Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’re seeing LOTS of news about the increases of SEL (Social Emotional Learning). We’re also seeing an increase in the efforts to turn academic education into CBE (Competency Based Education). We also know they are linked together..on purpose.
ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) cemented SEL and CBE, but it’s hardly the lone federal law combining the two like some evil tag team boxers. You’ve got WIOA, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (2014); the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) Act of 2015; and, the HEA, Higher Education Act (currently being re-written).
These are just a FEW of the MANYSEL/CBE laws. There are also many proposed bills combining the two. Then, there are the laws at your State levels which have combined the two are are about to.
If you’ve got friends, family, and, associates who aren’t sure just HOW the two are linked, then this article is for them. If you’re working with your local leaders who need the ties, then this article will help you.
SEL comes first because your students will HAVE to be ‘rewired’ in their thinking and responses, in order to accept the pre-determined ‘pathway’. SEL is in Kindergarten, but is also being woven into education, family services, and daycare facilities for those children who are too young for even Pre-K.
Let’s say your child doesn’t go to any of these types of places. Will the SEL still impact THEM? Yes! The in-home visits tied to family services AND anything remotely able to be classified as ‘educational outreach’ will contain some sort of SELas long as it’s funded or produced by theCCSS Machine and/or ANY of its’ P3s (public private partnerships). If someone says, ‘It’s not Common Core, it’s….’, I urge you to STILL look at who or what group is behind it. We can no longer trust anyone’s word when it comes to our children.
Next, the CBE is inserted into all levels of education. Now that the SEL has conditioned your mind and beliefs, all that matters is how ‘competent’ you can become. Excellence, as far as education (and I mean real education), has been shoved aside for a watered down version. CBE convinces us that as long as you are ‘ready’, you’re competent enough. BS!
I might be competent at giving simple first aid, but you wouldn’t want me to be the one who gives you an appendectomy.
Consider this, in some European countries we are constantly being compared to, their societal view of ‘competency’ is NOT what is truly desired when it comes to being the ‘best’ at something.

The “Best’ ways SEL and CBE are combined is via the ‘personalized learning’, the ‘project based learning’, and, ‘blended learning’.
Warriors, we MUST continue to fight this tag team effort to rob our students and teachers of quality education and support. While the CCSS Machine is ready for a knock out jab at our nation, I hope you will continue to join me in hitting the Machine in the breadbasket and bring it to its knees.
How? Remove your students from anywhere the CCSS Machine’s presence is. Protest and demand from your government officials that the wrongs being committed be punished. Speak loudly, be that persistent parent. We won’t get another opportunity to save our education system, Warriors.

You’ve seen massive amounts of research exposing the continued push to have American education become the United Nations’ (UN) education. The main way this has been accomplished so far (and will increase in use) is STEM/STEAM/STREAM.
No matter how many letters are added to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), it is ALL directly from the United Nations and their SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). If you have a family member, friend, associate, or neighbor who needs to see the many connections proving this, I’m embedding a general link to all my articles on STEM/STEAM/STREAM. Before we look at the ups and downs of this research, take a look at how you and I should ‘stack up’ as global citizens:

Warriors, to have an image like this, we need to understand experiments were conducted with students to gather the data to create a visual result!
Where were the experiments based out of? Boise State University in Boise, Idaho.
How connected to the UN is Boise State University? Very! Model UN Assemblies are the tip of the global iceberg. BSU is also a member of the AASCU (American Association of State Colleges and Universities) which is a UN Partner in Education.

Page 1: STEM will ‘offer tremendous opportunities’ for solving global poverty and improving health care. Warriors, STEM certainly will because STEM is the way the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) are carried out in education! SDG #1 is “No Poverty”, SDG# 3 is “Good Health and Well Being”. Look below to see what else Page 1 stated:
You’ll also see (on Page 1) P3s (public private partnerships) are stressing we need to become global. Especially the P21 (Partnership for 21st Century Skills), which is most definitely a CCSS Machine member group.
Page 2: Reveals it’s imperative we educate students for globalization. Why? They can better understand the world. If they understand the world, they can fix the world’s problems. From Page 2 into Page 3, why health care needs to become STEM oriented. (It already is via the Career Clusters from Common Core.) (*Note” the embedded short video you’ll find when you click on “Career Clusters” is from TX, where the State supposedly didn’t have Common Core. However, TX had Common Core in the form of CTE, Career Tech Education and STEM.)
Page 3: Global citizens can better economics for everyone, especially when they can ‘leverage collective assets’. You’ll find IPSL (International Partnership for Service Learning) also on Page 3. IPSL is a B Corporation (social benefit). B Corporations are usually big on social justice. Social justice is a huge component of the UN’s SDGs.
Many B Corporations are CCSS Machine members, too. (*Note: as an example, look at EFP (Education Funding Partners) ) Back in 2016, I exposed the AltSchool’s B Corporation status. Part of AltSchool’s classroom‘setup’? Willy nilly style.
Page 4: the Global 360 Education Model is rigorous, progressive for real world problem solving. (Doesn’t this just sound like recycled pitches for Common Core?!)
Oh, also let’s not forget to overlook the ‘competency’ involved. You’ll see that on Page 4 as well.
Page 5: Global citizens should have ‘open minds’ especially while ‘actively seeking’. I guess the truth about having such an open mind leading to danger is lost in the CCSS Machine’s translation. “Preparing NextGen Leaders” also needs open minds full of STEM skills.
Included on Page 5 of BSU’s research is the fact that in 2012, they partnered with Peacework. Peacework is a non profit global organization in full support of innovation (aka technology) and the SDGs. This non profit is based in VA and is 25 years old. (Be sure to see which educational and corporate groups are helping align Peacework to the CCSS Machine.
You will also see the Global Competency Aptitude Assessment is on Page 5 as well. (*Note: the Global Competency Aptitude Assessment has a sister site for Global Competency Consulting. GCAA will be happy to help you can become a certified Globally Competent Practitioner.) The Consulting group’s goal is to prepare the global workforce.
Warriors, here’s an excerpt from Page 5 about STEM and health-care, ” Within the context of STEM and health-science education, global competencies must include sensitivities to the social, cultural, political, ethical, and moral impacts of science, technology, and health-science and/or engineering-based global solutions (Conway, 2000; Currier, 2009; MBugua, 2010).”
Let that sink in for a moment. Who gets to decide which ‘sensitivities’ to include? Who gets to decide if these ‘sensitivities’ are in agreement with those being taught. As our government gets more and more STEM in our lives, we’ll see more legislation (like some I’ve recently shown you) where the families will have to kowtow to the government assigned health imperatives. (*Note: when you click on ‘you’, scroll down to the Mental Health in Schools Act section.)

Pages 6-7 will detail how the learning process will shift to create global citizens. Four tools are used. Constructivism (where ‘critical thinking’ is inserted); interdisciplinary learning (where group projects are inserted); transformational leaders (where facilitating is used in place of teaching); and, international service-learning (think glorified indentured servitude). Helping put all this into action? International partnerships.
Pages 8 through 11 lay out the methods, findings, discussion, and conclusion of the Boise State University study. Be sure to read the comments made by the students.

Warriors, as far as BSU itself, the global citizen march lives on. Just like it is ramping up in every grade level, college or not. You’ll find global citizen courses for business, too.

If you’d like to see the other World Economic Forum resources for defining global citizens, this one is from 2014 and appears to uphold the need to be global to help cut down on the cost of communications. In 2015, the conversation shifted to international ID cards and data tracking needed to ‘help’ global citizens. From March 2018, being global citizens means our ‘trust’ factor will be restored.
Warriors, according to this article ‘trust’ is the most important ‘pro-social’ attitude we can have. Since when did ‘trust’ become an attitude?! Trust, by classical definition is part of your moral character. I guess we can thank the CCSS Machine’s English Language Arts for destroying definitions.
The Shift To Global Ed In America Is Older Than You Realize:

Warriors, while we know this systematic take over of our education and lives continues, we also DO have a choice. Use the information to help others ‘wake up’. Since STEM has even infiltrated EVERY school choice, including home education, we must eliminate it from ALL curriculum, ALL community wide events celebrating it. We CAN teach each of these subjects without the UN’s influence! STEM is NOT your friend, it is NOT America’s savior; STEM is a tool from enemies who do not love freedom.
H5963 has advanced in the House! If you received my earlier version of this same post, you’ll see the Bill number was incorrect. I’ve addressed that. I’ve also found out that I misunderstood exactly where HR5587 is. It passed the entire House by a vote of 405-5! The flurry of activity?! The House of Representatives is on ‘fire’ for their “Better Way” agenda. Leading that charge? Paul Ryan! A huge sold-out leader!

Warriors Against the Core, so far, 2016’s federal overreach into education has been written quickly, promoted widely, and is set to increase the choke-hold on freedom as we know it.
Yet, it appears the U.S. Congress could care less. Recently, I was a guest on the “Lori on Liberty”show, based out of CT. We discussed such nonchalance attitudes displayed from our leaders. Why talk about these bills in D.C. which are in their ed/workforce committees? BECAUSEthe bills SHOULDN’T be there AT all!!
My point, Warriors?! EVERY one of the Bills you see above is toxic to America in HUGE ways! Warriors, we have the ‘writing on the wall’ before us. WHAT are we willing to do with it?
As you can see in the graphic above, each of the Bills has the most basic of toxic components listed. But, know this: each of one them you see above has more ties than a centipede wearing tennis shoes!

A problem is the LEGISLATORS want short and sweet (or ‘to the point’) pictures; one-half to 3/4 of a page in information!
Which is a HUGE clue as to they are unwilling to conduct the due diligence which they swore to do. They should be not only willing to read the ENTIRE lengthy ‘saga-like’ bills being churned out, they should be doing it. IT’s THEIR JOB we PAY them for! We (Warriors) know several citizens who are DOINGCongress’ job for them!!
Why are our Congress members NOT jumping up and down, screaming with anger over the 100% illegal daily activities going on?! Why are our Congress members NOT staging protests or holding press conferences revealing the criminal (yes, seriously criminal) charges which should be being levied against each other (and quite possibly themselves)?! If a ‘regular’ American citizen conducted even a FRACTION of any of the illegal moves, they’d be under the jail!
No, Congress is too busy NOT listening! Too much money is stuffed in their ears! The press conferences they are holding are to congratulate, not only, each other but every one of the supportive/sold out CCSS Machine members who helped ‘craft’ the Bills!
WHEN CONGRESS DOES NOT TAKE ITS JOB (ITS ONE and ONLY JOB) SERIOUSLY, WHY SHOULD I TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY?
If they’re not serious, why are they even there?! Because they’ve over complicated EVERYTHING, even the law. If they’d take the CCSS Machine’s money out of their ears, divorce themselves from the curried favors of the lobbyists of the CCSS Machine (or any person connected to it), THEY’D KNOW, “We the People” are their REAL Bosses! They’d recognize it is OUR voice with which they are to vote/protest/protect. They’d truly understand WE are to be respected, not manged like ‘village idiots’.
As an example of the glee and glory with which the House of Representatives is using in celebrating the advancement of HR5587, they’ve proudly displayed the list of organizations who are in 100% support of the Bill. It’s a ‘no brainer’ to see how many of them are CCSS Machine member organizations. Which means, Warriors, our same old foes are pumping out propaganda left and right.
Since they are most of the same CCSS Machine members/tactics, we should be easily able to defeat them!
Don’t you wish they were as proud of our nation as they are of their criminal partnerships?
