloomier aspect for jobs in 2019. However, the reason I’m including it here, is the paragraph you see below: “The new United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, the successor to the North American Free Trade Agreement, largely keeps provisions governing commerce between the three countries the same. This should come as a relief to businesses in most industries. One notable exception is the auto industry which must not only contend with continued steel tariffs, but also stepped up requirements on worker compensation and the use of components from outside the three countries. With auto sales and employment trends already flat to declining, industry executives must respond to a riskier environment. Upward wage pressure will be further exacerbated by a shortage of blue-collar workers who are seeing their wages rise faster than their white-collar counterparts.” (Source)
In 2019, don’t be surprised if you see an increased amount of attention placed on indigenous languages. The United Nations has declared 2019 as “The Year of Indigenous Languages”. This reaffirms the UN 2016 Indigenous Resolution’s efforts to make sure no one is left out of the shift to adhering to Agenda 2030. (Where you’ll find the SDGs.) That said, you’ll see an increase in Agenda 2030 hype, programming, and everything which connects the UN to us. Oh, and STEM (as a main tool to shift education from academics to workforce based)? Plenty of national, regional, and international events in 2019. All for the ‘next generation of learners’.
Expect more fodder from Congress, too, Warriors. Like this email excerpt from the Chairwoman of the U.S. House’s Education and Workforce Committee, (Foxx):
Her pledge is in full support of the President’s Pledge. Part of that Pledge? An expansion in US government with an entire new Council for Workforce aligned education. IF you care to see the Ed/Workforce hype video, here it is.
Warriors, there will be more to watch for in 2019, but all the things I’ve featured above directly play into the elections of 2018, but it seems no one wants to consider how much these things do.
No matter how red or blue you vote, know that BOTH parties are directly responsible for the educratic nightmare we’re faced with daily. Neither will ‘fix’ it or ‘ditch’ what’s been years in the making. They love the attention, control, and profit too much.
We need Independent representatives. Constitutional representatives. Folks like you and I, who care, who fight, who don’t sell out to the CCSS Machine.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, as promised this is the follow up article to last week’s Women on the Wall Conference call, as well was stated in my last article.
In the article I showed you how NASBE(National Assoc. of State Boards of Education) is doing more to align State Boards of Education to a global agenda than keeping American education ours. On the call, we tied that back to the United Nations (UN), The WHO (World Health Organization), and more.
Basically, the biggest connections between the UN/NASBE and Congress? HIPPA and FERPA! ( Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and Family Educational Privacy Rights Act)
(If you cannot read the highlighted portion, it says “That Congress is discussing combining FERPA with HIPPA. Meaning FERPA will no longer trump HIPPA , but that all data will be combined and shared with the Dept of Labor and Workforce Services, all in the name of social emotional learning and mental health.”)
Warriors, the Congressional ‘discussion’, I do believe (and declare), is S 3337. As far as the data being shared with the U. S. Dept. of Labor? That already happens between U.S. Dept. of Education, U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, U. S. Dept. of Labor, and every other U.S. federal agency, plus any group they work with. HOW? The ‘marriage of the SLDS and WQDI‘. (Student Longitudinal Data System/Workforce Quality Data Initiative)
Why I Am Declaring: Why do I believeS 3337 is THE bill?
1) I read it. All 21 pages. Then I looked closer into NASBE as well as the legislators behind S 3337. Think of it as a puzzle. The pieces are coming together.
2) This August 2018 bill fits the timeline for NASBE, as well as the FERPA/HIPPA combination. How? Well, first off NASBE has two conferences each year. One is held early in the calendar year and select State Board of Education members go to Washington D.C. to meet with legislators and talk education policy and reform.
The photo above from the NASBE conference last week, was for everyone to meet and learn about education policy and reform. So, NASBE meets early 2018, by mid August S 3337 is introduced. By October 2018, NASBE is talking about Congressional discussions. While to the best of my knowledge no bill was mentioned look at what I found in S 3337, which is very clear (I found these in the Technical Amendments for S 3337):
**All school based/community based mental health programs must comply with HIPPA. (as awarded as a grantee, your group or partnership is deemed as covered by Section 264 of HIPPA with respect to any patients records developed through the grant.) **All school based/community based mental health programs must comply with FERPA. In the same way FERPA applies to education, these mental health partnerships are covered in the same fashion.
As was shared on the Call,HOWFERPA and HIPPAcould be combined is through ‘school safety’. “School safety”is linked theP-20W (PreK to College Graduation or Workforce)data system. Also, tons of data is harvested at the doctor’s office. Add to that ‘experts’ who testify to powerful committees WHY it would be great to see FERPA and HIPPA merge, and before you know it, there’s a bill for that.Warriors, by already having SLDS and WQDI merge (which already impacts all education choices and ages of students), the merging of FERPA and HIPPA will help CLOSE any other ‘gaps’.
Other Items Contained Within S 3337:
Warriors, I’m not listing everything in the Bill. Trust me, there is a TON you need to see for yourselves.
1) The title is Mental Health Services for Students Act. It amends the U.S. Public Health Services Act, as well as revises and extends federally directed projects which relate to our students and creates access to school based mental health programs. This bill also revises and expands Project AWARE State Education Grants.
2) These education grants must be used for school based mental health; mental health professional development which must be comprehensive and extended to the community; improving outcomes in academics and mental health for the entire family, especially those deemed ‘at risk’ or concerned community members; universal screening to identify students with potential mental health disorders or unmet emotional needs.
*****The HIPPA/FERPA link will show up in the formal working relationships S 3337 establishes between HHS and Ed entities in school settings.*****
3) Technical amendments to S 3337 include: amending mental health services provided by religious organizations; re-designating portions of the U.S. Public Health Services Act, especially for school based activities.
a) HHS Secretary and Ed Secretary control where the grants, contracts, co-operative agreements for school based mental health go. b) Among the services they must include provide positive behavior intervention supports (PBIS). c) School based mental health facilities must use community partnerships (there’s a huge list in the bill) such as law enforcement, primary and specialty doctors, and welfare; must include faith based organizations and higher education; determined by the Secretaries, and clearly state how families will be engaged. Funds used for comprehensive school based mental health must address universal prevention via SEL (social emotional learning), which blends into their learning and environment, as well as selective prevention to reduce risks of suicide and/or violence, or any developing mental health problems, as well as substance abuse. These involve screenings for early ID for mental health and behavior health problems. d) Curriculum will be developed and implemented as well as (PD) professional development for all school staff and volunteers. Part of the PD includes being able to identify behavior or mental health issues and being able to use mechanisms (data system?) to link students, school based strategies to SEL.
Not surprisingly, all the school based mental health programs and services must be measured, evaluated, assessed, and reported. These ‘measures’ must include Title 9 of Medicaid or waivers under State Social Security plans as laid out in the Social Security Act, Part B or E of Title 4. e) Co-ordination for early intervention activities addressing mental or behavioral health must match IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act) or Title 4, Part A of ESEA (now ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act). f) Student can self refer or self consent to mental health programs, or in crisis, as the Federal and State laws allow. (*Concern: Could Canada’s hospital suicide assistance for minors without parental consent be coming to the US? This type of law may allow it.)
4) Under the “Measurements” mandated for reporting to the Secretaries (who in turn report to Congress), you’ll find proficiency assessments which will align to SEL and ESSA. Also look for how the clinical assessments will be measured and referrals. All these are heavily depending on one thing: personal data.
5) Under the “Information and Education”section, Secretaries establish a comprehensive data system which feeds the harvested data to doctors and the public. All of the S 3337 costs will total about $2 million for FY 2018-2022 and impact all Americans 21 years and under in the areas served by the grants. All of Part G of the Public Health Services Act will be renamed “School Based Mental Health”. One last thing, since most of this fall under the U.S. Dept. of HHS, HHS partners with NASBE!
The Legislators and Ties to NASBE:
The main sponsor for S 3337, is Sen. Tina Smith from MN. While not directly tied to that I could find, she was appointed as a Senator to fill Sen. Al Franken’s spot. Sen. Franken is no educator, not is he a health professional, yet if you look at what he left Sen. Smith with, you might think she picked up where he left off. (Franken was a key legislator in a Career Tech Education Health Care bill.) Sen. Smith is a huge STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) supporter, as well as a pusher of all day kindergarten and expanding early childhood education. She wants America to invest more in CTE (Career Tech Education). Smith also sponsored the “Real Education for Healthy Youth”, S 1653. That bill is a huge push for comprehensive sex education.
If you look at her Open Secrets campaign donations and Big Pharma is behind her. So are health services and hospitals.

Also sponsoring S 3337, are Sen. Murphy from CT, Sen. Whitehouse from RI, and Sen. Wyden from OR.
Warriors, Sen. Murphy supports/ed not only ESSA, but believes the Affordable Health Care Act is worth keeping. On Murphy’s website, you’ll see his claim that by supporting ESSA he was helping repeal NCLB (No Child Left Behind). If the Senator has actually read ESSA, he would know what we do, that NCLB was CODIFIED, not repealed! Sen. Murpy also (in 2016) worked on the Mental Health Reform Act. His ties to NASBE involved the 2017 NASBE Legislative Conference where the CT Senator spoke along side U.S. Dept. of Education’s Secretary DeVos.
Sen. Whitehouse supports the Affordable Health Care Act and has received $45,000 from CVS Health in campaign donations.
Sen. Wyden sits on the Senate Finance Committee. He’s also helping oversee Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP (Children’s Health Insurance Program), and individual health insurance activities. I found him tied to NASBE in a 2004 federal government document impacting IDEA funds. Wyden’sBig Health campaign donations are extensive.
SO How Did NASBE Get A Bill, If S 3337 IS The Bill It Appears To Be?
Simple: They are among the top lobby groups in the nation.

Alison’s latest also exposed the global financing going on right now. The biggest connecting dot for you? The SIBs (social impact bonds).
2) Missouri Education Watchdog’s recentarticleis a huge connecting dot for you, as a Warrior. How? As Cheri (the author) puts it ‘the hypocrisy of Congress‘. On one hand Congress is hosting dog and pony hearings about the importance of privacy when it comes to the ‘data rape’, yet, has bill after bill promoting more ways in which to gather the data!
3) The trio of articlesof minefromOctober 15-18, 2018which all were mentioned on the Call.
Warriors, William Lambdin’s Doublespeak Dictionary defines lobbyists as ‘stockbrokers of government who buy and sell freedom’. Do you see the problem with this? It totally strips ‘We the People’ of OUR power over Congress. We don’t need our freedoms bought and sold for us, we need to push back against NASBE. After all, they are not God. Neither is Congress. We don’t need MORE data rape! We don’t need more globally directed mental health or how to run our country! Look at the candidates and what groups are funding their campaigns! What are WE going to do about this, my friends and followers?!
Warriors, you’re looking at a brand new initiative by UNICEF for students ages 10 years to 24 years old. I urge you to look at the blue box. Then, contrast with the words in red from NC’s vision for education. See the likenesses? (*Note: to access the full GU website, gohere.)
Then consider the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) language that ALL education must be aligned to post-secondary readiness standards as laid out by WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act).
Below, is a comparison chart for the UN’s vision for education vs the vision for education in America. While these visions are old, they mesh very well with the GU’s current vision.
World leaders gathered in New York City in late September 2018 to launch this initiative which fits the Youth 2030 Strategy. If you listen to the wording for the initiative (embedded above) you’ll hear how all this change is meant to be risky and disruptive. GU (Generation Unlimited) will have lots of STEM and include rural schools, mental health, P3s (public private partnerships), data mining, and more.SEE it here.
Look below at one partner, Unilever, and how the GU was announced in the business world:
Warriors, did you notice the age range for the GU (Generation Unlimited)? Ten years old and up to 24 years of age. Why this age group? See the excerpt below,

In other words, barely educate them for academics, train them to work to contribute to the economy and be their savior.

What are some for ‘real time’ plans for the Strategy? Cross cutting, system wide actions and interventions which support the United Nations. According to the document, these plans will hit 5 target areas with 5 effective tools.
1) Engagement, Participation and Advocacy (so we can all live in a peacefully sustainable and just world) Watch for total UN leadership in all member states (US is still one of these).
2) Informed and Healthy Foundations (quality education and healthcare for all) Watch for CBE (Competency Based Education) for life, mental health and sexual diversity.
3) Economic Empowerment through Decent Work (everyone has a good productive job) Watch for member states shifting to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) aka ‘Green’ jobs.
4) Youth and Human Rights (supports their civic and political interactions) Watch for UN enforced youth participation in voting, global citizenship, and, human rights education/activism.
5) Peace and Resilience Building (train for humanitarianism and inter-religious participation) Watch for safe spaces, and increased global, national, state, local partnerships to boost non violence.
The five tools: UN leadership; innovation (supposedly with knowledge); investments via partnerships; accountability (means data tracking); and, common resources.
As a member state of the United Nations, America must ‘own’ their portion of carrying out the Strategy via governance (legislation) and coordination (policy).
“The ownership of the UN Youth Strategy is equally shared by all members of the UN system at the global, regional and national levels. The Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth will be thepublic faceof the UN Youth Strategy and will lead global advocacy efforts and its High-Level Steering Committee in support of its successful implementation. COORDINATION AND GOVERNANCE: The governance of the UN Youth Strategy will be rooted in existing global, regional and national mechanisms and reinforced by a High-Level Steering Committee.”
The High-Level Steering Committee will work with the UN’s SDG Group (Sustainable Development Goals) as well as Interagency Network on Youth Development (IANYD) members. IANYDs are at a global level, and a regional level. From there member states are broken up in Country Teams.
These Country Teams have 165 UN program participating countries, from around the world, grouped into 131 teams. These teams are to make sure all countriescomplywith the UN’s programs and initiatives.
In all there are193 member statesin the UN. Not all member states are Country Teams, at least not now.
From what I’ve been able to glean about the UN, any time a ‘high-level’ status is attached, it’s a big deal which will get lots of attention. For example, there’s a High-level Digital Committee (which will no doubt be working with the ‘innovation’ portion of the Youth Initiative. Melinda Gates (Gates Foundation) is the co-chair for theDigital Committee.
Why would we, as Americans need to know some of this? Look at the image below:
Any of the United Nations suggestions (recommendations) is decided upon by the Security Council. As you can see the United States is a member. Then, decisions are implemented via the specialized groups and ‘organs’.
So, the Generation Unlimited, is part of this system. In July 2018, in New York, the first news about GU wasannounced. Watch acliphere. The entire 2 hourkick-off can be seen here. This will include the youth speaking out in favor of this. Be sure to note the cheering they are trying to pump up with “2030”.
Warriors, let’s go back to the NC vision statement for education. As I pointed out before, it’s very similar to that of the UNICEF’s new program.
While I could not find any specific USA Generation Unlimited (GU) activity in the planning stages, this is something we need to look out for. It’s coming.
Look at your State’s education vision, especially since ESSA been made law. “Global” will be inserted in some way, maybe not by the exact word, but the idea of globalization.
The UN’s goal is not for Americans to be America-minded.
Warriors, one last observation. Did you notice how Generation Unlimited allows for global programs from groups associated with UNICEF?
Consider then, the U.S. Secretary of Education’s signature on theG20 Education Declarationfor global education. While the Declaration IS the G20’s, the agenda is backed by the UN. As such, UNICEF is factored in.
Question, petition, protest. Our leaders are NOT leading us out of the UN, but straight into it!
So, our choice is, do we let them lead us OR do we take our country back? These 10-24 year olds will be lost to us as true Americans if we do not act quickly.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, our Nation has just been shoved further down the ‘river of the damned’ in education.
How? The U.S. Senate, by a voice vote, passed the U.S. House’s“Strengthening Career Tech Education (CTE) in the 21st Century Act”(HR 2353).
By this passage, HR 2353, now advances to our President. The ‘mad dash’ rushing we are seeing play out? Oh, that’s 100% on purpose. Why? Look at the recent events surrounding this: a “Made in the USA”exhibit, Ivanka’s main stream media blitz, the big showcase of CCSS Machine groups surrounding President as he signed a NEW executive order on July 19th.
So, WHY is all the activity hyping up? Think about the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) mandate for ALL education to be ‘aligned to post-secondary readiness’. Then, consider the timeline which all was to be in place by: the beginning of the 2018-19 school year.
Warriors, we are quickly approaching the beginning of that ‘academic’ calendar!!

2014: Where the ‘career clusters’ and ‘career readiness’ supporters and their alignment to Common Core were beginning to surface.
2014: The ‘skills gap’ fallacy begins (so to speak.)
Important note: WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) was made into law in 2014. It specifically tied work/labor to education.
2015: The ‘labor reform’ (aligning education to jobs) hits the HEA (Higher Education Act of 2008).
2015: This duo of articles tiesSTEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) to the WIOA and HEA. As we know STEM is a tool of the United Nations to create global workforces.
(*Note: in 2010, the Obama Administration inserted STEM into education about the same time CCSS rolled into the classrooms. The point? A UN (via the NSF, National Science Foundation) directive: “STEM education for STEM people to have STEM jobs to create a STEM economy for greater global good.”)
2015: The career based high schools begin popping up. Dangerous CCSS Machine groups push them out nationally.
2015: This duo gives you a look at the career‘reassignments’ for adults. The workforce alignment isn’t simply for pre-K to 12th grade, Warriors: Even senior citizens are expected to be aligned!
Important note: ESSA was passed and signed into law by the end of 2015.
By August of 2016, WIOA was well in place, HEA was being discussed to be re-written, and ESSA was just getting off the ground, right? A look back at the truth.
2016: Before Rep. Kline left Congress, he got together with Sen. Alexander one last time to make sure their united efforts would live on in combining academics and workforce.
2016: By the end of 2016, the CCSS Machine was trying to convince us all “CCSS was dead”, that CCR, College and Career Readiness, was the ‘new’ kid on the scene and that our entire communities needed to get on the CCR/CTE ‘bandwagon’.
Back in 2016, the ‘sales pitch set-up’ for America was part of the “Better Way” scheming plan from Congress. Workforce globalism courtesy of Rep. Kline, Sen. Alexander, Rep. Ryan, and more.

2017: The quest for searching out the roots of the UN-directed shift in US education hit ‘pay dirt’ when I uncovered the workforce shifting evidence from Minnesota which dated back to the 1990s! Since, then EVERY State in America has this plan for workforce based learning.
2017: While bills like HR 2353 were getting much attention, here were just a few of the other workforce/education bills designed for complete alignment between education and jobs.
How The Past Has Met The Present:
Warriors, in 2016, I gave you these words, “You CANNOT have CTE without Common Core! No matter who you are. The CCSS Machine has spent years embedding CCSS, CTE (and STEM: Science, Technology, Math, and, Science) into 2 and 4 year colleges, apprenticeships..”
These tentacles embrace EVERY school choice and every citizen.
HOW? The goal is ‘cradle to grave’ workforce. Warriors, we are seeing this play out in present day 2018!!

Warriors, the evidence that our President supports CTE is overwhelming. Regardless of how you feel about him personally, the truth is right before us.
As much as it appears the President is turning his back on us, the Vice President is probably doing some sort of happy dance over the CTE expansion. Why would I say that? Again, evidence speaks, NOT my opinion!
The horror and further shoving our nation done the ‘river of the damned’ is that by supporting and expanding CTE, the Trump Administration is supporting and expanding Common Core. Search the archives of campaign rhetoric and you’ll find that supporting and expanding CC wasn’t supposed to be what America got.
Coming To Fruition?!
In 2017, The U.S. Senate brought us a LADDER Act. This Bill was a huge ‘set up’ to globalism workforce AND socialism all in the same ‘place’. How’s that? My article detailed it well. The stark reality, is the most recent (July 19, 2018) Executive Order culled some of the same socialistic bullets from this LADDER! That EO is #13845.
Warriors, note, President Trump is only doing what every other President before him has done: Used his Administration togrease the wheels of progressiveness, socialism, and Marxism. The ‘selling out’ of our freedoms (via education) will also be furthered by future Presidents and their Administrations.
Thus proving what and WHY the CCSS Machine churns on..we are the cogs which they need to make the wheels turn!

It hasn’t mattered who was President or what political party they represent when it comes to ruining real American education. Just look at the timelines which come with all the bogus educratic laws, mandates, and programs: 5 years, 10 years, etc.
For example, HR2353’s impact lasts until at least 2023.
********************************************************************* Sure, all jobs and skills sound and look great, but our freedom is the intended price we’ll be sacrificing. How? Along with all the CCSS Machine workforce based education (which is WHAT CTE is) comes predetermined career tracks, NOT free choice.
The shift being so championed is a UN (United Nations) led one, plain and simple. So, for everyone embracing the expansion of CTE and apprenticeships (which are another global tool in the CCSS Machine’s toolbox), this visual is for you! This is WHAT you are truly embracing.
An Older Trump EO Meets A New One:
In 2017, President Trump signed EO (Executive Order) #13801. This Order expanded apprenticeships, especially at the beck and call of P3s (public private partnerships). Ivanka Trump, during her recent press appearances, kept referring to P-Tech (part of the globally led CCSS Machine’s effort to redesign high schools into worker prep factories). Warriors, remember: ESSA mandated an increase in P3s in K-12 education for ALL school choices!
Warriors, the Task Force which #13801 put into action has been meeting up until recently (2018). It’s job was to come up with ways in which education and jobs were not only ‘joined at the hip’, but the only way to learn. (Remember, the ESSA mandate about ALL education being the same?!) The agenda from #13801 is being carried out in the new #13845 (see the link above).
Here are the 26 Agenda driven ‘suggestions’ from the #13801’s Task Force:
Warriors, #13845 establishes a nation-wide council to oversee and micro-manage not only education, but labor in all 50 States. Does anyone remember that BOTH these federal departments are unconstitutional and therefore ILLEGAL?! The proposed merging of these two as well as the relaxed child labor laws play directly into the expansion of CTE and the apprenticeships!
Lastly, #13845 brings about the shift of education, control, AND, continued loss of individual freedoms! It also brings all the actions of every other related law and program under the thumb of FEDERAL government, not LOCAL control! #13845 brings to life #13801! It INCREASES government!!
Warriors, we must note that the CTE overload, the apprenticeship rush, and the alignment intended for every single citizen is NOT only for students, but the teachers, too.
It’s for Johnny and Suzy, Johnny and Suzy’s parents, and, Johnny and Suzy’s grandparents. This shift is also for Johnny and Suzy’s children. Anti Fed Ed Warriors, have you ever looked at your children and told them that one day they would grow up and go work for ‘The Man’? Have you ever looked in the mirror and told yourself, ‘Gee, I’m glad I have to earn money for my boss today.”?
Certainly not! What I imagine you’ve told them is the same thing you were told, ‘Go to school, get good grades and then see where life takes you’. For some of us, it was straight to work. Others left and went on to college. Some folks elected to do both, while others took a break and ‘found themselves’ before ‘getting on track’.
Warriors, these were all prerogatives for us. We had some choices, but they were OUR choices. In today’s educratic system, NO ONE has a true prerogative anymore. Some test tells Johnny and/or Suzy what they must complete in school now to work somewhere else later. By the time the kids are in middle school, they already know where their future income is coming from.
For us as grownups? Our future’s just as aligned. We’re told we must update our ‘credentials’ via courses. We’re constantly monitored for ‘quality control’.
Every single education/job move we make isn’t so much about our U.S. Constitutionally guaranteed right to ‘pursue happiness’, it’s about checking off the boxes on a pre-determined list of where we’ll fit in best when it comes to the CCSS Machine.
This type of conformity appears to be the true goal of the merger between the U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Labor. However, the conformity doesn’t END there.
We, the Anti Fed Ed Warriors, owe a huge debt of gratitude to a fierce Warrior, Karen Bracken. She created a‘short and sweet’ petitionto protest the planned merger. It wasreleased Sunday, June 24th. As of today, June 27th, the petition has just over 1,000 signatures. Not only did I sign the petition, I’ve joined her in getting the word out as much as humanly possible. While 1,000 citizens speaking up is great, we’ve got to have 100,000 JUST to be recognized by the White House.
Warriors, if we don’t speak LOUDLY, we cannot have a seat at the table to help STOP the merger!! The CCSS Machine cannot be allowed to continue this cycle of robbing our children (and ourselves) of our prerogatives as Americans!
The framework to realign our federal government has a plethora of ways to continue the overreach into our lives. How? The biggest ‘change agent’ on the planet is education. (The source for THAT‘sentiment’? The United Nations)
From what I found and can easily tie back to the CCSS Machine, the framework supporting the President’s Executive Order #13781has close to 20 ways in which education is woven throughout. How?? Jobs and economy. My top 3 (based on research) are below:
Many of the other ways in which the framework supports MORE educratic overreach surfaced back in 2017. When I researched and wrote thatarticle, it was to detail the many federal departments with plans to align education to workforce, NOT simply Education and Labor! The framework for the President’s restructure has some of these same agencies shifting. The danger is simply this:
With existing alignment plans in place, how many will survive the moves to their ‘new homes’??? How many will be strengthened? How many will continue the ‘student data rape’ between the SLDS (Student Longitudinal Data System) and the WQDI (Workforce Quality Data Initiative? Will any of these aligned plans DIE in the moves?

If you think the Ed/Labor merger will ‘bring back vocational schools’ like you may remember them to be, the merger won’t. I’ve shown you through years of research how ‘vocational schools’ were re-branded TOCareer Tech Education. It was when Common Core’s alignment AND standardswere inserted. The merger WILL only INCREASE the amounts of workforce aligned education FOR everyAMERICAN. Not just public K-12th grade students. If you think private education, homeschooling, on-line schooling are exempt, I urge you to realize that BOTH education AND labor will cover preK to grave for every American.
American education has been creating ‘new levels of mediocrity’ since the U. S. Ed Dept was created. The merger will create an even newer level of conformity with workforce training taking the place of academics.
The merger will do exactly what I’ve warned you before: scatter education programs like cockroaches all over DC. As hard as it would be to close U.S. Dept. of Ed and U.S. Dept. of Labor, RIGHT now, merging will bury ALL the overreaches so we may NEVER be free of federal overreaches!!The best plan, is REPEAL ESSA first, Restore FERPA, THEN begin to close the illegally based departments DOWN!
DC is convinced that ALL education is workforce development, therefore all education must be aligned. Forget Johnny’s or Suzy’s ability to think freely or read well. Forget your ability to be able to pursue your own happiness. The goal is conformity for economic gain.
