I’d also like to give a shout out to all our Mom Warriors. Many of us have been at this for years, while we see newer Moms join us.
We win the daily battles in uniting against all that seeks to harm our kids, no matter if we actually gave birth to them or not. Our kids are OURS.
To all our Dads out there who’ve stepped up and had to fill Mom’s shoes for whatever reason, I salute you, too. Your presence in the War Vs the Core is vital.

Warriors, with Mother’s Day Weekend, quickly approaching. I wanted to take the time to wish every Mom; every parent, and, every teacher to not give up. I know you hate the CCSS Machine and all that comes with it. You know I do, too.
If you’re like me, you know that even with the tough days we face, we have to keep protecting our kids.
While we are in a War Vs the Core, we also know the odds against us are steep. Steep or not, we choose every day, to pick up our ‘super hero cape’ and fight on. THANK YOU!
So, I’m not going to get sappy, Warriors.
You won’t get rosy speeches or flowers from me. We can shower each other with the spoils of this War later.
What I DO wish for you is the same thing I posted a few days ago on my Facebook wall: “*I wish for you to stand up for your kids and mine; I want you to stand strong for them when they are weak. You never know how many times I’ve stood for them while shielding my own. **I wish for you to crush ‘those boxes’ in front of you, so they can see boxes are not meant to define us or confine us. ***I wish for you to firm when needed, laugh largely EVERY chance you get, to love fiercely, and fight even moreso. ****I wish for you to know when one of us stumbles and falls, others are there to lift you up. *****Challenge each other to stay strong and stand the course.”
Why Do We Fight?
We want desperately to ‘win’ the War Vs the Core. A complete and total ‘win’, too. What would that even look like?
In a ‘perfect’ world? We’ve see ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) repealed. We see Congress respect the U. S. Constitution and remove every OTHER federally overreaching law into education. We’d see the UN (United Nations) run out of America faster than a speeding bullet. We’d see teachers freed from the mandates which hold them back and students who’s privacy and emotions were not manipulated. We’d also know that the constant testing and alignment to agendas which do not match our values would be history. We’d see school boards released from the bondage of conformity and work with parents for long than 3 minute timed speeches. We’d see every single participant from the CCSS Machine held criminally charged with child abuse. Lastly, we’d demand a full and total refund from every profiteer off our children and settle for no less than a public apology to accompany their checks.
We fight for freedom, respect, justice, and truth. Every child deserves that.
We fight to make ANY variation of our ‘complete win’ possible. Every blow against the CCSS Machine is a victory. Don’t discount ANY victory, Warriors!
What We Pass On Matters:

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my last article, I updated you on the latest information concerning the HEA (Higher Education Act). Just before that, I broke down the FY 2020 Presidential Budget. Woven into the Budget were items concerning higher education and accreditation.
If you recall, where I left off was, there was more to share about an NC Center influencing higher education across the nation. This group acts as sort of a ‘ruler’ of schools. To put a humorous spin on this, I found this on Pintrest from the movie “Grease” (1978). The entire line is, “But, this year we’re Seniors and we’re gonna rule the school!”
Warriors, as we know, the reality is anything but humorous… Does this NC based group have ties to the CCSS Machine? Yes, it’s a ‘given’ this group will also have some sort of ‘rule’ where the new HEA is concerned.
Meet The James G. Martin Center for Academic Renewal:
Based in Raleigh, NC (the State Capitol), this Center was formerly called theJohn W. Pope Center. Mr. Martin is a former Governor of NC and is on the Board. Mr. Pope was an iconic Southern businessman who turned his fortune into a foundation focusing on public policy, education, humanitarian efforts, and, the arts. The James G. Martin Center, however, focuses on ‘improving’ higher education.
So, where are the CCSS/globalism ties? Mainly on the Center’s Board and the Academic Advisory Committee. The Board Chair has ties to environmentalism (with the US sellout to environmentalism of the UN (United Nations) SGDs (Sustainable Development Goals, this is our first sign of warning), the Heritage Foundation (sellout to ‘school choice’ vouchers, tax credits, and ESAs (Education Savings Accounts), and, the Association of Private Enterprise Education (APEE). APEE has a mission to use private enterprise in higher education to groom students to be economic game changers in policy, government, and our national economy.
(*Note: by pushing ‘school choice’ in K-12th grades via vouchers, ESAs, or tax credits, we’re setting up a false notion that somehow our ‘choice’ matters by the time it’s college entrance time. ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) was 100% crystal clear that ALL education must be aligned to post-secondary readiness standards of WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act). Hence, NO choice really gets a ‘school rule’ foundation for the students!)
APEE’s 2019Conference(to be held in the Bahamas) will include Cato Institute (pushes school choice), Heritage Foundation (pushes ESAs), Hillsdale Foundation (has charter schools), the Wall Street Journal, international economic groups, and, the Institute for Global EconomicGrowth.
(*Note: by pushing privatization of charters (which are private schools using public money, regardless of the label the charter has; or international economies, how will this improve US higher education?! Since the entire goal of WIOA and ESSA is breeding workers to feed a global economy, not just a US economy, we KNOW the new HEA will embed this ‘rule’ of those schools, too!) Other CCSS Machine ties within the Martin Board and Academic Advisory Board are the Koch Foundation, Philanthropy Roundtable*, Clemson University, Rep. Virginia Foxx, National Assoc. of Scholars, Rockefeller Foundation, Harvard University, Oxford University, National Science Foundation, Procter and Gamble, American Bar Association, Fulbright Scholars, Rhodes Scholars, University of NC, Guggenheim Fellowship, U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD, also in the FY 2020 educratic budget), Center for Advanced Study of Behavior Science (SEL, social and emotional learning), National Endowment for the Humanities, MIT, George Mason University, and, Duke University’s experimental psychobiology (which ties back to Harvard). Warriors, be sure to look at the special interests of these members.
(*Note: Philanthropy Roundtable (PR) has a HUGE overreach into K-12th grade education in the U. S.. How does this connect to higher education? The Career Paths and College Paths of Common Core! PR also is heavily involved in community colleges, which have been called “Camelot” by the CCSS Machine)
The educratic overreaches of PR are SO bad, an entire article could be written about them!
CDOs For Community Colleges:
Warriors, what’s a CDO? It’s short for “Chief Diversity Officer”. The Martin Center has quite a bit to say about CDOs. Since the Center is all for improving higher education, diversity certainly is one of the biggest education ‘rules’ for schools theses days.
Diversity isn’t a bad thing, but the way the CCSS Machine is embedding it has been a huge problem. Why? The shift is not so much about different people gaining education, it’s about molding attitudes, values, and, beliefs to fit a collective mindset.
Warriors, CDOs are part of 4 year colleges and universities administration staff. However, the Martin Center pointed out (in 2018), that 2 year community colleges have jumped on board. When you factor in the CSSS Machine’s education alignment from cradle to grave, having CDOs in ALL higher education is a ‘natural’ step. CDOs are a ‘ruler of the schools’ and as such, are in a key position to steer the shift from people to attitudes. The biggest way? Mentoring.
Mentoring is not a bad thing, but the way the CCSS Machine has steered it away from people to career tracks for a future life and earning potential, that’s a huge problem!
The Latest Higher Education Cheating “Scandal”:
Warriors, while we’re seeing the federal government try to ‘rule the schools’ from ‘cradle to grave’, we see the CCSS Machine unfairly pushing students to self-harm, to commit suicide because they can’t measure up or don’t ‘test’ well, teachers to fudge grades so students and the schools look great. Now, we see parents have been busted for bribes so their kids look great.
Don’t misunderstand me, I am not supportive of parents who bribe. I’m not supportive of teachers who cheat and rig the system, but most of all I am not supportive of the CCSS Machine’s grasp which has brought this all about!! From my research, this isn’t so much a scandal, as it’s a well played move BY the CCSS Machine.
Why am I upset? Because, one more time, kids who had no clue what/who was harming them, they have been let down. We should all be upset how badly these innocent victims have been harmed.
Why, on Earth, would I propose such a thing?! Again, research and time. Look at the picture below and then I’ll explain:
Warriors, when I posted that original message on Facebook and Twitter, only the ABC article had been released. Since then, several have surfaced.
So, why do I believe it’s not really a scandal? From the research side: 1) The CCSS Machine is in D.C. Administration, present and previous. 2) It’s from Republicans AND Democrats, not just one party, as most of the parent cheatingarticles want to point out. 3) We know Hollywood is a part of the CCSS Machine as well.
4) Counselors and college and career ready assessments have been geared to tip the scales. AP courses/dual enrollment have been used to tip the scales.
From past episodes of breaking news in education: So, when you have two sides of the same Machine (agenda) 1) Break a budget one day with changes in accountability requested and 2)The following day show how test scores, college admissions, and money have been manipulated 3)You have the ‘perfect storm’ for the government to come in and save the day by ‘ruling’ the parameters of the HEA’s re-authorization.
4) Any other time we’ve seen massive news to distract us, the CCSS Machine has used it to strike a blow to us in education.
Remember, it’s going to ‘kitchen sink’ law with all kinds of overreaches and special interests involved.
Also remember, the ‘birth to death’, “cradle to grave” alignment depends on rushing our kids through education; it depends on counselors who advise more for the system than the individual; this system the CCSS Machine has set up thrives on chaos, upheaval, and lies so it can control us. This ‘scandal’ is proof positive!
Which is why I stated in my post, we need to watch. a) Will this ‘scandal’ be used by both or either political party to force changes which will impact everyone instead of punishing the few who deserve it? b) Will these parents be as punished as theAtlanta teacherswho went to jail for cheating? Or, will the CCSS Machine use it’s media presence to spin it the system to blame, not the parents? c) If the cheating is spun, will the fact of privilege AND race be used to somehow also impact the CDOs in higher education? d) How will the fact that once more, harm has been visited on students, and that the harm will be used as CCSS Machine fodder to force accountability changes? e) As far as ‘elite’ schools at any level of education, that’s a lie, Warriors. There are none, now when they are ALL under the direction and command of the CCSS Machine.
f) With the privatization in cradle to grave education, we need to watch if and when an ‘elitist’ card is ‘played’. The CCSS Machine certainly has tried to ‘rule the nation’ with this before.
We cannot fall for the hype about the higher education realities, Warriors!! We must look at the research, the past track record in the education shift. We know mainstream media, as well as the D.C. Administration will have much more to throw at us about the HEA re-authorization. We know many statements will be made concerning the recent events. We also need to keep in mind, all this isn’t about quality education, it’s about qualified workers.
**Author’s Note: I am in no way discounting the need for proper licensed mental health professionals and services. I realize many people, regardless of age, require these people and their expertise. What we are seeing across our nation, however, is a rush to label everyone as somehow ‘mentally’ in need of services/interventions. This is wrong. Very wrong.

Back in 2015, I showed you how the company was targeting special needs students, especially in IEPs and the alignment to CCSS, Common Core State Standards.
In 2019, the company is advertising on-line mental health psychologist’s counseling.
Knowing the recent avalanche of States seeking to hook us all up to mental health detectors, Presence Learning (PL) boasts it’s accessible to all States and across the world. So, watch out PL may already be in your State.
Warriors, do you have questions? I know I do. For example, knowing that on-line assessments have algorithms which can adjust and readjust in seconds, how do we know the student actually has a behavioral or mental need? Where in the world are the parents? Where was consent for this assessment given? Warriors, have you noticed anything so far? Not so much about academics and education is it? No, it appears all this is more about molding our kids to fit someone else’s mold. Take into consideration that ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) codified and increased every single bit of this. As we know ESSA is for EVERY child, not just our public school kids. Then add this into the information mix of the recent rush from our States to conform to ESSA’s mental health mandates.

Note that since every one one of us is in a relationship of some type, this isn’t geared simply for school students. It’s geared for all of us. ESSA has mandated family engagement, family support, and family mental health in wraparound services. Many of us are in multiple types of relationships at the same time!
If you would like to know how Search Institute became to be, the history is one of twists and turns. Beginning with its Lutheran Church roots in 1958. Sex ed, was added, as was values based education, and more. As you know, the federal government helps fund the Lutheran Church in afterschool programs we can tie back to the CCSS Machine, too.
This begs an age old question: Why does the federal government overreach into religion in this instance but will die on a hill screaming separation of church and state when it comes to religion in schools?

The Mental Health Bills from the 116th Congress:
Warriors, as if the CCSS Machine hasn’t given us enough indoctrination for mental health and our social and emotional states, the federal government has a few bills you may wish to add to the watch list. We know these will lining up to conform and embed.
S317, ACE Kids Act of 2019 (Sen. Grassley, IA, sponsor; 11 co-sponsors) ‘ACE’ is short for “Advancing Care for Exceptional”. This Bill will amend the Social Security Act to provide childhood treatments of medically complex conditions in a group health home. “Mental Health” is embedded 4 different times. At least 3 of the references include ‘community mental health center’.
HR 1301, Would also amend the Social Security Act to include funding to pay for certain types of mental health telehealth services. Rep. DelBene (WA) is the sponsor.
HR 884, Medicare Mental Health Care Access Act (Rep. Chu, CA, sponsor)
This Bill would amend the Social Security Act, as well. This one is worth watching due to the licensing and service of clinical psychologists throughout the States.
HR 1395, Would amend the ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965) aka: ESSA, to improve mental health services for students and ‘other purposes’. Rep. Dr. Roe (TN) is the sponsor. While there’s no text for the HR 1395, I did find his version of the Mental Health Bill for Students from the 115th Session. It’s worth your time to read. Lots of overreaches for community wide, P3s (public private partnerships), and telehealth.
HR 1109, Mental Health Services for Students Act of 2019 (Rep. Napolitano, CA, is the sponsor, there are 67 co-sponsors). This Bill would amend the Public Health Service Act. It will revise and extend school based mental health services at a comprehensive level. The bill will seek to improve and direct not only mental health services for Johnny and Suzy, but the entire family. As such, academic performance will improve. This is a very bad bill all around, Warriors!
S 286/HR 945, identical Bills, Mental Health Access Improvement Act of 2019, Senate sponsor is Barrasso, WY, House sponsor is Thompson, CA. S 286 has 7 co-sponsors; HR 945 has 8. Both will amend the Social Security Act. Family therapists and mental health counselors under part B of Medicare will be targeted. These professionals are to diagnose and treat mental illnesses according to these Bills.
Look below, Warriors, there’s the global mental health backing Congress is more relying on embedding than their voters’ voices ask for.
Warriors, quite a big bunch of headache inducing information, today. I know we MUST watch any federal or State government mental health legislation, however, look at how all this information is woven together. It’s not by accident. The CCSS Machine, the global mental health plan is that we will not be our own people, we’ll be a managed people, right down to what we think. The agenda is making its presence known more and more, day by day. Will YOU stop it from growing?
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, there’s been quite a bit of talk lately about PreK education.
You’ve got the CCSS Machine screaming for MORE universal PreK, more behavior testing on babies, and the list goes on. On the opposite side, parents are shouting to let their kids be kids. That’s how it should be.
However, Congress, once again, has shown how little it listens to the parents and has sided with the CCSS Machine as well as the global push to align our children from birth to Kindergarten.
Meet The 116th’s HR 62:
Carrying on the federal overreaches in education AND childcare, the 116th Congress is off to a ‘bang up’ start, Warriors.
HR 62is called the “Head Start Improvement Act of 2019”. We’ll take a closer look in just a bit, first a bit of background for you.
If you’ve followed my research for long, you know I’ve written about Head Start and Early Head Start several times. Below, I’m including just a few so you can see the purposed and continued grab for the babies, Sen. Lamar Alexander forecastfor the nation back in the 1980s.
1) From 2018, this one laid out the (then) upcoming2019 Federal Budget. Look at letter “E” for the low-down on federal overreach into your family and neighborhoods.
2) Also from 2018, this one shows that even the State Depts. of Education are somewhatcluelessas far as what learning is and isn’t. So, since it’s not going well in K-12th, we’re going to just hand over the birth to 5 year old children and HOPE they get it right?!
3) Lastly from 2018, the HI legislator credited with beginning Head Start (Johnson Administration) and how social justiceand corporations, along with the CCSS Machine, have aligned Head Start for cradle to grave systems.
4) From 2016, thisonewas an updated look at how ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) was targeting babies to Kindergarten.
5) From Jan. 2019, the newest road of PreK Development Grantsand how much data rape (yes, it’s THAT much data being taken from us) is embedded. It also picks up the national data trail FEPA (Foundations for Evidence Based Policy Making Act) will now have as a national standard. It will be these Grants, Warriors, where Head Start and Early Head Start are included. Also included are the home visits (as part of ESSA’s mandates for ‘student success/achievement’ and ‘family engagement’).
**Bonus: My fellow Warrior, Linda from MN and I have been comparing notes about this. She’s written quite an eye-opening articleyou should take into consideration. Home visits are NOT exclusive to one State. ESSA mandated them for ALL 50 and any American territories. If nothing else, use her article to help you look at legislation in your State.
*****Question: Since FEPA is now law and the Grants have been awarded, how would HR 62 play into all this? We’ll answer that soon. *****

You’ll find E-Health through schools is putting the school in the parents place in the name of saving time and money. You’ll find how all this really is part of the (United Nations) UN’s global education agenda which neatly fits into the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
So, What Does HR 62 Say? The most basic summary I can give you is that this Bill will take existing Head Start programs and replace them with block grants for PreK education. (*Note: Knowing that I’d just written on the new PreK grants,I’m not surprised at the the timing.)
HR 62 is 14 pages long, and is Rep. Banks from IN. It’s now in the hands of the House’s Committee on Education and Labor.
1) It amends the existingHead Start Act (42 U.S.C. 9831 et seq.) 2) Look at HR 62 and the HS Act, and you’ll see the original intent is the same. So, what has been amended? Beginning October 2019, Block Grants will be given to eligible States and Native American Tribes based upon specific data for children 5 years and younger from below poverty-line families. Once your State receives a Block Grant, 100% of it MUST be used as follows (page 6): ” ‘‘(A) for prekindergarten education programs in the State or Indian tribe involved; ‘‘(B) for the administration of the programs described in subparagraph (A); and ‘‘(C) to provide direct technical assistance, oversight, monitoring, research, and training with respect to the programs described in sub paragraph (A).”
How much will all this cost? In case you cannot read the screen shot from HR 62, it’s over $8 billion dollars for EACH of the fiscal years between 2019 and 2023.
The over $8 billion will be in Block Grants. So, what’s a ‘block grant’? Usually its money from the federal government awarded to be used by States in general ways. Then, there are block grants which are extremely specific as to how the money is used. The block grants to replace Head Start fit this last example.
3) The Governor (or some other executive official) is to certify that each Head Start Block Grant is used for ‘comprehensive’ PreK education, as well as all services for the child and their families. P3s (public private partnerships) and all kinds of privately run programs are included here. Who’s in charge, overall, as a result of HR 62? The Secretary of Health and Human Services!
4) Woven into the language for HR 62 are vouchers for low-income families to use for payment to private PreK programs. The federal government is ALLOWING these families a choice. Government handing you money and then ‘allowing’ you anything is DANGEROUS. Not only will Head Start Block Grants be used for vouchers, but other public funds can be used, too.
When the graphic you see below was created, PreK wasn’t included, but now it can be. Vouchers, ESAs (Education Savings Accounts) are under the ESSA umbrella. ESSA also mandates that ALL school choices be aligned to post-secondary readiness. This includes PreK!
5) Any Head Start Block Grant recipient can have matching funds (up to 20%) from any non-federal group. DANGER!! This opens the door for the CCSS Machine to royally flush the PreK system with indoctrination, agenda, and tons of inappropriate ‘education’.
6) As far as transparency and accountability go for HR 62? Each Head Start Block Grant recipient is required to conduct a SELF-ASSESSMENT on how well the goals are coming along! Supposedly the general public (or the ones who are paid their taxes for the government to turn around and make a grab for their babies) can weigh in on what needs improvement. Any on-going monitoring of the money is up to the recipient to create. This is code for on-line data collection and sharing. On Page 10, you can see where supposedly non-identifying data is to be collected. However, think about all this from the perspective of a) it’s the government; b) FEPA will have been in place for months, so there’s no telling how invasive the data truly will or won’t be. Some of the data which will be collected is family engagement and student readiness for Kindergarten.

(*Note: this type of digital programs is increasing in 2018. Thanks to the CCSS Machine, ESSA, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and the UN (United Nations).

Lifelock uses ‘core data’ supported by ID Analytics. ID Analytics is an arm of the Symantec Corporation(Norton Anti Virus is also part of Symantec). Symantec partners with Microsoft, Inc. (*Note: It’s important to stress that while groups like Symantec say they are protecting student data, let’s remember 2 things: a) these data miners are operating under a fully gutted version of FERPA (Family Education Rights to Privacy Act); b) all the ‘core data’ goes to cyber clouds where anyone from around the world can access your student’s data.)
Symantec alsosupportsthe EU’s (European Union’s) General Data Protection Regulations. Warriors, this matters because we know the student data ends up in the UN and OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development). Student data also goes to several other CCSS Machine member groups. (*Note: ironically, I never saw any Symantec language stating just as clearly that our 4th Amendment rights or that our U.S. Civil Rights to freedom and privacy were upheld.)
One other interesting ‘tidbit’ about Symantec and education: software is donated and tied to STEM. STEM, as we know is the UN’s tool in education to align everything to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).

The National PTA and STEM:
Warriors, did you notice in the first PTA screen shot the heading for PTA and STEM? Notice how bright and colorful the logo is? There’s a reason. STEM (as part of the UN’s SDGs) usescolor psychology. (*Note: the links are about halfway through the article.)

Both of these are accessible to private schools and homeschools, as well as more traditional schools. Both of these companies are CCSS Machine member groups. Bayer Corporation (a huge SDG supporter) through their Making Science Make Sense Program. Warriors, while the facts remain about how awful this modern education reform is, it is truly ‘awesome’ when a CCSS Machine member group actually shows you the education reform agenda. Bayer has done that for us. In including thisinformation, we can see the ties lead us back to the NSF (National Science Foundation) and the Smithsonian Institute(yes, even the Smithsonian hassold out.). You’ll also see the State chosen to begin the reform program in. Pennsylvania! You’ll also see the other States which are involved now.

Warriors, do you see the agenda in the excerpt? It is there, in plain sight. Contrast it with the overall STEM presence the National Science Foundation (along with the UN) has rammed down our throats. Notice, below, how humans are depicted.

Warriors, I hope you’ll revolt against this total indoctrination happening in America. We are Americans, not STEMs. We are people with free will, not bodies to be conformed to the corporate masters. Expose the links between globalism and the PTA/PTOs. Let parents know they are willfully being lied to about STEM and the education reform. We should be lashing out against this overreaching agenda to save our children! We must risk it all to save our nation and our freedoms!
The massive data tracking the National PTA is involved in; how will that cause any type of trust between schools and families? What about the fact this group is supposed to be on your side in the War Vs the Core? How will children react to their parents and teachers when they learn their personal private information has been shared and sold without permission or consent? If you’ve not read my April 2018 article about how the UN uses data tracking to combine SEL and the ‘good citizen/bad citizen’ (Chinese social credit system as an example), then you’ll need to see how activities like the National PTA and the data partners play into this.
Dressing indoctrination up and passing it off as fun, is horrible. The thin veil? Oh, it’s all about the jobs and the economy, not your child’s academics and free will in life. Operating under a gutted privacy law is equally horrible. The data controls and tracks you.
What about a real PTA where they fight against the CCSS Machine, not bow down before it?

I hope you’ve seen the anti Fed Ed Warrior, Peter Greene’s article for Forbes. It hit the presses about 3 days ago and announced a new ACT, Inc. morality assessment is in the works.
Now, hang on a minute, the assessment is for the UAE (United Arab Empire). BUT, knowing how much of the UAE’s money has flowed through the CCSS Machine, we know it’s only a matter of time before the (American based) ACT, Inc. has an American version.
Holy hurricanes, we could use the SAME one as the UAE’s. The Crown Prince selected ACT, Inc. to create this SEL (Social Emotional Learning) test. Warriors, you may find it interesting to know that because there are American schools in Dubai, CCSS is already implemented there, too. (*Note: start on Page 5 of this 2015 Report.)
Not to take away from Peter’s article, I wanted to dig a bit deeper to connect a few more dots for you, my fellow anti Fed Ed Warriors.
What follows is what else we can uncover about the harmful effects morality assessments have for our nation.
First Up, the UAE’s “Moral Education”:
The website link ishere. The morals are centered upon 4 pillars. Number #1: Character and morality; Number #2: Individual and Community; #3: Civics Studies, and #4: Culture Studies. The morality is to begin in first grade and continue all the way to twelfth grade. Outcomes (government directed, as all‘outcomes’are) are to have UAE students become a ‘local’ and ‘global’ generation. Why? For the greater good of a wider global existence! The goals for each are summarized below: #1: Tolerance, honesty, and resilience #2: Community activist #3: UAE’s governance must be known and understood #4: UAE’s traditions and symbols as inherent parts of society
Warriors, you may be wondering why I brought up the G20 (Group of 20). Recently, our U.S. Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos traveled to Argentina to attend the first G20 Education Summit. If you missed my research on what DeVos’s trip to South America did for North American education, specifically, the United States, here’s brief look at how SEL factors into the global push for resilience:
Warriors, does any of this sound familiar? Upon finishing up her South American trip, DeVos waxed positive about how much American education needs to catch up with other countries. Oddly enough, it was theEdWeek(Gates Foundation funded) which shared her thoughts. Among those thoughts? “School choice”, robust apprenticeships, and more. (*Note: from the UAE’s Ministry of Educationwebsite, you can see that students are sent to the US and the Netherlands to learn more about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) related courses to uphold the UN’s ‘sustainability’ as well as align with the UAE’s “Innovation” platforms. DeVos’s thoughts about how American education also included her earlier visit to the Netherlands.)
Warriors, in other words: lies and hype to increase not only global education, but setting America up for workforce prep factories, not academic institutions.
What’s UAE’s Overall Goal For Moral Education?
While the UAE’s Education Ministers didn’t attend the G20 Education Summit, the unity between the UN (United Nations) and the G20; their shared ‘love’ for global education and global citizens is evident in the UAE’s Moral curriculum. (*Note: Saudi Arabia did attend the G20, however, UAE and Saudi Arabia are neighbors, not the same country. UAE and Saudi Arabia do share some culture and tradition common threads, as do the other Gulf Cooperation Council countries.)
Some common threads between the UAE Moral Education and the current USA education: 1) ‘whole child’ immersion 2) engage the family at home so the morality education is seamless 3) whole village involvement 4) those in charge of national activities in education are appointed
All overseen and laid out by the school or regulators.
I did try to find out what exactly the UAE’s curriculum and/or resources are, but you have to register to have an account and log-in. What I did see were thegoals. Granted they SOUND great, right? But as we know global UN-G20 Agenda lurks behind them:

Helping and making a difference
Taking responsibility for self and others
Ethics in sport; leisure

Making good decisions

A Huge Concern For Americans:
With the push for globalization of education, we know globalized religion is also connected. It has to be with ‘moral’ education. Globalizing America also means immigration. It touches education, too. Immigration touches our communities as well. We see how in the modern education shift family values are under attack, we see how certain groups of citizens are marginalized, we see parents being pushed out of their children’s lives as authority and replaced by the schools, we see Christianity under attack, too.
Look at the news, Warriors. You know our nation’s freedoms are being laid upon an altar.

Why should you read this thesis? Islam is mentioned 24 times. This research also shows the UAE culture, beliefs, and thus, morals. (*Note: the UAE is aUNESCOmember country, just like the United States. As we know, UNESCO is a part of the United Nations.) Back in 2015,Beth Blankleyreported on the Islamic indoctrination in Common Core State Standards. Warriors, we also know the amount of anti-Americanism is even more noticeable in 2018.
Don’t think those UAE morals won’t find their way into American education. Scroll back up and look at the Moral Education Pilot Schools. Some use American education. Then consider how CCSS is already embedded in the UAE.
Then, consider that the UAECHOSEACT, Inc. to create a moral assessment. Due to all the globalism, it is only a matter of time before morality tests are given in OUR schools, regardless of choice.
Why? Because ALL citizens must be measured morally to be considered a good citizen. China isalready doing this to their citizens. If you do not ‘stack up’ morally, you are denied access to what we consider creature comforts..or worse, you can be denied a job.
Don’t think America would ever go there? Don’t think it won’t show up in education? It already has! It’s called WorkKeys. WorkKeys is ACT, Inc’s career pigeonholing test. These tests are used in schools and in job placement. One of the most chilling sales pitches for WorkKeys is basically this: No WorkKeys, no certification; no certification, no job.

Morals did surface at the G20 Education Summit. I featured one picture of a tweet by a global STEM‘disciple’. He claims we can’t have education without morality. Notice he calls morality ‘skills’.
Not knowing for certain, but I believe this man is Turkish. Look at what else is on his Twitter feed about ‘moral skills’ and jobs. Also note the use of the Partnership for 21st Century Skills is used in the right hand corner.

Warriors, as far as theACT, Inc. press releaseabout the moral assessment, it’s debuting in 2019. The press release also reveals that ACT has been in partnership with Connec ME Education (another Dubai based entity. This one is a P3 (public private partnership) between education and business (gee, that is what we have here in America, too). This P3 focuses on technology/innovation and vocational training. (Remember, vocational training was rebranded to meet the CCSS Machine’s Common Core aligned CTE, Career Tech Education.)
Connec ME’swebsitestatesthat on the 15th of September (two days ago as of this article), the ACT International Assessment would be used via the ACT’s Aspire assessments. (I’ve detailed Aspire for youbefore.) Why is Connec ME using Aspire? For its college/career readiness!
One thing we can take to the bank, with everyone in DC, from the President on down to the U.S. Dept. of Education and all the way to the UN, the G20’s grab at DeVos to force us into UN backed alignment is horrible.
It attacks our freedoms, our choices, it mandates for us, not guiding us. The moral assessing is also going to violate our civil rights to privacy as well as our religious freedoms. The data mining will reach new lows in how much is taken without ourconsent or permission.
We’ll see the grade levels continue to disappear and replaced withmastering skills. This all plays into the CCSS Machine’s plan being carried out in DC via legislation. Remember, the proposed legislation tomergeUS Ed and US Labor? G20 sure encourages that. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if DeVos’s changes include helping speed up the merger.
One last note for you, my Warriors: ACT, Inc. is a non-profit group. Surely we can shut THAT group down. Surely we can file lawsuits against our States for paying ‘dues’ to this group. Surely there is something we can do to STOP the over-assessing and manipulation of our nation. As we see, the College/Career Readiness is a ploy being used across the planet.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve just passed the Labor Day holiday. However, the CCSS Machine and its workforce prep agenda didn’t take any time off. It keeps grinding on.
Warriors, no, the proposed merger between the US Depts of Education and LaborDIDN’T happen, as the picture warns. HOWEVER, there are some steps taken that SUGGEST their union is ever approaching. These types of steps make one thing perfectly clear.
“DeFacto Rule” has replaced our U.S. Constitution, violated our civil rights to freedom and privacy, as well as point out that ‘We the People’ are worth far more as glorified indentured subservient people than free American citizens.
“DeFacto Rule” in education? Career Tech Education (CTE), Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), College and Career Readiness (CCR), Common Core State Standards (CCSS), and all that goes with them!
Workforce prep has taken away our 3 Rs (Reading, ‘Riting, ‘Rithmetic) and not only replaced them with the 4 Cs (Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity), Communication), but also the 3Ss* (Socialism, Sexuality, and SEL (Social Emotional Learning) ). Warriors, you KNOWproof is out there to show that the 4Cs sound great, but are toxic. There’s plenty of proof that the 3 Ss are just as damning, not only for our schools, but our entire nation.

HOWEVER major funders ALSO include several CCSS Machine member groups like the Gates Foundation, the Ford Foundation, The Casey Foundation, the MacArthur Foundation, the Joyce Foundation, several other U.S. Department agencies, and quite a few more. 2) Secretary of Education DeVos’sG20 trip extends her ‘DeFacto Rule’ in American education. If you go beyond the EdWeek resource (see below), you can see the official G20 Education Meeting details. (*Note: EdWeek is Gates Foundation backed.)
2a) Over on the G20 in Argentinawebsite, you’ll see the top reasons the G20 is combining education and employment. a) digital economics and global development; b) digital revolution opportunities as carried out by leaders in government; and, c) education and employment for ‘skills for life’. To see the precise language used, read here.
Warriors, while the tone of the language points to all good things, let’s look at the buzzwords. “Skills for life” mean ‘lifelong learning’. Lifelong learning is an educratic phrase. The phrase sounds LIKE something great. As in Johnny and Suzy will be so ready to learn they never want to stop learning. HOWEVER, the phrase ACTUALLY was created BY the United Nations and their work with the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) to mean ‘data tracked human capital’.
As a result, very little ‘learning’ occurs. What DOES happen is workforce preparation. Then, consider WHY ‘lifelong learning’ is used. It HIDES the fact that the ‘human capital’ isn’t for any other reason than economic gain. Not Johnny or Suzy’s personal best they can be, but some dollar mark for our government and their business partners.
You may also notice from the language, that the G20 brought up their subgroups (also called task forces) for L20 (Labor 20) and B20 (Business 20). I first revealed the educratic overreaches of the B20 into American education back in 2017. An update to that happened in Feb. 2018 when I tied it to the shift in America to global citizenship.
Warriors, if you wait until DeVos and all the other educratic leaders are through meeting, there will be all types of declarations made. (*Note: DeVos is a huge STEM pusher, along with Ivanka Trump. Their targets? Girls in education. Especially via apprenticeships.)
ICYMI: the 6 ‘key’ components from the US Labor for CBE and Career Pathways. Also, the 10 agenda points from US Ed woven in for CBE, CCR, STEM careers/Apprenticeships.
The November 2018G20 Meeting expressly for SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). As we know, all 17 are woven into education in our schools and communities. These educational resources are accessible to EVERY school choice as part of the global citizenship push.
Warriors, it isn’t enough to simply get our kids out of public school to stop the CCSS Machine. Global citizenship isn’t reserved for one specific student group. It’s greedy and is after ALL our kids. Remember, the shift in education is meant for a lifelong sentence. It’s not enough to remove the students from one type of education only to see the others assimilated just as quickly. We must do all we can to remain free thinking Americans!
If we’re going to shut down the CCSS Machine, we MUST have a plan of protection in place NOW. The agenda behind the shift in education is to not only have the school building your workforce prep station, but your entire town, including the churches. (*Yes, churches are embracing STEM open-heartedly.)
Birth to death, cradle to grave. These are NOT my opinions, these words are from the very documents I have provided for you. Am I alone in this reporting? Hardly. Many Anti Fed Ed Warriors have shared evidence which points to the extreme danger we are in.
WE MUST LISTEN AND ACT NOW!
Warriors Against Fed Led Education, I’ve recently been looking over about 20 different federal bills from ‘our’ Congress. These bills are all the precursors to the Fiscal Year 2019’s FINALIZED Congressional Budget. In other words, what is laid out in this group of bills will be combed over, some changes made, and then combined into one BIG bill by mid September. Fiscal Year 2019 begins Oct. 1, 2018. SO, if we know what to look for NOW, we can be prepared later.
Why so many bills? Well, Warriors, think about it, when you have at least 9 different federal agencies overreaching into education, the funds have to not only be earmarked, they must come from several different angles.
However, make NO mistake, the size of government is NOT shrinking, nor is the footprint in ‘education’. One thing I can assure you of, as concerned American citizens. Our government does not care one bit about our students, as people, but as producers of profit for big government and big business.
As we know, Warriors, the shift in modern academics has been to remove true academia and replace it with workforce prep. The bills I’ve been looking at are 100% proof of this well planned, and so far, executed CCSS Machine agenda.
Warriors, for the remainder of this article, you’ll get all the information about these FY 2019 Congressional bills. Use the information to ask questions, demand answers, tell your Representative and Senator that there’s NO WAY you are OK with
(*Note: Not only will some of these bills cover FY 2019, but have laid the groundwork for every fiscal year between 2019 and 2028!)
Warriors, the time I’m asking you to spend on the following items is more than likely the most important thing you can do for your country. It’s certainly more time that it appears Congress spent remembering ANY overreach into education is illegal!
1) Start here, Warriors, it’s my most recent 40 minute video laying out the main Congressional Bills: House Concurred Resolution #128, HR 6470 and S 3158.
2) Then, take a couple of minutes and access my most recent article titled “Moving Along”. There, you’ll find the most well known US Government agencies with their claws in education.
3) To access the H Con Res 128, go here. What the most important items are from this Resolution is that all the FYs from 2019-2028 are laid out. You’ll also note that out of the 22 most important budget items, education is #10. It’s also lumped in with labor, jobs, and all social services. There’s a distinct reason for this.
4) Because education is lumped in with labor and social services, we need to note that most social services are headed up in the health and human services areas. Hence, the HR 6470 and S 3158. These sister bills cover ALL FY 2019 Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies. (*Note: Warriors are you seeing the theme here, that even Congress is relegating education to a back seat?) The most important items about HR 6470 and S 3158 are below. I urge you to comb through these on your own to see what else is in store.
a) Money being budgeted varies slightly from Chamber to Chamber in some cases, in most, both Chambers of Congress are in total agreement. (An example is that BOTH Bills seek to have $6 million dollars to ‘beef up’ and innovate the WQDI (Workforce Quality Data Initiative), but vary slightly on Title One funds via ESSA and HEA (Every Student Succeeds and the Higher Education Act). The House wants $16.4 billion and the Senate wants $16.5 billion.)
b) HR 6470 is 194 pages and is on the Union Calendar for Congress as Item #667. S 3158 is 172 pages and is on the Senate Calendar as Item #497. The ‘Union’ calendar means that HR 6470 (and any other House bill with a Union Calendar #) was passed out of its Committee (in this case the Committee for Funding Labor, HHS, Ed, and their Related Agencies) and is waiting further action. The ‘Senate’ calendar means that whatever item is marked there, it needs Senate action on from the entire floor. A General Order (some of the Senate FY 2019 bills have this) note means the order in which the item was received.
c) Both HR 6470 and S 3158 have Committee Reports. As important as combing through the main bills are, these Reports are MUCH more revealing as to exactly where and HOW the funds will be spent IF APPROVED in the Final FY 2019 Budget. Here’s Committee Report 115-862from the House. The see the Senate Committee Report 115-289, go here. d) Both HR 6470 and S 3158 have money earmarked to expand CTE (Career Tech Education) and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) Apprenticeships. The House wants to spend $150 million in expansion and the Senate, $160 million. As we know, Warriors, the President recently signed into law a nation-wide expansion for CTE and apprenticeships, as well as created a new EO (Executive Order) to create an expansion of government in overseeing apprenticeships. This also plays right into a previous President Trump EO to expand apprenticeships. You can read all about all of these EOs and the new law, here.
e) Also look for Community Development Block Grants, Head Start, Early Head Start, Social Services, Mental Health, Biomedical, Biotechnology, YouthBuild, TRIO, GEAR UP, any technical or infrastructure upgrades or assistance, or the many instances for national data collection (for example, near pages 68-70 of both HR 6470 and S 3158, you’ll see millions set aside for collecting mental health data from children.
f) Beginning on Page 113 (Page 115 in the Senate) in the House bill, you’ll see the ESSA breakdown for the huge amounts of taxpayer funds being sought. However, read carefully, Warriors, it is in this section (and others throughout all the Budget bills I’ve been reading) that an increase in funding from P3s (public private partnerships) will be HOW the federal government funds our nation’s agencies AND programs! These funds will come by donation, be awarded as either competitive or non-competitive grants and/or sub-grants. These ‘awards’ will also be available to non-profit groups. All in the name of ‘student success’.
5) HR 5894 (Union Calendar #539) is only 42 pages long and is what the House wants to see funding in FY 2109 for the entire Legislative Branch of the government. The tie to education can be found on page 26 via the Library of Congress’s $8.5 million for curriculum. (*Note: this bill has a Committee Report you’ll want to read.) S 3071 (Calendar #450) is 34 pages long. It has a VERYrevealingCommittee Report where you’ll see the CCSS Machine woven throughout. S 3071 also covers the FY 2019 Legislative Budget. One of the ties to education in the Senate Committee Report can be found on Page 16 with the Dept of Treasury’s Community Development Finance grants. Warriors, you’ll see that these grants can also be investments or loans. With ESSA’s mandate and funding increase to create 21st Century Community Learning Centers, this is a big red flag!
6) Warriors, these remaining bills cover most of the federal agencies with education overreach as well. Their ties to where in education will be in blue.
HR6258 and S 3107 cover Financial Services/General Gov’t. (*Note S 3107 has a detailedCommittee Report.) DC school improvement grants and the National Science Technology Council HR5952 and S 3072 cover Commerce/Justice/Science/Related Agencies (*Note: S 3072 has an accompanying Committee Report. The House’s Committee Report is here.) Economic development, census data collection, scientific research and information sharing technology. Ties to CCR (College/Career Readiness, STEM, the United Nations and CTE) HR 6072 and S 3023 cover Transportation/HUD/Related Agencies (*Note: the House CommitteeReport/Senate’s) Sustainable neighborhoods (of which you can probably tie to Promise Neighborhoods of ESSA), ties to the HEA (Higher Education Act), businesses testing higher education, national data collection, gives the Secretaries of Ed, Labor, HHS, Transportation, Commerce, the EPA, and the Attorney General leverage. HR 6157 and S 3159 cover the U. S. Dept of Defense (*Note: HR 6157 is currently in the Senate, as it has passed the House’s voting system. The Committee Report for HR 6157 is here. You can find the Senate’s here.) Gives more power to the Secretary of Education and LEAs (Local Education Agencies, at US Ed’s direction, over military base schools, targets Veterans and higher education, data mining, and data banks. HR 5961 and S 2976 cover Agriculture/Rural Activities/FDA/Related Agencies (*Note: House Committee Report/Senate’s) Specifically refers to a national Bio/Ag Facility in KS, the Borlang International project, Food for Peace Grants, 12 education references, 10 science/technology priorities, and on Page 64 of HR 5961, portions of the budget must be used for science based educational information on the environment (this will lead to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals of the UN and STEM). S 3073 covers Interior/Environment/Related Agencies (*Note: The Committee Report) Education, especially as it relates to the Bureau of Indian Education’s alignment, is referred to in 31 different instances. HR 6147 covers Interior/Environment/General Gov’t/Agriculture/Rural Development/Food and Drug/Transportation and HUD (*Note: This Bill has passed both the House and the Senate. The House Committee Report is here. I’m including the plethora of amendment actions from both Chambers of Congress, as well.) Education is embedded a total of 65 times, Science (and as it relates to STEM in the various federal agencies) is embedded 22 times. HR 5786 and S 3024 cover Military Construction/Veteran Affairs and Related Agencies (*Note: House Committee Report/Senate’s) Regional data collection, in the House Committee Report, education is embedded 24 times. S 2975 covers Energy/Water Development (*Note: this Bill is sponsored by Sen. Lamar Alexander, father of ESSA lies about local control in education. The Senate Committee Report is here.) Specific use of funds for educational purposes. HR 6385 and S 3108 cover State/Foreign Operations and Related Agencies (*Note: House Committee Report/Senate’s) In the House bill pages 3 and 4 cite the United States Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948; Fulbright Scholar program, and at least 34 other educational references embedded throughout. The Senate’s bill has 40 education overreaches.
Warriors, please note that in H Con Res 128, the 22 prioritized agencies have until Sept. 14, 2018 to trim their budgets. You can find the figures beginning on Page 44. For example, the Committee on Education, Job Training, Employment, and, Social Services must reduce their assigned $90 billion down to $70 billion.
In the Senate Committee Report related to S 3107, the following programs or offices are overreaching into education or items directly related to education services: The U.S. Treasury’s Capital Investment Plan, cyber-security, financial literacy, DATA Act, Government Accounting Office, The IRS’s TIGTA program, taxpayer data tracking, IRS’s Future State Vision, US Mint’s Community Development Financial Inst. Fund, Drug-Free Communities Support Program (ties to the Office of National Drug control Policy which partners with the US HHS’s Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Admin. in grants schools money), FCC’s IT Reform plans, Tech Modernization Funds, Harry S Truman Scholarship Funds
In the House Committee Report related to H 6147, the following programs or offices are overreaching into education or any directly related service: National Foundation of the Arts, the National Holocaust Museum (federally funded EXCEPT all educational materials which are privately funded), 21st Century Conservation Service Corps, National Endowment of the Arts/Humanities, Federal Land acquisitions to tie to World Heritage Sites, 3D Earn and Empower Program, Water Research Act, Core Science Systems Supports, Community Development Block Grants, BIE programs to align PreK to adult among the Native Americans, EPA’s expansion into STEM, Regional Innovation Clusters, and the Smithsonian’s expansion of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and, Math).
Warriors, look for an update article in mid September about all this. In the meantime, raise your voices against the continued abuse of our taxpayer funds, the overreach into education, our privacy, and all that connects them. This is NOT our American vision!
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in the last few days of July, I wrote and published a researched article centered on the former HR 2353, nowPublic Law 115-224, the “Strengthening CTE (Career Tech Education) for the 21st Century Act”. Warriors, the Bill became law when President Trump signed it on July 31, 2018. He was surrounding by lots of CTE ‘champion cheerleaders’.
Interestingly enough, the PA Representative’s (Rep. Thompson, who was the chief sponsor of HR 2353) Press Release stated that this Bill (now Law) overhauls the former Perkins CTE Act of 2006. Speaking of THAT Act, I showed you back in 2014, how the Perkins Act re-branded ‘vocational technical’ to “Career and Technical”.
So, once again, the CCSS Machine has been playing agenda word games with the citizens ever since then. Trouble is, most Americans are still remember education is as it used to be and not fully grasping the toxic changes being sneaked in under some familiar phrasing. Still more troubling is that there is almost zero ‘education’ happening in CTE (Career Tech Ed). It’s roughly 98% workforce training.

Previous research into just what PL 115-224 (HR 2353) is going to set up for us across America: 1) From earlier thisyear, States are to take the CTE Pledge. After all, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), STEM Act (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), HEA (Higher Education Act), and ESSA(Every Student Succeeds Act) all have! 2) From 2017. How HR 2353 would ‘level’ all education into the same thing. As we know, that was ESSA’s goal all along.
3) To give you an idea of how eerily close the National Workforce Council created by EO 13845 is to the one laid out in the LADDER Act (as well as how ANY national council will data rape the citizens), read this article of mine.

Warriors, you’ll also definitely want to look at theMay 2018 Executive Order 13801’s Final Task Force Report. In it you’ll see that the 3Rs have been sacrificed for the global economy rhetoric. How will this economic portion play out in schools? Career Technical tracks and ‘post-secondary readiness’, as laid out by ESSA.

Task Force Report Notes Previously Not Shared: 1) The entire Report is 51 pages long. Within these pages, the over all policy agenda is 4-fold: Educate, Expand, Control, and Attract (you’ll find this in the U.S. Dept. of Commerce’s Secretary Ross’s introductory letter.)
2) The Task Force created by EO 13801 (Expanding Apprenticeships) was broken into 4 sub-groups. 1) Education and Credentials; 2) Attracting Businesses to Education; 3) Expanding Access, Equity, and Career Awareness; and, 4) Administrating Regulatory Strategies.
3) From the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s Secretary Acosta’s opening letter, his goal was filling ‘insufficient’ skill gap apprenticeships*. The 26 steps the Task Force created will unfold over the next 5 years. *As ‘reported’ by public service, education, trade associations, labor unions, and companies.
4) From the U.S. Dept. of Education’s Secretary DeVos’s opening letter, her input was centered on President Trump’s expansion of apprenticeships. She claims it’s a NATIONAL priority as well as a NATIONAL education one. Her comments target ‘active learners’. She goes on to say the actions will speed up unity between education and jobs. How will this happen? Using more ‘flexible’ industry created learning models. This will, in turn, breed qualified workforce for the 21st Century. This type of qualified workforce will be key for the 21st economy, security, and, prosperity. This learning model will engage learners and be cost-effective for employers. Workforce based learning will a great way to learn, work, and earn. (*Note, underlined below will be the evidence we need showing the continued federal overreach ‘commitment’.)
5) From the U.S. Dept. of Commerce’s Secretary Ross’s letter. These 26 steps will update an 80 year old American system. He goes on to stress that the historic gains the President has made will be a carrot to fill high-skilled jobs. Sec. Ross mentions Rep. Foxx’smisinformationabout the unfilled 6 million jobs in America. (*Note: be sure to scroll down to the comments section of the embedded article directly above.)
6) From the Report’s Executive Summary, the tone suggests that the entire woe of America is higher education, as in, colleges and universities! “When implemented correctly, apprenticeships will provide a career path!” (See Page 10)
7) From the 1st sub-group: Expand industry recognized apprenticeship programs, especially the ‘learn-to-earn’ ones; include CBE (competency based education) assessments; P3s (public private partnerships) clarify national portable credentials (national ID card for working); federal government identifies available resources to carry these activities out (industry sector led financing).
8) From the 2nd sub-group: use and streamline various funding streams in simple ways for attracting businesses to education (State incentives); study skill gap shortages (data rape/manipulation); U.S. Dept. of Labor centralizes all data between all participants.
9) From the 3rd sub-group: Federal government funds an all out advertising blitz (propaganda) to raise awareness for workforce based apprenticeships/aligned education; incentives by federal government to businesses for more ‘learn-to-earn’ programs; U.S. Dept. of Labor leads funding campaigns to create more community based efforts for aligned apprenticeships; improve the existing data base for the Registered Apprenticeship System.
10) From the 4th sub-group: Begin with pilot project for expanding CTE apprenticeships via a selected industry from the existing Registered Apprenticeship System. In that selected pilot: focus on mastery based learning and competency; cannot include the construction industry per the Davis-Bacon Act; base apprenticeship paychecks on a scale system to reflect competency; reform the existing Registered Apprenticeship System.
11) From the Introduction to the Report: Task Force actions began July 2017. Other meetings were held August 2017, November 2017, February 2018, March, April, and May 2018; the 4 sub-groups ‘cross pollinated’ their 26 steps to expanding CTE apprenticeships.
12) Also from the Introduction: Higher education (college) is letting Americans down; apprenticeships have a proven track record for affordability and relevancy in America; the U.S. Dept. of Labor has 4 pillars for all programs (apprenticeships included): provide your needs, manages your direction, earn money while you learn, and, rewards you with credentials. Total typical process time these programs take: 1-6 years.
13) Introduction continues with: a) old apprenticeships were focused on construction and manufacturing. New ones will focus on healthcare, IT, transportation,energy, and logistics. b) old pattern (in place since the 1930s) is the base for now; the U.S. Dept of Labor and States partner to ‘upskill and reskill’ citizens. Updates will remove all barriers for disabled, elderly to be included; create stable families (especially for low-income ones); improve economics and social community situations (cites a WA State example on Page 15); apprenticeships praised by bipartisan elected leaders, current and previous White House Administrations, and State Governors. c) Page 16 will show you the huge ‘put down’ aimed at America’s colleges and universities. d) Page 16 also shows the blatant lie that “Apprenticeships can offer a key component to the solution to the skills gap.” (Based off a Harvard University Business School Study. The irony is that Harvard partnered with Pearson to help create the myth of the ‘skills gap’ and helped create the Career Pathways as a solution.Career Pathwaysare a embedded part of CTE!)
e) Warriors, to me, this is the BIGGEST clue to just how globally minded D.C. has become while sacrificing our nation on the altar of our freedoms. The Task Force actually has the audaciousness to bring in how much American apprenticeships should copy the German and Swiss apprenticeships!(*Note: the European Union’s targeted youth ages are 16-24 years of age. That’s 8 years.)
See middle paragraphs on Page 17 for Germany and Switzerland). Be sure to look at the associated footnotes and see the CCSS Machine member groups/resources cited.
14) From the Section “Implementation Challenges”:
a) there are several complex and inter-related ones. Setting a tone of ‘us vs them’, here are what are considered to be challenges for the government:
i) student interest and engagement in ‘worker supply’
ii) parents lack ‘career awareness’
iii) youth do not grasp ‘viable’ tracks for prosperous futures
iv) businesses need better ‘career profiles’
v) communication needs include apprenticeship ‘design signals’ for skills needed
vi) more early career counseling especially for ‘middle skills’ to elevate the dignity of workforce apprenticeships
vii) increase ‘stackable credentials’, increase transportation for participants; increase P3s especially for flexibility in alignment.
15) Warriors, of the 26 action steps (which I gave in my latest video), will begin on Page 21 of the Report. Six steps will involve education/credentialing; Four will expand access, equity and career awareness. Three steps will go toward attracting businesses. The largest group belongs to the administration and regulations for apprenticeships and their implementation (which will be no doubt carried by Executive Order 13845’s created National Workforce Council) at 13 steps.
16) The Conclusion of the Report begins on Page 39. The most important information from this section is that businesses, labor unions, non-profits, trade and industry groups, education, and public officials are pleased to answer President Trump’s call to increase this type of programming in America. As Warriors, notice the ‘lifelong learning’ educratic phrase and how education/workforce aligned apprenticeships will break down American silos.

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, our Nation has just been shoved further down the ‘river of the damned’ in education.
How? The U.S. Senate, by a voice vote, passed the U.S. House’s“Strengthening Career Tech Education (CTE) in the 21st Century Act”(HR 2353).
By this passage, HR 2353, now advances to our President. The ‘mad dash’ rushing we are seeing play out? Oh, that’s 100% on purpose. Why? Look at the recent events surrounding this: a “Made in the USA”exhibit, Ivanka’s main stream media blitz, the big showcase of CCSS Machine groups surrounding President as he signed a NEW executive order on July 19th.
So, WHY is all the activity hyping up? Think about the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) mandate for ALL education to be ‘aligned to post-secondary readiness’. Then, consider the timeline which all was to be in place by: the beginning of the 2018-19 school year.
Warriors, we are quickly approaching the beginning of that ‘academic’ calendar!!

2014: Where the ‘career clusters’ and ‘career readiness’ supporters and their alignment to Common Core were beginning to surface.
2014: The ‘skills gap’ fallacy begins (so to speak.)
Important note: WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) was made into law in 2014. It specifically tied work/labor to education.
2015: The ‘labor reform’ (aligning education to jobs) hits the HEA (Higher Education Act of 2008).
2015: This duo of articles tiesSTEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) to the WIOA and HEA. As we know STEM is a tool of the United Nations to create global workforces.
(*Note: in 2010, the Obama Administration inserted STEM into education about the same time CCSS rolled into the classrooms. The point? A UN (via the NSF, National Science Foundation) directive: “STEM education for STEM people to have STEM jobs to create a STEM economy for greater global good.”)
2015: The career based high schools begin popping up. Dangerous CCSS Machine groups push them out nationally.
2015: This duo gives you a look at the career‘reassignments’ for adults. The workforce alignment isn’t simply for pre-K to 12th grade, Warriors: Even senior citizens are expected to be aligned!
Important note: ESSA was passed and signed into law by the end of 2015.
By August of 2016, WIOA was well in place, HEA was being discussed to be re-written, and ESSA was just getting off the ground, right? A look back at the truth.
2016: Before Rep. Kline left Congress, he got together with Sen. Alexander one last time to make sure their united efforts would live on in combining academics and workforce.
2016: By the end of 2016, the CCSS Machine was trying to convince us all “CCSS was dead”, that CCR, College and Career Readiness, was the ‘new’ kid on the scene and that our entire communities needed to get on the CCR/CTE ‘bandwagon’.
Back in 2016, the ‘sales pitch set-up’ for America was part of the “Better Way” scheming plan from Congress. Workforce globalism courtesy of Rep. Kline, Sen. Alexander, Rep. Ryan, and more.

2017: The quest for searching out the roots of the UN-directed shift in US education hit ‘pay dirt’ when I uncovered the workforce shifting evidence from Minnesota which dated back to the 1990s! Since, then EVERY State in America has this plan for workforce based learning.
2017: While bills like HR 2353 were getting much attention, here were just a few of the other workforce/education bills designed for complete alignment between education and jobs.
How The Past Has Met The Present:
Warriors, in 2016, I gave you these words, “You CANNOT have CTE without Common Core! No matter who you are. The CCSS Machine has spent years embedding CCSS, CTE (and STEM: Science, Technology, Math, and, Science) into 2 and 4 year colleges, apprenticeships..”
These tentacles embrace EVERY school choice and every citizen.
HOW? The goal is ‘cradle to grave’ workforce. Warriors, we are seeing this play out in present day 2018!!

Warriors, the evidence that our President supports CTE is overwhelming. Regardless of how you feel about him personally, the truth is right before us.
As much as it appears the President is turning his back on us, the Vice President is probably doing some sort of happy dance over the CTE expansion. Why would I say that? Again, evidence speaks, NOT my opinion!
The horror and further shoving our nation done the ‘river of the damned’ is that by supporting and expanding CTE, the Trump Administration is supporting and expanding Common Core. Search the archives of campaign rhetoric and you’ll find that supporting and expanding CC wasn’t supposed to be what America got.
Coming To Fruition?!
In 2017, The U.S. Senate brought us a LADDER Act. This Bill was a huge ‘set up’ to globalism workforce AND socialism all in the same ‘place’. How’s that? My article detailed it well. The stark reality, is the most recent (July 19, 2018) Executive Order culled some of the same socialistic bullets from this LADDER! That EO is #13845.
Warriors, note, President Trump is only doing what every other President before him has done: Used his Administration togrease the wheels of progressiveness, socialism, and Marxism. The ‘selling out’ of our freedoms (via education) will also be furthered by future Presidents and their Administrations.
Thus proving what and WHY the CCSS Machine churns on..we are the cogs which they need to make the wheels turn!

It hasn’t mattered who was President or what political party they represent when it comes to ruining real American education. Just look at the timelines which come with all the bogus educratic laws, mandates, and programs: 5 years, 10 years, etc.
For example, HR2353’s impact lasts until at least 2023.
********************************************************************* Sure, all jobs and skills sound and look great, but our freedom is the intended price we’ll be sacrificing. How? Along with all the CCSS Machine workforce based education (which is WHAT CTE is) comes predetermined career tracks, NOT free choice.
The shift being so championed is a UN (United Nations) led one, plain and simple. So, for everyone embracing the expansion of CTE and apprenticeships (which are another global tool in the CCSS Machine’s toolbox), this visual is for you! This is WHAT you are truly embracing.
An Older Trump EO Meets A New One:
In 2017, President Trump signed EO (Executive Order) #13801. This Order expanded apprenticeships, especially at the beck and call of P3s (public private partnerships). Ivanka Trump, during her recent press appearances, kept referring to P-Tech (part of the globally led CCSS Machine’s effort to redesign high schools into worker prep factories). Warriors, remember: ESSA mandated an increase in P3s in K-12 education for ALL school choices!
Warriors, the Task Force which #13801 put into action has been meeting up until recently (2018). It’s job was to come up with ways in which education and jobs were not only ‘joined at the hip’, but the only way to learn. (Remember, the ESSA mandate about ALL education being the same?!) The agenda from #13801 is being carried out in the new #13845 (see the link above).
Here are the 26 Agenda driven ‘suggestions’ from the #13801’s Task Force:
Warriors, #13845 establishes a nation-wide council to oversee and micro-manage not only education, but labor in all 50 States. Does anyone remember that BOTH these federal departments are unconstitutional and therefore ILLEGAL?! The proposed merging of these two as well as the relaxed child labor laws play directly into the expansion of CTE and the apprenticeships!
Lastly, #13845 brings about the shift of education, control, AND, continued loss of individual freedoms! It also brings all the actions of every other related law and program under the thumb of FEDERAL government, not LOCAL control! #13845 brings to life #13801! It INCREASES government!!
Warriors, we must note that the CTE overload, the apprenticeship rush, and the alignment intended for every single citizen is NOT only for students, but the teachers, too.
