Blurred Lines

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, no doubt the headlines are causing your heads to feel like ‘Holy cow! When will this end?’ I totally understand. While D.C. is ‘rocking’ and Hollywood is ‘knocking’, there IS a lot happening.

However, as we’ve seen before, distractions of these kinds usually play out while the ‘real story’ is muted somewhere in the background.

Warriors, it’s blurring lines. Lines of truth; lines of communication; and, lines of information.

So, has the ‘real story’ already happened and we don’t know it? It’s possible. It’s also possible the timing isn’t right.

Here’s one ‘story’ I think may be PART of the D.C. reality being buried by the headlines.

Blurring Education Lines:

Flashback to 2017, Supreme Court’s ruling for Trinity Lutheran Church (Columbia, MO) vs Comer (MO’s Director for the MO Dept. of Natural Resources).

Warriors, the Church had a preschool and a day care center. At that time the Center did carry the Church’s name but was a separate entity. Then, the Center and Church merged. The Center was now on Church property. The Center’s ‘non profit’ status stayed with the Center, even on Church grounds. When the Center wanted to upgrade their playground, they applied for a grant given by the MO Dept. of Natural Resources. The Center was denied because it was not just a Center, but a Church. The Church (and the Center) sued in Federal Court. The Center/Church claimed its freedom of expression (under the First Amendment) had been violated. The Dept. of Nat’l Resources had a strict policy that churches didn’t qualify for the type of grants being offered (based on MO law that no government aid for funding could go to any religious group or church).

If you want to learn HOW it ended up in the U.S. Supreme Court, you can read the 55 page syllabus, here. How did the case end?
“The Court today reaffirms that “denying a generally available benefit solely on account of religious identity imposes a penalty on the free exercise of religion that can be justified,” if at all, “only by a state interest ‘of the highest order.’”

March 2019, DeVos’s Lines:

On March 11, 2019, the U.S. Dept. of Education released this news (added emphasis is mine):

(*Notes: a: The 2010 Congressional Concerns will cite religious funding issues on Pages 5 and 6. b) Back in 2015, I exposed CAPE’s ties to the CCSS Machine, so it’s really NOT that surprising Sec. DeVos was speaking to them. Appearances like that help blur lines frequently. c) CAPE did publish a document explaining how ESSA was their ‘friend’. Religious groups will be able to use Title One funds for services, under ESSA.

The Hill’s article on DeVos’s lines at CAPE, share that she will amend, stop, or look over existing religious education funding and eligibility programs. The article also ties into her family’s ties to Hillsdale College (where they support K-12 charters as public-private choices). Higher education will also be lumped into the religious relaxing of lines.

So what’s the REAL Story? By blurring these lines, the federal government will use the ‘school choice’ tax credits and/or ESAs (education savings accounts) to have free access to religious based schools. This will also bring in federal overreach and alignment BY being allowed into the religious schools at ALL levels. It means that whatever freedom your religious school offers will now be compromised!

HOWEVER, the OTHER, untold part of the story is this, by Christian based groups claiming their 1st Amendment rights need to be upheld, so do all those other groups considered to be religions. For example, the Church of  Satan fought for AND won it’s First Amendment rights to be included in education.

This also brings up Muslim faith based groups. What if you don’t want Sharia practices in education? Too bad, under this ‘relaxation’, the door is now open. What about those Post-Modern or Marxist based religions? These too.

So, by relaxing your education stance for one group, means EVERY group considered BY The Dept. of Defense, The IRS, etc., can be lumped in as well. In 2017, the U.S. Dept. of Defense announced that the list of federally recognized religious groups in the US was around 221. (*Note: The IRS, the Dept. of Defense and several other U.S. federal agencies overreach into education due to the CCSS Machine and violations of the U.S. Constitution.)

Topping the list, at least in the Hill article, Humanism. Earth-based worship was also pointed out in the article.

Warriors, this openly blurs the lines so that all the UN’s SDGs (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) earth-based, humanistic views are more accessible and easily embedded! Warriors, look at what the U.S. State Dept (or Dept of the State) has in place for religious activities:

Almost reading like the State Dept’s Plan is straight from the pages of the UN, the National Strategy is another open line for globalism. The underlying story here, is that religion will be watered down and homogenized so that everyone will be ‘at peace’.

So, why would a seemingly ‘righteous line’ carried by Sec. DeVos cause us pause?
DeVos has proven she is a globalism disciple repeatedly. By using education as a bully pulpit to align American education to the UN’s workforce based ‘birth to death’ treadmill of ‘lifelong learning’ is not only egregious or unpatriotic, it’s criminal!!!


Blurred Lines for Title 9:

This 2019 relaxation DeVos is carrying out will not only impact Title One funding, but Title 9. In 2018, Real Clear Education stated that religious exemptions in the funding were all but left out of the headlines.
How will this impact private religious schools? Federal funding. Warriors, if we’re going to see one side of the line protest about separation of church and state, WHY are private religious schools taking federal funds?! ESSA/Immigration Blurred Lines in Education:

Long before DeVos uttered her 2019 edict for blurring lines, plenty of intersection was going on between church and state, in education.

In 2017, I gave you an update on CAPE and the blurred lines between State Social Services and churches. In response to that article, came this one where it was pointed out the federal government funnels refugee and immigration funds through churches AND it’s used in educational classes.

After ESSA was passed, I warned you of the passages and mandates that would overreach into religious education.
The mental health overreaches will include faith based groups.
How private education of EVERY type (including homeschools) would be assimilated.

Bring Up This Line With Your Pastors:

Warriors, in 2018, I challenged Pastor and every American who cares about preserving our religious freedoms with some hard hitting questions. Where will they draw the line as shepherds when it comes to their flocks and the overreaches into education? The CCSS Machine has already crossed the line into the church’s territory. The question is what will the American church do to throw the Machine back over that line?

Waving Choice Goodbye

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, you’ve heard me tell you time and time again that ‘school choice’ is a fallacy. The culprit is the CCSS Machine.
The tools used to ruin ‘school choice’ are WIOA, ESSA, HEA, and other top-down federal laws. (WIOA is Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, 2014; ESSA is Every Student Succeeds Act, 2015; and, HEA is the Higher Education Act, 2008 and up for re-authorization very soon).

Warriors, the fact of the matter is ‘school choice’ is really more about “personal choice”.

However, ESSA killed that choice with it’s mandate that ALL education be aligned to the post-secondary readiness standards of WIOA.

So, in essence, at least in education; that simple line from the 1965 Dr. Zhivago movie (fiction) has become our reality:

                “All personal choice is dead.”

As we know, much of the CCSS Machine’s design uses education as the ‘change agent’ to alter our lives.
We know the control is meant for cradle to grave and encompasses where you’ll work. That’s why students of all ages are being pumped through the CCSS’s College and Career Readiness or the CCSS’s Career Tech Education or the (United Nation’s) UN’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
It’s to force our students (and eventually the rest of us) into a controlled nanny-state. (Also very present in the fictional account of Dr. Zhivago)

You may wonder why I included the UN in connection to the CCSS Machine. First, Berit Kjos and many others (myself included) have traced the Common Core State Standards back to the UN, so the UN is part of the Machine.
However, STEM is the UN’s special change agent to usher in the Agenda 2030. How?

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As part of the A2030 and SDGs, where we live and where we work will be determined for us, largely through education and what career track we’ve been trained for (or re-trained for).
This is pure confinement for us as Americans; not the free people we were Constitutionally guaranteed, Warriors.

Contrast it to any movie like Dr. Zhivago and you’ll get a fair idea of how awful this direction is for Americans.

Since ESSA mandated WIOA in PreK through 12 grades (as well as tie it to the HEA for colleges and trade schools), how is the government helping all this come to fruition?

What Are Waivers? How Do They Kill Choice?

If you’re not sure what a waiver is in the realm of federal education, it was supposed to be a tool given to States and school districts to offer flexibility in how federal funds could be used to offer ‘quality’ education.
Sounds great, right? Especially with the CCSS Machine hype and lies about States being able to get their right to control education BACK when ESSA was made into law.

ESSA, by embedding WIOA, embedded funds for workforce. Likewise the WIOA waivers will embed education, not for academics, but competency based education (CBE).
CBE is CCSS, too.

CBE is woven into ESSA, WIOA, and the HEA…on purpose. It’s the shift from reading, writing, and arithmetic to poorly skilled labor force.

Warriors, think back to those Race to the Top Education Waivers or the ESSA Flexibility Waivers? Have you really seen any improvement in education? Have you really seen any removal of federal control or a distinct freedom your district or State didn’t have before?

There’s been none, because the Waivers are a deceptive move for MORE federal control to implant MORE shifting of education away from what we’ve known to what the global workforce needs: laborers. Our U.S. Constitution puts it another way, ‘indentured servants’. (Which by the way was also prohibited later on in the Constitution!)

WIOA Waivers Kill Personal Choice, Too:

According to the U.S. Dept. of Labor, States were given a sense of freedom in how their Waivers were used, as long as they were used to improve job seeking systems for better employer ‘outcomes’.
Warriors, hang on before we go any further.

Let’s review a few flies in this ointment.
a) Since ESSA has embedded WIOA, the ‘job seeking’ is happening as young as 2nd grade in some States. The ‘job seeking’ is also found outside traditional public schools via dual enrollment, fast tracking career systems like apprenticeships, internships, early career or college schools, etc. ALL this impacts every ‘school choice’, including homeschools.
**It’s not so much the student seeking a job, as it is the job is seeking the student, before the student is capable!

b) As far as ’employer outcomes’, since WIOA, HEA, and, ESSA embedded P3s (public private partnerships) we’ve seen an insane increase in how much the corporate employer ‘needs’ have ruined academics. We’ve seen businesses with zero educational training usurp teachers for their purposes.
**States are allowing this to happen every day they receive ANY type of federal funding or P3 funding!

c) The WQDI (Workforce Quality Data Initiative) is ‘married’ to the SLDS (Student Longitudinal Data System) FOR one purpose: aligned education for workforce needs. Regardless of what school (even homeschoolers) are in this system already or become a part of the system as soon as they participate in any of ‘a’ (above).
**Being a free nation, this type of data tracking is not only illegal, it’s ‘data rape’!

Warriors, as far as the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s information, WIOA Waivers aren’t so much needed now, as they were codified when WIOA was passed into law (2014). However, much like the State Plans for ESSA which needed to be submitted to the Sec. of Education (DeVos), the State Plans for WIOA are still in use (2019). These Plans are called WIOA Unified or Combined State Plans and must be submitted to the Sec. of Labor.
**By submission of those Plans, States gave full access to the federal government as far as data.

These State Plans? We, the People, can access them on the U.S. Dept. of Education’s website! Look below at the way I found this out:

According to the U.S. Dept. of Education’s page I found this on, almost every State has a plan which has been approved by the feds. No State’s able to make its own plan for its own people or by those taxpayers. It’s all been run through the globally led workforce needs based system of control. The only States without an approved WIOA State Plan are TN, MI, MA, NE, and VA. The only U.S. Territory without one is the Virgin Islands.

I urge you to look at your State Plan. If you have none, let’s use NC’s as an example of what you’ll find that kills personal choice in education.

a) The NC Plan is 399 pages long and is dated FY 2018. NC elected to go with a “Unified” Plan which means all the alignment will come from every possible agency, program, and, angle. Those most targeted? “Under-served populations” including youth.

b) Page 3 shows the 6 ‘cores’ of WIOA. These ‘cores’ cover all age groups and population types. You’ll also find ‘partner’ programs will hinge off these 6 ‘cores’.

c) Page 4 shows the partners. In education, CTE (Career Tech Ed) covers all ages/choices; federal-to-state funding streams for TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) and Community Block Grants are also intersecting with education; Veterans funding will also be involved.

d) Page 7 reveals the industry specific economic targets for the State. Somehow, this is going to bring prosperity to every North Carolinian citizen. How, those “Prosperity Zones (PZs)”
I’ve researched and shown you before. These Zones were legislatively created and embedded 2014 and 2015 (respectively). When I last wrote about the PZs it was 2018. You’ll see just how eerily deceptive these Zones are and how easily the globalization of a barely educated workforce lurks underneath.

e) Pages 11 and 12 will show you all kinds of figures on job growth per industry. Page 13 reveals that employers are ‘bullish’ on growing jobs. Warriors, we’ve seen their ‘bull’ long enough and how it’s ruining our children. On the pages which follow, you’ll see lots of CCSS Machine organizations and phrases used to create the false narrative that a) there’s a skills gap and b) the only way to fix it is via aligned education/training. f) Near Page 25, you’ll see the Governor of NC mentioned. His plan combines education directly with skills. Warriors, did you know that when WIOA was passed in 2014, the increase in power given to the office of governor greatly increased? Thereby weakening taxpayers voices yet again. Many of the programs Gov. Cooper is using were already laid out before him. That he’s extending and adding to them, let’s us know regardless of politics, the global workforce/kill personal choice is alive and well.

Lastly, every bit of what’s contained in the NC Plan and others will unite data to kill personal choice in what you learn, where you work, and lots more.

Look below and see how ‘far’ we’ve come. See much ‘personal choice’? I don’t.

Warriors, I hope you can see how little our personal freedoms mean to our federal government. I hope you can see how little choice you really have when it comes to ‘education’.


It Isn’t All Sunshine And Nuts

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my last article, I shared with you how HR 62 would make a grab for our babies from a federal level. Included in that article was how MN is struggling to keep parents in control of their families.

The article before that,  I  showed you how FEPA (Foundations for Evidence-based Policy Making Act) would also assist in the grab for our babies, I showed you how OR was considering in-home visits. Also included was how UT has them firmly in place.

In both articles I stressed that the grab for babies/the in-home visits is not exclusive to one State. It’s in all the States and US territories ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) money goes to. If it hasn’t shown up in your State yet, hang on, it is in the works.

GA is struggling with recent news. So are KS and CT.

***For the remainder of this article, I share information sent to me concerning some other warning bells from the latest 3. Be sure to compare it to the information from OR, UT, and MN.

While the tactics may differ a bit, the overall goal of aligning babies to the CCSS Machine is the same. The CCSS Machine pushes ‘readiness’ at all levels, now, since ESSA, and the mandate to expand early childhood ‘learning’, as well as universal PreK, this is why we’re seeing SO much in the news.

First Up, KS, The Sunflower State:

Warriors, Lisa H., shared this with me via email and wanted you to know about their ABC Program. No, it’s not for teaching little ones their alphabet. It’s called the Attachment Bio-Behavioral Catch-up Program.

 

Lisa shared that the group behind this Program (the United Methodist Health Ministry Fund) was on last year’s legislative calendar and appeared before the KS Education Committee. They are scheduled to appear before the KS Education Committee again this yearn for a follow up. The email went on to share that SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency, a part of the US Dept. of HHS), as well as others are fully backing removing ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences).

So is the CCSS Machine, Warriors, only it’s not for school readiness as much as it is micro-managing citizens. I wrote about this push headed up by the Rockefellers and being embraced by churches, law enforcement, etc. in my Resilience articles. )

What are Lisa’s concerns? Swabbing children’s mouths for cortisol levels and recording the entire in-home session with the parents and children.

While some may read this and think, “Oh, that’s not too bad.” The reason this ministry is able to intrude like this is due to the expansion of P3s (public-private partnerships) in ESSA for education! The in-home visits are part of ESSA’s supposed dedication to student achievement and family engagement.

What it REALLY is, is home invasion by the government. Take into consideration that our U.S. Constitution was supposed to prohibit such (4th Amendment), but with FEPA actively neutering 9 U.S. Constitutional Amendments, the 4th is severely at risk. FEPA also will tie to HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996). Which, as we know, is used in health care.

Related for KS and other States:
The United Methodist Health Ministry was awarded $650,000.00 by the Kansas Early Childhood Initiative (part of the Kansas Health Foundation) under “access to care”. The Grant was given in 2017 and ends in 2020. The ‘access’ is the ABC Program. The Kansas Health Foundation is a massive P3 and was created as the result of the Hospital Corporation of America purchasing the non-profit Wesley Hospital.

Hospital Corporation of America can be found in 20 States and the United Kingdom. From their latest Annual Report (2017), this quote, “Within our markets, we worked to broaden our service line capabilities by investing in cancer, trauma, stroke, behavioral health and pediatric services. This focus centers on elevating clinical performance and
establishing consistent clinical protocols to achieve better patient outcomes across the
organization.” HCA receives Medicare/aid funding from the federal government, as well as private investors on the Stock Exchange. On page 15, you’ll see how HCA has psychiatrics listed as a way to compete in health care. Page 42 admits the use of third party data contractors to handle patient data. Page 46 gives the list of  the 20 States and the United Kingdom information.

Also joining with the United Methodist Health Ministry is the Kansas  Children’s Service League (KCSL). It’s a part of the National Prevent Child Abuse America. The KCSL is all about collaboration. As in the ‘village’ concept as shared by this Kansas educratic leader.

Kansas has embedded (2015)  a State Wide Initiative called “Kansans Can”. A vital part of the KC Initiative? The “Kansas Can: School Redesign Project”. Warriors, as we know that’s 100% U.S. Dept. of Ed fodder.

 

Next, Stop: GA (Peach State):

Warriors, you may know Georgia is personally, very dear to me. That said, the grab for babies is just as bad in the Peach State as it is in the Sunflower State.

Recently, it was announced that the PreK Development Grant the State received would go to DECAL. DECAL (Dept. of Early Care and Learning) will be“Using grant funds, DECAL will conduct a statewide ECCE needs assessment; develop a statewide strategic plan to strengthen the state’s ECCE system; create resources to inform families about available programs and services; develop groups and opportunities for early childhood educators to share best practices; and create supports for the state’s dual language learners and their families.” (*Note: ECCE is short for Early Childhood Care and Education.)

Under DECAL, the early learning program is called “Bright From the Start”. Warriors, look at the ‘peach packed agenda’ below:

Also, recently in GA , and via Senate Bill 15, the push to expand ‘school safety’ (another ESSA mandate) into private schools. In GA, that also includes homeschoolers. Warriors, as you’ve known, I’ve been warning for years that the federal overreaches in ESSA would assimilate these families.
This will increase, not only the intrusion into family homes, but also set up more data mining and control by Homeland Security Agencies.

Lastly, The Nutmeg State, Connecticut:

Warriors, one of my Anti Fed Ed Warriors,  Anne M. in CT, recently posted a picture about the United Way of CT’s grab for babies and their Moms.

Also tied to the (National Inoperability Collective) NIC, is David Wilkinson. Wilkinson, according to his LinkedIN profile as a Director of the White House Office of Social Innovation (under Pres. Obama). You can also tie Wilkinson to the Ounce of Prevention Fund. Back in 2016, I shared with you the OPF’s grab at children via ESSA.

The 2018 NIC Symposium notes and speakers can be located here. The NIC announcement about the Symposium is where you’ll see the ‘wheel house’.

For All The States:

United Way is tied to Google and the United Nations, so, of course, ‘cradle to career’ is the alignment. United Way is partners with the CCSS Machine in many other ways and groups as well.

From 2016, United Way, President Obama’s Promise Neighborhoods (which was a codified mandate in ESSA), U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development and “Youth Build”. Also from that year, United Way and those ‘wrap around services’.

From 2017, United Way and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) for cradle to career coding.

Closing:

Warriors, the cradle to career, then grave will keep being seen in the news as the ESSA mandates continue to ursurp the Tenth Amendment. In my next article, we’ll look at the federal misguidance on ‘school choice’ and the 116th’s bill to support the deception.

Consequences:

Below is a screen shot of consequences we now face, due to the signing into law HR 4174 (FEPA) has in store for We the People:

HOW will FEPA immediately or chillingly effect us as Americans?
1) This might shock you, but all our civil rights (how we are treated) are assigned by our government. All our civil liberties (our freedoms) are also assigned by the government.

In the Declaration of Independence we were guaranteed the right to pursue life, liberty, and happiness as WE chose. FEPA removes OUR guarantee to live our lives as WE choose. It certainly removes all liberty, as well as freedom. It certainly will impact how we are treated. (Source)

1a) How does FEPA cause this? Life-long tracking of your life, your attitudes, values, beliefs, how much income your family makes, where you live, do you own a gun, do you beat your family, do you drink or smoke? Do you go to church?
Think of it this way Warriors, whatever data snooping the Patriot Act created on every American (thus helping gut FERPA, Family Education Rights to Privacy Act, as well as the SLDS and WQDI (Student Longitudinal Data System/Workforce Quality Initiative, respectively); FEPA makes it look like sissy stuff.

Why? The goal in the shift to erode America as the ‘land of the free/home of the brave’, has long been in place. It’s not been about our choice in life, especially for our students of all ages, for quite some time. The reason FEPA is SO evil, is in the systematic destruction of America, education is the choice weapon and data mining (aka: student data rape) has been the key trigger.
FEPA, along with 2 others (HR 2434 College Transparency Act; HR 3157 Student Privacy Protection Act)were introduced during the 115th Congress. Each of these could work together or stand alone all have life-long data tracking (aka: open data) built in. The Big Biz, Big Tech, and Big Government have long been after our information of ALL kinds, FEPA now allows that…nationally, via a single, unified system.
**The Bigs (as I call them) all feel we have NO right to our privacy and that it all belongs to them. Is is because they care about us? No, it’s for control and money.

2) The Bill of Rights in our Constitution (1-10) find the most negative impact from FEPA.
The First Amendment is centered on freedom of speech. However, only the speech is protected. Expression isn’t. So, with FEPA’s constant tracking our every move, our every word, HOW we express ourselves will be closely monitored. That removes OUR choice of expression.

2a) The Second Amendment has been the most targeted, in my opinion, in recent history.
I’ve shared with you in the past how the CCSS (Common Core State Standards, rebranded as CCR, College/Career Readiness) have used anti-gun control as a key point in curriculum used. Add to that the ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act’s mandate for ‘safe schools’ where not only anti-2nd Amendment rhetoric is attached, but every student must be mentally evaluated. FEPA will tie to the gutted FERPA and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) in these mental evaluations, thus taking personal private data from your students with or without consent. (*Remember, since FEPA creates a data track for every one, student or not, you too, will be mentally evaluated and labeled accordingly.)

3) Our 4th Amendment states no unreasonable arrest or search can happen. FEPA guts this off the bat. How? By having our lives and homes constantly monitored, the government is already inside, so no searching will be needed. As far as arrest, with our other rights muted or removed, we could be found guilty of any number of activities. These by, default, plays right into the 5th and 6th Amendments concerning self-incrimination and our rights if we are accused. FEPA will assault these, too.

4) Amendments 9 and 10 stand to cause the most havoc in State level government. Nine assures us any right NOT listed in the Constitution is safe. Ten, of course assigns State’s rights concerning their citizens. State’s rights have already been eroded by federal laws, programs, funding, etc. FEPA will remove any State power and assign it to the federal level. How? That single, unified system of control.

5) Amendments 14 and 16 lay out citizenship rights and federal income tax. Since FEPA will use personal data (expanding it to non-census data, too) from the Public Private Partnerships (P3s) such as the FBI and Amazon. The IRS has now been included in that expansion. So have the HHS, ED, and others.

The more tags, the more compartmentalized you are until you are pigeon-holed into a certain sector where the appropriate entitlements and government programs will best suit you. Those Pesky, “Unintended” Consequences of FEPA:

1) Whom you associate with will be watched and monitored.
2) Your privacy is of no concern, even in your home and especially via all the “Smart Devices” you use. Big Tech is rejoicing FEPA is law, the data is all theirs, anyway (or so they believe)
3) If you find yourself in need of a jury, who determines those who make up the jury?
4) The freedom to travel where you wish, as you wish may become restricted, due to association, taxes, tolls, or for any arbitrary reason the government designs.
5) The freedom to religious worship, is at stake, too.

6) “Evidence Based” is code for collection of data.
7) FEPA bastardizes the weakened Net Neutrality, so everything on-line is open for collection. It also feeds off of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and will use AI to align and confine us.
8) FEPA will use the 5G technology against Americans, not in favor of them. Don’t believe the hype that 5G will be a faster internet connection. A Trojan awaits in ANYTHING 5G. (BitCoins, Social Impact Investing, Community Partnerships, included those between cities and churches are a few of what is tied to 5G and a weakened State.)
9) FEPA (a supposedly education minded bill) sat in the Senate’s Homeland Security Committee longer than anywhere else in Congress. Why? FEPA alters the infrastructure of America!
10) Since FEPA attacks both the Declaration of Independence (based on natural rights and justice) and the Constitution (rules enforced by the government), every citizen should be up in arms and alarmed at what freedoms and rights are at stake!

Citizen Recourse:

Warriors, I’m sure by now, you are wondering what in the world we CAN do to fight back. I believe I have found something we can use to seriously land a blow to Congress and FEPA.

Consider the HR 4174’s track record, it’s full of broken procedures and rules used to ram it through BOTH Chambers. Congress claims there was no negative feedback (which would have given us a hearing). There was enough negative feedback to call for two hearings, but we were ignored. No debate, once HR 4174 came up for a vote on the Senate floor mere days before Christmas 2018. The vote? A voice one, again, no way for the citizens to hold Congress accountable.

Recourse #1: Since we have no record of how our Senators voted on HR 4174, we CAN find out how they voted on the Motion to Suspend Rules and Concur in the Senate! More than likely, if they voted to suspend, they voted for passage.

Recourse #3: Warriors, have you ever heard of the Unconstitutional Official Acts? I stumbled upon this while looking for quotes on liberty and its cost. Known simply as “-16 Am Jur. Sec. 177 late 2d, Sec 256” this Statute lays out how our U.S. Constitution beats out EVERYTHING.

It states that ANY act of any government official which violates our U.S. Constitution should be removed from office. No exceptions, no excuses.

The Set-up: An In-Depth Report

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, our Nation has just been shoved further down the ‘river of the damned’ in education.

How? The U.S. Senate, by a voice vote, passed the U.S. House’s “Strengthening Career Tech Education (CTE) in the 21st Century Act” (HR 2353).

By this passage, HR 2353, now advances to our President. The ‘mad dash’ rushing we are seeing play out? Oh, that’s 100% on purpose. Why? Look at the recent events surrounding this: a “Made in the USA” exhibit, Ivanka’s main stream media blitz, the big showcase of CCSS Machine groups surrounding President as he signed a NEW executive order on July 19th.
So, WHY is all the activity hyping up? Think about the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) mandate for ALL education to be ‘aligned to post-secondary readiness’. Then, consider the timeline which all was to be in place by: the beginning of the 2018-19 school year.

Warriors, we are quickly approaching the beginning of that ‘academic’ calendar!!

An Older Trump EO Meets A New One:

In 2017, President Trump signed EO (Executive Order) #13801. This Order expanded apprenticeships, especially at the beck and call of P3s (public private partnerships). Ivanka Trump, during her recent press appearances, kept referring to P-Tech (part of the globally led CCSS Machine’s effort to redesign high schools into worker prep factories).
Warriors, remember: ESSA mandated an increase in P3s in K-12 education for ALL school choices!

Warriors, the Task Force which #13801 put into action has been meeting up until recently (2018). It’s job was to come up with ways in which education and jobs were not only ‘joined at the hip’, but the only way to learn. (Remember, the ESSA mandate about ALL education being the same?!) The agenda from #13801 is being carried out in the new #13845 (see the link above).

Prerogatives Not Needed

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, have you ever looked at your children and told them that one day they would grow up and go work for ‘The Man’? Have you ever looked in the mirror and told yourself, ‘Gee, I’m glad I have to earn money for my boss today.”?

Certainly not! What I imagine you’ve told them is the same thing you were told, ‘Go to school, get good grades and then see where life takes you’. For some of us, it was straight to work. Others left and went on to college. Some folks elected to do both, while others took a break and ‘found themselves’ before ‘getting on track’.

Warriors, these were all prerogatives for us. We had some choices, but they were OUR choices. In today’s educratic system, NO ONE has a true prerogative anymore. Some test tells Johnny and/or Suzy what they must complete in school  now to work somewhere else later. By the time the kids are in middle school, they already know where their future income is coming from.

For us as grownups? Our future’s just as aligned. We’re told we must update our ‘credentials’ via courses. We’re constantly monitored for ‘quality control’.

Every single education/job move we make isn’t so much about our U.S. Constitutionally guaranteed right to ‘pursue happiness’, it’s about checking off the boxes on a pre-determined list of where we’ll fit in best when it comes to the CCSS Machine.

This type of conformity appears to be the true goal of the merger between the U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Labor. However, the conformity doesn’t END there.

We, the Anti Fed Ed Warriors, owe a huge debt of gratitude to a fierce Warrior, Karen Bracken. She created a ‘short and sweet’ petition to protest the planned merger. It was released Sunday, June 24th. As of today, June 27th, the petition has just over 1,000 signatures. Not only did I sign the petition, I’ve joined her in getting the word out as much as humanly possible. While 1,000 citizens speaking up is great, we’ve got to have 100,000 JUST to be recognized by the White House.

CTE, ‘By Hook Or By Crook’

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we know for a fact, or by several facts, that the ‘hook/crook’ system has been well implemented in American education. Chiefly responsible is the CCSS Machine (in more modern history).

What do I mean by the “CCSS Machine”? The “Common Core State Standards Machine”. What groups or people make up this ‘Machine’? Anyone and every group who/which has undermined our U.S. Constitution to strap us with federal education laws? (Congress and their corporate backers, State governors, State laws, local entities are a few examples) The complete list is long and is well documented.

My focus for this article will be on Congress AND businesses, though. These, in my researched opinion, are the biggest crooks using the meanest hooks.

Another Hearing:

Warriors, I don’t know about you, but I get emails every time the U.S. House’s Ed/Workforce Committee has news. There has been an abundance of hearings lately.

Each is a dog and pony show with the head of Ed/Workforce (Rep. Virginia Foxx) leading the agenda. What might her agenda be? It’s the same as every other U.S. Representative, that CTE (Career Tech Education) is our ‘silver bullet’ for America.

So, what Hearing am I referring to? It was the House’s June 13th hearing. The Ed/Workforce Committee’s Press Release was selling ‘the power of charter schools’.

So how does CTE connect to charter schools? According to the Hearing’s archive, Rep. Foxx’s final questions focus on charters and CTE. You can find this near the 2:36:07 time mark. She pointedly asked Nina Rees (President and CEO, National Alliance for Public Charter Schools) about the potential of charters to expand CTE. Rees responded with this, ‘Roughly 400 charters label themselves as either CTE or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) field schools.’ If you look up ‘CTE’ on the Alliance’s website, there are 22 listings for CTE teachers. From special needs students to all CTE concentrations, Career Tech Ed is used for student’s career tracked pathways and lifelong learning.

What’s interesting, Warriors, is that the CCSS Machine member organizations funding this Alliance include the U.S. Dept. of Education’s Charter School Resource Center. Other funders include the Gates Foundation, The Eli Broad Foundation, the Walton Family Foundation, The Kellogg Foundation, and many others. (source)

By having a group tied to the U.S. Dept. of Education speaking as a witness at a hearing for the U.S. House’s Ed/Workforce Committee is totally subjective, thus, whatever ‘testimony’ is given will naturally support Congress’s moves.

Frankly, as I listened and watched this almost 3 hour hearing, I was offended by the smugness of Foxx, the superiority of some of the other Congress members making statements and asking questions. You could easily hear digs at certain parties, disrespect toward others, and false vibrato towards the one citizen presented as a witness.

You could hear the coached words spilling from not only Foxx’s mouth, but others like Rep. Davis of California, Rep. Polis from Colorado, and Rep. Thompson from Pennsylvania. Other Representatives appeared to have valid questions, but used most of their question time to espouse their opinions.

Davis said that America (‘we’) need CTE. “We” also need to partner with communities. ‘We want CTE’. ‘We want many opportunities for students, we’re primed to do that to a scale which will create careers.’

Warriors, this is the way in which businesses and corporations are infiltrating the classrooms across America. If they aren’t in the K-12 classrooms, they are in the early college classrooms, the apprenticeships, the dual enrollment, the one-stop-job-centers, etc.
Grooming workers tied to 16 different career tracks is the sole goal. THERE IS NO OTHER. Those who don’t fit into these tracks will find themselves on a different kind of career track: management

Not to miss a moment to brag on the PROSPER Act, the Ed/Workforce Committee sent this email out:

The PROSPER Act is a land mine of CTE, STEM, and anything else connecting education to the workforce development. In my recent article, I exposed how as well as Foxx’s misleading the nation on the number of jobs available or not. PROSPER is geared for those in higher education BUT depends on K-12 education to be locked in the alignment for cradle to career ‘education’. Both CTE and PROSPER will encompass ALL school choices! Just like ESSA!

Warriors, when you see it like this, then the words of Foxx and Davis make even more sense. Not good sense, mind you, but it should show you the underlying need for Congress to by hook or crook, deceive our nation.

(*Note, Foxx and Davis are only 2 of the members at that hearing which were touting charters schools. However, it was this pair which chose to focus on CTE.)

Closing:

Warriors, make no mistake, the U.S. Congress, as a CCSS Machine member, is doing EVERYTHING possible by hook or by crook to mandate education into workforce development. If it’s not CTE, it’s CBE (competency based education).

Seen below, this one lays out how CBE (aka CTE, STEM, College and Career Readiness) fits to the UN’s Global agenda. We can find each of the 7 steps in WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), the current HEA (Higher Education Act), and ESSA. HEA is the only federal education law left to be 100% aligned to all this.
Currently, the PROSPER Act is the ‘answer’ the House has for HEA. The U.S. Senate? Their ‘answer’ is the Higher Education Innovation Act.
