Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve often seen movies or read books which pose the question ‘What if everything you knew was based off a lie?’ How many fact-based researched articles, magazines, and, books have we read which totally alter what we were taught in school?
For example, years ago, my mother gave me a book called “Mayflower”.
The book was written by Nathaniel Philbrick. In the book, he details actual facts about the real story of America’s birth after the Mayflower Pilgrims landed. Whatever you learned about (or may have taught about the Mayflower BASED off what you’d learned and available resources) is absolutely NOT what took place.
Warriors, this is simply one example. However, I think you can see the point. If what we’ve learned and passed on is not factual, what our students take with them certainly cannot be truthful either.
Are there other instances we’ve been lied to in education without knowing it? Yes!
How many of us remember being taught that Pres. Lincoln was the “Great Emancipator”?

Warriors, why does this matter in 2019? Because what foundations were laid THEN continue to SHAPE our path as a nation NOW.
Warriors, think of just HOW toxic the foundation of lies about freedom/slavery, the economy, and most of all, racism has become simply BASED off one side of history. The ONE side the government has manipulated!
IF you think there’s no way the 37th and 38th Congressional Sessions were used, I urge you to take time and go back to look. I did. Did you know that the 37th Congress gave the President (Lincoln) the power to declare State residents as insurrectionists?
Did you know the 37th Congress also impacted education? In the Library of Congress link above, use ‘control F’ on your computer and type in ‘education’, you’ll see it mentioned 58 times. One mention even shows that Congress directed parents to choose schools. Warriors, Congress, NOT the States; as in the Constitution’s 10th Amendment!
Did you know the 38th Congressional Session impacted education; especially for the Native American tribes; a total of 68 times? It’s one of the first times, I’ve seen so many Native American tribes mentioned being paid at the ‘pleasure’ of the President or Congress. Federal money is taxpayer funded.
Taxpayer dollars paying for education at a national level! Unconstitutional! While Article 2 of the Constitution allows the President to appoint citizens to serve at his pleasure, there is nothing which states he can use Federal funds to be used ‘at his pleasure’. Congress, per Article 1, can pay debts, but I did not see any instance where a debt is the same as a ‘pleasure’.
Warriors, this predates the 20 US Code 1232a, which prohibited the federal government from overreaching into education. However, even without that federal law, the Constitution was violated.
Trade and the economy were also set up to create what has become a‘command economy’ back in the 37th and 38th Congressional sessions.
Warriors, even the ‘market economy’ is squeezing out We the People. How? Private corporations!
Just think, the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) mandated MOREP3s get involved in education! How is a P3 based on a lie for America? Fascism! Public money is used WITHOUT the public’s input and by the private groups DIRECTING the agenda.

Warriors, just the day before David’s eye opening interview on Settings Brushfires, my interview highlighted the treason and propaganda Congress and the CCSS Machine (from a global level on down) which has become a foundation of lies for America.
I urge you to listen to David’s interview FIRST, then follow with mine. You should see a disturbing pattern we’ve been witness to our entire lives and didn’t realize it! Our foundation as a country has been in trouble since before you and I were born, certainly before our children and the current generation.
1) Warriors, don’t forget the 100 year trail of education’s demise in America has been traced already. As I’ve shared before, Berit Kjos researched that and has a very informative booklet with dates, names, organizations, and, more.
2) I’ve shown you, repeatedly, the blending of education and workforce throughout America’s history. Be sure to look at this article’s alignment from US ‘education’ to the UN (United Nations) model.
3) This researched article showed how MN was one of the very first States to get an indoctrination of workforce prep education from the UN.
4) Under President Truman, the UN’s Charter was signed and America became the first nation to bow down. That was 1945, Warriors. Chapters 8-11 of the Charter, specifically lay out Marxism for not only government control of the citizens, but of the economy.
6) A huge foundation of lies for America is found inSTEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math). Many Americans want to ignore this truth. I hope you choose to acknowledge it. It’s sole purpose it to be the last nail in the American nation’s coffin.
Warriors, in September, I’ll be looking at more American betrayal in our education system. The 116th Senate Chamber of Congress has declared September 2019 as “Workforce Development Month”. What a betrayal to our children.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my previous article, I laid out for you the importance of just how much we are losing by allowing repugnant and unconstitutional (therefore, illegal) laws to govern us, especially in education.
In that article, you also were brought up to speed on some educratic bills which are being fast-tracked so they can become laws. That’s right, MORE laws to add to the thousands we are charged to not follow or, even honor.
Why? Three realities we are NOT living by:
Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution clearly points that the Constitution is the SUPREME law of the land. Marbury vs Madison’s further clarification that even the Supreme Court cannot ‘best’ the Constitution. US Code 1232a’s prohibition of ANY type of federal overreach into education.
“ANY”includes presidential executive orders, federal funds, federal ‘laws’, policies, initiatives, programs, Congressional legislation, insertion of education into ANY other unconstitutional law, and using our taxpayer dollars against our freedoms and liberties. “Education” means all teaching, learning, curriculum, testing, and, all connecting resources.
Warriors, at the close of the previous article, I told you there were other repugnant and illegal legislation the 116th Congress is churning out. There’s also one note to add.
Since that publication, I’ve been asked by a Warrior in Rhode Island if any type of lawsuit has been created to wipe out these repugnant and unconstitutional ‘laws’. To date, I do not know of any. If you have knowledge of one (or, hopefully, many), please let me know.
**For the remainder of this article, we’ll look at 3 Congressional bills and President Trump’s latest EO (Executive Order).
Meet S 1558:
Warriors, this Senate bill (AI-IA, short for Artificial Intelligence Initiative Act) is one I’ve shared with two great Anti Fed Ed Warriorswho happened to be experts on the UN (United Nations) and the global push for AI and 5G in America. I hope you will look for more on S 1558’s overreaches into your communities. S 1558 was introduced in May 2019.
However, I’m covering the education portions of S 1558 for you. You can access the entire bill in the highlighted phrase above.
What does S 1558 do? It establishes a federally led initiative (program complete with policies and funds) to embed AI in our national economy. It will also attach AI (includes 5G) in our national security plan. In a nutshell, S 1558 will have us more data tracked than ever. It’s also going to attach badges and digital markers on each of us. By the way, our current US nationalsecurity strategyis laced with UN’sSustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda points.
Also, S 1558 has ‘other purposes’. Such as, education being mentioned 49 times. S 1558 puts the NSF (National Science Foundation) in charge of much of the AI-IA implementation.
NSF is also a partner to the UN and ‘adores’ the SDGs. Since NSFcoined the marketing term “STEM” (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) to hoodwink Americans, it makes sense that this same NGO (Non governmental organization) would be used in S 1558.
Page numbers concerning education which are the most troublesome:
Page 22, algorithms; Page 26, P3s (Public Private Partnerships); and Page 28, AI hubs in schools from PreK to workforce.
S 1855, The ASPIRE Act:
Warriors, ASPIRE is short for Access, Success and Persistence in Reshaping Education Act of 2019. This is NOT the first time ASPIRE’s been in Congress, back in the 114th Congressional session, ASPIRE was trotted out. I went into detail about S 3368, then. Much of the same repugnant garbage is in the newer version, S 1855. (*Note: during the 115th Congressional session, there were 2 ASPIRE Acts, one the almost carbon copy of S 3368 and HR 926, an amendment to the HEA for STEM.)
The same Senate Official (Coons) introduced ASPIRE in the S 3368 version AND the current S 1855 version.
So, what will S 1855 do for education’s reshaping? First, it is to amend the HEA, Higher Education Act. Supposedly by reshaping higher education more people can become students and go on to complete their higher education. You’ll find 65 references to education is S 1855. This bill introduced in June 2019.
Page 3, all the types of higher education are laid out.
However, Warriors, it’s the amount of power the Sec. of Education (DeVos) will have in this bill which is the biggest concern. She’ll be given the power to determine who gets financial aid, which schools are performing well and which ones are in the bottom 5%, she’ll determine what punishment to give the bottom 5%, she’ll have the data mining trails to track how students and teachers are applying ‘best practices’, she’ll be in charge of ‘accelerated learning’ and work-study programs, and hand out $2 million (a piece) grants on a competitive basis to qualifying higher education institutions. If your school doesn’t measure up to DeVos’s design? Penalty fees begin at $1 million. Those penalty fees from the schools cannot come from fewer scholarships awarded or raising tuition prices. So, where will the money come from? More than likely our taxes.
HR 3102, HIGHER ED Act:
This June 2019 bill has a much longer name. ‘HIGHER ED’ is short for Helping Individuals Get a Higher Education while Reducing Education Debt Act. You’ll find ‘education’ is embedded 85 different times in HR 3102.
Warriors, somehow this ONE bill will improve higher education loans. How? Reauthorizing Stafford (subsidized and un-subsidized) loans, offering student loan bankruptcy, giving re-financing opportunities, loan forgiveness, and, loan repayments based on income. Sounds great, right? Well, let’s remember a few key facts:
1) student debt is at its highest due TO the government’s involvement
2) student repayment programs have been offered in the past and contained massive amounts of federal controlling strings
3) student debt forgiveness will also transfer the repayment of that debt to other taxpayers
4) with government involvement, there are also P3s, public private partnerships..messing with money AND data concerning our students and their families
5) the involvement of the Treasury Dept and other US federal agencies is a certainty (which means more data collection and sharing)
6) HR 3102 puts the Sec. of Education in charge of designed and developing (thus approving) the entire process (Does the wolf minding the hen house come to mind?)
This set up scheme is almost like the government’s try at lowering the bar in the housing market, so that folks who’d never been able to buy a house, could. Trouble is, so many folks who couldn’t pay for their homes threw the economy into a tail spin.
This happens every single time the US government gets into economic controlling areas it has NO constitutionally to do so!
HR 3102 also will use PLUS loans and federal direct consolidation loans. HELLO?!Doesn’t Congress remember education funding is a part of federal control and by the US federal law, below, prohibited!!
Warriors, a reoccurring theme was present in HR 3102. Options to switch up repayment programs and/or to completely opt-out. Who, my fellow Anti Fed Ed Warriors, will pick up the slack? According to other parts of the language, if you have defaulted on student loans, while you can may be pay it back or not (per the language), any collection agency fees, would be on your shoulders. Again, nothing in clear print about the balance of the loan.
Warriors, we really need to watch out for this bill’s passage. It is still very possible to totally block it. We must contact our DC officials.
President Trump’s Newest EO:
Warriors, the most recent EO (Executive Order) made by President Trump also concerns student loan. This one, however is for our disabled veterans. Now, let me stop right here and state for the record that I am NOT anti-veteran. I support our veterans. I have US veterans in my family. I honor and respect US service men and women. However, as in other articles where our veterans are concerned, I have raised the point about what a disservice our US government is to them.
Especially in education! In the past, I’ve shown you bills where the US Congress is using STEM to retrain veterans. So, in essence, the very globalism and tyranny our US military is fighting, they come home, only to have it thrust upon them in order to get a job!
Does this sound very constitutional? Does this truly honor their fight to keep us free? No, it globalizes our nation just a bit more each time a bill like this is created or passed.
HOWEVER, there’s a BIG difference between a Congressional bill and an Executive Order. The Congressional bill at least goes through channels with opportunities for We the People to weigh in. EOs, totally bypass the will of the citizens and promotes the President’s agenda (regardless of issue). There’s been much debate about the constitutionality of EOs, not only under Trump, but in previous administrations.
What does Pres. Trump’s vet debt forgiveness EO say? Look below:
Warriors, what current legal vet debt loan forgiveness is available? Stateside Legal (for the US Military members) states that a) you must be the one to request debt forgiveness not only in certain situations, but it only applies to certain loans. If you’re a vet with a private student loan, no EO in the world will help.
Since many States have been begging DeVos to address this problem, this EO handed her the opportunity to ‘fix it’ on a silver platter. During campaign season. Using unconstitutional laws and programs to boot. Warriors, do you see the total lack of local control in education being played out, yet again?!
What happens to any disabled vet with student loans now? Will DeVos manipulate it so that the ‘minimal burden’ will be zero? (It’s zero in HR 3102 for some students) What happens when the ‘minimal’ is still too pricey? What is a vet or their family to do, then? Where is the accountability so that this new policy and system won’t allow for abuse or fraud?
Not that we need the feds to be THAT controlling, but still, where’s the protection for the citizens involved or the citizens left paying for this debt?
Also, Warriors, let’s remember another key point, in my Prudence Files series on 2020 Presidential candidates, several are touting total student debt forgiveness. So why are these people’s plans being spun as socialism and the President’s is being spun as a heroic move? Is not socialism present in this EO? Certainly illegal activity, if nothing else?
Warriors, we MUST take back our education. The government will NOT help us one bit.
Since DC remains a murky swamp, we must not get in the muddy waters with DC. We must stand on the solid ground and march on.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve seen time and time again, how our Congressional elected leaders (you know, they like to be called ‘representatives’ or ‘senators’) are NOT leading America to remain a free and independent, prosperous country. You know them as Congress members.
Somewhere down the Congressional line of creating legislation, it was cast aside that ANY legislation (proposed or turned into law) which was repugnant (unpleasant and distasteful) to the U.S. Constitution, was/is to be considered null and void!
Warriors, this doesn’t even cover all the bills and laws which are, in fact, in complete violation of the U.S. Constitution!! Especially in education!
As a result, Congress abandoned We the People and has combined education (which isn’t their responsibility) with labor and health care.
While today’s officials certainly overreach into these main federal agencies (ed/labor/health care), there are a host of others overreaching as well.
Also, Congress has not reined in ONE President yet, who has overreached into education! If they had, I truly believe our country would be much freer, much more prosperous, and, certainly within the U.S. Constitution and the Law of the Land.
(*Note: If you’ve not heard of Marbury vs Madison, this short video does an excellent job explaining how the U.S. Constitution is even more authoritative than ANY elected or appointed official or judge, even the Supreme Court!)
So, my advice? Don’t call them ‘leaders’! The path CongressIS leading us down, is the one to ‘global homogenized servitude’.
Congress is NOT as powerful as they think they are, when actively carrying out MANY repugnant and illegal bills/laws. If we MUST call these violators anything, I suggest ‘official’.
Any President or Presidential hopeful who continues to support the blending of education to labor, health care, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math); which TOTALLYUnited Nations; is in violation of repugnant and illegal activities.
Warriors, I think it’s past time to remind these officials that our country is in dire need of a reboot!
Back to the U.S. Constitution, back to separation of powers between federal and State. Back to the power of the citizens to decide for themselves how best to live life, pursue happiness, provide for themselves, and to educate based on the FAMILY’s values, not government prescribed ‘outcomes’.
The 116th Congressional Repugnant Bills:
Warriors, 3 bills from Congress have been passed from one chamber to another since I first wrote about them.
One is HR 753 (Global Electoral Exchange Act). When I first told you about this bill, it was April 2019. This bill passed over the the Senate in May 2019. It was first introduced in January of 2019. Presidential hopeful Castro’s brother is the original sponsor.
HR 753 will allow a globalization of our election process! It will put the U.S. Dept. of State in charge of a global electoral exchange program where countries can come to America (and we can travel to theirs) to learn ‘best practices’ from each other.
How does HR 753 impact education? Well, the U.S. State Dept. is a full fledged CCSS Machine member devoted to embedding as many UN agenda items into America as possible. Then, there are any and all kinds of groups associated with education which can participate in the ‘best practices’ for elections. Finally, civics as a subject will be a channel for change. HR 753 also amends our US Tax Codes.
HR 1359, Digital GAP Act is the second one which has had recent activity. It passed the entire House on 5/21/19. It’s in the Senate’s Committee on Foreign Relations. If you’d like to read the 116th’s version (not much different than it’s former version), go here.
Now, when I first wrote about this one, it was known as HR 600 from the 115th Congress. The entire title of the bill is Digital Global Access Policy Act. The global access is a hellacious overreach into our lives. The evidence has already been given that student data goes global, this simply expands that. Below is an image from the 2018 article.
The true nature of HR 1359 is digital economy. As in the data badge type where your social credit score can dictate your life. As in the type of bitcoin, social impact tool your data becomes. As in the type of data trail to control your education and where you work. Warriors, Congress believes by opening ‘Pandora’s internet access’ we’ll somehow lift folks out of poverty and boost the global economy!
Third, and last to have an update is S 406, The Federal Rotational Cyber Workforce Program. It passed the Senate on 7/25/19 and is in the House’s Oversight and Reform Committee.
Back in April 2019, I wrote 2 articles showing how this bill was (and still is) being fast tracked. If ever there was a time to apply the repugnant and illegal grabs against our Constitution, it’s S 406. This creates a task force based off a 2015 US law creating human capital (that’s We the People) systems. It will unite AI (Artificial Intelligence) and 5G into every portion of our lives, especially education via ‘coding’ (which is part of STEM). S 406 also embeds more UN agenda into our American laws.
Warriors, if you’ll remember, ‘coding’ is a big portion of ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), as well as HEA (Higher Education Act), and, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act).
Warriors, in my next article, I’ll go over more repugnant and illegal legislation those officials have been churning out while burning up their copies of the very document they swore to uphold and protect.
How dare we let them continue. How dare we get behind and support some of these same officials who are leading us straight to ruin.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, it’s “From the Files” Tuesday. So, what does that mean? It means that what our topic of the day is, there will be documents shared which you’ll want to hang on to.
Warriors, you may be wondering why I used ‘geez’ in the title today. That’s a good question. I’ll be going over the most “G” meetings and preview a big one coming up in August 2019. What IS a “G” meeting? If you’ve heard of the G7 or G8, maybe the G20; that’s what I’m referring to. The “G” stands for ‘Group’. So, G7 is “Group of 7”. You can guess the others from there.
So, what do the G7, G8, and G20 have in store for education in the US? Let’s go to the files!
Warriors, the next G7 meeting is set for August 2019. According the their ‘about us’ information, the G7 is not a formal group with a charter or secretariat, like the UN (United Nations). However, they do have presidents and sherpas leading their meetings and advising all policies.
From what I can gather, the G7 exists to put into action what the G20 (as the global economic driver) plans out.
The last G7 meetingwas June 2018 and was held in Canada. Where did ‘education’ surface? Gender equality and the workforce. (At least according to the EU’s Report, linked above.)

Warriors, what difference does Russia joining the existing G7 countries mean? What does it mean for education? (*Note: the admission of Russia into this Group, has been off and on again, for years. However, economic influenced decisions impact everyone in the world, member country or not.
In fact, the Russians just hosted an international economic meeting earlier this month for SPIEF, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (June 2019). Among SPIEF partners, are the US/Russia Business Council, Germany, France, and Japan. Pretty much most of the G7 nations.) In all, over 500 Americans attended this Forum. There were many from the G20 in attendance, as well. (*Note: there are links to more SPIEF files below.)
Basically Warriors, the G8 is the coming together of the world’s top economic countries. This BBC link does a great job of explaining how the G8 differs from the G7. (*Note: the embedded video will not work, due to the fact it’s unavailable in the US.)
Warriors, let’s remember that economics are what is the driving force of the modern education shift from academics to workforce.

From what I can find, the sole purpose of the G8 is to breed global conformity on the top issues. Those issues appear to be right in step with the UN and SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), too.

3) SPIEF’s attendees heard about ‘social guarantees’as provided by society. They also were ‘treated’ to the rhetoric of ‘next generation’ business leaders. With the way social justice and workforce based economics is going, these will play into America sooner than later. Especially with all our connections to the G7, G8, G20, ILO, and a host of other globally minded CCSS Machine members.

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’re closing out May 2019 with some updates on the SOSO(‘same ole same old’) educratic BS from the CCSS Machine.
In my last article, it was educratic BS in DC to ‘shut down’ the U.S. Dept. of Education by not really closing it, but scattering it like dust to the wind.
How so? Remember, that about the time DeVos was in Argentina with the G20 Education Summit, I showed you how the Y20 and L20 (Youth 20 and Labor 20) arms of the G20 (Group of 20 nations) had embedded the merging of education AND labor into one giant department? By ‘shutting’ U.S. Ed down, the merger would be one step closer to completion here in the U.S.
(*Note: the Y20 called the shift ‘innovation’. The GU (Generation Unlimited) calls the shift ‘quality education and training.)
How anyone in Congress thinks this type of innovation is getting rid of federal control of our education system is beyond me. How any citizen would choose to believe the SOSO, is also, beyond comprehension.
Self-Direction (AKA: Personalized Learning) is “Innovation”:
Warriors, we KNOWPL (Personalized Learning) is also a CCSS Machine farce. However, many parents are being deceived by State level leaders that self-directed learning is not only the best wave of innovation, it’s the best tool to guide their future.
The reality? Self-direction and personalized learning guide students (via massive data mining and algorithms) to a predestined track that a test/assessment lays out. NOT the personal choice of Johnny and/or Suzy.
So, if we KNOW this, how is the deception still being carried out?
The short answer: Global agenda in US legislation.
The longer answer: American parents and taxpayers are ignored and our freedoms muted.
Where will we find this deceptive agenda?
The short answer: All around us, especially in learning.
The longer answer: Hidden in our State’s plans at the federal government’s direction.
Warriors, let’s remember one key item about ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act):“Innovation” in learning, teaching, measuring (testing), was part of the entire goal in having the law passed.
Basically, our Congress ‘bet the farm’ against our kids by passing this. They also betrayed us, as parents and taxpayers.
What’s Your State “Innovating”:
Chillingly, our States are taking the federal Congressional cue to use innovation to usurp a student’s entire life. No longer is the concern academics, but now, using innovation to micromanage mental health. So much so, you have States begging leaders within their borders to misuse Medicaid funds.* (* More about that in a moment.)
Why would your State ‘play such a harlot’? Well, several reasons.
A) Because the States have to answer to their master, the federal government and the global agenda. (We must be ’21st Century Ready for the global community/economy, after all.)
B) Because the States have become addicted to so much funding, the sheer amounts have blurred the vision of those in charge. (If your State is like mine, simple improved management of funds would prove federal funds are not needed, as well as adhere our actions to the legality of the U.S. Constitution and federal laws prohibiting ANY form of federal overreach.)
C) Because the leaders are either fully aware of their deceptions or have become so jaded, they no longer care for WE the People. From PA, long time Anti Fed Ed Warrior, Anita Hoge’s latest article lays out the cold hearted moves this type of Medicaid misuse looks like in the classroom. Anita ties the federal overreaches right back into the global agenda found in the UN (United Nations) and groups like the G20.
From NC, where I live, the Innovation Project (TIP) encompasses virtual education as well as homeschooling families. Words fail to express the disgust I feel for this blatant overreach into our families.
Now, my dear followers and Warriors, think about how all this misuse geared toward our student’s thinking and behavior will make them much more pliable. The more conforming they are, the easier it is to pigeonhole (more tests determine this) them into what the government thinks education is, not what you, the parent or taxpayer needs education to be.
All Education IS…
Warriors, as if what’s above isn’t terrible enough, my fellow Warrior, Alex Newman,just published an article where none other than Betsy DeVos has declared that “all education is public education”. In his article, he ties this back to the G20 Agreement DeVos signed.
But, wait, Warriors, Rep. Foxx from NC has also declared what ‘all education’ is, too!
Wait, though, my followers..is all education charter schools? Back in 2018, I showed you how the U.S. Dept. of Education was using the global workforce agenda (which CTE breeds) as an excuse to use charters to increase the levels of CTE and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) in education.
In 2018, the comparison between the US idea of what ‘education’ should be and what the UN expects education to be. Warriors, this will impact the re-authorization of the HEA (Higher Education Act).
What does President Trump think ‘all education’ is? Apprenticeship based (CTE and STEM)!
Warriors, I’m sure about you, but all this ‘innovation’is not helpful for our nation. We are seeing everyone BUT teachers define what ‘education’ is or isn’t. We see our students facing a future that, frankly, a strait-jacket laced one. Be sure to look at the ‘innovation’ link directly above. It’s for a conference held in the past few months. It’s all about innovation in education. Once you’ve looked, contact your leaders in your State. Give them an earful!
Remember when Secretary DeVos confirmed private and home-schools receiving money from government choice programs WILL be required to follow federal regulations?

Waving Choice Goodbye
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, you’ve heard me tell you time and time again that ‘school choice’ is a fallacy. The culprit is the CCSS Machine.
The tools used to ruin ‘school choice’ are WIOA, ESSA, HEA, and other top-down federal laws. (WIOA is Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, 2014; ESSA is Every Student Succeeds Act, 2015; and, HEA is the Higher Education Act, 2008 and up for re-authorization very soon).
Warriors, the fact of the matter is ‘school choice’ is really more about “personal choice”.
However, ESSA killed that choice with it’s mandate that ALL education be aligned to the post-secondary readiness standards of WIOA.
So, in essence, at least in education; that simple line from the 1965 Dr. Zhivago movie (fiction) has become our reality:
“All personal choice is dead.”
As we know, much of the CCSS Machine’s design uses education as the ‘change agent’ to alter our lives.
We know the control is meant for cradle to grave and encompasses where you’ll work. That’s why students of all ages are being pumped through the CCSS’s College and Career Readinessor the CCSS’s Career Tech Educationor the (United Nation’s) UN’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
It’s to force our students (and eventually the rest of us) into a controlled nanny-state. (Also very present in the fictional account of Dr. Zhivago)
You may wonder why I included the UN in connection to the CCSS Machine. First, Berit Kjosand many others (myself included) have traced the Common Core State Standards back to the UN, so the UN is part of the Machine.
However, STEM is the UN’s special change agent to usher in the Agenda 2030. How?
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As part of the A2030 and SDGs, where we live and where we work will be determined for us, largely through education and what career track we’ve been trained for (or re-trained for).
This is pure confinement for us as Americans; not the free people we were Constitutionally guaranteed, Warriors.
Contrast it to any movie like Dr. Zhivago and you’ll get a fair idea of how awful this direction is for Americans.
Since ESSA mandated WIOA in PreK through 12 grades (as well as tie it to the HEA for colleges and trade schools), how is the government helping all this come to fruition?
What Are Waivers? How Do They Kill Choice?
If you’re not sure what a waiver is in the realm of federal education, it was supposed to be a tool given to States and school districts to offer flexibility in how federal funds could be used to offer ‘quality’ education.
Sounds great, right? Especially with the CCSS Machine hype and lies about States being able to get their right to control education BACK when ESSA was made into law.
ESSA, by embedding WIOA, embedded funds for workforce. Likewise the WIOA waivers will embed education, not for academics, but competency based education (CBE). CBE is CCSS, too.
CBE is woven into ESSA, WIOA, and the HEA…on purpose. It’s the shift from reading, writing, and arithmetic to poorly skilled labor force.
Warriors, think back to those Race to the Top Education Waivers or the ESSA Flexibility Waivers? Have you really seen any improvement in education? Have you really seen any removal of federal control or a distinct freedom your district or State didn’t have before?
There’s been none, because the Waivers are a deceptive move for MORE federal control to implant MORE shifting of education away from what we’ve known to what the global workforce needs: laborers. Our U.S. Constitution puts it another way, ‘indentured servants’. (Which by the way was also prohibited later on in the Constitution!)
According to the U.S. Dept. of Labor, States were given a sense of freedom in how their Waivers were used, as long as they were used to improve job seeking systems for better employer ‘outcomes’. Warriors, hang on before we go any further.
Let’s review a few flies in this ointment.
a) Since ESSA has embedded WIOA, the ‘job seeking’ is happening as young as 2nd grade in some States. The ‘job seeking’ is also found outside traditional public schools via dual enrollment, fast tracking career systems like apprenticeships, internships, early career or college schools, etc. ALL this impacts every ‘school choice’, including homeschools. **It’s not so much the student seeking a job, as it is the job is seeking the student, before the student is capable!
b) As far as ’employer outcomes’, since WIOA, HEA, and, ESSA embedded P3s (public private partnerships) we’ve seen an insane increase in how much the corporate employer ‘needs’ have ruined academics. We’ve seen businesses with zero educational training usurp teachers for their purposes. **States are allowing this to happen every day they receive ANY type of federal funding or P3 funding!
c) The WQDI (Workforce Quality Data Initiative) is ‘married’ to the SLDS (Student Longitudinal Data System) FOR one purpose: aligned education for workforce needs. Regardless of what school (even homeschoolers) are in this system already or become a part of the system as soon as they participate in any of ‘a’ (above). **Being a free nation, this type of data tracking is not only illegal, it’s ‘data rape’!
Warriors, as far as the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s information, WIOA Waivers aren’t so much needed now, as they were codified when WIOA was passed into law (2014). However, much like the State Plans for ESSA which needed to be submitted to the Sec. of Education (DeVos), the State Plans for WIOA are still in use (2019). These Plans are called WIOA Unified or Combined State Plans and must be submitted to the Sec. of Labor. **By submission of those Plans, States gave full access to the federal government as far as data.
These State Plans? We, the People, can access them on the U.S. Dept. of Education’s website! Look below at the way I found this out:
I thought by clicking a phrase on the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s website, I’d be taken to another Labor page:
According to the U.S. Dept. of Education’s page I found this on, almost every State has a plan which has been approved by the feds. No State’s able to make its own plan for its own people or by those taxpayers. It’s all been run through the globally led workforce needs based system of control. The only States without an approved WIOA State Plan are TN, MI, MA, NE, and VA. The only U.S. Territory without one is the Virgin Islands.
I urge you to look at your State Plan. If you have none, let’s use NC’s as an example of what you’ll find that kills personal choice in education.
a) The NC Plan is 399 pages long and is dated FY 2018. NC elected to go with a “Unified” Plan which means all the alignment will come from every possible agency, program, and, angle. Those most targeted? “Under-served populations” including youth.
b) Page 3 shows the 6 ‘cores’ of WIOA. These ‘cores’ cover all age groups and population types. You’ll also find ‘partner’ programs will hinge off these 6 ‘cores’.
c) Page 4 shows the partners. In education, CTE (Career Tech Ed) covers all ages/choices; federal-to-state funding streams for TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) and Community Block Grants are also intersecting with education; Veterans funding will also be involved.
d) Page 7 reveals the industry specific economic targets for the State. Somehow, this is going to bring prosperity to every North Carolinian citizen. How, those “Prosperity Zones (PZs)”
I’ve researched and shown you before. These Zones were legislatively created and embedded 2014 and 2015 (respectively). When I last wrote about the PZs it was 2018. You’ll see just how eerily deceptive these Zones are and how easily the globalization of a barely educated workforce lurks underneath.
e) Pages 11 and 12 will show you all kinds of figures on job growth per industry. Page 13 reveals that employers are ‘bullish’ on growing jobs. Warriors, we’ve seen their ‘bull’ long enough and how it’s ruining our children. On the pages which follow, you’ll see lots of CCSS Machine organizations and phrases used to create the false narrative that a) there’s a skills gap and b) the only way to fix it is via aligned education/training. For more on ‘a’ and ‘b’, go here.
f) Near Page 25, you’ll see the Governor of NC mentioned. His plan combines education directly with skills. Warriors, did you know that when WIOA was passed in 2014, the increase in power given to the office of governor greatly increased? Thereby weakening taxpayers voices yet again. Many of the programs Gov. Cooper is using were already laid out before him. That he’s extending and adding to them, let’s us know regardless of politics, the global workforce/kill personal choice is alive and well.
Lastly, every bit of what’s contained in the NC Plan and others will unite data to kill personal choice in what you learn, where you work, and lots more.
Look below and see how ‘far’ we’ve come. See much ‘personal choice’? I don’t.
Warriors, I hope you can see how little our personal freedoms mean to our federal government. I hope you can see how little choice you really have when it comes to ‘education’.

If you’re like me, you know that even with the tough days we face, we have to keep protecting our kids.
While we are in a War Vs the Core, we also know the odds against us are steep. Steep or not, we choose every day, to pick up our ‘super hero cape’ and fight on. THANK YOU!

You won’t get rosy speeches or flowers from me. We can shower each other with the spoils of this War later.
What I DO wish for you is the same thing I posted a few days ago on my Facebook wall: “*I wish for you to stand up for your kids and mine; I want you to stand strong for them when they are weak. You never know how many times I’ve stood for them while shielding my own. **I wish for you to crush ‘those boxes’ in front of you, so they can see boxes are not meant to define us or confine us. ***I wish for you to firm when needed, laugh largely EVERY chance you get, to love fiercely, and fight even moreso. ****I wish for you to know when one of us stumbles and falls, others are there to lift you up. *****Challenge each other to stay strong and stand the course.”
Why Do We Fight?
We want desperately to ‘win’ the War Vs the Core. A complete and total ‘win’, too. What would that even look like?
In a ‘perfect’ world? We’ve see ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) repealed. We see Congress respect the U. S. Constitution and remove every OTHER federally overreaching law into education. We’d see the UN (United Nations) run out of America faster than a speeding bullet. We’d see teachers freed from the mandates which hold them back and students who’s privacy and emotions were not manipulated. We’d also know that the constant testing and alignment to agendas which do not match our values would be history. We’d see school boards released from the bondage of conformity and work with parents for long than 3 minute timed speeches. We’d see every single participant from the CCSS Machine held criminally charged with child abuse. Lastly, we’d demand a full and total refund from every profiteer off our children and settle for no less than a public apology to accompany their checks.
We fight for freedom, respect, justice, and truth. Every child deserves that.
We fight to make ANY variation of our ‘complete win’ possible. Every blow against the CCSS Machine is a victory. Don’t discount ANY victory, Warriors!
What We Pass On Matters:
Warriors, I don’t have to tell you our kids learn what matters MOST from us.

This seminar was held on the 23rd of April 2019 in DC. (*Notes: a) CIEB is an arm of NCEE. b) Here’s the Feb. 2019Press Releasefor the Tucker book. c) NCEE isfundedby the CCSS Machine and is considered a ‘go to resource for credibility.)
Yes, Warriors, THAT Marc Tucker (Mr.“Dear Hillary”). Don’t think he disappeared from the educratic scene after his “Dear Hillary” letter. (*Note, fellow Warrior, Dr. Young wrote about that infamous letter on her website, Crucial Voice of the People.)
The worst part of the “Tucker” ship upon education’s waters? It’s not the only ship!
Warriors, the entire event was just over 3 hours. I’ve embedded the YouTube link for you. What follows are notes and pictures to illustrate the churning waters which are about to drown our nation..if we let it.
**Start around the 14 minute mark. During that time, I noted the following CCSS Machine member groups/people praising Tucker’s new book as they flashed on the screen:

OECD is also responsible for the ‘human capital’ phrase. g) Harvard Univ.’s School of Education *Note: They are big on school redesign, too. From Tucker’s Speech (aka Remarks): Warriors, these are from the beginning of the seminar. Tucker will reappear a couple of times. If and when you watch the video, note his facial expressions from time to time. Very mean spirited looks (and words) are evident.
1) Tucker and his research team have been going to the top performing countries for the past 30 years and bringing back concepts to the US.
2) His book is geared to school superintendents and lays out how they are the biggest ‘wave walkers’. Superintendents can also bring folks with them to jump in the pool.
3) Other countries (in his ‘Did you know’ portion) have strong government supports in education, much more than the US. We must be like them. We must have more wrap around supportive services and CTE (Career Tech Education), or as it’s known in Europe VET (Vocational Education and Training).
4) America’s education system is so desperate we’ll take any teacher who can ‘fog a glass’. Other countries’ teachers are industry based top professionals.
5) Four steps we, as Americans must take to have education like the top performing countries: a) vision and plan that everyone can ‘buy in’ to; b) have powerful industries link to community colleges for CCR (College and Career Readiness) aka Common Core; c) the goal, all students CCR by 10th grade linked to a framework from 1st grade and up. Assessments to link all together. It appeared Tucker was suggesting that 10th grade wasn’t part of high school and/or that high school was any type of college filled with ‘real CTE’ and P3s (public private partnerships); and d) highly qualified, tenured K-12th grade teachers.
Warriors, what if a student is struggling to become CCR by any grade level in Language Arts and Math? Here was Tucker’s level of concern:
What about the teachers and students working together? According to the research Tucker has written about the teachers from other countries spend much less time being in front of their students and more time collaborating. Think ‘redesigning schools’ much like we’ve heard from DeVos and the CCSS Machine.
Just what is that ‘world class performance’? NWO or new work organization (could we also connect this to the NWO, New World Order? Sure sounds like it!) Why ‘new work organization’? We must streamline education for being more skill based and organized. Included in this ‘new organization’ must be more social webs of supports, especially for early learners and low-income families. We must have comprehensive wrap around services to close the equity gap.
One question comes to mind about the Constitution and Tucker’s comment. Where did the Constitution ‘assign’ education to the States? It didn’t. Education wasn’t ‘assigned’ at all! After laying out in Amendments 1-9 what was federal, the 10th Amendment gave everything else to the States to handle. At the time, education wasn’t even a State responsibility, but has since become one due to the wording of the 10th Amendment. Under certain parts of the 14th Amendment, free public education cannot be denied, but it is in the instance of undocumented immigrants, not natural born citizens or naturalized ones.
LDH’s Ship Of Indoctrination Sets Sail:
Warriors, yes, we really need to look at Linda Darling-Hammond’s part of this churning waters reform.
You’ll find her portion near the 58:22 time stamp.
LDH wrote the forward for Tucker’s new book (bait for the waters).
It was noted by LDH that many countries come to America to see how we’ve ‘innovated’ education. That’s good, she said, but we must scale up our innovations to meet THEIR high performance, organized systems. Part of those include national or state curriculum, philanthropy funded schools, government funded teacher prep or PD (Professional Development) which is aligned to a routine system.
Near the 1:09 time stamp, the moderator leads up to his question to LDH with this, “You’re deeply into the policy agenda in this country. So what’s your perspective as President of the CA State Board of Ed.” Her response? “Under ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) it returned a little to an idea called ‘think’. It increased flexibility and States re-investing in education. It’s systematic. How do we align all parts of this system? We have to come back to the 1990s (before NCLB, No Child Left Behind). We have to have funding and invest in our teachers and leaders.”
Warriors, let me pause here, if LDH really thinks ESSA allows us to dial back the 1990s, that would put us right smack dab in the vortex Tucker wrote Hillary about! When you get to today’s ‘related resources’, you’ll see the direct connection.
Near the 1:16:49 time stamp, the US will be compared to Finland in regards to teaching by LDH. She then launches into how we need to revolutionize the teaching profession (called ‘craft’ repeatedly by many in the seminar) to equal the revolution in healthcare (before Johns-Hopkins became the ‘benchmark’).
Near 1:25:00, Our need for centralized education ‘where locals dance to State support’s tune’. You’ll also hear how everything Gov. Brown started, she’ll extend. How CCSS and NGSS (Next Gen Science Standards) have allowed a framework to ‘center on top-down support for bottom-up reform’. Next, SEL (social emotional learning) and ‘collective efforts‘. Warriors, keep in mind, this is all AFTER Hammond professed ESSA’s greater flexibility.
Anybody Got A Bucket?
The next segment of the seminar was a round-table discussion:
Warriors, I want to focus on Fuhrman’s portion right here. You’ll see why, below. It’s what follows her comments above.
She followed these brilliant insights with, “US Legislators basically not performing like education ministers of other countries.”Fuhrman also pointed out that NCLB (No Child Left Behind) narrowed American Standards while RttT (Race to the Top) was a backlash to the standards.
I’m still trying to figure out just how this makes sense, Warriors.
As far as her working with Brazil, it’s ironic that the UN (United Nations) used Brazil’s STEAM and SEL (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, Math and Social/Emotional Learning), open classrooms, IT (information technology), and CBE, Competency Based Education to infiltrate US schools.
Then, there’s Dan Domenech…
Warriors, Domenech went on to say that we need more ‘multi-age groups’, more “early childhood education”. We want ‘sustained change’. Then when asked how to get the nation’s attention, his response “Keep throwing out there how inferior we are, that’ll tick people off. Then, look at Tucker’s 9 Blocks (in his book). We need SEL and test scores, wrap around supports for families. We are doing this for the best interest of children.” One of the most surprising comments by Domenech, was he, along with these progressive minded reformers, were tickled that Pres. Trump has embraced and pushed CTE (Career Tech Ed) and apprenticeships. Because that’s exactly how and what the other countries are doing to prepare their students! He went on to say Americans really like this! (You’ll find these near the 2:09:30 time stamp. It is near the end of D’s comments he uses the Lord’s name in vain.)
If you cannot listen to Tucker by himself, go back and listen to the Round-table. There’s so much more, especially when these 3 ‘tackle’ politics in education.
The Final Buoy:
Warriors, near the 2:13:02 time stamp, two PA Superintendents were brought on stage to talk about their portion of the churning waters. I encourage to listen to their CCSS Machine rhetoric, there’s more than what you see below:
Setting An Anchor:
Warriors, at the 2:53:26 to the end, listen to the moderator, the 2 ‘we’re not plants in the audience’, and Marc Tucker. You’ll find CCSSO (Counsel of Chief State School Officers) was there, Great City Schools, and, New America Ed Policy were in the audience.
1) From NCEE, 2017: The “Prepare to Lead” Report. Geared for principles in schools to be globally aligned via ‘best practices’.
2) From the Women on the Wall, 2014, several Warriors gathered to discuss the ramped up shift from academics to workforce education. There were 21 ways in which CPs (Career Pathways) were embedded in WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014). WIOA was embedded in ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015) when it stated on Page 17 that all education must be aligned to post-secondary readiness standards as laid out by WIOA.
3) From earlier this month, my expose on VET from Germany and how America’s kowtowing to it. Warriors, it’s THIS that Tucker’s entire platform for ruining American education is built upon.
4) Those “top countries” Tucker swears we need to be just like?
Warriors, that’s quite a bit of agenda from Tucker, but he gave us clues as to Maryland and its part in this sinking ship. I’ll be heading there in my next article.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my last article, I showed you the at least 20 year old movement to ‘expand time’ in the name of ‘education’. If you read that article, you saw that the goal wasn’t a true academic advancement of oneself, it was more about a student/worker hurried up and churned out as a ‘competent’ skill based apprenticeship leading to a job.
However, what if I showed you, there’s a much more devious plan afoot?
Warriors, we once experienced history where Germany attempted to ‘rule the roost’. If you’re like me, you weren’t born then, so you didn’t live through those horrors.
Immediately after World War II, America was one of the 4 countries in control of the restructure. Many years later, the changes which were made, showed through in education. How? By way of the economic structure, the corporate structure, and, the government structure changes.
Yes, the US was involved in the German restructure by pushing for ‘democracy’. Since America’s a republic (by ourConstitution), I wonder what would be different today, had the push been for a ‘republic’.
So, imagine, that in 2019, in America, some of those very Germanic restructured roots showed up.What would you do? What has OUR government done? What has OUR economy done for education? What has OUR corporate structure accomplished?
******************************************************************** The educratic global shift we’ve seen is NOT the fault or total undoing of one country, it’s been a controlled and well financed group effort!
Enter the Word Game surrounding “Competence”:
Warriors, if you’re like me, every time you hear certain words, you cringe. Especially when you research items. You may also be like me, and see the larger picture looming in the background because you’ve seen so much. Case in point, “Competence”.

My fellow Warriors, you know how I’ve shown you, over the years, the word games used against us. I’m not assuming every educrat in DC or your State knows the watered down English version of ‘competency’; but knowing it has more to do with other things than true academics, do you see how it’s been used to further the agenda?!
Look at it this way, ‘CBE, competency based education’: NOT ‘expert’ based education or ‘skill’ based, BUT ‘legally controlled and authoritatively carried out’ education!!
English speaking countries may mean ‘skill based’, but NOT“expert based” or ‘legally/authority based’. But, if the educrats did mean one version, and, assume you and I believe the other, then it’s the Latin meaning of ‘clashing’.
It’s also a ‘classic set up’, we’ve seen the CCSS Machine used repeatedly, you look one way, while I undermine the other way.
So why, in the context of ‘competent’, would the German version be more accepted and in 2019?
****Because it is the closest to align with the UNESCO/OECD* plan for authoritatively controlled workforce based training NOT academic prowess!!****
(*Note: OECD is short for Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development. UNESCO is short for the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization.)
Warriors, why would it matter what the German usage and meaning of ‘competence’ really stands for? Because when it’s accepted as their nation sees it, it’s about a collective reflection of education interests of the society….not each student.
This is an approach DC has been taking for years. Especially since the Johnson Administration straight through to the Trump team.
Come with me, Warriors, as I show you the German model America has heartily set us up to embrace without hesitation. (How much of the current system is based off Hitler’s? Read and find out.)
Warriors, Germany still calls education which trains you for a job or a trade as vocational education. Americans called it ‘vo tech’.
Some Americans, to this day, believe ‘vo tech’ is not only still an option, but should be taught. In 2006, that term ‘died’ and was replaced. (Yes, Warriors, another word game.)
That’s when our US government changed what the definition of ‘vocational education’ was. The ‘training’ portion was also redefined. How? The government funding! However, even the CCSS Machine still uses ‘vo tech’ in America to confuse us!
Congress, at least, has finally stopped lying about how education is seen. Look below, this sentiment is readily spoken and shared by BOTH major political parties:
A German Commissioned Study:
Warriors, I found this undated (appears to be very recent, though) commissioned study by Bertelsmann Stiftung (an education based social change group. They heavily support a ‘school to work’* concept.) But, it’s WHERE I found it, you will be interested in. The American “National Career Pathways Network” website. (*Something we’ve seen DC embed for years now.)
The German Study features an ‘expert’ from Germany who is considered the ‘go to’ guy on vocational tech training. His name is Professor Dr. Dieter Euler. He’s known across the world as the specialist for reforming vocational tech systems.
Warriors, I’ll share some of the most troubling points from the Study. I trust you can see the ways in which our nation, our government, and, our corporate overreaches have set the same shift up in American education. I encourage you to read the Study on your own.
1) The shift to work based learning (also called dual enrollment) should be the main focus of vocational tech/training. The main target? Citizens under 25 years old. (Page 14 has a brief history of combining education and work.)
2) Many countries are looking at the success of Germany’s system because it’s been spun as a ‘win/win’. Students get fast tracked education, employers get trained workers.
3) America’s not as developed in dual vocational tech, yet. But, the shift is being increased with ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) and its embedding of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), and HEA (Higher Education Act).
HEA is currently the last national US law to receive the ‘school to work’ makeover. Congress is dead set on increasing the German based concepts. How? Increased CTE (Career Tech Education), which replaced ‘vo tech’, increasing apprenticeships andinternships, increasingdual enrollment, and anything connecting them all.
4) The 11 Vo-Tech Reform Components can best be accomplished in ‘incremented innovation’ programs and learning. The shift in education and work training is also metered out in ‘incremented segments’.
Switzerland’s cantons are in charge of all vocational based exams. (In America, we are divided into States, Swiss has cantons.) Cantons have their own government set-up, but they cannot contradict the federal confederation.
In the Netherlands, they are receiving lots of global attention in vo-tech education. Why? Their 1996 Adult and Vocational Technical Training Act* merged education and labor into 2 training tracks. One was/is school based, the other is dual workforce training (or vocational tech training). *See Point 2.4. Notice the regional vo-tech training centers.
All the countries mentioned above are using national credentialing systems. Why? The ‘big essential’ is ‘real life conditions’ can best be experienced in dual vo-tech training, not necessarily education (you’ll see that referenced on Page 30.)
Warriors, every ONE of these are things are either already in place in America, or the framework isbeinglaid out!! How?College and Career Readinessvia ESSA, WIOA, HEA, and more!

Study Warning Bells For Us:
1) By government and business ‘rule’ a ‘consensus principle’ will be put in place.
2) By government and business funding, education and training, especially for jobs will be ‘easier’. But at what cost of our freedoms will this be?
3) “Industry specific solidarity contributions”. What will these look like? Grants for apprenticeships!
4) A merger of economics, family, and youth via integrative vocational training (Norway has had this since the mid 90s). 5) A ‘flexible’ vocational education/training track for disadvantaged citizens.
6) “Quality standards” for vocational tech training and education mean laws, not scopes and sequences we’re used to.
7) Teachers and Trainers will have government controlled ‘hoops to jump through’. Their section begins on Page 52. Look for the “Ordinance on Trainer Aptitude”. Then, read what the UN (United Nations) has on this. 8) Class size changes will occur. Being done away with are the large, teacher led classes. What the shift to vo-tech training will produce (already in use in Denmark) is small ‘hubs’ or groups. These groups will spend 5 weeks at a time on one module, then switch to another. A large ‘completion logbook’ is kept on each person. This is their version of ‘personalized learning’.
9) Expect more ‘education research groups’ and ‘vocational analysis’. Germany’s model has been deemed so successful because all the reform is based off ‘in-depth’ research.
I was curious as to what other reforms this German ‘expert’ has been a part of. Here’s what I found:
A) From 2006, A Swiss paper on ‘E-Learning’. A mandate for vocational training/education to be including in the SVC(Swiss Virtual Campus).
B) From 2010, Euler’s paper on developing and transitioning vocational technical training and demographics. He predicted a labor shortage by 2025. Below is the screen shot for the 2013 Journal/Report in appeared in.
C) In this undated McMillian Publishingproof, Euler was a contributor. So was the Aspen Institute. Euler’s topic was ‘Reflective Executives: A Realistic Goal for Modern Management Education’. A brief summary (Page 11) of Euler’s work reveals that ‘management education’ is more of a control tool, than it sounds. Aspen Institute wrote on 2 different topics. One was on business and its relation to social and environmental issues, the other, “A Closer Look at Business Education: Sustainability in Curriculum”. This book was written exclusively for an audience of humanism followers. Warriors, it’s important to note that much of the UN’s overreach into education is rooted in humanism.
D) From 2013, The Routledge Companion to International Management Education had Euler write on “Reflective Leadership: A Vision for International Management Education”. As you can see (below) ‘international management education’ is tied to the UN’s design via the GRLI (Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative). This screen shot is a bit hard to see, so be sure to go to the link above and read it there. When you read the GRLI and related information, you’ll see international managed education is NOT about training or educating people for managerial employment, it’s about controlling education altogether!
Warriors, with the process for the HEA heating up before Sen. Lamar Alexander retires, we have got to inform our representatives and senators about what they are supporting and trying to further. We are America, not Germany 2.0! We are free Americans, not UN led-by-the-nose citizens!
With all that you’ve learned in this article about the words being used against us, you know the UN/UNESCO/GRLI attempts to fast track apprenticeships (like Citizen Schools and the German model) will be lumped in under ‘lobbyists’ and ‘special interests’.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, no doubt the headlines are causing your heads to feel like ‘Holy cow! When will this end?’ I totally understand. While D.C. is ‘rocking’ and Hollywood is ‘knocking’, there IS a lot happening.
However, as we’ve seen before, distractions of these kinds usually play out while the ‘real story’ is muted somewhere in the background.
Warriors, it’s blurring lines. Lines of truth; lines of communication; and, lines of information.
So, has the ‘real story’ already happened and we don’t know it? It’s possible. It’s also possible the timing isn’t right.
Here’s one ‘story’ I think may be PART of the D.C. reality being buried by the headlines.
Blurring Education Lines:
Flashback to 2017, Supreme Court’s ruling for Trinity Lutheran Church (Columbia, MO) vs Comer (MO’s Director for the MO Dept. of Natural Resources).
Warriors, the Church had a preschool and a day care center. At that time the Center did carry the Church’s name but was a separate entity. Then, the Center and Church merged. The Center was now on Church property. The Center’s ‘non profit’ status stayed with the Center, even on Church grounds. When the Center wanted to upgrade their playground, they applied for a grant given by the MO Dept. of Natural Resources. The Center was denied because it was not just a Center, but a Church. The Church (and the Center) sued in Federal Court. The Center/Church claimed its freedom of expression (under the First Amendment) had been violated. The Dept. of Nat’l Resources had a strict policy that churches didn’t qualify for the type of grants being offered (based on MO law that no government aid for funding could go to any religious group or church).
If you want to learn HOW it ended up in the U.S. Supreme Court, you can read the 55 page syllabus, here. How did the case end? “The Court today reaffirms that “denying a generally available benefit solely on account of religious identity imposes a penalty on the free exercise of religion that can be justified,” if at all, “only by a state interest ‘of the highest order.’”
March 2019, DeVos’s Lines:
On March 11, 2019, the U.S. Dept. of Education released thisnews(added emphasis is mine):
(*Notes: a: The2010 Congressional Concernswill cite religious funding issues on Pages 5 and 6. b) Back in 2015, I exposedCAPE’s ties to the CCSS Machine, so it’s really NOT that surprising Sec. DeVos was speaking to them. Appearances like that help blur lines frequently. c) CAPE did publish adocumentexplaining how ESSA was their ‘friend’. Religious groups will be able to use Title One funds for services, under ESSA. d) In 2014, the hiddenCCSS assessmentsused in a Catholic private school.)
The Hill’sarticle on DeVos’s lines at CAPE, share that she will amend, stop, or look over existing religious education funding and eligibility programs. The article also ties into her family’s ties to Hillsdale College (where they support K-12 charters as public-private choices). Higher education will also be lumped into the religious relaxing of lines.
So what’s the REAL Story? By blurring these lines, the federal government will use the ‘school choice’ tax credits and/or ESAs (education savings accounts) to have free access to religious based schools. This will also bring in federal overreach and alignment BY being allowed into the religious schools at ALL levels. It means that whatever freedom your religious school offers will now be compromised!
HOWEVER, the OTHER, untold part of the story is this, by Christian based groups claiming their 1st Amendment rights need to be upheld, so do all those other groups considered to be religions. For example, the Church of Satan fought for AND won it’s First Amendment rights to be included in education.
This also brings up Muslim faith based groups. What if you don’t want Sharia practices in education? Too bad, under this ‘relaxation’, the door is now open. What about those Post-Modern or Marxist based religions? These too.
So, by relaxing your education stance for one group, means EVERY group considered BY The Dept. of Defense, The IRS, etc., can be lumped in as well. In 2017, the U.S. Dept. of Defense announced that the list of federally recognized religious groups in the US was around221. (*Note: The IRS, the Dept. of Defense and several other U.S. federal agencies overreach into education due to the CCSS Machine and violations of the U.S. Constitution.)
Topping the list, at least in the Hill article, Humanism. Earth-based worship was also pointed out in the article.
Warriors, this openly blurs the lines so that all the UN’s SDGs (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) earth-based, humanistic views are more accessible and easily embedded! Warriors, look at what the U.S. State Dept (or Dept of the State) has in place for religious activities:
Almost reading like the State Dept’s Plan is straight from the pages of the UN, theNational Strategyis another open line for globalism. The underlying story here, is that religion will be watered down and homogenized so that everyone will be ‘at peace’.
So, why would a seemingly ‘righteous line’ carried by Sec. DeVos cause us pause? DeVos has proven she is a globalism disciple repeatedly. By using education as a bully pulpit to align American education to the UN’s workforce based ‘birth to death’ treadmill of ‘lifelong learning’ is not only egregious or unpatriotic, it’s criminal!!!
Blurred Lines for Title 9:
This 2019 relaxation DeVos is carrying out will not only impact Title One funding, but Title 9. In 2018,Real Clear Educationstated that religious exemptions in the funding were all but left out of the headlines. How will this impact private religious schools? Federal funding. Warriors, if we’re going to see one side of the line protest about separation of church and state, WHY are private religious schools taking federal funds?! How long will it be before we need government permission to worship God?
ESSA/Immigration Blurred Lines in Education:
Long before DeVos uttered her 2019 edict for blurring lines, plenty of intersection was going on between church and state, in education.
In 2017, I gave you an update on CAPE and theblurred linesbetween State Social Services and churches. In response to that article, camethis one where it was pointed out the federal government funnels refugee and immigration funds through churches AND it’s used in educational classes.
After ESSA was passed, I warned you of the passages and mandates that would overreach into religious education. Themental health overreacheswill include faith based groups. How private education ofEVERY type(including homeschools) would be assimilated.
Bring Up This Line With Your Pastors:
Warriors, in 2018, Ichallenged Pastor and every Americanwho cares about preserving our religious freedoms with some hard hitting questions. Where will they draw the line as shepherds when it comes to their flocks and the overreaches into education? The CCSS Machine has already crossed the line into the church’s territory. The question is what will the American church do to throw the Machine back over that line?
