Educratic Stalks?

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, here we are for article #5 in my September 2019 Workforce Development (aka Workforce Education) series.

So far, in the first installment, we covered the Senatorial Resolution (which the ENTIRE Senate agreed to support) declaring Sept. 2019 as “workforce development month”.
In Part 2, we covered how skill based education is killing academic based education.
Part 3 uncovered this workforce education shift is more about economics than personal freedom.
Part 4 showed you the global-to-federal-to-state-to-local chain of educratic BS supporting workforce aligned education.

So, what can I show you in Part 5? How the STEM/STEAM hype is 100% workforce education disguised as quality learning.

First, Some Background:

Warriors, if you’ve followed my blog long you know I’ve repeatedly shown you the proof that STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) is not American created (it’s from the UN, United Nations), nor is it intended for American education.
If you’ve not followed my blog very long, you’ll probable object to that last statement.


Believe me, I’ve heard from several anti CCSS Warriors, who will not accept that STEM is a tool for workforce prepped citizens carrying out every one of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). STEM is in the SDG Toolkit as the #1 change agent for our communities to align themselves to the ‘greater global good’.

So, since STEM isn’t American, how did it get inserted into education here? The term “STEM” is an acronym the NSF (National Science Foundation) coined at the UN’s encouraging, to market the agenda in a way that sounded like good education, but isn’t one bit. If you didn’t know this the NSF is a United States federally funded non-government agency. However, the federal power it carries out is tremendous. STEM was ‘rolled out’ about the time Common Core State Standards were. The ploy was to quietly insert them, so folks wouldn’t notice while all the attention was on CCSS.

So, where did STEAM come from? STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and, Math) Standards were created in S. Korea, but, have been passed off as American created educational standards.

Again, just another way to have government control of education. As far as workforce development in STEAM, it’s just as menacing as all the other overreaches. Howso? STEAM’s agenda is to have a ‘preK to gray’ workforce.

Many websites claim STEAM picked up speed recently, however, as with anything connected to CCSS, there’s more to the story.

Back in 2015, I gave you a 2 part article set on how the STEM agenda was embedded in WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), HEA (Higher Education Act), what would become ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act)  legislation, and, was all about workforce development.

So, Why Is “Stalking” In The Title?

Warriors, I chose ‘stalking’ for a couple of reasons. First, to get attention for the article. Secondly, to illustrate that the dictionary defines a stem as a ‘main part’ or a ‘stalk’ (as in a plant’s formation). Think about it, STEM was forced upon us as ‘education’ but the main part isn’t education, it’s workforce! It’s a workforce for a STEM nation and a STEM economy, too!

Recently, Forbes published an article about the vital importance STEM education for a workforce is needed in America. When you read it, be sure to note the NFL cleats and that STEM is a part of the economic and social justice.  That ‘economic justice’? That’s SDG #1 (end poverty). As we know, SDG#4 is quality education and SDG#8 is decent work for all. “Social justice” is woven into SDG#5 gender equality, as well as several others.

Warriors, can you see the ‘writing on the wall’? STEM is the change agent to have us conform, not remain free thinkers!

Got Skills?

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my last article I shared with you the Senate Resolution which has set aside September 2019 as “Workforce Development Month”. If you’re not sure why or how this connects to your students, I am sharing it, here.

Our government has bought into the belief that a skill based worker is more valuable than a free thinking citizen. Warriors, it’s not simply at the federal level either. Recently, I attended a city meeting to voice concerns over another issue. To my surprise, a county leader from the Chamber of Commerce got up, at the mayor’s request and starting sharing data figures on how well the advertising of our area has been in the past month. During this presentation, it was stated that ‘workforce education is the wave of the future.’ Why wasn’t I horrified? Well, the Chamber of Commerce at the county level is tied to the Chamber at a State level. That State level is, and has been, paid to promote this mindset from the National level Chamber of Commerce. 1511175_703966932968744_1083625628_n
Warriors, back in 2015, I shared with you how this chain of workforce (indentured servitude) got started. I also shared that NC’s Chamber was delighted to have a ‘talent supply pipeline’ for workforce education. Isn’t that a tremendous way to refer to humans?

Common Core’s famous for stating it can have our students ‘college ready’, now it claims ‘career ready’, too.

Earlier this year, I exposed how much ‘progress’ has been made in America to continue the shifting of academic education to the global workforce mantra. The CCSS Machine has spun it in one word “Competent”. If you think our education needs to be more European, you’re in luck. America’s education system is already European. So much so, we lack very little to seeing history repeat itself via oppression of the citizens at the mercy of the government. If you doubt this can happen, scroll back up and look at the picture. It’s from the past, not a made up story.

So, Where Did Work And Education First “Meet”?

Warriors, here in the US, I traced it back to the 1950s. Since then, workforce based education was called ‘vocational education’. Now before you accuse me of being ‘anti job’, consider this, it’s the CCSS Machine which has ruined not only academic education, but vocational education as well! As I’ve shared before, ‘vocational education’ was rebranded
“CTE, Career Technical Education”. Under CTE, you get ‘adult Common Core’. Under CTE you also get the direction connection to the UN’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) which is 100% workforce education.

Most  think Common Core (or its rebrand, “College and Career Ready”) END at 12th grade.

Hardly. The UN (United Nations), the ILO (International Labor Organization), and scores of other related groups meant ‘lifelong learning’ to be an endless track of some form of training. It’s where ‘cradle to grave’ came from, too. 

A key member of the ILO? The U.S. Dept.of Labor. Below, you can see that the workforce needed is health and technology. Both these fields are in CTE and STEM.

If you’ve not seen theAdult Common Core Standards, I found them back in 2014. Most folks, if they believe the truth that Common Core goes well beyond 12th grade, may not know that these ‘standards’ don’t add on to where 12th grade left off. No, these ‘standards’ begin on a 2nd grade level. Why? The reasoning (then) was that it would be impossible to have adult education be at an adult level, when not every adult finished their education up to 12th grade. Of the ‘standards’ which go beyond 2nd grade, they end somewhere before the end of 12th grade.

Warriors, the reality in 2019, is that ‘grades’ and ‘grade levels’ are disappearing. What’s replacing them? How will we know that Johnny and Suzy are ready to graduate? Competency and Proficiency in mastering skills. This is part of the global education/workforce system.

Warriors, don’t think the support for workforce education is simply a one political party pony. Nothing could be more false. BOTH major political parties, and all the other minor parties, have embraced the global shift in education. This press release from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce details how the Trump created National Workforce Council backs up the Obama era WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) and ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) shift away from academics to workforce.

From the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s website, you can see how they feel about workforce education. In fact, if we all want to go to D.C. in October, we can hear workforce education experts discuss the ‘future of talent’ and the ‘future of work’. So, will we see that skill based education will be rebranded ‘talent based education’?

Are there other US groups chomping at the bit for workforce education? Plenty. This group has ties to another former President (Bush). You can find that tie in the article above highlighted by ‘plenty’.

America Betrayed

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve often seen movies or read books which pose the question ‘What if everything you knew was based off a lie?’ How many fact-based researched articles, magazines, and, books have we read which totally alter what we were taught in school?

For example, years ago, my mother gave me a book called “Mayflower”

The book was written by Nathaniel Philbrick. In the book, he details actual facts about the real story of America’s birth after the Mayflower Pilgrims landed. Whatever you learned about (or may have taught about the Mayflower BASED off what you’d learned and available resources) is absolutely NOT what took place.

Warriors, this is simply one example. However, I think you can see the point. If what we’ve learned and passed on is not factual, what our students take with them certainly cannot be truthful either.

Are there other instances we’ve been lied to in education without knowing it? Yes!

How many of us remember being taught that Pres. Lincoln was the “Great Emancipator”?

Warriors, why does this matter in 2019? Because what foundations were laid THEN continue to SHAPE our path as a nation NOW.

Warriors, think of just HOW toxic the foundation of lies about freedom/slavery, the economy, and most of all, racism has become simply BASED off one side of history. The ONE side the government has manipulated!

IF you think there’s no way the 37th and 38th Congressional Sessions were used, I urge you to take time and go back to look. I did. Did you know that the 37th Congress gave the President (Lincoln) the power to declare State residents as insurrectionists?

Did you know the 37th Congress also impacted education? In the Library of Congress link above, use ‘control F’ on your computer and type in ‘education’, you’ll see it mentioned 58 times. One mention even shows that Congress directed parents to choose schools. Warriors, Congress, NOT the States; as in the Constitution’s 10th Amendment!

Did you know the 38th Congressional Session impacted education; especially for the Native American tribes; a total of 68 times? It’s one of the first times, I’ve seen so many Native American tribes mentioned being paid at the ‘pleasure’ of the President or Congress. Federal money is taxpayer funded.

Taxpayer dollars paying for education at a national level! Unconstitutional! While Article 2 of the Constitution allows the President to appoint citizens to serve at his pleasure, there is nothing which states he can use Federal funds to be used ‘at his pleasure’. Congress, per Article 1, can pay debts, but I did not see any instance where a debt is the same as a ‘pleasure’.

Warriors, this predates the 20 US Code 1232a, which prohibited the federal government from overreaching into education. However, even without that federal law, the Constitution was violated.US fed statute

Trade and the economy were also set up to create what has become a‘command economy’ back in the 37th and 38th Congressional sessions.

Warriors, even the ‘market economy’ is squeezing out We the People. How? Private corporations!

Just think, the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) mandated MORE P3s get involved in education! How is a P3 based on a lie for America? Fascism! Public money is used WITHOUT the public’s input and by the private groups DIRECTING the agenda.

Educratic Dollars

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my previous article, I laid out for you the importance of just how much we are losing by allowing repugnant and unconstitutional (therefore, illegal) laws to govern us, especially in education.

In that article, you also were brought up to speed on some educratic bills which are being fast-tracked so they can become laws. That’s right, MORE laws to add to the thousands we are charged to not follow or, even honor.

Why? Three realities we are NOT living by:
Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution clearly points that the Constitution is the SUPREME law of the land.
Marbury vs Madison’s further clarification that even the Supreme Court cannot ‘best’ the Constitution.
US Code 1232a’s prohibition of ANY type of federal overreach into education.

“ANY” includes presidential executive orders, federal funds, federal ‘laws’, policies, initiatives, programs, Congressional legislation, insertion of education into ANY other unconstitutional law, and using our taxpayer dollars against our freedoms and liberties.
“Education” means all teaching, learning, curriculum, testing, and, all connecting resources.

Warriors, at the close of the previous article, I told you there were other repugnant and illegal legislation the 116th Congress is churning out. There’s also one note to add.

Since that publication, I’ve been asked by a Warrior in Rhode Island if any type of lawsuit has been created to wipe out these repugnant and unconstitutional ‘laws’. To date, I do not know of any. If you have knowledge of one (or, hopefully, many), please let me know.

**For the remainder of this article, we’ll look at 3 Congressional bills and President Trump’s latest EO (Executive Order).

Meet S 1558:

Warriors, this Senate bill (AI-IA, short for Artificial Intelligence Initiative Act) is one I’ve shared with two great Anti Fed Ed Warriors who happened to be experts on the UN (United Nations) and the global push for AI and 5G in America. I hope you will look for more on S 1558’s overreaches into your communities. S 1558 was introduced in May 2019.

However, I’m covering the education portions of S 1558 for you. You can access the entire bill in the highlighted phrase above.

What does S 1558 do? It establishes a federally led initiative (program complete with policies and funds) to embed AI in our national economy. It will also attach AI (includes 5G) in our national security plan. In a nutshell, S 1558 will have us more data tracked than ever. It’s also going to attach badges and digital markers on each of us. By the way, our current US national security strategy is laced with UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda points.

Also, S 1558 has ‘other purposes’. Such as, education being mentioned 49 times. S 1558 puts the NSF (National Science Foundation) in charge of much of the AI-IA implementation.

NSF is also a partner to the UN and ‘adores’ the SDGs. Since NSF coined the marketing term “STEM” (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) to hoodwink Americans, it makes sense that this same NGO (Non governmental organization) would be used in S 1558.

Since STEM is involved, that means the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), the HEA (Higher Education Act), and, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) are also embedded.

Page numbers concerning education which are the most troublesome:
Page 22, algorithms; Page 26, P3s (Public Private Partnerships); and Page 28, AI hubs in schools from PreK to workforce.

S 1855, The ASPIRE Act:

Warriors, ASPIRE is short for Access, Success and Persistence in Reshaping Education Act of  2019. This is NOT the first time ASPIRE’s been in Congress, back in the 114th Congressional session, ASPIRE was trotted out. I went into detail about S 3368, then. Much of the same repugnant garbage is in the newer version, S 1855(*Note: during the 115th Congressional session, there were 2 ASPIRE Acts, one the almost carbon copy of S 3368 and HR 926, an amendment to the HEA for STEM.)

The same Senate Official (Coons) introduced ASPIRE in the S 3368 version AND the current S 1855 version.

So, what will S 1855 do for education’s reshaping? First, it is to amend the HEA, Higher Education Act. Supposedly by reshaping higher education more people can become students and go on to complete their higher education. You’ll find 65 references to education is S 1855. This bill introduced in June 2019.

Page 3, all the types of higher education are laid out.

However, Warriors, it’s the amount of power the Sec. of Education (DeVos) will have in this bill which is the biggest concern. She’ll be given the power to determine who gets financial aid, which schools are performing well and which ones are in the bottom 5%, she’ll determine what punishment to give the bottom 5%, she’ll have the data mining trails to track how students and teachers are applying ‘best practices’, she’ll be in charge of ‘accelerated learning’ and work-study programs, and hand out $2 million (a piece) grants on a competitive basis to qualifying higher education institutions. If your school doesn’t measure up to DeVos’s design? Penalty fees begin at $1 million. Those penalty fees from the schools cannot come from fewer scholarships awarded or raising tuition prices. So, where will the money come from? More than likely our taxes.

devosledHR 3102, HIGHER ED Act:

This June 2019 bill has a much longer name. ‘HIGHER ED’ is short for Helping Individuals Get a Higher Education while Reducing Education Debt Act. You’ll find ‘education’ is embedded 85 different times in HR 3102.

Warriors, somehow this ONE bill will improve higher education loans. How? Reauthorizing Stafford (subsidized and un-subsidized) loans, offering student loan bankruptcy, giving re-financing opportunities, loan forgiveness, and, loan repayments based on income. Sounds great, right? Well, let’s remember a few key facts:
1) student debt is at its highest due TO the government’s involvement
2) student repayment programs have been offered in the past and contained massive amounts of federal controlling strings
3) student debt forgiveness will also transfer the repayment of that debt to other taxpayers
4) with government involvement, there are also P3s, public private partnerships..messing with money AND data concerning our students and their families
5) the involvement of the Treasury Dept and other US federal agencies is a certainty (which means more data collection and sharing)
6) HR 3102 puts the Sec. of Education in charge of designed and developing (thus approving) the entire process (Does the wolf minding the hen house come to mind?)

This set up scheme is almost like the government’s try at lowering the bar in the housing market, so that folks who’d never been able to buy a house, could. Trouble is, so many folks who couldn’t pay for their homes threw the economy into a tail spin.

This happens every single time the US government gets into economic controlling areas it has NO constitutionally to do so!

HR 3102 also will use PLUS loans and federal direct consolidation loans. HELLO?! Doesn’t Congress remember education funding is a part of federal control and by the US federal law, below, prohibited!!

Warriors, a reoccurring theme was present in HR 3102. Options to switch up repayment programs and/or to completely opt-out. Who, my fellow Anti Fed Ed Warriors, will pick up the slack? According to other parts of the language, if you have defaulted on student loans, while you can may be pay it back or not (per the language), any collection agency fees, would be on your shoulders. Again, nothing in clear print about the balance of the loan.

Warriors, we really need to watch out for this bill’s passage. It is still very possible to totally block it. We must contact our DC officials.

President Trump’s Newest EO:

Warriors, the most recent EO (Executive Order) made by President Trump also concerns student loan. This one, however is for our disabled veterans. Now, let me stop right here and state for the record that I am NOT anti-veteran. I support our veterans. I have US veterans in my family. I honor and respect US service men and women. However, as in other articles where our veterans are concerned, I have raised the point about what a disservice our US government is to them.

Especially in education! In the past, I’ve shown you bills where the US Congress is using STEM to retrain veterans. So, in essence, the very globalism and tyranny our US military is fighting, they come home, only to have it thrust upon them in order to get a job!

Does this sound very constitutional? Does this truly honor their fight to keep us free? No, it globalizes our nation just a bit more each time a bill like this is created or passed.

Is honoring our Vets by lumping them in with STEM patriotic? NO! It churns them through another pipeline, just like our PreK to adult students!

HOWEVER, there’s a BIG difference between a Congressional bill and an Executive Order. The Congressional bill at least goes through channels with opportunities for We the People to weigh in. EOs, totally bypass the will of the citizens and promotes the President’s agenda (regardless of issue). There’s been much debate about the constitutionality of EOs, not only under Trump, but in previous administrations.

What does Pres. Trump’s vet debt forgiveness EO  say? Look below:

Warriors, what current legal vet debt loan forgiveness is available? Stateside Legal (for the US Military members) states that a) you must be the one to request debt forgiveness not only in certain situations, but it only applies to certain loans. If you’re a vet with a private student loan, no EO in the world will help.

Since many States have been begging DeVos to address this problem, this EO handed her the opportunity to ‘fix it’ on a silver platter. During campaign season. Using unconstitutional laws and programs to boot. Warriors, do you see the total lack of local control in education being played out, yet again?!

What happens to any disabled vet with student loans now? Will DeVos manipulate it so that the ‘minimal burden’ will be zero? (It’s zero in HR 3102 for some students) What happens when the ‘minimal’ is still too pricey? What is a vet or their family to do, then? Where is the accountability so that this new policy and system won’t allow for abuse or fraud?
Not that we need the feds to be THAT controlling, but still, where’s the protection for the citizens involved or the citizens left paying for this debt?

Also, Warriors, let’s remember another key point, in my Prudence Files series on 2020 Presidential candidates, several are touting total student debt forgiveness. So why are these people’s plans being spun as socialism and the President’s is being spun as a heroic move? Is not socialism present in this EO? Certainly illegal activity, if nothing else?

Our nation is hanging on by a thread. Our liberties and freedoms are being taken daily, by DC officials. 

Closing:

Warriors, we MUST take back our education. The government will NOT help us one bit.
Since DC remains a murky swamp, we must not get in the muddy waters with DC. We must stand on the solid ground and march on.

Don’t Call Them…

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve seen time and time again, how our Congressional elected leaders (you know, they like to be called ‘representatives’ or ‘senators’) are NOT leading America to remain a free and independent, prosperous country. You know them as Congress members.

Somewhere down the Congressional line of creating legislation, it was cast aside that ANY legislation (proposed or turned into law) which was repugnant (unpleasant and distasteful) to the U.S. Constitution, was/is to be considered null and void!

Warriors, this doesn’t even cover all the bills and laws which are, in fact, in complete violation of the U.S. Constitution!! Especially in education!

As a result, Congress abandoned We the People and has combined education (which isn’t their responsibility) with labor and health care.

While today’s officials certainly overreach into these main federal agencies (ed/labor/health care), there are a host of others overreaching as well.

Also, Congress has not reined in ONE President yet, who has overreached into education! If they had, I truly believe our country would be much freer, much more prosperous, and, certainly within the U.S. Constitution and the Law of the Land.

(*Note: If you’ve not heard of Marbury vs Madison, this short video does an excellent job explaining how the U.S. Constitution is even more authoritative than ANY elected or appointed official or judge, even the Supreme Court!)

So, my advice? Don’t call them ‘leaders’! The path Congress IS leading us down, is the one to ‘global homogenized servitude’.

Congress is NOT as powerful as they think they are, when actively carrying out MANY repugnant and illegal bills/laws. If we MUST call these violators anything, I suggest ‘official’. 

Any President or Presidential hopeful who continues to support the blending of education to labor, health care, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math); which TOTALLY United Nations; is in violation of repugnant and illegal activities.

Warriors, I think it’s past time to remind these officials that our country is in dire need of a reboot!
Back to the U.S. Constitution, back to separation of powers between federal and State. Back to the power of the citizens to decide for themselves how best to live life, pursue happiness, provide for themselves, and to educate based on the FAMILY’s values, not government prescribed ‘outcomes’.

The 116th Congressional Repugnant Bills:

Warriors, 3 bills from Congress have been passed from one chamber to another since I first wrote about them.

One is HR 753 (Global Electoral Exchange Act). When I first told you about this bill, it was April 2019. This bill passed over the the Senate in May 2019. It was first introduced in January of 2019. Presidential hopeful Castro’s brother is the original sponsor.

HR 753 will allow a globalization of our election process! It will put the U.S. Dept. of State in charge of a global electoral exchange program where countries can come to America (and we can travel to theirs) to learn ‘best practices’ from each other.

How does HR 753 impact education? Well, the U.S. State Dept. is a full fledged CCSS Machine member devoted to embedding as many UN agenda items into America as possible. Then, there are any and all kinds of groups associated with education which can participate in the ‘best practices’ for elections. Finally, civics as a subject will be a channel for change. HR 753 also amends our US Tax Codes.

I’m sharing the HR 753 list of Congressional actions. The original bill text can be found in the April article. However, you may wish to see the updated version.

HR 1359, Digital GAP Act is the second one which has had recent activity. It passed the entire House on 5/21/19. It’s in the Senate’s Committee on Foreign Relations. If you’d like to read the 116th’s version (not much different than it’s former version), go here.

Now, when I first wrote about this one, it was known as HR 600 from the 115th Congress.  The entire title of the bill is Digital Global Access Policy Act.  The global access is a hellacious overreach into our lives. The evidence has already been given that student data goes global, this simply expands that. Below is an image from the 2018 article.

The true nature of HR 1359 is digital economy. As in the data badge type where your social credit score can dictate your life. As in the type of bitcoin, social impact tool your data becomes. As in the type of data trail to control your education and where you work.
Warriors, Congress believes by opening ‘Pandora’s internet access’ we’ll somehow lift folks out of poverty and boost the global economy!

Third, and last to have an update is S 406, The Federal Rotational Cyber Workforce Program. It passed the Senate on 7/25/19 and is in the House’s Oversight and Reform Committee.

Back in April 2019, I wrote 2 articles showing how this bill was (and still is) being fast tracked. If ever there was a time to apply the repugnant and illegal grabs against our Constitution, it’s S 406. This creates a task force based off a 2015 US law creating human capital (that’s We the People) systems. It will unite AI (Artificial Intelligence) and 5G into every portion of our lives, especially education via ‘coding’ (which is part of STEM).
S 406 also embeds more UN agenda into our American laws.

Warriors, if you’ll remember, ‘coding’ is a big portion of ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), as well as HEA (Higher Education Act), and, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act).

Striking Freedom?!

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, with the dedicated shift in American education AWAY from academics and TOWARD workforce alignment, have you ever wondered about all those plentiful jobs out there? Where IS ‘there’, anyway? What proof do we have that there truly are so many more jobs than people? Why aren’t we seeing these jobs in our backyards?

Supposedly, America’s doing SO well economically and labor wise. The CCSS Machine has worked overtime to strike a tone of ‘freedom’ and ‘booming bank accounts’. Trouble is, those bank accounts are NOT yours and mine. They aren’t even our children’s, neighbor’s, or, friends. Those booming bank accounts are the CCSS Machine’s corporate minions. From DC, you’ll hear the strike of ‘freedom’ described as a ‘vibrant economy’.
Again, the vibrancy ISN’T for us, it’s for ‘the greater good’ and unimportant national standings.

Why would I say ‘unimportant’? Because when it comes to importance, people; their lives, liberty, and freedoms are FAR more important than how fantastic your nation looks on paper.

Warriors, recently I was made aware of an on-line company (Onlinejobs.ph)
offering cheap labor.onlineph


The slick and quick ad stated that if you’re too busy but have lots of stuff to do, simply hire an on-line PA (personal assistant). Sounds great, right?! I mean, c’mon, how many times have you or I felt we were too busy and needed extra help?! There are some catches, however.
First, the pay mentioned in the ad. A measly $3.00 per hour. Secondly, the extra help is located in the Philippines. So, naturally, whatever ‘stuff’ you have which requires extra help will need to be digital. This means data trails. Trails which can be hacked and tracked. (*Note: to see all the facts you see called out in the visual above, click on each of the tabs when visiting the main website.)

Is this type of virtual employment new? Hardly. Called “Upwork” back in the 1990s, it’s been re-branded ‘virtual assistant’. To be even more insulting, try the ‘personal virtual assistant’ or ‘outsourced employment’.


How does all this play into the ESSA mandates for education? The CTE (Career Tech Education), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math), and, CBE (Competency Based Education, also known as Outcome Based Education).


If you’ve heard of ‘coding’ in education, you’ve hit the nail on the head. This direct assault on our classrooms is grooming our kids to be poorly paid minions for others, not free thinking, independent Americans! Cybersecurity is also a ‘coding’ job many are being groomed for, both in public K-12 systems, as well as community college courses, dual enrollment, and hybrid classes. 

The bottom line is that all this type of outsourcing, on-line virtual garbage is this:
We ARE Human Capital, not respected human beings!!

Warriors, how do we fight back? We must repeal ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act)! We must repeal WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act)! We must halt the re-authorization of the HEA (Higher Education Act).

How do we do that? Remembering We the People far outnumber our DC Administration. As that reality is brought out, use it to protest, petition, and, revolt against this overreach which not only is conditioning us to be totally government dependent, but pin our kids down to mindless jobs.

We need to follow full repeals with carefully planned extractions of ALL unconstitutional agencies in DC. The U.S. Dept. of Education is only ONE of them, not the ONLY one. The others INCLUDE the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services as well as the U.S. Dept. of Labor!

(*Note: no mergers have taken place, officially, but by merging and not extracting unconstitutional agencies will only extend the overreaches.)

Warriors, all 3 of these (Ed, HHS, Labor) were given HUGE power increases in ESSA for one reason: grooming students for human capital. A commodity to be bought and sold; controlled and dependent. This is NOT the future we want for our children, or our nation!

Inhabiting America’s Agenda

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in yesterday’s article, I showed you how the “Made in America” Week masks an aligned (preK to adult) workforce education agenda. In today’s follow-up, I’ll show you how, that very same agenda will impact your very housing and real estate markets.

While I can definitely prove this, here in NC, and almost literally, in my back yard, I’ll do what I can to show you where this type of activity is also cropping up across the nation.

First Up, NC’s “Inclusionary Zone”:

Warriors, in NC, there are 3 types of  ‘inclusionary zones’. The first type is the largest and is meant for those city or county government employees (including first year teachers). These are general inclusionary zones. Then, there are voluntary zones. These encourage workforce housing development and give incentives to the builders. Lastly, the third type is conditional inclusionary zoning. These pull in the voluntary zone parameters and incorporate some sort of comprehensive (future growth) city/county or State plan.

Then, There’s The City’s Inclusionary Zone:

You’re seeing correctly Warriors. The very town I live in has a new inclusion zone. It’s supposed to be a great thing for the local economy, especially if your are a landlord. Here’s the article link.

Below, is a map I made for you to illustrate how close the workforce based education site is to the proposed workforce housing complex.

This Plan, is evidence that proves Ivanka’s visit to promote workforce education in Mooresville (2018) wasn’t a fluke.
On Page 199, of the One Mooresville, you’ll see the workforce housing zoning plans were approved in 2016.
(Mooresville is a ‘choice’ location for one of her father’s golf courses)

Other notes about the Plan are that sprinkled throughout its pages are other types of ‘sustainable’ living and working. Schools are a kingpin in this Plan as well. After all, I’ve shown you in the past how Mooresville’s playing right into the CCSS Machine’s plans. (Ex: President Obama chose here for his digital shift in education, which lives on in 2019 under President Trump.)

Then, there’s attracting and keeping talented workforce citizens; increasing P3s (public private partnerships); reducing vehicle use; increase digital dependence; transforming existing neighborhoods into cookie cutter ‘racked and stacked’ mini communities; directing city growth via ‘community services’ (one of which is to connect mental health to nature and green spaces) and schools (separate and unified); seeing an increase in charter and private schools; renovating existing public schools and building new ones, and continue to regionalize education. (see below, from Page 35):

According to a 2016 blog post from the World Bank, housing is the center point to SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). As we know, Warriors, the World Bank is heavily invested in America, is a member of the CCSS Machine, and, is a chief supporter of the UN’s SDGs. Below is a screen shot from the blog post:

Warriors, you may be asking how this all connects back to the workforce housing apartments going up in Mooresville, NC? To answer that, I’ve provided you (below) with Page 169 from the One Mooresville Plan. (see the embedded link, earlier in this article)

While Mooresville is NOT Charlotte, it is close enough that what Charlotte does very much impacts what Mooresville does. By 2030. this entire area is to see a population growth of 47%. Our roads connect us, our data connects us, our educational demise connects us, so really, Warriors, it won’t be long before Mooresville becomes an annex of Charlotte’s city limits. This infograph will also show the expected job (skill based workforce included) growth will be for the entire Charlotte area.

One Last Point:

Warriors, if you still are seeing how IZs (Inclusionary Zones) fit the CCSS Machine, this 2015 article should help.

Supposedly, by creating IZs in your town, you’ll level the playing field when it comes to education. ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) devoted much language, programs, and, funds (aka: mandates) to doing just that: leveling the educational opportunities. This is where ‘school choice’ enters in. This concept of choice is great. What parent doesn’t want to choose the best school for Johnny and Suzy.

Yet, the reality of this is impossible. Thanks to ESSA. The funds attached to school choice (Ed Savings Accounts, education scholarships, vouchers, etc.) are nothing more than a data tracking device attached to your child and your family. It will track them from education to the workforce. Not only have I devoted much research and time to this stark truth, but Anita Hoge has as well. Her latest article even goes much deeper than my work, in showing you how school choice will destroy local government. (*Note: be sure to scroll down and read THE Charlotte Iserbyt comment.)

Contact your Congress men and women and demand a “NO” vote to S 634. It’s a $5 billion dollar school choice/ed savings accounts disaster sponsored by Sen. Ted Cruz. So far, it’s only been introduced in the Senate.
DeVos is touring the US promoting this and was just in NC yesterday meeting with educrats in Raleigh. The tour is centered on freedom. The reality is these funding strings bring confinement and conformity, not freedom. These funds earmark us for workforce fodder to be fed to the CCSS Machine.

Workforce aligned education is something the President has gone out of his way to not only continue, but increase its power. Something VERY unconstitutional, too.

Warriors, as we know, the President is not the only DC official to fully back workforce aligned education. Congress LOVES it. The CCSS Machine loves it, too.

Educrats and corporate sell-outs all across our nation, from BOTH major political parties openly embrace workforce aligned education. If you don’t believe me, read the evidence, here.

As we also know, workforce aligned education has been re-branded about as many times as “Common Core State Standards” has been. Workforce aligned education is CTE: Career Tech Education; STEM/STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, (the Arts), and, Math; CCR: College and Career Readiness: PL: Personalized Learning; CBE/OBE: Competency Based Education aka Outcome Based Education, and whatever apprenticeship/internship or workstudy program your State has attached to all of these above

Then, look at your children, your grandchildren, your young neighbors, and, little ones you meet around town. Look them in the eye and let them know that “Made in America” is really indentured servitude.

Clubs and Hubs

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, how would you like to have ‘peace clubs’ and ‘job hubs’ spread across the nation? Sounds great, right?! I mean who doesn’t want a little more tranquility in their lives or access to better jobs?

I’ll tell you who doesn’t want these: US. Why? They are 2 of the latest efforts from our federal government to control us, as American citizens. They are also 2 of the latest efforts to conform America to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) of the UN/UNESCO.

One Gigantic ‘Peace Club’:

Below is a screen shot from a 2017 article I published with the (then) latest on Peacemaking in the US via HR 1111.

In 2019, Warriors, we have the SAME Chamber of Congress using the SAME Bill number  (HR 1111) for a newer version to create a Peacemaking Department in the Executive Branch of our government!

What’s the title of this new department to be?
Federal Interagency Committee on Peace (FICP) and it would work in tandem with the U.S. State Dept. and the U.S. Dept. of Defense. The FICP would also establish “Peace Days” across the nation.

Why should we, as Anti Fed Ed/Common Core Warriors, care about HR 1111? The 2019 version has almost as many plans for education related indoctrination as its former version. (2017’s embedded ‘peacemaking’ over 40 times in education; 2019’s is 34.)

Among the 2019’s HR 1111 embedding pieces in schools: is a peacebuilding and tolerance curriculum created by a joint effort of the US Dept. of Peacebuilding and the United States Institute of Peace (USIP). (*Note: if you’d like to see USIP’s stance on several issues, go here. Be sure to look at the ‘experts’, too.)

States will be incentivized to use the developed curriculum in early childhood education and throughout all levels of education. The curriculum will embed peace and tolerance into ALL subjects, including PE (physical education). The Depts. of HHS (Health and Human Services), Homeland Security, and, Education will also help develop the curriculum.

If it’s not in the schools, entire communities and ALL cultural events and programs will use the peace and tolerance curriculum.

Warriors, as we’ve seen with the CCSS Machine, this type of move is to support the all encompassing “Every Student” as in regardless of where you go to school.

Also established with HR 1111 is a higher education academy called the Peace Academy. Students will study 4 years of peacebuilding and upon graduation, serve in public service to promote domestic and international peace. What’s so bad about this? It’s to be modeled after existing military schools!

New Community Peace Building Grants will be made available to go along with existing neighborhood grants. Then, there are to be Culture Diplomacy Grants:

Warriors, what you see above is from the Office of Domestic Peacebuilding. The Office for International Peacebuilding will also offer a new type of grant. International Cultural Diplomacy for Peace grants to all the locations the Domestic Office will offer them.

Other scary portions of the 2019 version of HR 1111 include embedding the UN’s Declaration of Human Rights into American law and national activities. You’ll want to see how the Peacebuilding Technology Office will impact how we communicate and farm. You’ll also want to read the Congressional Findings to see how much Congress is relying on UN (United Nations) information. Of course, disarming efforts are worth looking at, too. The Second Amendment may be in danger, yet again. You’ll also want to read Page 41, where the Peace Days are described as well as the legislative power the appointed Secretary for Peacebuilding will have to create or amend laws. Lots of Regional Hubs:

Okay, Warriors, we’re ‘switching gears’, so to speak. Now that you’ve learned about the gigantic peace club Congress wants to turn our nation into, let’s look at the hubs they want to embed among our regions. (By the way, regionalism is also a UN tool. It’s also embedded as an educational mandate in ESSA.)

HR 1995 and S 951 are ‘identical sister bills’ which would create ‘Apprenticeship Hubs’. In fact, the title for both bills is the Apprenticeship Hubs Across America Act (AHAA).
The Senate version is in a Committee and has 4 co-sponsors. (Young, IN; Moran, KS; Brown, OH; and, Jones, AL.) The House version is also in a Committee and has 3 co-sponsors (McKinley, WV; Fitzpatrick, PA; and, Harder, CA.)

Sponsoring the bills are Senator Coons (DE) and Representative Norcross (NJ).

Below are just 7 items both HR 1995 and S 951 would do in education:

Warriors, also written into this type of regional workforce hub idea is how these apprenticeships are marketed to parents and students by school counselors, job recruiters, and those one-stop-career-centers.

If you’ve followed my blog for a while, you may remember when I first shared how school counselors were being targeted by the CCSS Machine to sell families and students are career tracks.

Warriors, if you’re not sure how toxic the UN regionalism is for America, this 2010 document will help you understand. As you can guess, the alignment has only gotten worse since this publication. To illustrate how bad, consider that tourism is being geared toward the SDGs.

Regionalism will also play right into climate action. Climate action is already deeply embedded in education. If you’ve not heard of the R20, the US is a member. R20 is the Regions of Climate Action. Former CA Gov. Schwarzenegger helped create this global group. The US Government is a partner to R20.

HR 2636 and S 1398, Smart Cities and Communities Act:

Warriors, these two ‘sister’ bills are almost exact copies of each other. HR 2636 is sponsored by Rep. DelBene (WA) and has one co-sponsor (Lujan, NM). S 1398 is sponsored by Sen. Cantwell (WA) and has no co-sponsors. HR’s version of Smart Cities and Communities Act has embedded ‘education’ a total of 18 times. The Senate version has ‘education’ embedded 17 times.

What will the “Smart Cities and Communities” do for education?
1) increase technology which means not only more STEM education, but more screen time for our students.
2)  Puts the federal government in more power over communities across the nation.
3)  Will combine several inter-government joint projects/efforts, as well as P3s and industry overreaches.
4) Will increase the workforce based education, skill based training and award grants to entities participating, at ALL levels of education.
5) Will increase apprenticeship ‘opportunities’.

 

The goal of aligned careeers?? ‘Workforce’ workers.

 

Closing:

Warriors, between the clubs and hubs, our education system is pretty well up a stream without a paddle. It is absolutely mind boggling that Congress is not only willing to do this to our nation, but has no shame in doing so.

What can we do to fight back? Our votes are one way. Look at those supporting all the Bills I’ve featured here. Look at the connections to the CCSS Machine. There are other ways we can fight back. I believe that ANY Congress member participating shamelessly in all this needs a huge dose of humble pie. What do you think, as a Warrior?

Is “Self-Direction” Innovation?

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’re closing out May 2019 with some updates on the SOSO (‘same ole same old’) educratic BS from the CCSS Machine

In my last article, it was educratic BS in DC to ‘shut down’ the U.S. Dept. of Education by not really closing it, but scattering it like dust to the wind.

How so? Remember, that about the time DeVos was in Argentina with the G20 Education Summit, I showed you how the Y20 and L20 (Youth 20 and Labor 20) arms of the G20 (Group of 20 nations) had embedded the merging of education AND labor into one giant department? By ‘shutting’ U.S. Ed down, the merger would be one step closer to completion here in the U.S.
(*Note: the Y20 called the shift ‘innovation’. The GU (Generation Unlimited) calls the shift ‘quality education and training.)

Warrior Observation:
How anyone in Congress thinks this type of innovation is getting rid of federal control of our education system is beyond me. How any citizen would choose to believe the SOSO, is also, beyond comprehension.

Self-Direction (AKA: Personalized Learning) is “Innovation”:

Warriors, we KNOW PL (Personalized Learning) is also a CCSS Machine farce. However, many parents are being deceived by State level leaders that self-directed learning is not only the best wave of innovation, it’s the best tool to guide their future.

The reality? Self-direction and personalized learning guide students (via massive data mining and algorithms) to a predestined track that a test/assessment lays out. NOT the personal choice of Johnny and/or Suzy.

So, if we KNOW this, how is the deception still being carried out?

The short answer: Global agenda in US legislation.
The longer answer: American parents and taxpayers are ignored and our freedoms muted.

Where will we find this deceptive agenda?

The short answer: All around us, especially in learning.

, let’s remember one key item about ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act): “Innovation” in learning, teaching, measuring (testing), was part of the entire goal in having the law passed.

Basically, our Congress ‘bet the farm’ against our kids by passing this. They also betrayed us, as parents and taxpayers.

What’s Your State “Innovating”:

Chillingly, our States are taking the federal Congressional cue to use innovation to usurp a student’s entire life. No longer is the concern academics, but now, using innovation to micromanage mental health. So much so, you have States begging leaders within their borders to misuse Medicaid funds.*
(* More about that in a moment.)

Why would your State ‘play such a harlot’?  Well, several reasons.
A) Because the States have to answer to their master, the federal government and the global agenda. (We must be ’21st Century Ready for the global community/economy, after all.)
B) Because the States have become addicted to so much funding, the sheer amounts have blurred the vision of those in charge. (If your State is like mine, simple improved management of funds would prove federal funds are not needed, as well as adhere our actions to the legality of the U.S. Constitution and federal laws prohibiting ANY form of federal overreach.)
C) Because the leaders are either fully aware of their deceptions or have become so jaded, they no longer care for WE the People. (Can’t line your pockets with good intentions and get re-elected, nope, got to succumb to the campaign corporate donors.)
D) Because your student/child is no longer respected as a human, but rather, a return on investment. (Can anyone say ‘indentured servitude’?)

From PA, long time Anti Fed Ed Warrior, Anita Hoge’s latest article lays out the cold hearted moves this type of Medicaid misuse looks like in the classroom. Anita ties the federal overreaches right back into the global agenda found in the UN (United Nations) and groups like the G20.

From NC, where I live, the Innovation Project (TIP) encompasses virtual education as well as homeschooling families. Words fail to express the disgust I feel for this blatant overreach into our families.

Now, my dear followers and Warriors, think about how all this misuse geared toward our student’s thinking and behavior will make them much more pliable. The more conforming they are, the easier it is to pigeonhole (more tests determine this) them into what the government thinks education is, not what you, the parent or taxpayer needs education to be.

Warriors, as if what’s above isn’t terrible enough, my fellow Warrior, Alex Newman,just published an article where none other than Betsy DeVos has declared that “all education is public education”.  In his article, he ties this back to the G20 Agreement DeVos signed.

Wait, though, my followers..is all education charter schools? Back in 2018, I showed you how the U.S. Dept. of Education was using the global workforce agenda (which CTE breeds) as an excuse to use charters to increase the levels of CTE and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) in education.

In 2018, the comparison between the US idea of what ‘education’ should be and what the UN expects education to be. Warriors, this will impact the re-authorization of the HEA (Higher Education Act).

Warriors, I’m sure about you, but all this ‘innovation’ is not helpful for our nation. We are seeing everyone BUT teachers define what ‘education’ is or isn’t. We see our students facing a future that, frankly, a strait-jacket laced one. Be sure to look at the ‘innovation’ link directly above. It’s for a conference held in the past few months. It’s all about innovation in education. Once you’ve looked, contact your leaders in your State. Give them an earful!
