“The Prudence Files, Part One”

Greetings, Anti Fed Ed Warriors, welcome to my latest series. All this week, we’ll look at the 2020 Presidential race.

“Prudent decision making” is key when exercising our right to vote. Being prudent is also associated with the roots of wisdom.

A Starting Point:

Warriors, let’s face it, the 2020 Presidential race is already crowded. By looking at the candidates NOW, we have a great opportunity to use our voices to SHAPE the race.

What I will NOT be doing in this series: telling you whom to choose. That is not my business nor place. I simply want to give you information no one else will dare. I will spare no candidate.

Why? Information, in our case, Warriors, is teamwork.
It’s teamwork we need and teamwork is how we work best when arming Warriors against federal education intrusions.***

We should use our prudence to back up our feelings we felt right after ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) was passed. 

Against-Common-Core-and-VoteThe Issues:

Warriors, according to the website called the “Top Tens”, the 2020 key issues are:
1) Nuclear Weapons, 2) the Middle Class, 3) War, 4) Health Care, 5) the Environment, 6) Education, 7) the National Debt, 8) Gun Violence, 9) Immigration, and, 10) Abortion.

The Top Tens author did boldly point out that education should be the #1 issue, but as I’ve learned in researching the candidates, for many, it isn’t even on their ‘radars’. So, they lack prudence in education, right off the bat.

Warriors, in fact, many have placed the Green Deal and/or Climate Change as their #1 issue. As we know, I’ve shown you how the Climate Change and Green Deal overreach into education.

Warriors, as you see the very Anti Fed Ed action of voting ‘no’ is at the center of the knot. Very prudent, but notice the outlying points. These are what detract from the prudence.

Other non-prudent moves by Sen. Harris include Medicaid for All (funds used in education are included), expanding early childhood education, embedding 21st Century Skills, keeping national testing, and expanding Higher Education. (*Note: other education stances can be found here.)

The Other Federal Candidates Who May Join The Race:

Warriors, here are the other federal (current or former) leaders from DC, VP Joe Biden, Rep. Eric Swalwell, Sen. Michael Bennet, Rep. Seth Moulton, and former Sec. of State, John Kerry.

What ties to the CCSS Machine do these people have? Biden (LGBTQ education for all, Big Labor/Unions, CTE); Swalwell said ‘yes’ to ESSA; Bennet also said ‘yes’; Moulton said ‘yes’ and has added green jobs, STEM, and CTE to his stance; Kerry is tied to the Clintons and received campaign donations at one time from (then, citizen) Donald Trump.

Senator Bennet
is the co-sponsor of S 381 which would amend the HEA for NASA (STEM) based resources. He also is a co-sponsor of S 876 which will provide STEM jobs for our military veterans. Bennet is also a co-sponsor of S 317 and S 468. S 317 will amend the Social Security Act to increase children’s mental health in wrap around services. S 468 will require schools to partner with mental health services.

Hazardous Education

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my last article I left you with the fact we’d look at the UN -led ‘climate change’ in education. As you know, the hype around ‘going green’ has reached hazardous levels of distortion.
**This is my in-depth look/study guide on how America’s leaders have turned their patriotic duties into globalism gurus.**

Warriors, as you know, from my past research, and others, that STEM/STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, (the Arts), and, Math) are 100% United Nations’s created tools to distort our entire world. As was brought up during a recent interview about this, if humans mess around with nature too much, bad things ALWAYS happen.

Real science grounded in real truth has been thrown aside. It totally needs to be pointed out that REAL science knows much more than it being taught today.
The quasi-science replacing truth has many ‘chicken littles’ are running around screaming “The Earth is melting, the Earth is melting!”

The ruse has worked so well, especially in education,  that millions now believe the lies spun by ‘going green’. Why would so few devise a way to deceive so many about ‘climate change’? Money and power are 2 of the biggest reasons. I’m sure there are others, but like everything the CCSS Machine touches or is connected to, those are the top 2 reasons.

Within my last two articles, if you look closely enough, you saw the ‘climate change’ was included on purpose.

STEM/STEAM, climate change, going green all have 1 common denominator: SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals.

The politicians who believe they are scientists are just as bad as when they pretend to be educators.

D.C. has bent over backwards to use our taxpayer money to fund ‘climate change research’. Did you know that over the past 20 years, D.C. has spent $11.6 billion in 2014 (last available figure) on ‘climate change’?

Did you know that the American Re-investment funds (where Race to the Top also came from), spent $26.1 billion on ‘climate change’? (*Note: both figures are from the GAO (Government Accountability Office).

Warriors, below is a screen shot of the governmental chain for ‘climate control’ from the same page as the figures above.

The GAO also reports that it’s believed that in 2017, $13.2 billion was spread between 19 federal agencies on ‘climate change’. Marketwatch (2016) reported that each year the U.S. government spends $35 billion in all on the ‘climate change’. By 2050, they estimated that figure would be $350 billion.

Warriors, with the increased push from the UN, on forcing ‘climate change’, that figure could quickly exceed $35 billion a year.

From a July 2015 “Climate Budget Tagging” Report, this excerpt, Climate Budget Tagging (CBT) is a budget tool for monitoring and tracking of climate-related expenditures in the national budget system.”

So, if you want to track the US budget for ‘climate change’ or any of the activities associated with it, you know what to look for. (*Note: this document will not feature the US, but it is an important tool to see what defines our budget on this topic.)

Much of the ‘tagging’ can be traced back to the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).

Warriors, from this link, I was able to find US/UN ‘climate change’ information dating back to the late 1990s.
In this
link, as recent as late 2018. So, regardless of our exit from the Paris Agreement, the federal government is still actively participating with the UN on this topic.

Other Congressional “Climate Change” Legislation:

Warriors, in all I found a result of 44 ‘climate change’ bills and/or related.
Some had other issues attached to them, so we know, back doors are being used to set us up. Below are the ‘biggest’ ones we should be protesting:

Sister Bills, HR 1689/S 763 establish a “Climate Change Advisory Commission” for America. (Both versions would create federal obligations to fulfill for ‘climate change’.)
Sister Bills,
HR 1243/S 523 claim ‘climate change’ can protect our health care, as such it should be promoted. (Sen. Markey is the sponsor for the Senate version.)
HR 1201
, sets up a National ‘climate change’ security/strategy plan.

While those are bad enough, it’s S 477 I want to draw your attention to:

The Climate Change Education Act (S 477)

What will S 477 do for education?

*Impact education at every age level in formal and non-formal educational settings, activities, and elsewhere.
*Authorizes NOAA to establish this educational programming at the cost of $20 million each year from FY 2020 to FY 2025.
This Bill is based off the “Congressional” researched findings, as follows:

a) overwhelming and undeniable evidence on human induced ‘climate change’.
b) atmospheric carbon can be significantly reduced by renewable energy
c) clear/concise ‘climate change’ information will help remove fear/encourage actions
d) implement measures to reduce human impact
e) create new technology and policies/programs to ensure maximum understanding of items a-d
f) will equip more than 3 million student graduates each year from high school and college armed with attitudes/skills/knowledge about ‘climate change’ which will guide their actions throughout the remainder of their lives
g) because of ‘f’, they can be prepared to make changes politely/support new technology/help create new technology and policy for the coming economic and social changes in America
h) overwhelming evidence exists that the US citizens support this type of teaching
i) a ‘green economy’ will improve social equity by reducing environmental risks and ecological scarcities

Warriors, the main conduits for A-I are STEM/STEAM, CTE, Apprenticeships.
You’ll find these in ESSA, HEA, and WIOA (to name the top 3 laws where each are embedded)

If you wonder what the UN/UNICEF stance on‘climate change’ is for children, look here.
This might give us an idea of what NOAA may incorporate, should S 477 become law.

Current 116th Bills which relate to 5G/Green/Climate:

HR 1453 (in Committee) co-ordinates a unity between the EU (European Union) and the US for global energy security.
HR 267 The Appropriations for U.S. Transportation, HUD, and others. Education is embedded 11 times, mainly using higher education as test facilities for new technology/green or climate efforts. Passed the House and is in the Senate.
HR 21 (Passed House, in Senate) A Consolidated Appropriations Bills, education is embedded 120 times and green infrastructure, 8 times.
HR 1039 (in Committee), streamlines currency and financial reporting information.
HR 1079/S 435 (HR version has passed House, in Senate; Senate Bill has the same name and is similar) This Bill streamlines all kinds of consent forms for Americans.
HR 292 Streamlines rural areas for broadband.
HR 1328 Expands federal government with new office for Internet Connectivity and related business.
HR 762 Streamlines US schools (all levels) for energy efficiency (passed House, in Senate)
S 253 Same name as HR 762, but retrofits schools.
HR 865/ S 266 (The Senate Bill is identical) Rebuilds US public schools, ‘greens’ them up, Section 303.
HR 989/ S 431 PARTNERS Act (very similar Bills; regional specific apprenticeships for industry-demanded trades)

What Does It All Mean?

Warriors, all this means is one thing: all of us are to be molded (or re-skilled) into how to be ‘green people’. If we look at this through education/economy and America, it’s more like “STEM” people, which is exactly what the plan has been since early 2009 or 2010.

Ed’s Epic “Fail”

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my last article, we went over the Winter 2018 Brussels Education Declaration. In closing up that article, I shared with you the importance of taking a second (or for some, their first) look at this information. Why? Because the Declaration backed up the GEM Report for 2019. GEM is short for Global Education Monitoring.

This is worth looking at again (or may be for the first time) due to the fact that the UN/UNESCO will be using education as the vehicle to drive immigration changes to our nation. 

Woven into these massive changes will be the epic failure of ‘climate change’. Also lumped in, will be what’s taught in formal and non-formal education settings. The GEM Report for 2019 (Titled: Education on the Move) is close to 440 pages. Broken down over 20 chapters, this Report is entirely subjective from the viewpoint of migration and immigration. Also included are displaced citizens (either by force or choice). (*Note: the document will take a few minutes to open, due to its size.)

Lots of other educratic moves are being planned, thanks to this GEM Report. Is America planning on participating? You bet. No one asked We the People if this is what WE wanted, but nevertheless, we’ve been committed to shifting education to this global ‘tune’.

****It’s my suggestion that you take the last article (Brussels) and this one to compare and share with your leaders of authority. If they do not know what we face, as a nation, then how can we expect them to use their authority to help us?****

For the remainder of this article, I’ll share the most ‘need to know’ epic fails for American education ‘hidden’ within this massive global movement we’re ‘signed up’ for.

GEM 2019 Notes:

1) The Report claims itself to be ‘timely’ and the international community finalizes 2 pacts (Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration and the Global Pact on Refugees). *Note: Both were adopted or signed in Dec. 2018.
In the Executive Summary portion of the Report, the very first line you read contains “Leave no one behind”. UN/UNESCO feels it’s one of the most globally encompassing statements of all time.


Educratic Epic Fail #1:
The Report also states it combines these with SDG #4, Quality Global Education for All.

Educratic Epic Fail #2: By combining both pacts to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), no one, anywhere will be ‘left behind’. Warriors, where have we heard this sentiment before? The ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act) re-authorization called “No Child Left Behind”.

2) The Report serves as a ‘reminder’ that it’s our (collective) moral obligation to provide education, especially to those who are displaced locally or internationally, immigrating, or, migrating. If we don’t we are all squandering human potential. How? Because no centralized, streamlined system for education and training is firmly in place, these are the people most likely to ‘fall through the cracks’. By investing in education, economies will be developed and boosted.

Educratic Epic Fail #3: Education is a privilege. It’s not a moral obligation. Education has pigeonholed millions of Americans into workforce tracks. By forcing education to become a shell of itself, the globalization has ruined academics.

3) The Report goes on to wax elegant about teachers needing to be trained to handle all diversity, cultural, multilingual, and psychology needs. That well designed curriculum should positively address diversity, critical skills, challenge existing prejudices, and, cause ‘positive ripples’ across the world.

Educratic Epic Fail #4: Warriors, how many of us have seen the overloading of our teachers with everything EXCEPT academics? Teachers were licensed to teach, not to be counselors, mental health professionals, or ‘jacks/jills of all trades’.

4) Because so many people are on the move (so the GEM claims), we must design education to fit them, not just host locations or host nations. Because education is such a global moral obligation the Education Cannot Wait Fund (ECW) is going to be used to create this change in ‘mobile’ education. (*Note: the ECW was created in 2016 at the World Humanitarian Summit. To date, the US has given $21 million. ECW is hosted by UNICEF and is a mix of P3s (public private partnerships), corporate foundations, philanthropists, and public funds.)

Educratic Epic Fail #5: It’s been proven by so many folks in America, that no amount of funds has ‘fixed’ education. Why are we still pretending it does?

GEM 2019 Helpers:

Warriors, the GEM Report did give us some clues as to which CCSS Machine member groups are helping further this educratic epic fail. They are the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), The University of PA (for their cumulative childhood behavior and diversity), Strength Through Diversity Project, Institution for International Education (based in NY), the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, and the MasterCard Foundation. Are there other CCSS Machine member groups not named but involved? Yes, you know there are.

GEM 2019 Themes:

Warriors, the authors of the Report used the immigration/displacement/refugee status in some overall themes. They are: deprivation causes need; order/disorder; will vs coercion; welcome vs rejection. The overall message to these themes? Since no everyone can adapt well, we must ‘level’ education/training.

GEM 2019 Money:

Funding global education is big business. Denmark leads the world ($73 million). America is 8th with $21 million. Warriors, below is a screen shot of Chapters 1-4. Notice how the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) can be tied into the GEM 2019 Report as an educratic epic fail:

GEM 2019 Assimilation Strategies:

Warriors, according to the Report, migration (regardless of why) and displacement intersect with education and training. Because the intersect, definite impact is also experienced.

Assimilation is the goal.

HOW to assimilate is broken down in several ways. For example, we must globally accommodate education by a commitment to fulfill the internationally accepted human right to educate. By adjusting education in this way, social cohesion is achieved. Governments increasing their education ‘responsibilities’ can see more inclusion and less conflict. To meet everyone’s needs ALL forms of educating will be accepted, formal, non-formal, community based, and privately.

GEM2019secondMore assimilation tactics include funding for education as well as humanitarian efforts and development efforts which will connect to education. One way this will play out is in updating resources like outdated textbooks (filled with bad attitudes). Other ways? Financial literacy, recognizing competencies in work skills and education (better access to the job market), and, assessments tied to data mining.

International Community (includes the US) Sharpening Tools for SDG #4:

Warriors, how does the GEM for 2019 lay out these tools? Power and money are the biggest two. Then there’s the assessments and tests which will use data trails to the UN to monitor us all. Turning the agenda to shift education toward immigration and displacement has shoved the issue to a ‘high level political item’. This ‘item’ is the key focus on an upcoming forum (July 2019).

Other sharpening tools include ‘beefing up’ graduation rates; starter education younger (aka early childhood education); turning education into CTE (Career Tech Education) and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) exclusively; using OBE (Outcome Based Education aka CBE, Competency Based Education) for education/training for work; global citizenship; safe schools; embedding the SDGs; scholarships provided for education/training by P3s, corporations, and the government;
globally trained teachers; and, using education in all the other SDGs for ‘decent work’.

The biggest ‘sharpening tool’? Legislation and policy moves for immigration, migration, and refugees. Warriors, sitting in Congress, right now are over 200 immigration related bills! From my quick search, only 2 fit the GEM Report of 2019 to a ‘tee’.

Those are HR 1044 (Rep. Lofgren, CA is the sponsor, 224 co-sponsors) and S 386 ( Sen. Lee, UT is the sponsor, 21 co-sponsors) These Bills are related, but not exact copies of each other. HR 1044 is  the “Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act of 2019”; S 386 has the same name.

Warriors, if ever there was a time to be concerned about our nation, I’d say this is it.
Immigration/migration/displacement come from within our shores and from outside ALL our borders.
However, education IS the change agent we should be focusing on. Walls, or lack of them, have NOT stopped this UN led takeover of our schools! Walls, or in spite of them; education will continue to shift to workforce unless WE stop it.

ISO (In Search Of)

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, As we’ve known for a while now, the HEA (Higher Education Act) is up for a re-authorization. Frankly, it’s been up for a total re-authorization since 2008, the last time it was recycled. Since 2008, the HEA has been renewed. Meaning the funding to keep HEA has been updated.

With the updates in funds between then and now, little changes have been made here and there to keep up with the embedded unity between HEA, ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), STEM Act of 2015 (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and all that connects this ‘unholy quad’ of federal overreach.

Warriors, we’ve also heard several times since the CCSS Machine first started grinding away, that HEA is the last link in the chain to mandate (from the feds, down) workforce based education from cradle to grave. We also know Sen. Lamar Alexander swore as soon as ESSA passed into law (late 2015) that HEA was next on his radar.

The 115th Congressional Session did come very close to passing a new version of the HEA, both versions were stuck in their respective Committees and expired when the 116th Congressional Session was sworn in.

Both the PROSPER Bill (HR 4508 called Promoting Real Opportunity, Success, and Prosperity through Education Reform) and S 615, HIEA (Higher Innovation Education Act) have been laid to rest..so far.

It’s been said that before Sen. Alexander retired HEA would be be passed. He retires in 2020.

How do I know HR 4508 and S 615 have been retired?
According to the unidentified male clerk in
Rep. Virginia Foxx’s office, HR 4508 will not be coming back in that same form. When I asked if Rep. Foxx had plans of re-introducing it (since it was ‘her’ bill in the first place), I got told there was no news on that. If there was, I’d get a letter, as in a ‘snail mail’ letter.

In the Senate, no mention whatsoever of S 615 can be seen from the current Session. So, we’ll have to wait, right? Not so fast, Warriors! (*Note: If you have an leads on re-introductions of these massive bills, please, share them! Thank you)

While I haven’t found current legislation to re-authorize the ENTIRE HEA, I have found several bills which AMEND it.

There are several, and we’re just in the first part of the 116th’s Session.

HR 792 (Opportunities for Success) will amend the HEA’s Section 441. That section focuses on federal work study programs as well as complete ‘other purposes’. (*Note: as we’ve learned together, ‘other purposes’ is a phrase DC uses to cover their backsides when hiding things they don’t want us to discover.) Staring at $1.5 billion for FY 2020 (and increasing thereafter), HR 792 expands both the opportunity for ‘work based learning’ as well as the definition of what ‘work based learning’ is. Bottom line: blurs the lines between education and labor for streamlined workforce education.

HR 1153 amends HEA for ELLs (English Language Learners)
**As of this article no Bill text is available. 
The summary states it directs Sec. DeVos to award grants to higher education institutions to teach English.

HR 1161 amends HEA for clearer, more concise federal student loan information.
**As of this article no Bill text is available. The summary does state the nebulous ‘other purposes’ is in this Bill.

HR 625 (PROPEL Act, Professional Pell Education Learning Act) amends HEA (Section 401) to expand who can qualify for Pell Grants for certain trade schools. The ‘certain’ trade schools will be those which either teach skill based trades, flight schools, apprenticeships, and on-the-job training which can be completed in less than 15 weeks, 16 semester hours, 24 quarter hours or 600 clock hours. These schools don’t have to be accredited by a nationally recognized association. Bottom line: do we really want barely qualified pilots or other trades? Why are we fast tracking our students of all ages?

S 416 amends the HEA so that those with special circumstances can qualify federal student aid.
**As of this article no Bill text is available.

HR 640 (Student Simplification Aid Act) amends not only the HEA, but IRS Code as well. This will open up the data collection/sharing even moreso than at current rate, between the IRS and the U.S. Dept. of Education. This type of increase can best be described as ‘student data rape’.
Bottom line: any contractor, sub-contractor, federal agency, cooperative partner has access to not only  student data but family data.

S 468 amends Title II of the HEA (Professional Development) for ‘quality enhancement’.
**As of this article no Bill text is available.

S234/HR 811 (identical sister bills) (Transparency in Student Lending Act) amends the HEA for financial disclosure rates.
Bottom line: with student debt so high will rates continue to increase at the fed’s control?

S 379 amends the IRS Code for 529 Accounts to include new higher education credentialing.
**As of this article there is no Bill text for this.

HR 786 amends the Mineral Leasing Act to use federal funds in K-12 and public higher education.
Bottom line: federal funds sent to States to ‘supplement’ education is unconstitutional.

HR 653 (Expanding Access to the Workforce through Dual Enrollment Act of 2019) This Bill will establish or expand programs for CTE (Career Tech Education) where bridges between secondary and post-secondary schools. Also known as dual enrollment or concurrent enrollment as well as ‘other purposes’.
Bottom line: Each eligible school/institution will receive up to $1 million dollars for aligning academics to workforce based education.

S 532/HR 1229 (identical sister bills)amends the HEA for teacher loan forgiveness in connection with the Armed Forces and ‘other purposes’.
**As of this article no Bill text is available.

HR 662 (REACH Act), Report and Educate About Campus Hazing amends the HEA and provides for ‘other purposes’. This Bill defines what ‘hazing’ is; will involve partnerships between campuses and police enforcement; requires on-campus education.
**Bottom line: What group will be providing the education? What, if any, slant will be included? How much funding will be earmarked?

HR 65 (Enhancing Educational Opportunities for Home School Students Act) amends the IRS Code to expand what expenses 529 Accounts will cover.
**Bottom line: not only will K-12 expenses be included, but dual enrollment and some higher education items. (*Note: a related bill, HR 1084, Section 301, expands 529 accounts.)

S220 (529 Expansion and Modernization Act) this Bill will amend the 1986 IRS Code (as does HR 1084) covering 529 accounts for the costs of apprenticeships, early education, and related items.
**Bottom line: this is one of the first pieces of federal legislation I’ve seen where the cradle to grave system connects to money. Apprenticeships fall under CTE, Career Tech Education and tie to U.S. Labor. Early ed ties to U.S. Education. Another sign of a merger?

HR 778 (Educational Freedom Accounts) this Bill is for the District of Columbia to expand ‘school choice’. Eligible students must be enrolled in public school (including charters, excluding homeschooling).
**Bottom line: this Bill extends the ‘freedom’ of choice all the way to higher education, includes tutoring, and other types of services. Why is a NC Representative sponsoring this?

HR 334 (New Collar Jobs Act) will increase education for cyberspace jobs and ‘other purposes’. Amends the IRS Code of 1986 to increase employer contributions. Amends HEA for student loan repayments. Will definitely tie to STEM funds, jobs, and education.
**Bottom line: creates a CyberCorps scholarship for service program & increases federal cybersecurity contracts. This reeks of glorified ‘indentured servitude’, does it not?

HR 1094 (World Language  Advancement and Readiness Act) will find the U.S. Dept. of Defense, the National Intelligence Agency, and, the U.S. Dept. of Education in partnership. Defense will offer competitive grants to States to increase world languages in K-12th grades. So that in higher education, world readiness isn’t such a hassle. 
**Bottom line: portions of the federal footprint in education will shift to Defense funding. The global readiness is geared for the economy, not education. This Bill should die quickly, but has many co-sponsors (main sponsor is from NC).

HR 399 (PATH Act, Pre-Apprenticeships To Hardhats Act) puts U.S. Labor in charge of developing paths for low-income and rural populations for CTE education, P3s (public private partnerships), and extend from K-12 to veterans.
**Bottom line: portions of the federal footprint in education will shift to Labor funding via competitive grants to States. Will allow for curriculum to shift to employer based needs, not academic prowess.

S 275/HR 898 (Skills Investment Act) (identical sister bills) will amend the IRS Code of 1986 for ‘lifelong learning accounts’. Will codify the change via switching from “Coverdell Education Savings Accounts” to “Coverdell Lifelong Learning” Accounts. Will instantly convert existing ESAs to lifelong learning ones.
**Bottom line: the ‘follow the money’ follows the child for two reasons, a) data rape and b) career tracking. This system is based on the pay-as-you-go and is unconstitutional!

HR 827 (AI Jobs Act) lumps in ‘background summary’ in the long title of this Bill. “AI” is short for ‘Artificial Intelligence’. U.S. Labor will head up the collaborative effort to streamline data rape for workforce needs and then strain it all through education. Will encompass STEM education, workforce, and economy. This Bill will use community colleges as the ‘tool of choice’ for much of the alignment (thus amending the HEA).
**Bottom line: this will train us for those 21st century jobs as well as track us to no end. Seeing how the federal government defines AI is truly spooky and shouldn’t be glossed over.

Okay, Warriors, there you have it, the list of HEA amendments which prove out a few things:
a) Many federal agencies have overreached (and will get to continue that process) into education to bastardize it.
b) Look how few actually have anything to do will ‘real’ education and everything to do with trained minions.
c) The global UN led STEM is woven into our education, funding, jobs, economy, and finally ourselves. Just like it was forecast back in 2010.
d) Do you see the ‘choice’ bastardization via those ESAs (education savings accounts)? If ever anyone needed proof these accounts are 100% bogus, these Bills should do the trick.
e) Our legislators are not hiding the global economy or workforce agenda at all. With the blatant use of ‘lifelong learning’, it gives total credence and support to the OECD’s (Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development) rhetoric.

Warriors, the OECD is in cooperation with the UN and the US is in membership of BOTH.

Consequences:

Below is a screen shot of consequences we now face, due to the signing into law HR 4174 (FEPA) has in store for We the People:

HOW will FEPA immediately or chillingly effect us as Americans?
1) This might shock you, but all our civil rights (how we are treated) are assigned by our government. All our civil liberties (our freedoms) are also assigned by the government.

In the Declaration of Independence we were guaranteed the right to pursue life, liberty, and happiness as WE chose. FEPA removes OUR guarantee to live our lives as WE choose. It certainly removes all liberty, as well as freedom. It certainly will impact how we are treated. (Source)

1a) How does FEPA cause this? Life-long tracking of your life, your attitudes, values, beliefs, how much income your family makes, where you live, do you own a gun, do you beat your family, do you drink or smoke? Do you go to church?
Think of it this way Warriors, whatever data snooping the Patriot Act created on every American (thus helping gut FERPA, Family Education Rights to Privacy Act, as well as the SLDS and WQDI (Student Longitudinal Data System/Workforce Quality Initiative, respectively); FEPA makes it look like sissy stuff.

Why? The goal in the shift to erode America as the ‘land of the free/home of the brave’, has long been in place. It’s not been about our choice in life, especially for our students of all ages, for quite some time. The reason FEPA is SO evil, is in the systematic destruction of America, education is the choice weapon and data mining (aka: student data rape) has been the key trigger.
FEPA, along with 2 others (HR 2434 College Transparency Act; HR 3157 Student Privacy Protection Act)were introduced during the 115th Congress. Each of these could work together or stand alone all have life-long data tracking (aka: open data) built in. The Big Biz, Big Tech, and Big Government have long been after our information of ALL kinds, FEPA now allows that…nationally, via a single, unified system.
**The Bigs (as I call them) all feel we have NO right to our privacy and that it all belongs to them. Is is because they care about us? No, it’s for control and money.

2) The Bill of Rights in our Constitution (1-10) find the most negative impact from FEPA.
The First Amendment is centered on freedom of speech. However, only the speech is protected. Expression isn’t. So, with FEPA’s constant tracking our every move, our every word, HOW we express ourselves will be closely monitored. That removes OUR choice of expression.

2a) The Second Amendment has been the most targeted, in my opinion, in recent history.
I’ve shared with you in the past how the CCSS (Common Core State Standards, rebranded as CCR, College/Career Readiness) have used anti-gun control as a key point in curriculum used. Add to that the ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act’s mandate for ‘safe schools’ where not only anti-2nd Amendment rhetoric is attached, but every student must be mentally evaluated. FEPA will tie to the gutted FERPA and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) in these mental evaluations, thus taking personal private data from your students with or without consent. (*Remember, since FEPA creates a data track for every one, student or not, you too, will be mentally evaluated and labeled accordingly.)

3) Our 4th Amendment states no unreasonable arrest or search can happen. FEPA guts this off the bat. How? By having our lives and homes constantly monitored, the government is already inside, so no searching will be needed. As far as arrest, with our other rights muted or removed, we could be found guilty of any number of activities. These by, default, plays right into the 5th and 6th Amendments concerning self-incrimination and our rights if we are accused. FEPA will assault these, too.

4) Amendments 9 and 10 stand to cause the most havoc in State level government. Nine assures us any right NOT listed in the Constitution is safe. Ten, of course assigns State’s rights concerning their citizens. State’s rights have already been eroded by federal laws, programs, funding, etc. FEPA will remove any State power and assign it to the federal level. How? That single, unified system of control.

5) Amendments 14 and 16 lay out citizenship rights and federal income tax. Since FEPA will use personal data (expanding it to non-census data, too) from the Public Private Partnerships (P3s) such as the FBI and Amazon. The IRS has now been included in that expansion. So have the HHS, ED, and others.

The more tags, the more compartmentalized you are until you are pigeon-holed into a certain sector where the appropriate entitlements and government programs will best suit you. Somewhat tied to the taxation is the 24th and 26th Amendments.

Those Pesky, “Unintended” Consequences of FEPA:

1) Whom you associate with will be watched and monitored.
2) Your privacy is of no concern, even in your home and especially via all the “Smart Devices” you use. Big Tech is rejoicing FEPA is law, the data is all theirs, anyway (or so they believe)
3) If you find yourself in need of a jury, who determines those who make up the jury?
4) The freedom to travel where you wish, as you wish may become restricted, due to association, taxes, tolls, or for any arbitrary reason the government designs.
5) The freedom to religious worship, is at stake, too.

6) “Evidence Based” is code for collection of data.
7) FEPA bastardizes the weakened Net Neutrality, so everything on-line is open for collection. It also feeds off of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and will use AI to align and confine us.
8) FEPA will use the 5G technology against Americans, not in favor of them. Don’t believe the hype that 5G will be a faster internet connection. A Trojan awaits in ANYTHING 5G. (BitCoins, Social Impact Investing, Community Partnerships, included those between cities and churches are a few of what is tied to 5G and a weakened State.)
9) FEPA (a supposedly education minded bill) sat in the Senate’s Homeland Security Committee longer than anywhere else in Congress. Why? FEPA alters the infrastructure of America!
10) Since FEPA attacks both the Declaration of Independence (based on natural rights and justice) and the Constitution (rules enforced by the government), every citizen should be up in arms and alarmed at what freedoms and rights are at stake!

Citizen Recourse:

Warriors, I’m sure by now, you are wondering what in the world we CAN do to fight back. I believe I have found something we can use to seriously land a blow to Congress and FEPA.

Consider the HR 4174’s track record, it’s full of broken procedures and rules used to ram it through BOTH Chambers. Congress claims there was no negative feedback (which would have given us a hearing). There was enough negative feedback to call for two hearings, but we were ignored. No debate, once HR 4174 came up for a vote on the Senate floor mere days before Christmas 2018. The vote? A voice one, again, no way for the citizens to hold Congress accountable.

Recourse #1: Since we have no record of how our Senators voted on HR 4174, we CAN find out how they voted on the Motion to Suspend Rules and Concur in the Senate! More than likely, if they voted to suspend, they voted for passage.

Recourse #3: Warriors, have you ever heard of the Unconstitutional Official Acts? I stumbled upon this while looking for quotes on liberty and its cost. Known simply as “-16 Am Jur. Sec. 177 late 2d, Sec 256” this Statute lays out how our U.S. Constitution beats out EVERYTHING.

It states that ANY act of any government official which violates our U.S. Constitution should be removed from office. No exceptions, no excuses.

Ed’s Money Pit Effect

Dear Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve heard SO many times that we, as a nation, aren’t investing enough in education. It’s used as a wedge to get most citizens activated and involved. Those of us fighting the global-to-federal-to-state-to-local-to-you overreach, know the investment hype is just that..hype.

If investing in education were the fix, we would have solved the ‘dumbing down’ of America long ago.

Throwing money at education hasn’t worked in years. We might as well jump in from the fire to the frying pan. We’d certainly see faster results!

Since, ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), though, ‘investing’ isn’t simply about money anymore. It’s P3s (public private partnerships), it’s ‘in-kind’ donations and contributions (meaning, if you can’t give cash, give ‘stuff’) from anyone or any group approved by your SEAs or LEAs (State Education Agencies or Local Education Agencies).
The shifts in ESSA’s funding, also are worth noting here. For example, the shift from per-pupil to whole school funds.
That, my fellow Warriors, was to increase the amount of money States received. (*Note: It’s also the way to include all students in labeling them ‘at risk’ or ‘in need of intervention’.)

Before long, it wouldn’t surprise me to see either what I call the “PBS Beg-a-thons” (aka: pledge drives) or out and out auctions right outside the school buildings! Why? Because money solves everything!

Now, Warriors, don’t get me wrong, I know running a school costs money. However, when did Congress, the United Nations and all its partners, and our State leaders decide it was either money or technology devices which would be the saving graces to American education?!

HELLO!!! NEITHER money OR technology devices will save America’s education demise! So, why is there more push than ever to ramp up the money as we ramp down the quality?

I can almost hear some citizen read this and ask me, “Why talk about this now? We’re almost in the most festive time of the year, as Americans.. I don’t wanna talk about it, I’ll deal with it next year….” My response? “We need to talk now. Congress passed the FY 2019 Appropriations Bills which mean MORE money and ‘stuff’ will be thrown at education and hope it works. Then, we’ve just had elections, which means the new leaders will be taking office at the first of the year. We MUST be pro-active, not reactive!”

Warriors, believe me, the CCSS Machine is already talking about next year (and the years after) as far as money and ‘stuff’ to throw at education. Frankly, we need to catch up in the conversation. Quite simply, we need to change the narrative, not accept it!!

Where The Global Shift In Money Is Coming From:

Warriors, we already know the biggest source is the United Nations, the World Bank, IMF, Goldman Sachs, The Gates Foundation, the Middle East, the U.S. federal government,  and several other well documented groups which all belong to the CCSS Machine.  However, there are others driving the ‘money and stuff’ push on American taxpayers. We also know the global education push from groups like P21 (Partnership for 21st Century Skills) have also been well documented. Let’s look, at some lesser known groups, though.

How well has managing the States turned out?! For the globalists and federal leadership: SUPER! For the States and American citizens? MICROMANAGED to the smallest degree.

Each of these will need our money or ‘stuff’ at some point. If it’s not our money or ‘in-kind’ contribution, it’ll be big business, big pharma, big _________ (fill in the blank). Thanks to ESSA, the community mom and pop businesses, the State services will be roped in as well.

2) World Top 20 Project (website) For every person, world-wide ages 3 to 25. According to their Global Education Report 2017, those polled on the best education systems ranked more government funding as the second most important item. What group is behind World Top 20 Project? FIFA (International Federation of Association Football) FIFA’s social responsibility is carried out in education for every child on the planet. Warriors, not only will FIFA invest billions in education, but advocates that governments up the ante!

3) Center for Global Development
stated in 2016 that not only do we need globalized standard driven tests because they’re more fair to those being tested as well as international testing is cheaper. Warriors, do you see the problems with this for Americans? I do.

4) Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA), here’s their excerpt: “AIEA brings together international education leaders into dialogue with each other, their counterparts around the world, organizations that promote international education, and organizations concerned with the shaping and management of international higher education. AIEA gives members opportunities to join forces, share institutional strategies, and provide an effective voice on matters of public policy.”

From the GPE, this excerpt: “Education reduces poverty, boosts economic growth and increases income. It increases a person’s chances of having a healthy life, reduces maternal deaths, and combats diseases such as HIV and AIDS. 8)  State and District Network on International Education in the Schools (this Network is the results of a partnership between the Longview Foundation and the Asia Society). Their stance is that global education is required for graduation. See the rubric here (in a DOC file)

9) The United States Government (USAID) Education Strategy? Expansion of government and more money to invest in what is taught. As found on page 8 of the 98 page Strategy Plan, “Financial resources are critical to effective education systems”. That cost or ‘investment’? In the trillions, Warriors! The sources of all those trillions of dollars? Taxpayers, private corporations, and philanthropists. (Gee, I wonder which of the CCSS Machine billionaires is going ‘first’?)

Then, there are global overreaches in every State in America!
For example, look at CT’s global education guidelines for all K-12th programs.
We saw WV, above. However, all 50 States will have some globalism in place and it will only keep expanding. How? Look at where I live, North Carolina.

The State Board of Education decides to embed globalism in education and the Department of Public Instruction carries it out. How?
Not only working with different countries, but tying education to the State level Dept. of Commerce (which will also tie education to the State level Dept. of Labor). NC’s documents also show that as of 2015-16, the use of non government partners to influence school boards was to be put into action.

In fact, one of the documents I found shows how 16 NC Counties and 2 VA Counties were used as pilot districts to help create the Global School Network! (*Note: in the document, you’ll notice the Global School Network was coordinated around 2012 by a group known as VIF, Visiting International Facility. VIF, used to train teachers (known as VIF Global Gateway Program), but shifted to focus on K-12 global education. As of 2017, VIF was re-named Participate. Today, Participate is ‘igniting change and creating impact on a global scale’. How is Participate accomplishing this? Leading edge technology in school districts!

Warriors, the investments in education, be they money or in-kind, aren’t worth it. Not the way things are going. Taxation without representation might be theft, but overzealous philanthropists and private corporations CAN be put in their proper places..out of the classrooms! Question is, will we be that bold? Then, there’s the government..we are ITS master, not the other way around. It’s time to put DC on notice for 2019. We must, it’s our citizen’s duty as well as our patriotic responsibility.
