Pardon Me?!

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, there have been so many topics I’ve covered over the past few years about the terrible overreach into our kids’ lives. Some of these topics have made me very angry. Some have broken my heart. Today’s? ‘Incensed’ would be a fitting description.

What would possibly have me upset? Recently, there’s been some discussion over State led sex education, but what about sex education legislation in Congress? Is there such? Is this what is driving the States? Not so recent (2015), I gave you an in-depth look at how Title 9’s rewording helped open Pandora’s box for sex education in our States.

I’ll admit, I’m not the first to discuss the CCSS Machine’s misinformation and inappropriateness of sex education in the classrooms. We’ve also seen how after school programs include sex education have negatively left their mark on families across the nation. However, it’s time we see what the current group of Congressional members is up to when it comes to sex education.

Meet HR 3602 and S 1653, Real Education for Healthy Youth Act of 2017:

fedsex

To read HR 3602 or S 1653, click on your choice. They are identical twin bills. While both have been in their Committee appointments since their introduction, we should note that these could become active at any time. In all the 34 pages of either Bill, you’ll see a thread of ‘school safety’ woven throughout. With the current events we are seeing focusing on ‘school safety’ we should be on notice. Why? ‘School safety’ encompasses a LARGE area of education.

Pardon Me?! Congress Said What?!

62509360
Warriors, one more time (or in this case, twice), the ‘sense of Congress’ is used in laying out the parameters for sex education contained in HR 3602 and S 1653. Not to be too simple, but haven’t we suffered enough illegally based education overreach as a result of the ‘sense of Congress’ to last a lifetime?!

Excuse me, but “NO!”, Congress, I DO NOT want your ‘sense’ to mandate what Johnny and Suzy learn about sex. I think if you ask the majority of taxpayers, they would also say “No!”.

demagouge

The Language For Sex Education:

Beginning on Page 4 of either Bill, here are the things every federally funded sex education program should have (or as it is written, ‘should aim for’):

a) Cover a wide range of sex topics (like human development, healthy relationships, personal skills, abstinence, preventing unwanted pregnancies, preventing sexual diseases, and sex in culture and society.)
b) How to have safe and healthy relationships
c) Promote gender equality
d) Use the best scientific resources available to teach A-C topics
e) Have everyone in education appropriate with gender identities, gender expressions, etc.
f) Use the best-practices approach for E
g) Will ‘evaluate’ effective sex education and expand the body of research used, as needed
h) Expand teacher preparation/training in comprehensive sex education
i) Build a stronger sex education program based off existing ones found from the SSA (Social Security Act) and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control)
j) Promote and uphold the students rights concerning their sexual choices

Warriors, we’re also told what federally funded sex education programs CANNOT contain. There are 8 items:
1) Withholding life saving or health-promoting information about any sexuality topic (including HIV)
2) Medically inaccurate or not effective
3) Promote gender or race stereotypes
4) Insensitive or non responsive to a youth’s sexual activities
5) Insensitive or disrespectful toward survivors of sexual harm
6) Insensitive towards youth of all needs (including physical, mental, or developmental) or abilities
7) Insensitive towards youth and their gender expression, identity, or sexual orientation
8) Doesn’t comply with ethical public health or medical imperatives.

Page 6 is where you’ll find the grant awards/details for receiving them for adolescent sex education. Over on Page 13, you’ll find the grant awards/details for receiving them for higher education.

Among the details for those young students?
From the bottom  of Page 8 to the top of Page 9:
“substantially incorporates elements of evidence-based sex education instruction; or
(D) creates a demonstration project based on characteristics of effective programs.”
Warriors
, remember, this is for children under the age of 21!

(*Note, Pages 9 – mid 13 lay out exactly what comprehensive sex education is. Please,  read these items for yourselves so you can get the full picture as to what students will learn and what people are to be involved.)

If you have a student (or are one) in higher education, including those who are earning a degree in education, the details begin mid Page 13 and extend to Page 20 (ends mid page). Warriors, these requirements are VERY concerning!

USdistress

The Sex Ed Evaluation (aka ‘student data rape’):

Warriors, I’m embarrassed to share these next few items. I’m so upset that our taxpayer dollars even were used in conjunction to the making of these caveats of legislation.
However, if we are to fight the War Vs the Core, we need to know all the facts, not just the ones which are pleasing.

According to the section for evaluating comprehensive sex education (across the board), massive amounts of data will be needed. If ever the reality of the severity of ‘student data rape’ needs to be seen, it is within HR 3062 and S 1635, you’ll find it.

For starters, third party non profits will be contractually bound to conduct the evaluations and collect the data. Then, the collection must meet nationally set technology standards, use behavior science evaluation techniques, incorporate quasi-experimental designs for drawing conclusive results. (you can find the exact language on Page 21)

Oh, and student outcomes which are measured?! Number of hours for instruction of comprehensive sex education; the student’s growth, development, and relationship dynamics; how well the student can prevent unwanted pregnancy, sexual diseases; how well the student understands their sexual health; will the students be able to set goals, make decisions, communicate well, negotiate well; will the student be capable to have great interpersonal relationships and have healthy ones; can the student effectively use a condom, what was the age of their first sexual intercourse, what type of contraception or condom is being used, dating history, sexual harassment or attacks, and, last on the list?…. Academic performance!

As far as the public receiving this type of student information, it will be made available in 6 years and after the data has been shared everywhere it can be in DC. What will those third party contractors do with the data? Just guess, Warriors.

Closing:

Warriors,  this is not the first time the Real Education for Healthy Youth Act has been introduced, but it is the latest. According to the  Human Rights Campaign website, HR 3026 and S 1635 are not only much needed, but absolutely imperative to have as federal law. If you read the Human Rights Campaign article, notice the national and global groups which have been pressing for this type of federal law for a few years.

Future Lawyers addressed only the health aspect of the Real Education for Healthy Youth Act by summing it up that teen pregnancy in the US should drop. Not one word about the fact the Bills state that the U.S. Dept. of Education is also heavily involved.

Pardon me, Warriors, but the last folks who should be in charge of sex education is Congress or anyone in DC. They can’t handle their own sex lives without scandal, but, somehow we can trust they have our student’s best interests at heart?

Health + Education doesn’t equal as much learning as the CCSS Machine wants us to believe at any point in time. Health + Education DOES equal values, attitudes, and beliefs that ECHO federal government, NOT the family’s personal choices.

Do we need sex education? When appropriately conducted, yes! Do we need the federal government running it? Absolutely not!

“Anthracnose” in Education?

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, maybe you’ve heard of ‘anthracnose’. It’s a fungus which attacks olives.

Why in the world would I share this with you? Warriors, we’ve known for a long time the symbol for the UN (United Nations) contains olive branches. In the Bible, olive branches were used as a symbol for peace.

blue-un-logo-vectorised-md

In a twisted manner, the UN has taken that same symbol and used it as a way to promote peace in It’s version.

Warriors, if you’ve followed my blog, you know how many times I’ve connected the UN to the CCSS Machine as well as how demonic the agenda from the UN is. (*Note: several other Warriors have uncovered much about the UN’s agenda showing up in American education, too. One of these Warriors, Alex Newman, is, in my opinion, right up ‘there’ in knowledge about this. Also, my friend, Tom DeWeese’s article about the push for global education in America was one of those ‘sparks beneath my feet’ moments back in 2009.)

An “Anthrancial” Bill In Congress:

Warriors, if you’ve not heard of HR 1111 (Department of Peacebuilding Act of 2017), don’t feel bad. I’d not heard of it either, until I did a general search on Congress.gov for ‘teachers’.

HR1111
The Feb. 2017 article

How Education Fits into HR 1111:

In this 43 page Bill, ‘education’ is embedded 34 times. Below is a list of those ties to American classrooms.

Page 2 is part of the index to HR 1111. It mentions peace education training.
Page 6 cites the UN’s Action on a Culture of Peace.
Page 11 embeds ‘nonviolent conflict resolution’ education for schools.
Page 12 ties the peace and tolerance alignment to public education and counseling.
Page 14’s lines 14-17 are worth reading and re-reading.
Page 17’s lines 15 and following will find you needing to take a moment.
Page 18 peace curriculum for as young as Pre-K students; think (birth to grave).
Page 19 states schools will be nonviolent  zones with peaceful education environment.
Page 20’s lines 5 and beyond (look for how grants are involved).
Page 23 is where “Section 104” begins.
Page 24 lays out the peace curriculum parameters.
Page 26 embeds a community wide peace; ties to skilled workforce and peace officers.
Page 28 is where you’ll find how the U.S. Dept. of Education ties into all this.
Page 30 mentions ‘primary universal education’.
Page 42 will tie all this to the ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965), which, as we know was updated in ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act); shows how the SEAs (State Educational Agencies) will be impacted.

Finally revealed in HR 1111, Warriors, this new Executive level agency of “Peacebuilding” will have a Secretary. That person will be APPOINTED.

Warriors, HR 1111, hasn’t seen any action in months. However, we’ve seen too many times how a ‘sleeping’ bill has been not only brought back to life, but fast-tracked to fit the CCSS Machine’s agenda.

HR 1111 also cites that the U.S. Dept. of Education would have to work with the US Institute of Peace (USIP). USIP develops curriculum used in all kinds of classrooms. USIP also trains teachers specifically to meet the ‘peace keeping’ mandates given by Congress. Built into the USIP’s peace curriculum is a Conflicts Styles Assessment.
You can access the assessment here. The curriculum also uses a ‘Curve of Conflict’ for students to see how all the phases interconnect. You can bet the assessment’s results will put the students somewhere on this curve.

curve
Also woven into the USIP’s curriculum is a group called “Kids for Peace”. See some of their partners below:

kidspeace

Warriors, does the USIP have a connection to the UN? Absolutely! Below is from the Obama Administration’s era:

USIPUN Warriors, President Trump’s Administration is also using USIP.
Does USIP support the UN’s SDGs? Absolutely. Back in 2015, a meeting to discuss how those Sustainable Development Goals, the US, and, peace could work together. Below, a screen shot of the Goal 16 of the UN’s SDGs:

Warriors, how do SDG #16 and education (SDG #4) intersect? Listen to this UN Messenger of Peace on financing education.

Look below from an “Unpacking Guide” for the UN’s SDG #4.

unpackSDG

Warriors, if you’ve not seen all the research I’ve found connecting the SDGs to the CCSS Machine’s overreach in American education, I’m giving you the entire set of evidence to use.

Closing:

Warriors, If you noticed in the first HR 1111 screen shot, you may of noticed Rep. Lee’s name. I’ve not touched on how Rep. Lee (CA) is connected to the UN, but in case you are wondering
repleeRep. Lee’s got quite a collection of big campaign donors. Apple, Inc. is one of the top ones. Apple, Inc. of course, is a global giant. I wrote back in August 2017, about Apple’s connections to global education.

Warriors, I hope you’ve seen how rotten this ‘olive branch bill’ (HR 1111) truly is.
I trust you’ll use the information I’ve shared as a way to continue to inform others just how wretched Congress has become when it concerns America’s freedoms. I know you’ll recognize the illegally based overreaches in education are being continued in bills like this.
Not to mention the expansion of  government by creating a new federal agency at taxpayers’ expense without the people’s voice involved.

Have You Heard?

My Fellow Anti Fed Ed Warriors, have you ever heard of BARDA? I’ll be honest, I hadn’t. However, in looking at the Congressional Appropriations Bills (HR 3358 and S 1771) for the U.S. Depts. of Labor/Health and Human Service/Education, I discovered BARDA. Specifically, the ‘new-to-my-research’ agency was written into the S 1771’s Bill.

On Page 96, you’ll find under the heading of ‘Transfer of Funds‘ for the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, directives for where the NIH (National Institute of Health, a part of the HHS) could use some of the funds. Warriors, remember, these funds are our taxpayer dollars.

On Page 97, is where BARDA first shows up. “BARDA” stands for ‘Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority’.

To access the Public Health Service Act, click here.

BARDA is part of the nation’s PHE System. PHE means Public Health Emergency.
**************************
We’ll look at the BARDA funding and research project near the close of this article. For now, we need to see how, if, at all BARDA plays into the CCSS Machine’s overreach in education.
*************************

Thought:

Warriors, with the word ‘biometrics’,  is there more BARDA does than simply prepare us for the worst scenarios? We know ‘biometric’ devices are used to monitor the SEL (social emotional learning) and have been tied to Common Core.

Question:

Now that ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) is the law, will biometrics continue to be used? Back in March 2017, I published an article about some (then) current Congressional Bills. Related to them? A 2011 biometric study! Be sure to access this more recent article about the SEL and special needs students via ESSA.

biometricstudy
When I typed in ‘Social Emotional Learning’ into the PHE’s BARDA search bar, what you see below, is what I got back in results.

Warriors, please note I am NOT saying we do not need emergency plans, especially in our schools. BUT, my question is simply this, where does the emergency planning end and the SEL manipulation begin?

Answer #1:

bardasel

Warriors, some of the ‘red flags’ I saw in the highlighted resource in the screen shot above were: all States have behavioral health partners/plans. The plans are to cover emergencies, the partnerships go a bit deeper than ’emergencies only’. Some of these partners happen to be some of the very same ones which have rubbed stamped Common Core, support STEM, have Career Tech Education, or, are CCSS Machine member organizations in on approving the SEL overreach in education!

You can access the 2016 document, here.
(*Note: back in 2014, I wrote how SAMSHA was using Common Core as a tool for gun control via “Project Aware”; in 2015, this article about mental health and the manipulation of it in education for workforce needs. Then, in 2016, this article gives you a big run down of the federal level of overreach in not only mental health with agencies like SAMSHA, but many others!)

In the 2016 Document (above), look for the bottom of Page 14, ‘federal behavioral health support usually involves the provision of technical assistance, educational resources..’ (‘technical assistance’, more times than not, means data mining in some form)
Page 15, an inter-agency council for behavioral health: Forum on Medical and Public Health Preparedness for Disasters and Emergencies. This Forum is a P3 (Public Private Partnership). It’s been around since 2007.

More Answers:

Below, are related documents from each of the major groups listed in the screen shot tie directly to ESSA, SEL, and/or behavior interventions OUTSIDE of disasters or emergencies!

Answer #2) https://www.nasmhpd.org/sites/default/files/the-business-case-for-behavioral-health-prevention.pdf (Uses CASEL ( Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning), WHO (World Health Organization), OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), and other big name CCSS Machine members as ‘credible’ research sources)

Answer #3) http://nasadad.org/2015/03/state-substance-abuse-agencies-program-management-and-data-utilization-case-studies-of-eleven-states/ (from 2013, how 11 States were already sharing data across State lines and using the National Outcomes Measure model and connecting it for data mining. *Note: this organization is also the one involved with opioids. Warriors, as we know more students are being prescribed opioids and other behavior managing drugs.)

Answers #4 a, b, c) http://www.apa.org/pi/about/newsletter/2016/03/student-act.aspx (use this to find the 2 ESSA supportive documents from 2016)

Also from the APA is the 2017 Annual meeting syllabus. “School” is mentioned 57 times in the topics/presentation notes. I noticed at least 2 on ADHD.

To get to the Skinner referring article(s) from the APA, go here first (this is a research paper on a study of behavior interventions tested on college students), then visit here. (this is one of the few cited sources from the study on college students. It’s where Skinner’s education theory is mentioned.)

Getting back to BARDA:

This 2014 article likens BARDA to a venture capital group hidden in DC.
Warriors, we know how toxic venture capitalists have been in education. Where health and education intersect is probably just as bad.

As far as the 10 year contract mentioned in S 1771 for BARDA? It appears that is a continuation of a project which began back during President Bush’s (the first) administration. It’s known as Project BioShield, (PB).
From the Strategic Plan (2011-2016) for PB, an increase in public private partnerships (P3s); 21st Century skills; a workforce steeped in science and technology (which of course means STEM education and STEM jobs); and, all which connects them.

Warriors, the PB price tag is in the billions. (*Note: refer to the highlighted “Bush” above. When that document opens, look to your right for ‘funding’).

Two resources for more about Project BioShield can be accessed here. Johns Hopkins (a known CCSS Machine member) and Oxford Press have articles.

STEM Endorsed by PHE:

Warriors, remember that BARDA is under the Public Health Emergency (PHE) arm of the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. I was able to find on the PHE’s blog, not only an endorsement for early emergency preparation by studying STEM in 2017, but how the PHE is working in the context of a 17 year (began 2009) partnership for global health.

As we know from research, global health is part of the UN’s SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). STEM is a part of the SDGs, as well as part of the CCSS Machine.

Closing:

Warriors, S 1771 and its partner Bill HR 3358 lock in all the funds for things like BARDA and more educational overreach on 10/7/17. The LAST day to raise any challenge is 10/6/17. IF you’ve not contacted your Senator or Representative about the massive amounts of overreaching taxpayer-abused-funds. Please hurry!

How Much More?

Hello Warriors,

We’ve got several federal level bills, as always, which seem to want to take all we’ve got and even more! As taxpayers, our burdens are quite large. Add to that HOW our tax dollars are used, and we get a boat load of agenda! It doesn’t seem to matter if that agenda is to our liking or not. Once D.C. has got it in its ‘head’, we’ve stuck with the account statement!

What does THIS have to do with education?? PLENTY!

rubberroad

Why The Taxpayers Need To Know:

During this past work week, while knee deep in researching, I was able to help draw attention to some big DC bills. We’re not only expected to pick up DC’s tab, we’re supposed to sit by and watch those dollars be used against our students! If you have followed my research for a long time, you know this will NOT be tolerated. First, off it invades our children’s freedom. Then, let’s talk about their civil right to privacy.

Between ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), and every OTHER law which is related to BOTH (for example: HEA, Higher Education Act), our students will be conformed to fit a business pattern (ESSA’s mandates for workforce aligned education) where their every move is tracked (data mined).

While I’ve been speaking out about the bills, I’ve also been sharing with everyone HOW they can help END this cycle of data mining for an educated workforce. That is by joining the grassroots efforts of http://www.childabuseintheclassroom.com

The two pronged goal of @CAintheCR is 1) Repealing ESSA AND 2) Restoring FERPA. Both of these will help end the cycle.
twoprong

By our being aware of how ESSA, WIOA, and, HEA are funded, we can also help raise awareness about 1) what our government is setting our students up for, and, 2) knowing how our tax dollars are (or aren’t) being used with OUR representation.

The “Biggies” Right Now:
*NOTE: Both HR 3358 and S 1771 ONLY address the appropriations for the U.S. Dept. of Labor, the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, and the U.S. Dept. of Education. The fact Congress has lumped the 3 US Depts. together in appropriations is not out of convenience, it’s a strategy to help combine WIOA, ESSA, and HEA, along with all the related agencies, contracts, agreements, and strings.

First on our watch list need to the be the House and Senate versions of the FY 2018. House’s is HR 3358. Senate’s is S 1771. Both are very wordy. Both are loaded with trillions of dollars that the majority of will come from our pockets. Both will have massive amounts of those dollars earmarked for the alignment of education to workforce ‘needs’ and data mining to ensure it all happens.

However, we also need to have these following bills in mind. Why? They, too, will extend the ESSA/WIOA/HEA implementation of workforce geared, skill-based education. All these bills and funds will also be used to help wipe out true academics, school choices; bump up assessments for competency levels, and so much more.

THOSE bills? H Concurred Resolution 71 (sets FY 2018 and earmarks FY 2019-2027 funds) is 126 pages. It shows the funding for each House Committee by fiscal year;
S Concurred Bill 3 (earmarks FY 2018-2026 funds) is simply a record of agreement with the House on appropriations; and,
S Resolution 62 (funds all the Senate Committees for FY 2017 through Feb. 28, 2019)

Let me share briefly on H 3358 and S 1771, here. I will be covering the 3 above in my video presentation where I will dive further into ALL the bills listed in this article.
When will that presentation be aired? As soon as I can record it, Warriors!

Most noteworthy on HR 3358 are Pages 71 and 101. However, I was able to track down many OTHER connecting dots among the rest of the bill. For content purposes, I’ll only bring up the 2 pages. IF you’d like to know what other dangers I have uncovered, PLEASE do not hesitate to let me know. Each one somehow and in some way connect to ESSA’s plan for workforce shifts in education and/or the continued assault on FERPA’s data mining.

Page 71 is among the many pages devoted to the U.S. Dept. of HHS. On this page you’ll see the plethora of programs mentioned: “..under SSA (Social Security Act) $1.7 billion to be used for children and family services.” Also, on Page 71, $11 billion to the HHS. Among the programs for the $11 billion? Head Start (Early Head Start gets $650 million, on page 73), ESSA, Community Service Development Block Grants (CSDBGs), and several other programs. The CSDBGs may not sound like a problem, but ESSA uses them for Promise Neighborhoods and 21st Century Community Learning Centers. ESSA also uses/abuses Head Start and Early Head Start.

Page 101 is among the pages devoted to the U.S. Dept of Education. Below is a screen shot of my notes for you. I’ll explain after you view the picture.

p101.jpg

Warriors, what you are looking at is a $15 billion dollar diagram of all the places it is to be divided per ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act). That’s right HR3358 didn’t refer to any education funding per ESSA, no, it identified all the funds as for ESEA. If you’ll notice, it was HHS which got ESSA funds.

As far as the educational alignment and damage in S 1771, it is almost a mirror image of the House’s version. One notable exception is seen below:

s1771p6
Warriors, remember, ESSA embedded WIOA several times, especially on Page 17 of ESSA where ALL education must be aligned (means ‘learned’ and ‘taught’) to WIOA’s post-secondary readiness NOT academic knowledge.

Also a bit different from the House’s version, but just as damaging is Page 121 of S 1771:

s1771p121
Warriors, again, MORE data mining alignment on our students! Along with all those local, state, and national levels of data sharing, you can bet there are countless other agencies, P3s (public private partnerships), vendors, and nations receiving the data as well.

Closing:

Warriors, from the way I see the research stacking up, there is NO better time to speak up about the taxpayer misuse than NOW! There is NO better grassroots campaign to END the FERPA’s overreach of data mining. There is NO better time to join the fight to REPEAL ESSA! We CAN halt the social and emotional learning that tie ESSA and FERPA  around the necks of our children like a millstone.

Draft Plan or Daft Plan?

To my fellow anti Fed Ed and CCSS Warriors, it is increasingly clear our States have sold us out. They did it with RttT (Race to the Top), the CCSSI (Common Core State Standards Initiative), the constant re-branding of CCSS (Common Core State Standards), and everything in between which would connect education to workforce based outcomes.

It was SUPPOSED to stop with ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), but as we’ve researched and shared, that, too was a sell out.

By now, you’ve probably seen and heard about the States which already turned in their ESSA State Plans to the U.S. Dept. of Education, only to have them bounce back faster than a bad check. Have you been able to get a look at any of the State Plans which will be due in September 2017?

The last time I looked at the NC State ESSA Draft Plan was back in Feb. 2017. It’s where I compared the alignment of not only NC’s ESSA Plan, but how strikingly similar it was to SC’s Draft Plan at the time. If you missed the article highlighted above, I urge you to read it. Not only does it impact ALL 50 States, but there is quite a bit that those ESSA braggarts left out we need to know. (For example, did you know that ALL 50 States must meet parts of the General Education Provisions Act as well as all the mandates laid out in ESSA?)

In the most recent version of the NC ESSA State Draft, the document is 184 pages long. Oh, and more color pictures have been added. See below. The added emphasis is mine.

ncdraftsummer

If you’d like to access the entire Plan2017draft-state-plan

So, are you wondering about the “Theory” behind NC’s Daft (I mean) Draft Plan? Look below. You’ll find this particular section on Page 8 of the Plan, directly beneath the snazzy color picture you see above.

ncdamnWarriors, do you see this?! Do you believe it?!

The State of NC, just like the other 49, is using YOUR child as a test subject in an unknown and unproven system with YOUR tax dollars! (*Note: back in 2016, I published an article detailing some of the ESSA experimentation which would be continuing CCSS or creating more alignment.)

The CCSS Machine is so busy pumping out the jargon of ‘personalized learning’ (which is a coded educratic phrase), that we are missing the point: teachers should gauge the learning pace, not students. Teachers should be free to use their proven ideas in the classroom, not leav it up to professionals not designed for classroom interactions.

This is like telling your 6 year old that you’ll let them get behind the wheel of your car and HOPE it all works out.

Do you see the ‘transforming from the industrial age’ statement? Yep, NC’s bent over backwards to make sure it’s one of the most digitalized and conformed States in the nation. At every grade level and for every educational choice. I’ve documentend it well, as have other citizens.

deludeded

To show you how NC officials feel about ‘personalized learning’, you need to see their words, not mine.

statepillar
Click to enlarge the screen shot (or find the evidence on Page 9). Four ‘pillars’ which are to be STATE supported, not parent chosen, for your child’s education. Since these pillars are ‘state led’, do not think the federal government hasn’t mandated HOW the leadership is to take place. If so, why are so many State Plans being rejected? It’s because ESSA’s mandates do NOT allow MORE State-led control!

As far as ‘state supported’? No, try state controlled by way of the federal government, instead.

As far as NC’s Daft (oops, I meant ‘draft’) definition of ’empowered educators’, a very loose idea. Why? It’s to fit ESSA’s mandates to allow those who partner with education to be considered an ‘educator’. Remember, the increase of the business world in education ESSA has mandated? This loose definition of ‘educator’ fits perfectly.

Other Daft Moves by NC?

1) For ‘early education’ the B3 Interagency Council (partners the NC DPI, NC Dept. of Health/Human Services, and the NC Partnership for Children). Their overreach into the younger students’ lives? Data driven pathways.

2) For ‘early education’ continuing the CCSS aligned “NC Reads” program. It’s supposed to have kids ready to read by the time they get to the classroom. I think NC’s daftness is really showing here. For our Kindergartner students, class is where they SHOULD learn to read, not come already prepared.

3) For all students, a new interagency for the “NC Whole Child”. The premise? A ‘whole child’ in a ‘whole school’ to learn to be part of a ‘whole community’.  Note that you’ll see both the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and ASCD as creators. Both are part of the CCSS Machine.

whole

To  access the entire “NC Whole Child” program, visit here.

4) For the Teachers, ‘digital competency standards’ as derived by iNACOL, a huge CCSS Machine member organization. iNACOL is part of the global push for aligned education in America. These ‘standards’ are also a continued effort for NC that have been backed by our NC General Assembly.

5) For all students, ‘global-readiness’. While NC’s been globalizing students before now, under the Draft ESSA State NC Plan, more infrastructure changes will take place to continue this alignment. What does this mean? More internet digital access, Smart Cities, global standards, and so much more. Here’s a recently published article. With all the infrastructure changes, you’ll need to look for Innovation Districts/schools, Lab Schools and similar. You’ll also find infrastructure changes in Head Start, Early Head Start, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, and more.

Of The “Proven” CCSS Aligned Programs NC will keep:

1) You’ll see Home Base (a massive SLDS system put in place by Pearson Publishing, but now run by the NC DPI). See the Financial Evidence .
2) Smart Start/NC PreK  (a 2016 look at how ESSA was to hurt the littlest learners)
3) Career and College Promise (ties to a National CBP, Competency Based Pathway System)
4) NC Virtual Public School (a 2015 exposure)
5) Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) The 2016 article I published revealed not only much about PBIS, but how ESSA and Pearson capitalize on this system to alter attitudes in our children. You’ll also see an SC school district’s example. You’ll also see how those 21st Century Community Learning Centers are woven in.

CommonCore-Equal-Fail
Warriors, the CC Curriculum isn’t going away, even with ESSA in place.

Closing:

For more emphasis, this  2016 article where I pointed out the massive NC deceptions in much of what you see above, is offered to you.

What of similar nature is happening in your State? How ‘daft’ are our leaders? How ‘daft’ do they assume WE are?!

Lastly, Warriors, what are we WILLING to do about it? Shall we continue to offer up our students as test subjects while the powers in place try to run education?

Controlling the Authority

A very important follow up to Monday’s article about local school boards.

“We’ll also address how city school boards, private schools, home education, and, charters authorities will be treated in the ‘ESSA Era’.”

Before that closing statement, I also shared with you how I noticed a pattern of counties in NC which chose to be held to AdvancEd’s standard of accrediting. I’ve got some information about AdvancEd below. Here is what I’ve previously written about them.

AdvancEd is chosen by several States to be the ones which hold school boards accountable. Here are just a few noteworthy items about the mindset behind the company holding your board members (schools and States, too) accountable.

1) Be collective! “The AdvancED Accreditation Policies and Procedures outlined in this document represent the unified policies and procedures for accreditation from AdvancED and its Accreditation Divisions: North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI), Northwest Accreditation Commission (NWAC) and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), herein collectively referred to as AdvancED.”

What does this mean for the school board? Any and all schools wishing to be a part of the AdvancEd ‘team’, must abide by all the policies and procedures laid out by AdvancEd.
AdvancEd serves school districts, b) systems of schools, c) corporations, and, d) Education Service Agencies, (ESAs).

{*Note, ESAs may or may not be included in our LEAs and SEAs (Local Education Agencies; State Education Agencies). According to the national group for ESAs, there are over 500 service oriented groups in 45 States. With ESSA’s increased push for P3s (public, private partnerships), CCSS and/or CCR aligned Professional Development, and other global agenda items, we’re sure to see these service groups become more of a presence in our local school boards.}

2) Be global! According to a NC General Assembly document,  AdvancED represents tens of thousands of schools and districts across the United States and 69 countries worldwide“.

Considering the per school/ed service agency (ex: Sylvan Learning Centers)/school board, this will be quite a profit maker for AdvancEd.

I found an AdvancEd Application from 2016, where the Group was seeking  Pennsylvania’s authority to operate in businesses like Sylvan. Kumon Math Centers were included, along with others.

******As always, ask “What is in my State?”*******

advancedpay

Since I frequently give you NC information to use to see where to look in your State:

1) A NC County’s (2012-13) AdvancEd Report (Note the CCSS Machine agenda/ties)  click here

2) According to the NC State Board of Education’s Accreditation information, schools must be accredited, BUT they do NOT have to choose AdvancEd. See the document below for what the SBE (State Board of Ed) considers a ‘savings’ for schools to be accredited.

ncvsadvance

The Chain of Command For Accreditation:

As another example for where to look, the NC State Legislative Accreditation Document shows how the command chain works.

How will ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) change this? (*Note: while ESSA may change accreditation, the HEA, (Higher Education Act’s) upcoming re-authorization will most definitely change the process.)

chaincommand

Before we move on, what do we, as Warriors do, when we discover our county school board adheres to BOTH AdvancEd and our State Board’s accreditation? Does that mean our taxpayer dollars are twice used without our voice?! If only one is adhered to, which one wins out over the other? Is it the State or AdvancED?!

So, How Do Charter School Boards Fit In?:

These are not actually ‘school boards’ in a traditional sense. The authorizing body is called a “NC Charter Advisory Board”. Written out in NC General State Statute 115C Article 14A.
The Article begins with, “authorize a system of charter schools to provide opportunities for teachers, parents, pupils, and community members to establish and maintain schools that operate independently of existing schools.” Sounds great, doesn’t it?! “Independent of existing schools…”

IF this is true, why do we see the same pro CSSS Member groups involved?! I hope you see the irony below:

advisecharter

If you wish to see Chapter 138A, access it here.

What do charter school Advisory Members have for requirements as laid out in 115C Article 14a? I’m so glad you want to know. (*Note: this Chapter is 23 pages long.)

1) Collectively strong, experience wise with “public and non profit goverance,  management and finance, assessment, curriculum and instruction, public charter schools, and public education law. All appointed members of the Advisory Board shall have demonstrated an understanding of and a commitment to charter schools as a strategy for strengthening public education.”
Warriors
, re-read that last line, please.

2) These APPOINTED members serve in 4 year terms.

3) These members basically become the State Board of Education’s cheeerleaders for charter schools.

4) A new office within the NC Dept. of Public Instruction was created per this 14a chapter.
It’s known as the  Office of Charter Schools. Here’s the ‘kicker’, the Office is ‘subject to the supervision, direction, and control of the State Board of Education’. As part of the subjection, more appointees will be put in places of power.

Warriors, do you see a pattern here? More appointees means LESS VOICE by taxpaying citizens!

In NC, Charters And AdvancEd Meet:

Warriors, if you recall yesterday’s article, I laid out for you quite a few questions about school boards and the pro CCSS Machine member ties.

AdvancEd has been mentioned in more than one NC County. For example, I told you the county I live in has written in their school board policy to maintain their accreditation ties to AdvancEd and/or the State Board

iredelladvance

Iredell Charter is also a ‘tutition free’ public charter school. There is a ton of information you should read if you are interested in learning how a ‘tutition free’ public school is governed. However, look below for a better definition of HOW charter schools are funded.

charterfund

One more thing about Iredell Charter. It’s a Charter School USA managed educational institution. I tied AdvancEd to Charter Schools USA back in 2014. The focus of that article was the behavior management being bred in these ‘alternative’ schools.

What About Private Education and Homeschooling?

Here in NC, private schools and homeschools are under the authority of the NC DNPE (North Carolina Department of Non Public Education). As a ‘retired’ home educator in NC, I know this Department well. I’ve seen it shift from helping separate public education from private (NC considers homeschooling a legal form of private education).

However, since 2013, this Department has been ‘relaxed’. How? A law set forth to protect homeschooling (see Part 3 of the law) was changed ever so slightly under the guise of giving MORE choices to those families who chose to educate their own children.

The purpose, as one NC General Assembly member stated, was to ‘purposely blur the lines between public education and homeschooling.’

Guess what? It happened. Once of the BEST ways in which the lines were blurred was through the NC Virtual Public School. Thanks to ESSA, the blurring of lines will INCREASE.

ncvpsNotice that NC’s Virtual Public School is also carrying out the State Board of Education’s bidding: ‘producing modern learners’ for the “21st Century”.

Warriors, let’s not forget that some States have home education out in the open and not protected under private education clauses. Think about this, homeschool students use the same nationally normed assessments. If they haven’t been mandated to use the nationally normed assessments so far, they will be very soon.

So, how will ESSA play out for charters, private schools, and home education?

Here are just a few ways:
Titles funding (example, Title One is the largest federal funding stream and is used in all school districts; Title Four is for block grants; think 21st Century Community Learning Centers)
Data mining
High stakes assessments
College and career readiness
STEM
American Apprenticeships

The Education Road

Greetings, my fellow anti CCSS/ESSA/Fed Led Ed Warriors! What happens when education reform meets P3 (public private partnerships)/ ESSA, CCSS Machine funding dollars AND involves a bus?!

The  education (with its agenda and all)  comes to your neighborhood for students AND their families!

The Mobile Move:

Seen recently, was this headline, “Mobile Recreation Unit Builds Bonds in a Fun Way”.
See the article: http://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/local/community/lake-norman-mooresville/article93901902.html

*Note: be sure to watch the embedded video. Listen for the ‘expanded learning opportunities for the community’. Note also, the assistance for this comes from community agencies. Why do this even bear paying attention to? The ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) gives your SEAs (State Education Agencies) and your LEAs (Local Education Agencies) more power to use in approving community agencies in the name of ‘student outcomes’ and/or ‘student achievement’.

So, our next questions should be, what entities are involved in ‘expanded learning opportunities’ for students and their families? What do they look like and HOW does all this really point back to the CCSS Machine?

The Entities In My Town:

1) Mooresville Cultural and Recreation Services (MCRS), according to the article the Staff at the MCRS works hard to build P3 relationships. Why? To help the ‘economically challenged’ students/families. While the concept is noble and great, knowing that in the ESSA are mandates for “expanding learning opportunities” in ways which will involve our entire community’s alignment is troublesome. Knowing also, how much of ESSA is written to target ‘at-risk’ or ‘low-income students’ is also worth being on our radars. The last ESSA concern I saw in the article? The ‘driving the students home’. ESSA covers that expense with our taxpayer dollars.

What other community locations are under the MCRS? Our public library, a public golf course, and our citizen center in downtown. How can I tie this back to the CCSS Machine? The public library! (See: https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2016/07/03/hitting-the-books-part-2/); Part One is embedded as a link. You can see the libraries are not only part of the CCSS Machine, but to Common Core,  Career Tech Education, College and Career Readiness, community alignment, and the ESSA, WIOA, and the HEA. (WIOA: Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act; HEA: Higher Education Act)

2) The City Government is a natural partner. How? The Recreation Dept. is part of our city’s government. Cities receive federal and state money all the time.

Look at the opportunities connected with ESSA from the City Government’s Rec. Dept. document.Mooresville
From Page 5 of the “Master Plan” you can find out how tax subsidies offset some of the Recreation Dept.’s cost. You can also find the current Rec. Dept. Partners, “SPONSORS / PARTNERS Currently, the Department has multiple partners such as the Mooresville’s Police and Fire Departments, Christian Mission, I-Care, Benchwarmers, Imagine Music Group, Mooresville Grade School, etc. A majority of the partners have formal agreements with the Department that help raise money, provide their services and/or spaces for programs and events, cover program cost, etc. ” (*Note: Page 6 will show you how “Crowd Funding” is also being used to cover costs.)

What else will the “Master Plan” reveal in its 153 pages?
* You will find the educratic buzzwords of ‘inclusion’, ‘equity’, ‘stakeholders’; you will see the surveys where the citizens voiced where they wanted their tax dollars focused on (that’s weird, I do not recall getting a survey like this and I pay taxes here);
* You will see lots of data (includes the U.S. Census) and graphs used to support the moves; you’ll see the increased push for social and economic equality;
* You’ll see how Mooresville has a goal for being a “Gold Medal” City*, as well as a few other items. (*Note: A “Gold Medal City” is the award given to any size community by the National Parks and Recreation Association (NPRA)

You can learn more about the NPRA’s Gold Medal for Excellence Program:
http://www.parksandrecreation.org/2016/January/The-National-Gold-Medal-Award-Program-for-Excellence/

Briefly: NPRA is a national, not-for-profit organization. Some of the same CCSS Machine member organizations also partner with the NPRA.) Look below at what I found in their “Strategic Plan”

NPRA

Here are the CCSS Machine member organizations funding the NPRA:

NPRAReport
Just think, my place of residence is clamoring to be a ‘Gold Medal City’….

Before we move on, it is important to note that the use of educratic buzzwords is most effective when applied to the pseudo-educational ways the CCSS Machine and ESSA are supporting.

For the Warrior Number Crunchers:

So since I am a resident of Mooresville, pay taxes, and OPPOSE the CCSS Machine, where are my dollars going? Has anyone considered how the education reform is the modern day “TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION”?! Directly related to the article, is the below image.

towntax

For our 2017 City Budget, just under  $99 million is being reported by the official Mooresville City Government website. ($98,929,412.00 to be exact). Included in the big bucks are not only the funds to continue the Rec.Departments, the schools, and all the places they intersect, but the Community Development Grants. These grants are top-down funded, AND fit right into the ESSA’s mandates for 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Promise Neighborhoods, PreK Development, and more. Community Development projects can also be under other names like ‘Capital Improvement Projects'( CIPs).

Where Warriors Need to Look in Your Area:

*1:  Use what I have found in my town as an example to look in your town.

*
2:  CIPs are a key place to look for more ‘hiding-in-plain-sight’ CCSS Machine/ESSA ties. Why? Any public space or service receives these funds.

*3: You’ll also want to see how much of the FEMA funding your town receives. FEMA is a key part of the Agenda 21/UN (United Nations) portion of the CCSS Machine.

*4:  Look at groups like the FFYF (First Five Years Fund). From birth to age 5 education  is also embedded in the ESSA. Birth to 5 will also encompass in home visits in your communities.
See the agenda and support FFYR gives ESSA: http://ffyf.org/our-focus/every-student-succeeds-act-essa/

*5:  Look at the Head Start or Early Head Start Programs in your area. I exposed these:
https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2015/10/08/tech-thursday-technically-speaking-for-ccss/

*6: What plans does your town/city/area have for 21st Century Community Learning Centers, after school programs, or related family wrap-around services? Here is what the National After School Alliance has  on ESSA’s mandates (*Note: the use of ‘expanded learning opportunities’ is seen):
http://www.afterschoolalliance.org/documents/ESSA-Opportunities-for-Afterschool.pdf

*7:  What Digital upgrades are you seeing in your area? Just down the road, in Charlotte, NC is the headline making news of the Google Fiber system being completed. Commercials sell it as everyone will be more connected/have better and faster internet. What the commercials are leaving out is how Charlotte is considered a leader in the nation for “Smart Cities”*, that Google is part of the CCSS Machine, or the fact that digital and technology upgrades are mandates of ESSA. No, it is being used as a ‘hiding-in-plain-sight’ tactic.

Closing:

Warriors, what other CCSS Machine items are ‘hiding’ in your area? What alignment to ESSA are you already seeing that is turning out to be much more negative than we were told it would be? What foundations are being laid to align entire areas to the infrastructure ESSA needs to survive? The efforts are there, we MUST expose them. We must not read an article in a weekly paper and take it at face value. Why? Look at the tangled CCSS/ESSA trail I found just from a short newspaper article and a short video.

Big Bucks for Post Secondary Ed

fedledposted

In this final in-depth look at the massive amount of taxpayer money being requested to continue the CCSS Machine’s overreach into education (at all levels), we will see what portions of the almost $70 billion will go to post-secondary education. A part of Common Core, Career Tech Education, College and Career Readiness, I have researched well over the past 5+ years.

Like the previous 2 articles, I will connect the programs to how they are not only embedded in legislation (such as ESSA {Every Student Succeeds Act}, but others like the ACPA {America’s College Promise Act 2015} and the HEA {Higher Education Act}.

A link to the Fed Ed Budget for students, families, and communities:

A link to the Fed Ed Budget for teachers and school leaders:
https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2016/02/12/fed-ed-budget-for-teachersleaders/

First Up: The Big Bucks for Post-Secondary Education:

1) Via the America’s College Promise (ACP) “Through an investment of $61 billion over the next decade, students would be able to earn the first half of a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree and earn the skills needed to succeed in the workforce – at no cost.”
The justification for this amount of money continues with, ACP also would provide grants to schools that support new low-income students, including those transferring from a community college. Students would be able to receive up to two years of college at these institutions at zero or significantly reduced tuition.”
While the U.S. Dept. of Ed Blog states what you see above, the U.S. Dept. of Ed’s Fact Sheet tells you a bit more. ACP, which would create a new partnership with States to make two years of community college free for responsible students..”

*What is noteworthy here is when you click on the embedded link to find out more about ACP, you are taken to a Fact Sheet for the America’s College Promise Act of 2015. (see Related Resources)

If you think community colleges are CCSS Machine-free (meaning not full of CCSS, CTE, and/or CCR {Common Core State Standards, Career Tech Education, and/or College Career Readiness} consider these:
a) The SREB (Southern Regional Education Board), a big CCSS Machine member has gone out of its way to use community colleges for a preK to PhD alignment. See my article (full of facts and embedded links to the documents):
https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2015/04/25/sic-em-saturday-using-community-colleges-for-more-core/
b) The Adult CCSS Standards written by some of the same members of the other CCS StandardsCCRStandardsAdultEd

As far as the CCSS Machine’s presence in 4 year colleges and universities, both public and private, here are few other resources to help you connect all this. These are in no way the only institutions involved in the CCSS Machine.

a) Career Pathways (part of the CTE ‘arm of CCSS‘) got its start from a partnership between Harvard University and Pearson Publishing as a response to their ‘Pathways to Prosperity Study’. See this article for this and how national career credentials factor in:
https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2015/09/03/tech-thursday-just-say-no-to-nocc/
b) Some Christian Colleges are using or teaching CCSS:
https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2014/12/05/fom-friday-christian-colleges-exempt-from-common-core-not/
c) The purposed  plan for aligning K-12 and post-secondary education can best be learned about from this document from
Lumina (a big CCSS Machine member):
A_path_to_alignment
d) A visual aid to help you see some of the bridging going on is below. It is from Illinois. The entire article:
https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2015/01/07/wybi-wednesday-icaps-common-core-and-more/

ILP
According to the report, there are many different names for the same agenda via Career Tech Education, Career Pathways, Common Core, and more.

(If you need to enlarge the picture, please click on it)

2) Thirty million for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and MSI (Minority Serving Institutions) is also included in the Budget Request. The targeted population? Low-income students. Where are the CCSS Machine ties for them? For one, the Urban League. See my article (dates back to Sec. Duncan): https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2015/04/03/fom-duncan-extols-upcoming-esea-renewal/
Then there are the  National Council of La Raza/United Negro College Fund ties: https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2015/08/31/monday-musings-more-parent-ccss-alignment/

3) ‘First in the World Initiative’ will get $100 million including $30 million for schools in the included in #2. FY 2017 will be the 3rd round of funding for FITW (First in the World). It debuted in 2014. Why all the money? Evidence based research for student success in post-secondary education. Especially for ‘student outcomes’. In anti CCSS language that is a huge clue for OBE (Outcome Based Education).
The U.S. Dept. of Ed has a very generic explanation of just what FITW is. See: http://www2.ed.gov/programs/fitw/index.html

If you want a bit more information about FITW, head to the Office where FITW is embedded in, the Fund for the Improvement of Post Secondary Education. There you will see how our Veterans are involved, that there is a huge database of information, and other need-to-know items. See: http://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ope/fipse/index.html

How will this tie back to the CCSS Machine? From the U.S. Dept. of Education side: CTE-Career Tech Education, TRIO Programs,  and more! From the U.S. Labor sideAmerican Apprenticeship Initiative, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity) programs, and more!
See the Ed’s ties: http://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ovae/pi/grntprgm.html
See the Labor’s ties: http://www.dol.gov/featured/apprenticeship/grants (as of 2015,$175 million in grants has been awarded across America). Just one of the WIOA related programs tied to the CCSS Machine: JDGs (Job Development Grants) . How do I know? Research! For the TRIO/Workforce ties: https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2015/03/19/tech-thursday-ccss-workforce-pushing-labor-reform/
For the JDG ties: https://commoncorediva.wordpress.com/2015/03/25/wybi-job-development-grants-and-ccss/

Next Up: It’s All in the Name of Savings:

Written into the Budget Request are a few of the taxpayer/student savings to be had. However, are these truly savings or simply more ties to bind us all to the CCSS Machine?
Pell Grants, according to the Ed’s Blog will be raised above inflation AFTER 2017. To see the parameters of what Pells offer NOW, see: https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/types/grants-scholarships/pell
What does the Ed’s Fact Sheet tell us the Blog didn’t? There are to be incentives for accelerated completion of the Pell Grant applications for students and a one time bonus of $300.00 through an ‘On Track Pell Grant Program’. There are a few other items as well. Be sure to access the full Fact Sheet from the Related Resources below.
To learn more about both of these I have pointed you to, see:
http://www.ed.gov/news/press-releases/fact-sheet-helping-more-americans-complete-college-new-proposals-success
*What is noteworthy is look at where the authority is coming from.

You will also see in the Fed Ed Budget Request,  FASFA didn’t get left out of the savings. FASFA, short for ‘Free Application for Federal Student Aid’. In the Ed Blog, we are only told that FASFA will be less complicated and will need to be completed earlier than previously required. What does the Fact Sheet share? No dollar amounts, but lots of parameters. Look on Page 7 of the document.

What you won’t get about the ‘savings’ to taxpayers/students is the strings attached. These strings are not just for our families and students, but entire post-secondary institutions! What do I mean? I am including an article I previously published which will tell you much more about how the college rating system, the HEA, FASFA, and education reform based on the CCSS Machine intersect. Better yet, there is a video where you can hear it for yourselves! See:

Closing:

I couldn’t resist sharing with you, my fellow anti CCSS Warriors, a direct quote from the U.S. Dept. of Ed’s Fact Sheet explaining where all the billions of taxpayer money is going.
“Yet while it is important to take stock of our progress, this Budget is not about looking back at the road we have traveled. It is about looking forward and making sure our economy works for everybody, not just those at the top. It is about choosing investments that not only make us stronger today, but also reflect the kind of country we aspire to be – the kind of country we want to pass on to our children and grandchildren.”

I know, you, like myself, are determined to preserve a country truly worthy of passing on. From where I sit, it WILL NOT include ANYTHING connected to the CCSS Machine!
