However, anytime we are asked to help inform others, no matter what format, it is a GREAT day to be fighting for our nation and education.

This Independence Day weekend, I’m taking no time off to celebrate freedom. Not while our nation is under attack by the CCSS Machine.This upcoming week, will be historic. If our voices are heard in D.C. and the horrid ‘Every Child Achieves Act’ is halted, we, the CCSS Warriors can know we were key to that victory. However, we MUST not relax too much. The Higher Education Act and it’s re-authorization (which is just as horrid as ECAA) is set to be voted on soon.
I’ve reported how those behind the HEA are heavily relying on the fact that while all eyes are on the ECAA, the HEA can quietly be pushed through. Warriors, we CANNOT allow this!
ECAA will impact every K-12th grade student in its domain. BUT the HEA will impact every post-secondary citizen out there. Regardless of what educational choice you were are product of in your K-12th education, when you reach post-secondary education, CCSS/CTE will be thrust upon you. You’ll have no choice! This means every recent graduate of high schools across the nation, every returning-back-to-the-campus adult taking refresher courses or earning a new degree! The uniting factor for ECAA and the HEA isn’t for YOUR benefit, it’s for the CCSS Machine’s benefit. IE: the national economy and global positioning of America.
So, you see, we’re NOT free..not at all. Please read the reminders below that are fact based, NOT opinion based.
1) Anything connected or about to be connect to CCSS, CTE is based on illegal education activity.
2) Both the HEA and the ECAA contain MORE aligned assessments, teacher/professor retraining to include the CCSS/CTE career tracks, and massive data mining where the Dept. of Labor and the Dept. of Education are ‘married’ in a nation-wide effort. The first graphic below is a career track which begins in high school and is offered to every educational choice out there (traditional brick and mortar or virtually) and continues on into post-secondary education. The second graphic you see is straight from the Workforce Quality Data Initiative where the stunning fact of student data mining’s marriage can be found.
3) If you’d like to hear my latest interviews on any of the above reminders, I’m including the links. We know the CCSS/CTE is toxic to our nation, we know there are many, many others out there who don’t realize it. Use any of this information to help raise awareness.

Sen. Harkin’s 2014 version is the only one I can locate from the HELP (Health, Education, Labor and Pensions) Senate Committee. I do know that Sen. Alexander is working on an updated version which appears to be based on CCSS Machine influenced information/documents.

Any day I’m blessed to be alive is great. However, add to that that I get the honored opportunity to speak out against Common Core AND that makes the day truly legendary!
In case you haven’t been able to access the live stream from my last two radio guest spots, I’m providing a brief synopsis of both. I’ll start with today’s and then Monday’s.
NegDog Radio’s Broadcast:

My first appearance on this show was last week, where I was able to share with the listeners from all around the globe how Common Core has made its way into our sports teams, programs, and related extra curricular activities. In turn a couple of the listeners had their suspicions confirmed as to why sports coaches must be teachers as well.
The host, Paul, was so ‘blown away’ he asked me to return to his show this week and appear on today’s show. He set aside 2 hours so we could discuss and field questions about HR5 (“Every Child Achieves” Act) and the HEA (Higher Education Act). Both of these federal level bills are up for re-authorization. Both bills will cement MORE Common Core Standards and Career and Technical Education, data mining, social justice, social and emotionally inappropriate materials into not just the K-12 population, but the entire post-secondary population as well!

Lastly, assuming you’ve been able to access both the audio files Paul provided on his website from the Women on the Wall archives, you’ll want to access the SCAN publications website that Anita Hoge mentioned during her informative chat about HR5. SCAN is the acronym for “Secretary’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills”. Which Secretary? The U.S. Dept. of Labor’s, that’s whom. Why would you want the access to the publications? As Mrs. Hoge mentioned the framework for what a 21st Century worker is to look like, have completed via their education, is laid out here. This is where it is more than evidenced that education isn’t about true academics, it’s now about what will get you ready for work. I know I did.
Monday’s appearance was a first for me with Doris. We’d become friends via Facebook some time before our time together on Monday. Joining Doris and I on her broadcast was a couple from Freedom Project Education. This is the group which Dr. Duke Pesta and Mary Black are associated with. FPE is dedicated to being 100% Common Core free in their on-line school!!
We openly discussed the different perspectives there are about CCSS, what it is, the agenda behind it, how to fight the CCSS Machine, and more. The time together flew by so quickly, but we were able to get much information into the listener’s hands.
Doris has invited me to appear on her show in the future so we can continue the discussion about Common Core. I’ll be providing her radio show archive from Monday’s broadcast as soon as I can.
With the invitation by both Doris and Paul to reappear on each of their shows, added to the requests I receive from Tamara Scott and Alice Linahan who also use Wednesdays for broadcasting, I will be publishing daily articles Sunday through Tuesday and Thursday through Saturday each week. Wednesdays will NOW be set aside for media appearances.

To the Warriors against the ‘Core’, we’ve learned over and over that the CCSS Machine has many parts to it. Those parts include Career Clusters, Career Pathways, the American Apprenticeship Initiative, Career and Technical Education, and the Common Core Standards (which encompass every subject, including the Arts and PE).
One of the biggest parts of the Machine? That would be the amount of legislation expressly written to protect the embedding of all this illegally based education reform!
To date one of the most important pieces of this type of legislation is the (already passed as a law in 2014 on the federal level) WIOA. Also known as the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The other key pieces of federal level CCSS Machine protecting legislative moves are the re-authorizations of the ESEA/NCLB (HR5, which has had a name change every time we turn around) and the HEA(Higher Education Act).
So What’s the Riddle, Today?:
As you know, each Sunday, I have a riddle for you. So what’s today’s based on the topic thus far? Can we halt the WIOA’s overreach in any way? Let’s find out.
Scores of articles (several are available right here on my blog; just use the ‘search bar’.) have been written; interviews recorded; documents uncovered (with the express purpose of exposing the vast amount of CCSS/CTE/Career Clusters/Career Pathways, etc.) as proof of the embedded and planned course to reshape America starting with education. In the past, the message had been somewhat marginalized.
However, it appears the message is gaining a wider voice and many citizens are recognizing action MUST be taken to save our nation!..beginning with education. You see, the trail of the CCSS Machine STARTS at the child care years and steamrolls all the way to career-land. No educational choice will be respected, no citizen left unscathed by the time the full impact of the WIOA, HR5, and HEA are felt…IF left as is, in their current forms! I’ve inserted 3 visuals below to illustrate my points.
The visual below shows what parts of WIOA are already in play to ‘align and mine’ student/workforce data. What’s not in the visual is the language stating how this information pipeline will ‘marry’ with SLDS (Student Longitudinal Data System).
The 3rd visual is an old one, but is very fitting as to the success of the CCSS Machine’s efforts in WIOA. What’s the ‘secret’? P3s! Public private partnerships. They’ve invested millions of dollars on lobbying for WIOA and advertising it as ‘a good thing’.
So, the Answer to Our Riddle?:
Continue to HELP spread the message that WIOA is bad news! That HR5 and HEA are terrible moves!
One of the ways in which you can impact WIOA is to contact your federal level Congress members IMMEDIATELY!
Another way is to use any ‘public comment’ window the federal levels open up. These ‘windows’ are announced; this is true. However, if you don’t know these announcements have been made, how can we participate? We’ve seen this type of move made before by the CCSS Machine and anything connected to its viability.
Currently the U.S. Dept. of Ed has one for WIOA (it is only open until the 15th of June 2015). I’m providing the information below so you CAN share it, respond to it, and be ‘on the record’ as an anti CCSS Warrior.
What the U.S. Dept of Ed isn’t sharing about WIOA is just how embedded in CCSS/CTE the law really is. For that side of the truth, you’ll need facts. Below are some related resources I urge you to dig into.

A Final Key Answer We Need for Our Riddle:
