Striking Freedom?!

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, with the dedicated shift in American education AWAY from academics and TOWARD workforce alignment, have you ever wondered about all those plentiful jobs out there? Where IS ‘there’, anyway? What proof do we have that there truly are so many more jobs than people? Why aren’t we seeing these jobs in our backyards?

Supposedly, America’s doing SO well economically and labor wise. The CCSS Machine has worked overtime to strike a tone of ‘freedom’ and ‘booming bank accounts’. Trouble is, those bank accounts are NOT yours and mine. They aren’t even our children’s, neighbor’s, or, friends. Those booming bank accounts are the CCSS Machine’s corporate minions. From DC, you’ll hear the strike of ‘freedom’ described as a ‘vibrant economy’.
Again, the vibrancy ISN’T for us, it’s for ‘the greater good’ and unimportant national standings.

clones

Why would I say ‘unimportant’? Because when it comes to importance, people; their lives, liberty, and freedoms are FAR more important than how fantastic your nation looks on paper.

For the rest of today’s article, we’ll see if we can find some answers to all these questions.

Below is an older visual I created to show that no matter what ‘freedom’ and ‘economic greatness’ is being reported/promoted, this is the reality striking us all:

“Outsource, Insource; Upwork, Downwork”:

Warriors, recently I was made aware of an on-line company (Onlinejobs.ph)
offering cheap labor.onlineph

The slick and quick ad stated that if you’re too busy but have lots of stuff to do, simply hire an on-line PA (personal assistant). Sounds great, right?! I mean, c’mon, how many times have you or I felt we were too busy and needed extra help?! There are some catches, however.
First, the pay mentioned in the ad. A measly $3.00 per hour. Secondly, the extra help is located in the Philippines. So, naturally, whatever ‘stuff’ you have which requires extra help will need to be digital. This means data trails. Trails which can be hacked and tracked. (*Note: to see all the facts you see called out in the visual above, click on each of the tabs when visiting the main website.)

Is this type of virtual employment new? Hardly. Called “Upwork” back in the 1990s, it’s been re-branded ‘virtual assistant’. To be even more insulting, try the ‘personal virtual assistant’ or ‘outsourced employment’.

How does all this play into the ESSA mandates for education? The CTE (Career Tech Education), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math), and, CBE (Competency Based Education, also known as Outcome Based Education).

If you’ve heard of ‘coding’ in education, you’ve hit the nail on the head. This direct assault on our classrooms is grooming our kids to be poorly paid minions for others, not free thinking, independent Americans! Cybersecurity is also a ‘coding’ job many are being groomed for, both in public K-12 systems, as well as community college courses, dual enrollment, and hybrid classes.

The bottom line is that all this type of outsourcing, on-line virtual garbage is this:
We ARE Human Capital, not respected human beings!!

5) The Philippines is a UN (United Nations) member-state nation. As such, all the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) will be in place. Just like in America. SDG #8 is ‘Decent Work for All’. If you go back and look at the Onlinejobs.ph site, under the “education” tab, look at the way the Filipino citizens are described. Will our citizens be described like this in the future?!

Closing:

Warriors, how do we fight back? We must repeal ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act)! We must repeal WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act)! We must halt the re-authorization of the HEA (Higher Education Act).

How do we do that? Remembering We the People far outnumber our DC Administration. As that reality is brought out, use it to protest, petition, and, revolt against this overreach which not only is conditioning us to be totally government dependent, but pin our kids down to mindless jobs.

We need to follow full repeals with carefully planned extractions of ALL unconstitutional agencies in DC. The U.S. Dept. of Education is only ONE of them, not the ONLY one. The others INCLUDE the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services as well as the U.S. Dept. of Labor!

(*Note: no mergers have taken place, officially, but by merging and not extracting unconstitutional agencies will only extend the overreaches.)

Warriors, all 3 of these (Ed, HHS, Labor) were given HUGE power increases in ESSA for one reason: grooming students for human capital. A commodity to be bought and sold; controlled and dependent. This is NOT the future we want for our children, or our nation!

Take it back, Warriors!!

Clubs and Hubs

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, how would you like to have ‘peace clubs’ and ‘job hubs’ spread across the nation? Sounds great, right?! I mean who doesn’t want a little more tranquility in their lives or access to better jobs?

I’ll tell you who doesn’t want these: US. Why? They are 2 of the latest efforts from our federal government to control us, as American citizens. They are also 2 of the latest efforts to conform America to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) of the UN/UNESCO.

One Gigantic ‘Peace Club’:

Below is a screen shot from a 2017 article I published with the (then) latest on Peacemaking in the US via HR 1111.
unpackSDG
In 2019, Warriors, we have the SAME Chamber of Congress using the SAME Bill number  (HR 1111) for a newer version to create a Peacemaking Department in the Executive Branch of our government!

What’s the title of this new department to be?
Federal Interagency Committee on Peace (FICP) and it would work in tandem with the U.S. State Dept. and the U.S. Dept. of Defense. The FICP would also establish “Peace Days” across the nation.

Why should we, as Anti Fed Ed/Common Core Warriors, care about HR 1111? The 2019 version has almost as many plans for education related indoctrination as its former version. (2017’s embedded ‘peacemaking’ over 40 times in education; 2019’s is 34.)

peacebuild

Among the 2019’s HR 1111 embedding pieces in schools: is a peacebuilding and tolerance curriculum created by a joint effort of the US Dept. of Peacebuilding and the United States Institute of Peace (USIP). (*Note: if you’d like to see USIP’s stance on several issues, go here. Be sure to look at the ‘experts’, too.)

States will be incentivized to use the developed curriculum in early childhood education and throughout all levels of education. The curriculum will embed peace and tolerance into ALL subjects, including PE (physical education). The Depts. of HHS (Health and Human Services), Homeland Security, and, Education will also help develop the curriculum.

If it’s not in the schools, entire communities and ALL cultural events and programs will use the peace and tolerance curriculum.

Warriors, as we’ve seen with the CCSS Machine, this type of move is to support the all encompassing “Every Student” as in regardless of where you go to school.

Also established with HR 1111 is a higher education academy called the Peace Academy. Students will study 4 years of peacebuilding and upon graduation, serve in public service to promote domestic and international peace. What’s so bad about this? It’s to be modeled after existing military schools!

New Community Peace Building Grants will be made available to go along with existing neighborhood grants. Then, there are to be Culture Diplomacy Grants:

culturedip

Warriors, what you see above is from the Office of Domestic Peacebuilding. The Office for International Peacebuilding will also offer a new type of grant. International Cultural Diplomacy for Peace grants to all the locations the Domestic Office will offer them.

Other scary portions of the 2019 version of HR 1111 include embedding the UN’s Declaration of Human Rights into American law and national activities. You’ll want to see how the Peacebuilding Technology Office will impact how we communicate and farm. You’ll also want to read the Congressional Findings to see how much Congress is relying on UN (United Nations) information. Of course, disarming efforts are worth looking at, too. The Second Amendment may be in danger, yet again. You’ll also want to read Page 41, where the Peace Days are described as well as the legislative power the appointed Secretary for Peacebuilding will have to create or amend laws. (*Note: to see the 24 co-sponsors for HR 1111, go here.)

Lots of Regional Hubs:

Okay, Warriors, we’re ‘switching gears’, so to speak. Now that you’ve learned about the gigantic peace club Congress wants to turn our nation into, let’s look at the hubs they want to embed among our regions. (By the way, regionalism is also a UN tool. It’s also embedded as an educational mandate in ESSA.)

HR 1995 and S 951 are ‘identical sister bills’ which would create ‘Apprenticeship Hubs’. In fact, the title for both bills is the Apprenticeship Hubs Across America Act (AHAA).
The Senate version is in a Committee and has 4 co-sponsors. (Young, IN; Moran, KS; Brown, OH; and, Jones, AL.) The House version is also in a Committee and has 3 co-sponsors (McKinley, WV; Fitzpatrick, PA; and, Harder, CA.)

Sponsoring the bills are Senator Coons (DE) and Representative Norcross (NJ).

Below are just 7 items both HR 1995 and S 951 would do in education:

apphub

Warriors, also written into this type of regional workforce hub idea is how these apprenticeships are marketed to parents and students by school counselors, job recruiters, and those one-stop-career-centers.

If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you may remember when I first shared how school counselors were being targeted by the CCSS Machine to sell families and students are career tracks.

edaregions
(EDA’s website)

Warriors, if you’re not sure how toxic the UN regionalism is for America, this 2010 document will help you understand. As you can guess, the alignment has only gotten worse since this publication. To illustrate how bad, consider that tourism is being geared toward the SDGs.

Regionalism will also play right into climate action. Climate action is already deeply embedded in education. If you’ve not heard of the R20, the US is a member. R20 is the Regions of Climate Action. Former CA Gov. Schwarzenegger helped create this global group. The US Government is a partner to R20.

HR 2636 and S 1398, Smart Cities and Communities Act:

Warriors, these two ‘sister’ bills are almost exact copies of each other. HR 2636 is sponsored by Rep. DelBene (WA) and has one co-sponsor (Lujan, NM). S 1398 is sponsored by Sen. Cantwell (WA) and has no co-sponsors. HR’s version of Smart Cities and Communities Act has embedded ‘education’ a total of 18 times. The Senate version has ‘education’ embedded 17 times.

What will the “Smart Cities and Communities” do for education?
1) increase technology which means not only more STEM education, but more screen time for our students.
2)  Puts the federal government in more power over communities across the nation.
3)  Will combine several inter-government joint projects/efforts, as well as P3s and industry overreaches.
4) Will increase the workforce based education, skill based training and award grants to entities participating, at ALL levels of education.
5) Will increase apprenticeship ‘opportunities’.

The goal of aligned careeers?? ‘Workforce’ workers.

Closing:

Warriors, between the clubs and hubs, our education system is pretty well up a stream without a paddle. It is absolutely mind boggling that Congress is not only willing to do this to our nation, but has no shame in doing so.

What can we do to fight back? Our votes are one way. Look at those supporting all the Bills I’ve featured here. Look at the connections to the CCSS Machine. There are other ways we can fight back. I believe that ANY Congress member participating shamelessly in all this needs a huge dose of humble pie. What do you think, as a Warrior?

A Scientific Ploy

**Third in a Series of 116th Congressional Bills overreaching into education

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, after 10 years of research and 5 years of blogging, the trails connecting educratic overreach literally span the globe.

By far and away, the most ‘picked upon’ school subject shoving the CCSS Machine agenda down our throats is SCIENCE

Why science? Well, if you look at the history of science, it was a way in which to explore the wonder and awe of God’s creation. It was a way in which discoveries truly made life better. It was a way to learn which truly delighted the senses and helped create imagination.

Fast forward to near the Renaissance time and secular humanism entered the picture. This was the very beginning of divorcing God from science. To this day, there are many who embrace that science is more credible than God. Vice versa, those who still regard science as a way in which to discover and better life, see the two as intertwined.

The reason this type of context is important leads to our modern day education reform which so pivots off science.  The ‘teaching’ of science has become a former shadow of greatness.
Science, especially as the UN (United Nations) and UNESCO have spun it, has BECOME a god.
Why does that matter in the US?

Because the United States has adopted the UN/UNESCO’s ‘science as a god’ mentality via STEM and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math/Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and, Math).

IF you’d like to see (for the first time or as a review) my extensive amount of research into how embedded the U.S. Government, including Congress, has made STEM/STEAM. Here is the link  for STEM/STEAM/UNESCO (2 pages). Here’s the link for STEM/STEAM/UN (7 pages).

Below are the most relevant which will connect to the new Bill from the 116th Congressional session.

From 2015, the traceable connections from the CCSS to STEMtoSTEAM shift for every single educational choice and age available in the United States.

From 2016, the CCSS and UNESCO ideology match to incorporate STEM into CTE (Career Tech Education), CCR (College and Career Readiness). Next Gen Social Studies and Next Gen Science would follow suit. The crux of the ideology? Collectivism in life, belief, and action all to sustain the Earth.

From 2018, how BOTH major political parties have inserted, supported, and, codified UN agenda into US legislation and programs to usher in STEM/STEAM via infrastructure, as well as education.

From  August 2018, the FY 2019 STEM budget earmarked $150 million from one Chamber of Congress and $160 million from the other. Then, add in an Executive Order expanding apprenticeships which include STEM/STEAM.

From October 2018, how STEM budget money and programs stoop to exploit gender, involve social impact bonds, and, create havoc in education as well as the nation.

STEM, by way of Common Core..and not in a distant galaxy.

Meet The Representative Behind HR 627:

HR 627 was introduced by Rep. Rob Wittman of VA. Below, is a screen shot from Rep. Wittman’s Congressional website. (*Note: the added rhetorical question is one I’ve longed to ask EVERY Congress member and President since 2009!!)

Of Rep. Wittman’s “Issues”, education is dead last on the list. However, the Representative does brag about his service during the 115th Session in pumping up CTE and STEM for education.  I encourage you to enlarge this screen shot or open in a new tab. The dynamics of the language used is almost comical, if this wasn’t so tragically real.

HR 627’s Language:

Warriors, this House of Representatives Bill is called the ‘STEM Research and Education Effectiveness and Transparency Act’. HR 627 is  5 pages long. It’s currently in the House Committee of Science, Space, and Technology.
1) As we’ve seen so many times in STEM/STEAM related initiatives, programs, funding, and bills or laws, HR 627 targets women and under-served minorities for STEM jobs and careers.
2) It directs the NSF (National Science Foundation), to direct the entire program being expanded (ie: bigger government overreach). It was the NSF, the UN influenced to force STEM into President Obama’s agenda which has been extended by President Trump.
3) Involves any US federal agency with $100 million in FY 2019 Research and Development earmarked funds.
4) Ties to the HEA of 1965 (Higher Education Act, currently being updated for a renewed passage). Grants and merit awards in Research/Development will be given for STEM in higher education and government jobs. Any federal laboratory job awarded or given under HR 627 parameters are defined by the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980, Sect. 4.* (a brief explanation of what the public law established is below.) What HR 627 will do is EXPAND upon that foundation for use in #5.
5) Expands the data tracking of students as well as economic and demographics. (aka: ‘data rape’).
6) Expands the NSF power and authority (an independent US government agency). The Director of the program HR 627 sets up will be housed in the Office of Science and Technology Policy (Executive Branch).
7) Includes the Congressional catch all phrase ‘and other purposes’.
8) No less than 1 year after HR 627 is made into law (if it survives), the NSF will report (per the Section 37 of the NSF Authorization and Science and Technology Equal Opportunity Act; brief explanation below) to Congress how effective efforts to target women and underrepresented populations have been. Whatever efforts have been successful will be credited to the universal streamlining of data. What isn’t successful will be tweaked and streamlined. ALL data will backtrack to the past 5 years as well.
9) Defines STEM as per the America COMPETES Act, 42 U.S. C. 6621 note (description below) of 2010.

i) Stevenson-Wylder Technology Innovation Act of 1980 established technology centers around the nation to support the innovation in commerce, economics, environment, and social well-being of Americans. Here’s an excerpt from the Public Law 96-480 Cooperation among academia, Federal laboratories, labor, and industry, in such forms as technology transfer, personnel exchange, joint research projects, and others, should be renewed, expanded, and strengthened.” Section 4 (page 2), defines the Secretary of Commerce is in power. Also defines ‘non-profits’. Education is thrown in, too.
**HR 627 will double up on the data sharing.
ii) Public Law 96-516 (“National Science Foundation Authorization and Science
and Technology Equal Opportunities Act”.) stated that beginning in 1982, every 2 years the NSF must include the U.S. Dept. of Education, U.S. Dept. of Labor, the U.S. Dept. of HHS, and others in its data reports.
iii) America COMPETES Act of 2010, 42 U.S. C. 6621 note basically made STEM a federal entity with its own law, funding, activities, and more, especially in education. Public private partnerships (P3s) were also included. The 2010 Act (scroll down to the summary) was a re-authorization of an earlier COMPETES Act. “COMPETES” is short for ‘Creating Opportunities to Meaningfully Promote Excellence in Technology, Education, and Science’

(*Note: there was an America COMPETES Act 2015 version I wrote about, which also can be tied to the HR 627 above)

Closing:

Warriors, I hope you can see that once again, the 116th Congress isn’t really promoting excellent education or terrific jobs. This entire series I’m writing all has ONE word in common: data. HR 627 expands government, but it also expands the data tracking, BUT it’s using STEM to accomplish it.  As was written in the 2010 PCAST Report about STEM:  it would make us STEM people in a STEM nation with a STEM workforce for a STEM economy to gel with the globalism. How’s that for making science a god and turning us into minions, not free willed people to bow to the UN’s agenda?! This is what your federal government of the US has set into place.

Next up in this series: the GREAT Act(s).

“A-hunting We Will Go”

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, do you remember learning the old English children’s rhyme “A Hunting We Will Go?” It was a fun song to sing along to. Maybe you taught your children this song.

I had forgotten the song until I saw an early January press release by the Committee on Education and Labor Republicans.

(*Note: The U.S. House Committee was formerly known as U.S. House Committee on Education and Workforce, but has been renamed U.S. House Education and Labor Committee. We’ll look at more in-depth at this change and what else it means in a bit.)

What in the world would the Ed/Labor Committee do to remind me of children’s songs?
Look below:

Since the 116th Congressional Session has begun. Rep. Foxx is no longer chair women. She is the Senior most Republican, though.

That’s right, Warriors, Preschool Development Birth through 5 grants.
What will these grants do? Foxx’s statement shared this, ”
“These preschool development grants are an important step in empowering communities to serve children and families more effectively and efficiently. “
*********************************************
Warriors, if you’ve followed me long, you know I’ve covered Foxx’s selling out our nation to the CCSS Machine and the globally aligned workforce education. She has worked hard to help establish this. The new Democratic leader, Rep. Bobby Scott, will be no different.
********************************************

From the information I can locate on the Dept. of Health and Human Services website about the Grants, 45 were awarded.
One went to the U.S. Virgin Islands (via Health and Human Services) and one went to the District of Columbia (via the Education Office).
The rest were given to 43 States. Four grants (WA, NY, NM, and NJ) will find their Preschool Grants in their respective Depts of Children and Family Services.
The next group (7) can find their Preschool Grants in their Health and Human Services Depts. These are RI, NC, NE, MT, HI, CO, and AR.
Following these groups, the next will be 15 State Depts. of Education. (VA, TX, OR, ND, NV, MN, MI, MD, ME, LA, KS, FL, DE, CA, and AZ.
The largest group (17 States) will find Preschool Grants in various Depts or Offices.
UT’s is in Workforce Services
VT’s is in the State; PA and KY’s were awarded to their Commonwealths
SC’s is in Social Services; IN’s Family and Social Services received the Grant
OK’s grant went to the Partnership for School Readiness Foundation, Inc.
OH’s Preschool funds will be in the Job and Family Services Dept.
NH is the only State where the Preschool Grant was awarded to the University (of NH)
MS’s grant went to the Community College Board
MA’s went to the Executive Office of Education
IA’s will be in the Dept. of Management
IL’s went to the Governor’s Office
GA’s Dept of Early Care and Learning; CT’s Office of Early Childhood; AK’s Dept of Education and Early Development; and AL’s Dept of Early Childhood Education will be where their Grants are

These Grants began 12/31/18 and will end 12/30/19. Each Grant Award can be re-applied for by the end of 2019.

Warriors, let’s take into consideration that many of the community wide services akin to birth through age 5 are part of government programs/initiatives and as such, have funds attached to them.

Sadly, with those funds, come data strings which are attached to each child and family partaking of the services. While this doesn’t SOUND bad, it is very bad.

Life-long data tracking is a part of globalism where you are constantly monitored.
Since many of these services attach to your child’s health, this should be VERY concerning.
Also, because much of this is being accomplished through education, bear in mind that due to the nature of schools, your child’s privacy is at its WEAKEST in school.

While the government run schools (as well as those which receive government) funds are to uphold the U.S. Constitution, the privacy issue is a mixed bag. The Fourth Amendment ALLUDES to privacy rights, but doesn’t state your private personal data is protected.

However, take into consideration that FEPA’s (Foundations for Evidence-based Policymaking Act) passage by the President, actually erodes our 4th Amendment. How? “Unintended consequences” in data mining (aka: data rape). Think what this means for your children.

**Then, factor in that some States, like OR, are now ‘willing’ to universally conduct in-home visits to check early childhood education/care. Warriors, go back up and look where OR’s PreK Development Grant is, their State Dept. of Education.

**Just released from NC, a subjective early childhood care/education study was released. The Raleigh News and Observer ran an opinion article about the study. The N & O (as it’s known) is a liberal, left-leaning media source. The professor who wrote this opinion has some very misleading things to say. Read it for yourselves. Why? There are items of truth omitted which the average reader will never know. Below, I’ve provided a basic list of what was left out.

1) The professor conveniently left out that the children MUST take an intrusive data mining assessment just to enter Kindergarten!

2) He left out how Smart Start uses it’s Early Learning Head Start grants for Kindergartner readiness, in home visits and more parent nanny state activities.

Warriors, it is Early Smart Start and its related programs which usher in those in-home visits. What does this have to the with ESSA and/or FEPA? ESSA’s recalculations of Title One funding and the massive increase in power given to the U. S. Dept. of Health and Human Services; FEPA’s need for ‘evidence’ (aka data) to pigeon hole every family into government entitlement programs.

**We also need to remember that ESSA has at least 2 sections of mandates and requirements for Family Engagement. How better to ‘engage’ a family than to basically take control of the babies?!

Ties to More Than We Realize:

Warriors, the professor chosen to write the article is a Pritzker Professor of Public Policy at Duke University. Duke is hardly lily white and purely driven when it comes to our children’s education. However, that’s not our concern at the moment. What is is WHAT is a Pritzker Professor of Public Policy? A professor with tenure and a leading scholar on Early Childhood Ed).
If you wish to see how these scholars are chosen, here are the requirements.
Pritzker Foundation is based out of Chicago, IL and has national influence on early education, health care, and other such. They are more concerned with Return on Investment than actual quality of life, but their spin says they care and have for over 20 years.
J.B. Pritzker is IL’s new Governor. J.B. is one of the family members named in the Foundation.
Here are Gov. Pritzker’s agenda items for education/child care. While this appears to be for IL only, look at the national influence topics again.
Link:
Why would Pritzker choose Duke to bestow funds to? It’s J.B.’s alma mater.
(Supposedly J.B. is the second most wealthy politician as well as the richest governor is the nation. He’s got ties to Hilliary Clinton, and ChicagoNEXT group, a global tech hub. With the (United Nations) UN’s push for Smart Cities, Chicago is already knee-deep in the alignment. Global tech=global data..data harvested from early learners is included.)ChicagoNEXT is a P3 (public private partnership) and works in tandem with Rahm Emanuel.

Pritzker joined Bill Gates and several other CCSS Machine foundations to create the First Five Years Fund.
I wrote about the First 5 Years Fund in two articles, 2016:
a) While this one has some NC information, I have it geared more for national use. The First Five information is directly below the comparison of (then 3 bills).

b) This one gave Warriors an excellent way to track the early learning alignment in their area by using the town I live in. You’ll see First Five Year and ESSA are directly linked.

Pritzker also partnered with Goldman Sachs (a huge UN supporter/partner and CCSS Machine member group) to create an early learning social impact bond (SIB).
If you wish to see the Pritzker Foundation’s Childhood website, go here.
******Warriors, then scroll up and see where IL’s Preschool Development Grant landed..the Governor’s Office!!!

SIBs are tools being used by globalists to align communities for not only agenda, but data rape. This Pritzer/Sachs SIB was in Utah, 2013.

Fast forward to 2019, and in-home visits in UT are already in full swing. There’s even an entire Dept. for them. I’m linking you to their “Resources” page so you can see the customized cell phone based educational items being sent to babies. From this page, you can easily access the home page.

Warriors, you also may find it helpful to see the ‘fact sheet’ on in-home visits and ‘family engagement’ from ESSA. The CCSS Machine group, civilrights.org created this back in 2016. (*Note: every State must show evidence of family engagement, including in-home visits. Depending on the situation, funds may be Title One, HHS, or funds from ESSA’s mandate for school turnarounds.)

The danger is these visits are ‘universal’ in nature, so no child is will be left out.

To access the Zero to Three articles I’ve published, go here. Where you’ll find the most ‘damage’ to families, is the overreach into family health care at school. Below is a screen shot related to Zero to Three.

Closing:

Warriors
, if ever there was evidence Lamar Alexander’s words about grabbing our babies has come  upon us, it IS now. As I pointed out in the “Consequences” article, ANY law which violates our U.S. Constitution does not and should not be followed. ESSA, and now, FEPA are two such ‘laws’.

In The Meantime..

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, as we start a new month and await the results of the 2018 mid-term elections, I’ve got a few things to share.

I’m not sure about you, but I’m puzzled that no matter what I’ve been sharing, as far as anti global or fed-led education news, I’m being told it’s not that important, that it all needs to wait until AFTER the 6th of November. THEN, we can get back to fighting the overreaches in education. I’ve also been told that anti fed education overreach evidence I’ve found isn’t a big enough deal to actually come to fruition.

cowillusion

Really?! What if those folks we need to get information to could actually shift the votes if they have the facts NOW and not later? What about those candidates who might truly NOT know all the facts; the opportunity to inform them will either be non-existent, or, not long enough to make a difference. What about the danger in our assumption that Congress would actually STOP creating federally led education overreach?

My point is simply this: EVERYDAY is the BEST day to fight to save our students! We shouldn’t be the type of citizens who load all our eggs in one basket (mid-term elections) while the varmints nip at our baskets.  We do not have the luxury of time on our sides. Quite the opposite, we should be using every moment to continue to inform others! We’ve seen the CCSS Machine use this against us. We cannot be lulled into a false sense of security. We must be diligent, we must be prepared!!

eggbasket

Looking Forward:

Let’s face it, Warriors, the federal Congress will not have much time to conduct our business after the November 6th elections. I’m pretty sure your State legislators will be on a less-busy track, too. From what I found both the House and Senate will be in session from 11/13-16 and 11/27-30th. In December, both meet 12/4-7th and 10th-13th. Then, both are back beginning Jan. 3rd, 2019 with the 116th Session. (The US Senate plans to meet on 11/26 and 12/3-4, 14th) So, in that respect I can understand why some would want to slack off a bit in our War Vs the Core. However, WE cannot be those types of people who’d rather react than be ready.

Happy-new-year-2019-clipart

We’ve not got the time to loose! While those seeking office are distracted, what are some of the things we should be looking forward to (as well as preparing for) in 2019?

Showing Us The Money:

First, if you missed it, all those federally led overreaches in the FY 2019 Appropriations Bills which were passed into law, will kick in. Don’t be surprised if you see more STEM federal legislation, either. (STEM is Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) Why STEM? STEM is a tool of the United Nations and their Agenda 2030. As we get closer to 2030, expect way more STEM in America from federal and State levels.

Part of the federal educratic overreach will be coming at us from the U.S. Dept. of HHS (Health and Human Services). In fact the US HHS has 2019 Goals of their own. The main one? Expansion of government run health care. It very much intersects via ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) Just one of the ways is the workforce pipeline.

healthpipeline
(Source. Note that ‘students’ appears 4 times in this Congressional justification for HHS funds in 2019)

Then, there’s the Kaiser Family Foundation (as in Kaiser Permanente tied to the Centers for Disease Control and their united efforts with Rockefeller for resilience education) Report which gives their outlook on FY 2019 as far as health care costs (associated with Medicaid) increasing. Part of the reason why? Those expanded and increasing behavioral health care and mental health programs. (Gee, the fact they’re popping up in schools wouldn’t increase the costs as well, would it?)

Then, There’s The Labor:

In 2019, Congress will get to vote on the new NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement). It’s been re-branded, too. The new name is USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement). NAFTA/USMCA has a Labor Advisory Committee (LAC). In the LAC Report from 2018 the Committee is basically trying to scare Congress into submission, from the way the language reads.

For example, the LAC tells Congress that USMCA COULD negatively impact the US workforce. How? existing NAFTA conditions have already reduced income for non-college workers in trade industries. Those who have graduated college and work in the trade industries are also facing a smaller pay check.

Their research says 2/3 of Americans are non-college graduates. The solution? Everything the LAC suggests. The main suggestions? Prepare the workforce for jobs of the future. There’s also rebuild the economy and modernize infrastructure (code for job training supersedes academics; and data tracking systems)!

Warriors, this has been the  CCSS Machine plan all along. It completely gels with the UN (United Nations) and their SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).

LAC also reported that the new NAFTA (USMCA) could negatively impact all US public services and our property taxes. Warriors, basically, the USMCA would give more economic teeth to current policies which involve labor.

To access the LAC Report, go here.
If you’d like to read the MSNBC article on the new NAFTA, find that here.
Since part of the globalization of America involves education, healthcare, and labor, you may find the cost of going global is steeper than we realize.

Sure, the UN’s saying via their SDGs that the world will have quality education (ie: one way to learn so you can earn); that all poverty will be gone (ie: we’ll all be the same pay level); and that health care will be superior (ie: we will be micromanaged and controlled), has anyone really looked at what Americans will have to sacrifice to go from total freedom to total control? Has anyone calculated the loss of life to make all this happen? Has there been anyone to say, ‘Hey wait, paychecks matter. I want to feed my family and be independent!’

I did find 2 such articles which counter the spin of the MSNBC article as well as the LAC Report. I think you may find them worthwhile in reading.

Then, read the recent BBC article where surgeons are loosing dexterity to operate. How? The educratic shift!! We’ve often said in our War Vs the Core that we knew this type of situation would occur. It has begun….

lipstickpigWarriors, 2019 is the “Year of the Pig” according to the Chinese calendar. While it is considered to be a great thing (blessed with a super personality and have great fortune), to me it’s ironic. Why? We have had so much lipstick on a pig CCSS Machine moves to date, it’s amazing we’re not all knee deep in pig poop. To see 2019 contain more of the same? UGH!

Why We Should Watch The Economy:

Warriors, like it or not, the CCSS Machine has lock, stock, and barrel tied education to the economy.  So has Congress. So has the United Nations.

Education tied to the economy makes us easier to data mine and track. Education has become a weapon used against us. Our students from all ages and educational choices are being sacrificed. The cost isn’t simply dollars and cents.

Here are some documents for the global 2019 impacts we face as Americans:
1) The UN World Economic Status (NAFTA is embedded in this), education is embedded 10 times, workforce is woven in 6 different ways. “2019” appears 144 times, and, technology is present 20 times.

2) Much of the educratic CCSS Machine shift in education can be traced to private finances. CCSS Machine member Goldman Sachs (GS)  provides this document for their clients. ‘2019’ is mentioned 8 times (mostly to say they feel a recession could happen, but not likely), there is no mention of education, however. ‘Labor’ is embedded in this report 7 times. The biggest tie to GS and the educratic shift bowing to the economy is the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. I covered how that impacts education head on in this article.

3) From the World Bank:

2019worldbank
(Source)
From this June 2018 World Bank Document on Global Economic Prospects, education is embedded 17 different times. All of them tie directly to jobs and economic growth as well as ‘skill attainment’.

4) From the U.S. based “Conference Board, Inc.” a slightly gloomier aspect for jobs in 2019. However, the reason I’m including it here, is the paragraph you see below:
“The new United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, the successor to the North American Free Trade Agreement, largely keeps provisions governing commerce between the three countries the same. This should come as a relief to businesses in most industries. One notable exception is the auto industry which must not only contend with continued steel tariffs, but also stepped up requirements on worker compensation and the use of components from outside the three countries. With auto sales and employment trends already flat to declining, industry executives must respond to a riskier environment. Upward wage pressure will be further exacerbated by a shortage of blue-collar workers who are seeing their wages rise faster than their white-collar counterparts.” (Source)

In 2019, don’t be surprised if you see an increased amount of attention placed on indigenous languages. The United Nations has declared 2019 as “The Year of Indigenous Languages”. This reaffirms the UN 2016 Indigenous Resolution’s efforts to make sure no one is left out of the shift to adhering to Agenda 2030. (Where you’ll find the SDGs.) That said, you’ll see an increase in Agenda 2030 hype, programming, and everything which connects the UN to us. Oh, and STEM (as a main tool to shift education from academics to workforce based)? Plenty of national, regional, and international events in 2019. All for the ‘next generation of learners’.

Expect more fodder from Congress, too, Warriors. Like this email excerpt from the Chairwoman of the U.S. House’s Education and Workforce Committee, (Foxx):

foxxpledge
Her pledge is in full support of the President’s Pledge. Part of that Pledge? An expansion in US government with an entire new Council for Workforce aligned education. IF you care to see the Ed/Workforce hype video, here it is.

Closing:

Warriors, there will be more to watch for in 2019, but all the things I’ve featured above directly play into the elections of 2018, but it seems no one wants to consider how much these things do.

No matter how red or blue you vote, know that BOTH parties are directly responsible for the educratic nightmare we’re faced with daily. Neither will ‘fix’ it or ‘ditch’ what’s been years in the making. They love the attention, control, and profit too much.

We need Independent representatives. Constitutional representatives. Folks like you and I, who care, who fight, who don’t sell out to the CCSS Machine.

Pardon Me?!

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, there have been so many topics I’ve covered over the past few years about the terrible overreach into our kids’ lives. Some of these topics have made me very angry. Some have broken my heart. Today’s? ‘Incensed’ would be a fitting description.

What would possibly have me upset? Recently, there’s been some discussion over State led sex education, but what about sex education legislation in Congress? Is there such? Is this what is driving the States? Not so recent (2015), I gave you an in-depth look at how Title 9’s rewording helped open Pandora’s box for sex education in our States.

I’ll admit, I’m not the first to discuss the CCSS Machine’s misinformation and inappropriateness of sex education in the classrooms. We’ve also seen how after school programs include sex education have negatively left their mark on families across the nation. However, it’s time we see what the current group of Congressional members is up to when it comes to sex education.

Meet HR 3602 and S 1653, Real Education for Healthy Youth Act of 2017:

fedsex

To read HR 3602 or S 1653, click on your choice. They are identical twin bills. While both have been in their Committee appointments since their introduction, we should note that these could become active at any time. In all the 34 pages of either Bill, you’ll see a thread of ‘school safety’ woven throughout. With the current events we are seeing focusing on ‘school safety’ we should be on notice. Why? ‘School safety’ encompasses a LARGE area of education.

Pardon Me?! Congress Said What?!

62509360
Warriors, one more time (or in this case, twice), the ‘sense of Congress’ is used in laying out the parameters for sex education contained in HR 3602 and S 1653. Not to be too simple, but haven’t we suffered enough illegally based education overreach as a result of the ‘sense of Congress’ to last a lifetime?!

Excuse me, but “NO!”, Congress, I DO NOT want your ‘sense’ to mandate what Johnny and Suzy learn about sex. I think if you ask the majority of taxpayers, they would also say “No!”.

The Language For Sex Education:

Beginning on Page 4 of either Bill, here are the things every federally funded sex education program should have (or as it is written, ‘should aim for’):

a) Cover a wide range of sex topics (like human development, healthy relationships, personal skills, abstinence, preventing unwanted pregnancies, preventing sexual diseases, and sex in culture and society.)
b) How to have safe and healthy relationships
c) Promote gender equality
d) Use the best scientific resources available to teach A-C topics
e) Have everyone in education appropriate with gender identities, gender expressions, etc.
f) Use the best-practices approach for E
g) Will ‘evaluate’ effective sex education and expand the body of research used, as needed
h) Expand teacher preparation/training in comprehensive sex education
i) Build a stronger sex education program based off existing ones found from the SSA (Social Security Act) and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control)
j) Promote and uphold the students rights concerning their sexual choices

Warriors, we’re also told what federally funded sex education programs CANNOT contain. There are 8 items:
1) Withholding life saving or health-promoting information about any sexuality topic (including HIV)
2) Medically inaccurate or not effective
3) Promote gender or race stereotypes
4) Insensitive or non responsive to a youth’s sexual activities
5) Insensitive or disrespectful toward survivors of sexual harm
6) Insensitive towards youth of all needs (including physical, mental, or developmental) or abilities
7) Insensitive towards youth and their gender expression, identity, or sexual orientation
8) Doesn’t comply with ethical public health or medical imperatives.

Page 6 is where you’ll find the grant awards/details for receiving them for adolescent sex education. Over on Page 13, you’ll find the grant awards/details for receiving them for higher education.

Among the details for those young students?
From the bottom  of Page 8 to the top of Page 9:
“substantially incorporates elements of evidence-based sex education instruction; or
(D) creates a demonstration project based on characteristics of effective programs.”
Warriors
, remember, this is for children under the age of 21!

(*Note, Pages 9 – mid 13 lay out exactly what comprehensive sex education is. Please,  read these items for yourselves so you can get the full picture as to what students will learn and what people are to be involved.)

If you have a student (or are one) in higher education, including those who are earning a degree in education, the details begin mid Page 13 and extend to Page 20 (ends mid page). Warriors, these requirements are VERY concerning!

USdistress

The Sex Ed Evaluation (aka ‘student data rape’):

Warriors, I’m embarrassed to share these next few items. I’m so upset that our taxpayer dollars even were used in conjunction to the making of these caveats of legislation.
However, if we are to fight the War Vs the Core, we need to know all the facts, not just the ones which are pleasing.

According to the section for evaluating comprehensive sex education (across the board), massive amounts of data will be needed. If ever the reality of the severity of ‘student data rape’ needs to be seen, it is within HR 3062 and S 1635, you’ll find it.

For starters, third party non profits will be contractually bound to conduct the evaluations and collect the data. Then, the collection must meet nationally set technology standards, use behavior science evaluation techniques, incorporate quasi-experimental designs for drawing conclusive results. (you can find the exact language on Page 21)

Oh, and student outcomes which are measured?! Number of hours for instruction of comprehensive sex education; the student’s growth, development, and relationship dynamics; how well the student can prevent unwanted pregnancy, sexual diseases; how well the student understands their sexual health; will the students be able to set goals, make decisions, communicate well, negotiate well; will the student be capable to have great interpersonal relationships and have healthy ones; can the student effectively use a condom, what was the age of their first sexual intercourse, what type of contraception or condom is being used, dating history, sexual harassment or attacks, and, last on the list?…. Academic performance!

As far as the public receiving this type of student information, it will be made available in 6 years and after the data has been shared everywhere it can be in DC. What will those third party contractors do with the data? Just guess, Warriors.

Closing:

Warriors,  this is not the first time the Real Education for Healthy Youth Act has been introduced, but it is the latest. According to the  Human Rights Campaign website, HR 3026 and S 1635 are not only much needed, but absolutely imperative to have as federal law. If you read the Human Rights Campaign article, notice the national and global groups which have been pressing for this type of federal law for a few years.

Future Lawyers addressed only the health aspect of the Real Education for Healthy Youth Act by summing it up that teen pregnancy in the US should drop. Not one word about the fact the Bills state that the U.S. Dept. of Education is also heavily involved.

Pardon me, Warriors, but the last folks who should be in charge of sex education is Congress or anyone in DC. They can’t handle their own sex lives without scandal, but, somehow we can trust they have our student’s best interests at heart?

Health + Education doesn’t equal as much learning as the CCSS Machine wants us to believe at any point in time. Health + Education DOES equal values, attitudes, and beliefs that ECHO federal government, NOT the family’s personal choices.

Do we need sex education? When appropriately conducted, yes! Do we need the federal government running it? Absolutely not!
