Just a quick update, Anti Fed Ed Warriors..my blog is moving to a more private website to protect us all from hackers. From what I’ve been assured, you’ll still get access to all my research (past and present) on the new website.
Thank you for your continued support and patience during this move.
IF you’ve wondered what I’ve been up to since my last mega article, I’ve been pouring over 20 federal budget bills to see where the CCSS Machine’s agenda is hidden. It’s absolutely awful, my friends.
What we need to remember is that FY (Fiscal Year) 2019 is just around the corner, so Congress will be focusing on how much money will be needed.
We cannot simply look at the one or two most obvious federal agencies and their budgets, we MUST take note that there are MANY federal agencies conducting federal education overreach.
They are: U.S. Dept. of Education, U.S. Dept. of Labor, U.S. Dept. of Health/Human Services, U.S. Dept. of Defense, U.S. Dept. of the Interior, U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, U.S. Dept. of Transportation, U.S. Dept. of the State, U.S. Dept. of Justice, the Office of Veteran Affairs, the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), the Office of Budget and Management, U.S. Dept. of Commerce, U.S. Dept. of Energy, the Social Security Administration, and the U.S. Dept. of HUD (Housing and Urban Development).
Stay tuned for more information. I’ll be doing a live Facebook to reveal some of the most important figures and then a follow up article to give you everything else.
To put it bluntly, the government is moving us along…down a path none of us truly asked for. To be even more blunt, it isn’t simply one political party wreaking havoc, it is ALL political parties!
The biggest ‘tidbit’ I’ll leave you with is this: the price tag of the CCSS Machine’s agenda via Congress is not only our ‘public responsibility’ but, an ‘investment opportunity’ for P3s (public private partnerships).
FY 2019’s ‘public debt responsibility’ is set by Congress at $16.6 trillion dollars.
As it stands right now, the FY 2019 figures for education/job training/employment/social services:
$90 billion dollars
Congress’s self imposed deadline for all reports and figures to be completed by: September 14, 2018. If we’re going to impress upon our elected officials we are opposed to the continued taxpayer misuse, we haven’t much time at all.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in the last few days of July, I wrote and published a researched article centered on the former HR 2353, nowPublic Law 115-224, the “Strengthening CTE (Career Tech Education) for the 21st Century Act”. Warriors, the Bill became law when President Trump signed it on July 31, 2018. He was surrounding by lots of CTE ‘champion cheerleaders’.
Interestingly enough, the PA Representative’s (Rep. Thompson, who was the chief sponsor of HR 2353) Press Release stated that this Bill (now Law) overhauls the former Perkins CTE Act of 2006. Speaking of THAT Act, I showed you back in 2014, how the Perkins Act re-branded ‘vocational technical’ to “Career and Technical”.
So, once again, the CCSS Machine has been playing agenda word games with the citizens ever since then. Trouble is, most Americans are still remember education is as it used to be and not fully grasping the toxic changes being sneaked in under some familiar phrasing. Still more troubling is that there is almost zero ‘education’ happening in CTE (Career Tech Ed). It’s roughly 98% workforce training.

Warriors, links to my latestvideoabout the new CTE (Career Tech Education) Law (formerlyHR 2353, now Public Law 115-224). In the video, you’ll learn how the 2017 Executive Order 13801 plays into the Public Law 115-224 as well as connects directly to the new Executive Order 13845, signed July 19, 2018. (*Note, in the opening moments of my latest video, I mistaken identified HR 2353 as a resolution, it was a Bill.)
As I stated in the video, I’m providing much more information in this article.
Previous research into just what PL 115-224 (HR 2353) is going to set up for us across America: 1) From earlier thisyear, States are to take the CTE Pledge. After all, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), STEM Act (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), HEA (Higher Education Act), and ESSA(Every Student Succeeds Act) all have! 2) From 2017. How HR 2353 would ‘level’ all education into the same thing. As we know, that was ESSA’s goal all along.
3) To give you an idea of how eerily close the National Workforce Council created by EO 13845 is to the one laid out in the LADDER Act (as well as how ANY national council will data rape the citizens), read this article of mine.
(Clipart by ClipArt Library, image is by @commoncorediva)
Warriors, you’ll also definitely want to look at theMay 2018 Executive Order 13801’s Final Task Force Report. In it you’ll see that the 3Rs have been sacrificed for the global economy rhetoric. How will this economic portion play out in schools? Career Technical tracks and ‘post-secondary readiness’, as laid out by ESSA.

Task Force Report Notes Previously Not Shared: 1) The entire Report is 51 pages long. Within these pages, the over all policy agenda is 4-fold: Educate, Expand, Control, and Attract (you’ll find this in the U.S. Dept. of Commerce’s Secretary Ross’s introductory letter.)
2) The Task Force created by EO 13801 (Expanding Apprenticeships) was broken into 4 sub-groups. 1) Education and Credentials; 2) Attracting Businesses to Education; 3) Expanding Access, Equity, and Career Awareness; and, 4) Administrating Regulatory Strategies.
3) From the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s Secretary Acosta’s opening letter, his goal was filling ‘insufficient’ skill gap apprenticeships*. The 26 steps the Task Force created will unfold over the next 5 years. *As ‘reported’ by public service, education, trade associations, labor unions, and companies.
4) From the U.S. Dept. of Education’s Secretary DeVos’s opening letter, her input was centered on President Trump’s expansion of apprenticeships. She claims it’s a NATIONAL priority as well as a NATIONAL education one. Her comments target ‘active learners’. She goes on to say the actions will speed up unity between education and jobs. How will this happen? Using more ‘flexible’ industry created learning models. This will, in turn, breed qualified workforce for the 21st Century. This type of qualified workforce will be key for the 21st economy, security, and, prosperity. This learning model will engage learners and be cost-effective for employers. Workforce based learning will a great way to learn, work, and earn. (*Note, underlined below will be the evidence we need showing the continued federal overreach ‘commitment’.)
5) From the U.S. Dept. of Commerce’s Secretary Ross’s letter. These 26 steps will update an 80 year old American system. He goes on to stress that the historic gains the President has made will be a carrot to fill high-skilled jobs. Sec. Ross mentions Rep. Foxx’smisinformationabout the unfilled 6 million jobs in America. (*Note: be sure to scroll down to the comments section of the embedded article directly above.)
6) From the Report’s Executive Summary, the tone suggests that the entire woe of America is higher education, as in, colleges and universities! “When implemented correctly, apprenticeships will provide a career path!” (See Page 10)
7) From the 1st sub-group: Expand industry recognized apprenticeship programs, especially the ‘learn-to-earn’ ones; include CBE (competency based education) assessments; P3s (public private partnerships) clarify national portable credentials (national ID card for working); federal government identifies available resources to carry these activities out (industry sector led financing).
8) From the 2nd sub-group: use and streamline various funding streams in simple ways for attracting businesses to education (State incentives); study skill gap shortages (data rape/manipulation); U.S. Dept. of Labor centralizes all data between all participants.
9) From the 3rd sub-group: Federal government funds an all out advertising blitz (propaganda) to raise awareness for workforce based apprenticeships/aligned education; incentives by federal government to businesses for more ‘learn-to-earn’ programs; U.S. Dept. of Labor leads funding campaigns to create more community based efforts for aligned apprenticeships; improve the existing data base for the Registered Apprenticeship System.
10) From the 4th sub-group: Begin with pilot project for expanding CTE apprenticeships via a selected industry from the existing Registered Apprenticeship System. In that selected pilot: focus on mastery based learning and competency; cannot include the construction industry per the Davis-Bacon Act; base apprenticeship paychecks on a scale system to reflect competency; reform the existing Registered Apprenticeship System.
11) From the Introduction to the Report: Task Force actions began July 2017. Other meetings were held August 2017, November 2017, February 2018, March, April, and May 2018; the 4 sub-groups ‘cross pollinated’ their 26 steps to expanding CTE apprenticeships.
12) Also from the Introduction: Higher education (college) is letting Americans down; apprenticeships have a proven track record for affordability and relevancy in America; the U.S. Dept. of Labor has 4 pillars for all programs (apprenticeships included): provide your needs, manages your direction, earn money while you learn, and, rewards you with credentials. Total typical process time these programs take: 1-6 years.
13) Introduction continues with: a) old apprenticeships were focused on construction and manufacturing. New ones will focus on healthcare, IT, transportation, energy, and logistics. b) old pattern (in place since the 1930s) is the base for now; the U.S. Dept of Labor and States partner to ‘upskill and reskill’ citizens. Updates will remove all barriers for disabled, elderly to be included; create stable families (especially for low-income ones); improve economics and social community situations (cites a WA State example on Page 15); apprenticeships praised by bipartisan elected leaders, current and previous White House Administrations, and State Governors. c) Page 16 will show you the huge ‘put down’ aimed at America’s colleges and universities. d) Page 16 also shows the blatant lie that “Apprenticeships can offer a key component to the solution to the skills gap.” (Based off a Harvard University Business School Study. The irony is that Harvard partnered with Pearson to help create the myth of the ‘skills gap’ and helped create the Career Pathways as a solution.Career Pathwaysare a embedded part of CTE!)
e) Warriors, to me, this is the BIGGEST clue to just how globally minded D.C. has become while sacrificing our nation on the altar of our freedoms. The Task Force actually has the audaciousness to bring in how much American apprenticeships should copy the German and Swiss apprenticeships!(*Note: the European Union’s targeted youth ages are 16-24 years of age. That’s 8 years.)
See middle paragraphs on Page 17 for Germany and Switzerland). Be sure to look at the associated footnotes and see the CCSS Machine member groups/resources cited.
14) From the Section “Implementation Challenges”:
a) there are several complex and inter-related ones. Setting a tone of ‘us vs them’, here are what are considered to be challenges for the government:
i) student interest and engagement in ‘worker supply’
ii) parents lack ‘career awareness’
iii) youth do not grasp ‘viable’ tracks for prosperous futures
iv) businesses need better ‘career profiles’
v) communication needs include apprenticeship ‘design signals’ for skills needed
vi) more early career counseling especially for ‘middle skills’ to elevate the dignity of workforce apprenticeships
vii) increase ‘stackable credentials’, increase transportation for participants; increase P3s especially for flexibility in alignment.
15) Warriors, of the 26 action steps (which I gave in my latest video), will begin on Page 21 of the Report. Six steps will involve education/credentialing; Four will expand access, equity and career awareness. Three steps will go toward attracting businesses. The largest group belongs to the administration and regulations for apprenticeships and their implementation (which will be no doubt carried by Executive Order 13845’s created National Workforce Council) at 13 steps.
16) The Conclusion of the Report begins on Page 39. The most important information from this section is that businesses, labor unions, non-profits, trade and industry groups, education, and public officials are pleased to answer President Trump’s call to increase this type of programming in America. As Warriors, notice the ‘lifelong learning’ educratic phrase and how education/workforce aligned apprenticeships will break down American silos.
1) From 2017, anopen letterto anyone who teaches CTE. From my heart, hard questions about why anyone would NOT fight what their job is being turned into.
2) From early July 2018, all the reasons WHY we should exercise our American citizenshipresponsibilities to HALT our government in its tracks.
3) From 2016, the Heads Up and Made in AmericaWhite House created initiatives helped ramp up themarriagebetween U.S. Dept. of Education and U.S. Dept. of Labor. (*Note: look at the recent White House events centered around “Made In America”. Consider these events were right around the time the new CTE Law was signed.)
4) From 2017, I invite you to go back and watch the 4 embedded videos to contrast the continued workforce shift unfolding right before our eyes. See how relevantthis information STILL is!
5) From 2015, thispairof articlesshowyou the “Upskilling” going on in America at that time and how it fit into the CCSS Machine’s agenda.
6) From a few days ago, the Women on the Wallconference callwhere Alice Linahan, Mary Black, and I tie CTE to the CBE (Competency Based Education) which is used by the SEL (Social Emotional Learning) to shift our kids values, attitudes, and beliefs.
Driving this all? The United Nations and its SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) use of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) for the global/national economics.
(Clipart by ClipArt Library, image is by @commoncorediva)
Warriors, this doesn’t have to be our nation’s epitaph! This doesn’t have to be the future our children face, either. We must, I repeat, MUST, protect our families. How? Listen to the closing moments of the Women on the Wall call.
If you’re like me, you recognize the federal government’s propaganda is about to step up to never before seen proportions. CTE, apprenticeships, and all that goes with them are NOT America’s savior. They are NOT your family’s savior in any way, shape, form, or fashion.
There’s only one Savior in our lives, and it ISN’T aligned workforce based education!
Our Savior IS Jesus Christ.
God save us all as we go on from here. Pick up your swords, my Warriors.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, our Nation has just been shoved further down the ‘river of the damned’ in education.
How? The U.S. Senate, by a voice vote, passed the U.S. House’s“Strengthening Career Tech Education (CTE) in the 21st Century Act”(HR 2353).
By this passage, HR 2353, now advances to our President. The ‘mad dash’ rushing we are seeing play out? Oh, that’s 100% on purpose. Why? Look at the recent events surrounding this: a “Made in the USA”exhibit, Ivanka’s main stream media blitz, the big showcase of CCSS Machine groups surrounding President as he signed a NEW executive order on July 19th.
So, WHY is all the activity hyping up? Think about the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) mandate for ALL education to be ‘aligned to post-secondary readiness’. Then, consider the timeline which all was to be in place by: the beginning of the 2018-19 school year.
Warriors, we are quickly approaching the beginning of that ‘academic’ calendar!!
(To see the complete list of actions for HR 2353, visit this link.)
Think back, my fellow Warriors, we saw the same ‘rush’ job when it was time for ESSA to become law.
Here’s a timeline BEFORE I show you some of the latest information. The timeline will help you better ‘connect the dots’.
**************************************************************************** A Timeline:
If you’d like to see the ‘sales pitch’ from 2014, where CTE was being pumped up by Congress and the CCSS Machine (it’s the featured shot for this article), here it is in full form:
2014: Where the ‘career clusters’ and ‘career readiness’ supporters and their alignment to Common Core were beginning to surface.
2014: The ‘skills gap’ fallacy begins (so to speak.)
Important note: WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) was made into law in 2014. It specifically tied work/labor to education.
2015: The ‘labor reform’ (aligning education to jobs) hits the HEA (Higher Education Act of 2008).
2015: This duo of articles tiesSTEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) to the WIOA and HEA. As we know STEM is a tool of the United Nations to create global workforces.
(*Note: in 2010, the Obama Administration inserted STEM into education about the same time CCSS rolled into the classrooms. The point? A UN (via the NSF, National Science Foundation) directive: “STEM education for STEM people to have STEM jobs to create a STEM economy for greater global good.”)
2015: The career based high schools begin popping up. Dangerous CCSS Machine groups push them out nationally.
2015: This duo gives you a look at the career‘reassignments’ for adults. The workforce alignment isn’t simply for pre-K to 12th grade, Warriors: Even senior citizens are expected to be aligned!
Important note: ESSA was passed and signed into law by the end of 2015.
By August of 2016, WIOA was well in place, HEA was being discussed to be re-written, and ESSA was just getting off the ground, right? A look back at the truth.
2016: Before Rep. Kline left Congress, he got together with Sen. Alexander one last time to make sure their united efforts would live on in combining academics and workforce.
2016: By the end of 2016, the CCSS Machine was trying to convince us all “CCSS was dead”, that CCR, College and Career Readiness, was the ‘new’ kid on the scene and that our entire communities needed to get on the CCR/CTE ‘bandwagon’.
Back in 2016, the ‘sales pitch set-up’ for America was part of the “Better Way” scheming plan from Congress. Workforce globalism courtesy of Rep. Kline, Sen. Alexander, Rep. Ryan, and more.
To see a more recent Congressional view of CTE from Congress and the CCSS Machine, which shows how well the “Better Way”‘sales pitch’ has worked, look below. (*Note: look for “Better Way” in the “We Have Answers” paragraph.)
2017: The quest for searching out the roots of the UN-directed shift in US education hit ‘pay dirt’ when I uncovered the workforce shifting evidence from Minnesota which dated back to the 1990s! Since, then EVERY State in America has this plan for workforce based learning.
2017: While bills like HR 2353 were getting much attention, here were just a few of the other workforce/education bills designed for complete alignment between education and jobs.
How The Past Has Met The Present:
Warriors, in 2016, I gave you these words, “You CANNOT have CTE without Common Core! No matter who you are. The CCSS Machine has spent years embedding CCSS, CTE (and STEM: Science, Technology, Math, and, Science) into 2 and 4 year colleges, apprenticeships..”
These tentacles embrace EVERY school choice and every citizen.
HOW? The goal is ‘cradle to grave’ workforce. Warriors, we are seeing this play out in present day 2018!!
From the files, is a picture of (then) President-elect Trump’s Plan. Warriors, this is happening right now!
Warriors, the evidence that our President supports CTE is overwhelming. Regardless of how you feel about him personally, the truth is right before us.
As much as it appears the President is turning his back on us, the Vice President is probably doing some sort of happy dance over the CTE expansion. Why would I say that? Again, evidence speaks, NOT my opinion!
The horror and further shoving our nation done the ‘river of the damned’ is that by supporting and expanding CTE, the Trump Administration is supporting and expanding Common Core. Search the archives of campaign rhetoric and you’ll find that supporting and expanding CC wasn’t supposed to be what America got.
Coming To Fruition?!
In 2017, The U.S. Senate brought us a LADDER Act. This Bill was a huge ‘set up’ to globalism workforce AND socialism all in the same ‘place’. How’s that? My article detailed it well. The stark reality, is the most recent (July 19, 2018) Executive Order culled some of the same socialistic bullets from this LADDER! That EO is #13845.
Warriors, note, President Trump is only doing what every other President before him has done: Used his Administration togrease the wheels of progressiveness, socialism, and Marxism. The ‘selling out’ of our freedoms (via education) will also be furthered by future Presidents and their Administrations.
Thus proving what and WHY the CCSS Machine churns on..we are the cogs which they need to make the wheels turn!
(*Note: The Presidential ‘greasiness’ dates back to the 1930s (and further). See the trail.)
It hasn’t mattered who was President or what political party they represent when it comes to ruining real American education. Just look at the timelines which come with all the bogus educratic laws, mandates, and programs: 5 years, 10 years, etc.
For example, HR2353’s impact lasts until at least 2023.
********************************************************************* Sure, all jobs and skills sound and look great, but our freedom is the intended price we’ll be sacrificing. How? Along with all the CCSS Machine workforce based education (which is WHAT CTE is) comes predetermined career tracks, NOT free choice.
The shift being so championed is a UN (United Nations) led one, plain and simple. So, for everyone embracing the expansion of CTE and apprenticeships (which are another global tool in the CCSS Machine’s toolbox), this visual is for you! This is WHAT you are truly embracing.
An Older Trump EO Meets A New One:
In 2017, President Trump signed EO (Executive Order) #13801. This Order expanded apprenticeships, especially at the beck and call of P3s (public private partnerships). Ivanka Trump, during her recent press appearances, kept referring to P-Tech (part of the globally led CCSS Machine’s effort to redesign high schools into worker prep factories). Warriors, remember: ESSA mandated an increase in P3s in K-12 education for ALL school choices!
Warriors, the Task Force which #13801 put into action has been meeting up until recently (2018). It’s job was to come up with ways in which education and jobs were not only ‘joined at the hip’, but the only way to learn. (Remember, the ESSA mandate about ALL education being the same?!) The agenda from #13801 is being carried out in the new #13845 (see the link above).
Here are the 26 Agenda driven ‘suggestions’ from the #13801’s Task Force:
Warriors, #13845 establishes a nation-wide council to oversee and micro-manage not only education, but labor in all 50 States. Does anyone remember that BOTH these federal departments are unconstitutional and therefore ILLEGAL?! The proposed merging of these two as well as the relaxed child labor laws play directly into the expansion of CTE and the apprenticeships!
Lastly, #13845 brings about the shift of education, control, AND, continued loss of individual freedoms! It also brings all the actions of every other related law and program under the thumb of FEDERAL government, not LOCAL control! #13845 brings to life #13801! It INCREASES government!!
Warriors, we must note that the CTE overload, the apprenticeship rush, and the alignment intended for every single citizen is NOT only for students, but the teachers, too.
It’s for Johnny and Suzy, Johnny and Suzy’s parents, and, Johnny and Suzy’s grandparents. This shift is also for Johnny and Suzy’s children. I’ve lots more information I need to share, so watch for an upcoming Facebook Live video from me. I’ll be sure to give you all you need to know to resist this!
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, have you heard about“Ready By 21”?! It’s to ensure ALL students are ready for college/career/life by the time they reach 21 years of age. What group is responsible for Ready? The Forum for Youth Investment. (*Note: we’ll look into them later in this article.)
While ‘Ready By 21’ isn’t new (nor its agenda), it is timely to look into with the recent news that Sec. DeVos believes all American schools should be just like their European counterparts. This DeVos news, of course, is a great supporter of the proposed U.S. Departments of Education and Labor merging, too. I covered that in my last article, as well as a trio of Facebook live videos, too.
Warriors, several nationally recognized groups have shown how the merger is toxic for us. Many independent media shows have also picked up the banner of #nomerger, yet the petition supporting our opposition is crawling along in support.
We MUST get serious about having this petition reach its 100,000 signature goal, otherwise we LOSE an opportunity to be heard in DC!
How does DeVos’s belief mirror support for the merger? That recent article detailed her belief that workforce readiness is far more important than academics.
Other CCSS Machine agenda items about being so much like Europe are:
1) It’s a way to usher in ‘globalism’ or ‘global education for all’;
2) It’s a gentle way to introduce the ‘collectivism’ incorporated into workforce based education and divorce your mind from ‘individualism’.
3) If this is sounding like a lot of United Nations double speak to you, you’re right on target! It is.
However, Warriors, here’s ‘the other shoe’ in relationship to “Ready by 21”; it’s “Credentialed by 26″.
Before I give you more details into 21:26 (as I’ll call it), think about this: the CURRENTEuropean Commission’s Youth Guarantee Program funnels young people through a similar track.
It targets those students of ALL educational choices and backgrounds between the ages of 16 and 24.
Basically, if you’re not in some sort of school training, you’re working for someone else. Why? Because working for yourself doesn’t boost the collective economy near as much as working for local businesses. Think I’m joking? Watch the European Commission’s Youth Guarantee original promotional video:
Warriors, if you’d like to learn more about the European Commission’s ties to the European Union, go here. If you’d like more on how the European Union is tied to the United Nations, go here. For a visual on how these are all tied together:
As far as how all this type of alignment is paid for in America, it’s either tax payer funds or P3 (public private partnerships). Each have many strings to bind our education to a workforce based system.
In Europe, the funds come from 2 places, as well. One way is through the ‘member states’ and their commitment to a collective budget. In the budget are apprenticeships, higher education fees, and more. This YEI (Youth Employment Initiative) not only ‘compliments’ the Guarantee Initiative, but targets regions with low employment. The second way Europe funds all this is the ESF (European Social Fund).
The ESF works on a local, regional, and, national level in ALL employment related programs, agencies, groups, and, businesses across each ‘member state’. It’s main ‘attracting tool’?! Vocational training/school.
Warriors, in America ‘vocational training/school’ was re-branded to Career Tech Education (CTE) with the Perkins Act, the WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Act), as well as ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act)! The current re-written versions of the existing HEA (Higher Education Act), also use CTE. What’s more is CTE IS Common Core for workforce ‘human capital’!!
Warriors, how would the U.S. Dept. of Education and U. S. Dept. of Labor’s merger mirror the EU’s funding? It would combine the funding based off the existing funding streams in use by WIOA, ESSA, STEM, Perkins funding, as well as the P3s.
On the State level, we only need to look to our General Assemblies or State Congressional laws/bills. For example, NC has a bill currently waiting on the ‘long session’ to convene where funds for MORE CTE are not only generated off the taxpayer’s backs, but includes federal funds, and P3s, to guarantee all 100 counties have Career Tech Education for more jobs for better economic standing! (*Note: the Bill is called the “Future Ready Student Act”)
If you’ve read my blog for long you may recall I shared with you the NC Prosperity Zones. These Zones play into the workforce aligned education shift. When I shared this awful news back in 2015, I posed the question about this type of educratic overreach creating segregation in our nation. Knowing how the UN’s plan is playing out already in American education, I don’t think it’s a question anymore. I think we have our answer. We know the nation’s been split into CTE based College/Career Ready regions. If we didn’t know better, we’d think this was totally unrelated to the EU’s regionalism. But, then since the EU’s ways are the UN’s ways, we know regionalism is also, a United Nations tool.
Warriors, the question you should ask your State: Is this already in place where I live? The demand we should be making is to HALT the continued alignment of work and education in DC.
Forum for Youth Investment:
Warriors, what you see is a 2011 version of the Forum’s ‘snapshot’ for your student, school, and community. You can find the entire ‘log’ of details, here. I urge you to not only read the entire Plan for ‘stakeholders’, but compare it to the EU’s YEI and ESF. You’ll find they are not so far removed from each other. You’ll also see that the Forum for Youth Investment had partnered with Corporate Voices for Working Families in the 2011 stakeholder’s Plan.
Corporate Voices for Working Families was begun in 2001 with funding from the Marriott Foundation. Other CCSS Machine foundations like the Gates and Kellogg were also helpful. If you’ve heard of the “Learn and Earn” Initiatives across America, this is the source of them.
Warriors, you’ll also want to see the Congressionally mapped out RoI (Return on Investment) information the Forum has on our youth across America. If ever we doubted that our kids were being ‘data raped’, this will help prove it. If you’d like to see the dollar figure attached to your child form this 2017 document, look below:
Oh, and the Forum’s“Ready by 21, Credentialed by 26”? That’s supported by the Gates Foundation. Here’s a screen shot of one of the publications for 21:26:
To access all the archives for “Ready by 21, Credentialed by 26”, go here. To see the October 2018 upcoming Forum conference where you’ll see SEL (social emotional learning) lumped in with all the ‘readiness’, look here. Currently, it appears 3 States are in the Forum’s focus : VA, TN, and, FL. If you live in these 3 States, this is your opportunity to use the current merger petition to fight back!
If you live in other States, you’ll want the complete list of previously targeted States and cities found here. (*For example, NC, where I live had 4 different Ready by 21 programs started between 2009 and 2015. Those programs are firmly in place NOW. For other States, their entire system is a “Ready by 21” one!)
Warriors, we’ve not a second to lose! Every single American from within our borders is in the sights of the CCSS Machine. The Ed/Labor merger plays right into this. The shift for workforce readiness encroaches into every school choice and every home across our nation. It’ll keep going unless we fight back! We cannot simply empty the public schools and think this will go away. We must demand our local, State, and, federal systems completely divorce the United Nations’ systematic demise of our education!
We must realize that NO school choice will escape this ‘readiness’ regime. We certainly know that each of us is worth MORE than a mere $30,000.00! We certainly know that all this violates our U.S. Constitution, our civil rights, AND, our pursuit of happiness! Join us in being a force to be reckoned with when it comes to saving our youth! Stop the scorning of your children.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, mental health overreaches in education has turned out to be quite the in-depth focus of 2018 I hadn’t counted on. In this article is still moreevidence our nation’s leadership, under the direction of the CCSS Machine, is coming TOTALLY unglued!
Before I get to the ‘new’ stuff, a recap of evidence and research I’ve put together so far. (This will be a helpful reminder for those who want to connect the new stuff to the previous, as well as catch anyone new to this, up to speed.)
Recent Fed Led Ed Overreaches And State Proof Of Compliance:
1) Examples from NC and KS about SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) and mental health; Medicaid transformation grants, etc. (*Note for NC, it’s House Bill 933, for KS, it’s a specific school district’s evidence)
2) This one gives you a look at the early education SEL conformity; the overdosing of our school children; and a brief history of how the mental health push is at least 50 years old. (*Note all 50 States have been a ‘player’ in this.)
3) This article is where I embedded my first Facebook live video exposing the Resilience documentary and supporting evidence/links for Warriors to use seeing how all this is embedded in ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act).
4) The follow up to #3, has the 2nd Facebook live video I made on exposing Resilience and links showing the different programs, documents, etc. This will involve many different States. 5) Then, from thePatriot Institute, a more condensed version of all of most of the above information. This one even has action steps, using NC as an example. (*Note: to my NC Warriors, HB 933 is woven into almost all of my evidence, but it is still more we need to be watching for!)
6) My interview on the Kate Dalley Show gave the entire nation a huge wake up call! Kate noted that in UT, as in other States, the #1 issue for legislators is NOT quality education it’s mental health mandates!
A Bit Deeper Look At NC’s General Statute:
Warriors, I know not all of us live in the same State, but I want to give you some context to base ALL new mental health/education related legislation on. WHY? By using the pre-existing laws for such in our States, it will be very easy to attach the ESSA mandates! By using NC as the example, you can begin to know where in your State similar laws/actions can be not only found, but linked together!
We HAVE to know what we’re fighting and from WHAT direction to be successful in protecting our families.
The NC General State Statute I’m referring to is NC GS Chapter 122C. If you’re drawing a blank as to its contents and how it intersects with the ESSA mandates for ‘school safety’ (where mental health overreaches will be inserted), please refer to Link #1 above (that’s my “Brains and Agenda”article).
The context surrounding Chapter 122C is this:
This 1985 Law for Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse set up POLICY for NC to ASSIST the citizens who NEED these services. The assistance was (and still should be) consistent with dignity, citizens’ rights, and responsibilities. (*Note: who or what is the responsible party? Responsible for what?) The Chapter further obligates the State of NC to provide community based services.
Warriors, pause for a second and consider the family wrap around service mandates in ESSA for ‘student success’. These are embedded in the 21st Century Community Learning Centers, the Community Schools, the after-school enrichment programs, etc.
What State organization is in charge of such services? According to Chapter 122C, the NC State Dept. of Health/Human Services. Also in the Chapter is the provision for any money allocated or ‘otherwise available’ for us in mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse. Warriors, with the amount of federal education funds being earmarked for mental health assessments and interventions, this means those funds will be inserted, too!
To further illustrate the dire situation this creates with a pending bill like NC HB 933 (increases school mental health staff/services), Chapter 122C also allows the State to use appropriate State funds (taxpayer dollars), non-state funds (?) and OTHER ‘mental health resources’. (You’ll find these under the phrase “within available resources”.)
Chapter 122C also puts the State in charge of any State and/or local government development and maintenance of a unified system for all mental health and related services. This system is part of a continuum (public service, never ending system) for any client (person receiving mental health and related services) WHILE considering any available services in the PRIVATE sector! (*Note, this is where the ‘withing available resources’ comes into play. The ‘within available resources also targets populations as well as sets the State and local counties up for ‘matching funds’ to continue these entitlement programs.)
What are those services, you may be asking? How do they fit into the ESSA mandates? Front end services and indirect services will BOTH fit ESSA.
HOW? Front end activities are: screening, assessing, emergencies, and referring anyone suspected of needing mental health/developmental or substance abuse aids. Indirect service activities are: coordinating plans for treatment/services rendered, consultations, prevention, and education.
Warriors, within this one NC General Statute, ‘school’ is embedded 44 times! Remember, much of these types of services before and since ESSA will tap federal and State Medicaid funding. It’s been recalculated to be included in the education funds of Title 1 and others!
New MH (Mental Health) Information And Related Items:
Warriors, recently the Leadership Conference Education Fund hosted a webinar on school safety. Much of the conversation dealt with school discipline. There’s quite a bit of language in ESSA which sets up what ‘safe schools’ should look like, too. From this webinar, the concerns from the Leadership Conference Education Fund (part of CivilRights.org) centered on the U.S. Dept. of Education’s wavering stance on a 2014 School Discipline Guideline Document. The Fund (for short) noted all kinds of facts/figures during the webinar about bullying, discrimination and that we, as a nation need to keep the 2014 School Discipline guidelines. (*Note: from my archives, The Leadership Fund/CivilRights.org supported ESSA’s passage into law and all that goes with it.) (*Note: if you cannot get the ‘webinar’ link to display, try downloading and opening from there.)
How this is playing into the ESSA mandates is this: by ramping up the need for school discipline, you in turn ramp up the need for interventions as to WHY Johnny and/or Suzy are acting so negatively. The Fund is actually calling for MORE services in schools to intervene with behavior management! The Fund is seeking out Americans who will challenge U.S. Dept. of Education to exercise more consistent control in schools when it comes to anything from ‘minor infractions’ to violence.
Warriors, as the mental health grab continues on our families and students, ‘minor infractions’ are the first step into labeling a child as ‘mentally in need on interventions’. When that label is attached the money to the schools increases! (*Note, listen to the interview with Kate Dalley)
From ESEA As Amended By ESSA:
Warriors, so there’s no doubt about the mental health overreaches in ESSA. Check out the references below from the official U.S. Law books. It’s ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965) as Amended by ESSA, (Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015).

The NIH’s BRAIN Initiative:
The NIH is short for National Institutes of Health and is part of the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. Back in 2016, I had this screen shot in one of my articles exposing the BRAIN Initiative:
Why you should read that 2016 article: COBRE Grants, they’re used in all the States.
Related is this article from 2016, where the 2017 federal budget winners were all oddly in health agencies with direct access to education, thanks to ESSA. Why this matters now: what was started in 2017 hasn’t gone away. It was in 2018’s and will be in 2019’s, too.
From 2017, this article of mine has several links to others and focuses on Congressional legislation to beef up biometrics (used in mental health interventions and assessments). Why is this important NOW? Biometrics is to be used on every American, at every level of education.
The latest on the BRAIN Initiative from the NIH can be found here. By the way, BRAIN is short for “Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies®” However, look below at one of the distinct purposes of BRAIN. This is from the BRAIN Initiative’s 2025 Plan:
I urge you to look into the P3s the NIH has for the BRAIN Initiative. The international connections, and so much more.
From Innovative Schools (‘innovation’ is part of the student data raping mandates in ESSA):
The brochure is full of not only PBIS, but school discipline, ‘whole child’ learning and more.
Warriors, as I’ve stated before (and you can hear it on Kate’s interview), I am NOT opposed to helping those who truly need mental health services. ESSA’s mandates and the government intrusion create an environment where EVERYONE stands to be somehow mentally impaired! Our children have had ENOUGH of being ‘test subjects’ for what MAY or MAY NOT work in education!
Based on the evidence I have researched, I do not believe mental health overreaches belong in school, using taxpayer funds to combine education and mental health care. I do not believe our federal government should be misusing our tax funds for their idea of what a healthy, mentally balanced person should be. It is not their right, it is not their jurisdiction! If a child/student/or adult/student needs mental health care assistance, we should certainly help them get to the properly licensed and qualified health care professionals, not wannabe doctors or quasi professionals.
*Personal note: I’ll be out of town most of this first full week of June 2018. I’ll update you as much as I can via my Twitter account (@commoncorediva) or on Facebook. Please, take the time to really comb through this in-depth article. Find out what’s happening in your State. Stand up and fight it! Share this information, we have all our children to lose if we are not aware of what’s going on.
Warriors, have you noticed our States appear to have a “Mary Poppins Complex” when it comes to giving us terrible education news? What do I mean by a “Mary Poppins Complex”? It was the attitude Julie Andrews portrayed when she had medicine to give the kids, but it was given with ‘a spoonful of sugar’ to make it more appealing.
When it comes to education, there’s been a lot of sugar coating going on. Especially since we were ‘given’ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act). Especially when it came to our students mental health.
Back in 2016, I showed you the federal ‘spoonfuls of sugar’ being shoved down our student’s throats as far as SEL (Social Emotional Learning). Especially the youngest students. From that article, look below:
With the increase in SEL (Social emotional learning) this type of ‘medicine’ is only getting more toxic for our students.
Ironically, in 2010, Edutopialiterally laid out the ‘selling points’ for SEL. Among them? Less school violence and bullying using SEL because, after all ‘the whole child’ is being educated.
In this 2017 article, it’s revealed that one in every six adults is on some type of psychotropic drug. For children, the number is even bigger.
Of the over 1 million cited, over half this group is in the 4-5 year old age group. Roughly 275,000 of the 1 million are less than a year old! Those ages 2 to 3 are estimated to be somewhere near 371,000. From 6-12 years old, the numbers are frightening at just over 4 million children in the US.
Below are some figures from IMS Health (a healthcare technology/patient data tracking company) about our kids, most of whom are in schools across the nations, regardless of what type of school. (Source for all the figures seen below.) (*Note: Figures are from 2013/14; IMS Health has since with Quintiles and is now known as Iqvia.)
From Iquiva’s 2016 Annual Report (latest available), you’ll find that
a) it’s a global company
b) billions of dollars in prescription drugs and related services
c) massive data tracking and mining
d) the company helps drive drug prices
e) is big into clinical trials and biomedicine (including wearable tracking devices)
f) conducts medical research and development

**************************************************************** “Mary Poppins Complex” In Education:
While I will state that I do not support the Church of Scientology, a mental health watchdog group associated with them has published a “Child Drugging: Psychiatry Destroying Lives” report. Chapter One exposes the long line of educational demise at the hands of psychometric drugs.
John Dewey’s description from the Report, “JOHN DEWEY, psychologist and promoter of the “man is an animal” theory, labeled the urge to teach children to read early in life a “perversion,” and advocated that schools should take on the role of social, rather than academic, institutions.”
G. Stanley Hall’s description, “G. STANLEY HALL, first president of the American Psychological Association, explained education for the masses was not necessary. “We must overcome the fetishism of the alphabet, of the multiplication tables, of grammar,” he said. “It would be no serious loss if a child never learned to read.”
This is an excerpt from Chapter One we can easily connect to ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act)
“In the 1960s and ’70s, psychological programs known collectively as Outcome Based Education (OBE) were introduced into schools. Psychiatrists and psychologists, who directed the philosophy of OBE, claimed that three sources of stress had to be eliminated from schools: 1) school failure 2) a curriculum centered around academics and 3) disciplinary procedures. School failure was the chief villain, they said, leading to “feelings of inferiority,” behavior problems like truancy and an unsocial attitude.* Walking arm in arm, psychology and psychiatry set the stage for the collapse of education at a profit to themselves. In 1962, they received nearly a billion dollars in the United States alone for their role in education. Today, funds channeled to “special education” for psychiatrist-defined “learning disabilities” has reached $30 billion (23.6 billion UK pounds). However, the U.S. Department of Education found that 40% of the children being spuriously labeled with these “disorders” had simply never been taught to read.” (*Note: the asterisk placed by ‘attitude’ referred to a Sol Cohen. I found his work housed in a Cambridge University archive. Look below for how Cambridge classified his work. In the link above, look for item #7 to see Cohen’s material.)
(*Note: In 2016, I showed you how Cambridge University was involved in the CCSS Machine as far as assessments.)
From this historical evidence, it appears Cohen’s work has been used several times since it was written. One of the last times was in 1979 during the “Private Philanthropy and Public Elementary and Secondary Education; Proceedings of the Rockefeller Archive Center“ Conference. (*Note: as you scroll down the list of Conferences look at the titles, the agenda items. You’ll see ‘patronizing the public’; ‘children at risk’, and so much more!)
This is a bold piece of evidence for P3s (public private partnerships) in education.
As we know, the Rockefellersare CCSS Machine members.
(*Note: the screen shot above is from the sample pages for the Conference Booklet. You can order and download for free, the entire Booklet. You’ll want to read all of the pages!)
Warriors, OBE lives in ESSA in the form of CBE (Competency Based Education) aka: College and Career Readiness/Career Pathways, etc. ESSA codified OBE through Common Core’s re-brands as well as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) and CTE (Career Tech Education).
According to the video below, ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965) embedded mental health services (and thus treatments including medications). As we know ESSA codified everything which was in ESEA.
It also points out to the overall idea those in charge had: schools would better serve communities as mental health facilities NOT academic institutions. At least 20 million school children are diagnosed with some form of mental disorder (as of this video’s publication). Diagnosing them? School psychologists in a matter of minutes. You’ll also hear from parents how their children (forced to use these types of drugs) share violent behaviors increased (remember Edutopia’s sale pitch of decreased violence with SEL tactics?).
Warriors, we’ve often heard how the US academic standings have fallen, but do we hear (as often) the numbers for mental disorders is RISING? If anything is to blame for the demise of our students it would be the CCSS Machine’s grasp on education AND healthcare.
Related Resources Mentioned in the 10 Minute Video:
*To see the ERIC resource for the White House Conferences on Children (you’ll really want to use the zoom in feature and search feature), go here. (*Note: you’ll see that one of the historic Conferences referred to America as a ‘democracy’, as well as what was the nation’s assumption of the government’s responsibility in education.) The 1950 Conference is the one which laid the groundwork for mental health provisions in ESEA.
From the National Archives, this excellent trail of evidence will lead you to the mental health grab we are seeing.
*Here’s the 1998 Consensus Development Conferencedocument. You’ll need to note that while this document does contain mental health information, you’ll also see the Rand Corporation, the U.S. National Institutes of Health, the Delphi method, and more.
*Also mentioned in the video was the National Education Consortium (NEC). Below is a screen shot of the article where the NEC’sDirector and Tom DeWeese(American Policy Center) address the mental health grab for students:
As far as the ‘psychological’ mandates in the original ESEA and its newer version, ESSA?
*1965’s law (ESEA) had one mandate (Page 41) where ‘psychological services’ were to be among all the other supportive measures to help educationally deprived children. There were other, more general mandates for mental health, but only one specifically for psychological manipulation.
2015’s law (ESSA) has 4 mandates. Specialized school staff, two types of psychological services for Native Americans, and, school based mental health services providers.
Warriors, this doesn’t include the number of times ‘mental health’ was embedded in ESEA/ESSA. That number? Seventeen. See below:
Not in the video, but helpful:
*Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS)information from the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. Look at the ‘children’s health’ information.
*Daily Behavior Report Cards(DRC) from Dr. Kurtz show exactly what your students are measured on (as far as mental health) on a daily basis from 2017. Kurtz is a world-wide renown expert on ADHD.
*School counselors are being used against families to steer students towards Career Pathways (Obama Initiative) as well as Behavioral Standards. While both articles are archived, the alignment lives on in 2018.
*Look in your State for ‘school safety’ legislative committees or legislation. Mental health has been implanted as a behavior management tool. These types of moves not only adhere to a federal mandate, but answer the rallying cries of those who seek to turn schools into mental health facilities. Here’s proof from NC:
*NASP (National Association of School Psychologists) suggests more mental health care providers among our students. Guess what, that’s an ESSA’s mandate! Warriors, what number does your State have? NC’s pushing for more providers/funds to satisfy ESSA’s mandate.
So the question is: Does my State value its federal spoonful of ‘fed led education medicine’ MORE than my student?
Where is the protest over this reality?! Any education dollar more important than people is dirty money, Warriors!!
Warriors, what you see above is a long list of bitterness wrapped up in sugar. “Mary Poppins” would be ashamed if she were a real person.
Our US Government and States should be charged with illegally profiling our kids when it comes to their mental health in these parameters.
I understand there are citizens who truly NEED mental health care. I am NOT opposed to that at all.
However, the types of moves ESEA/ESSA and the CCSS Machine have made are not specific to this unique population, rather it encompasses ALL citizens as somehow mentally in need of services. WHY? More mental health labels means more federal dollars. More federal dollars means more federal control. Schools are not serving up academics anymore. Save your kids and their minds!
Help end the “Mary Poppins Complex” of the government.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, back in 2016, I published an in-depth look at the Congressional ‘love affair’ with CTE, Career Tech Education. That ‘love affair’ began well before Common Core’s alignment, and, like a toxic relationship, has only grown deeper since Common Core’s alignment. If you have not seen the connections between Common Core and CTE, know that CTEIS the ‘adult’ version of Common Core.
Warriors, CTE’s name was changed FROMCommon Career Technical Core when the national news surrounding the egregiousness of CC was at its’ peak. Those in the CCSS Machine (Common Core State Standards Machine) were trying to distance themselves from the heat. Trouble is, Warriors like us, saw the change and have itarchivedand well documented.
Below is the “CTE Pledge” from 2015. The article where I exposed it, is righthere. (*Note: also from 2015, how the IDEA funds associated with special needs was used for CTE alignment. You can bet this practice has NOT slowed down one bit.)
Where will you find the ‘pledge’ now, since ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) is the law of the land? College/Career Readiness (CCR). If you look back at any RttT (Race to the Top) applications, you’ll more than likely see CCR as an ‘alternative’ name. Hence, CCRISCCSS, too!
We MUST remember that ESSA’s mandate for post-secondary readiness is based off WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) Standards NOT State derived academic standards. WIOA’s ‘standards’ are all about CTE, workforce readiness!
Just yesterday, CTE Policy Watch shared that the U.S. Dept.of Ed announced a new ESSA funded ‘research study’ for education. Warriors, we know anytime Ed uses ‘research’ it is code for student data rape to access their private information without consent to track their career paths.
What’s noteworthy is while the CTE Policy Watch shared this as new news, the U.S. Dept. of Ed’s website shows that it was March 2018 when applications were released for funding. As true to U.S. Dept. of Ed’s form, you can SEE the information, but accessing it is loaded with ‘go here, download this’ kind of moves.
Also, according the CTE Policy Watch, new legislation to run our teachers through the CCSS Machine’s track. Known as S 2737, Creating Quality Technical Educators Act, Sen. Kaine (VA) and a host of other Senators from across the nation, are backing this. As of this writing, the only version of S 2737’s text is a Scribd document. ReadSen. Kaine’s press release, it’s eye opening, to say the least.
A brief look at S 2737 shows there will be assessments (data tracking), grants, blended finances (aka: P3s, public private partnerships), amending the HEA (Higher Education Act), adhering to WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), who is eligible to become a CTE Teacher/Educator, how they will be trained in student pedagogy (lesson planning, student data, scientific based teaching practices, and, more), how these CTE Teachers/Educators will need to incorporate industry standards into school classrooms, licensed by their States, and everything in between.
Below, is a CTE Policy Watch member’s support for new legislation:
HR 2353 (Strengthening CTE in the 21st Century Act) is currently in the U.S. Senate HELP Committee. It sailed through the U.S. House back in 2017. This whopper would increase the amount of funding for CTE through 2023.You can find out my research on HR 2353, here.
Warriors, when I first started blogging, I showed you the NASDCTEc (the ‘National Association of State Directors of Career Technical Education Consortium’). Since then, they, too, have changed their name to AdvanceCTE. Below, is a screen shot of their latest CTE propaganda:
To see the 38 Senators by name, look here. To access the Blog, go here.
To learn about the global ties to CTE, find that information here.
To visualize how CTE and CBE (Competency Based Education) intersect with the (United Nations) UN’s SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), look below:
******************************************************** S 1004, The Perkins Fund for Equity and Excellence Act, was introduced in May 2017. Look at the evidence I found on it from Sen. Portman of OH (one of the co-sponsors):
S 1004’s not the only legislation with a different name. Look at when I first detailed
S 1004 for you. This article will also reveal the SEL (social emotional learning) wrap around services embedded with CTE.
Below is an archived screen shot of mine. The point you need to know, several federal level agencies embrace (and quite openly) CTE.
Warriors, the biggest thing I’d like to leave you with today, is that CTE is a great weapon being used against every age level and every school choice. How? Regardless of your Pre-K to 12th grade school location, CTE awaits you in apprenticeships with State or federal Perkins funds, community colleges, for-profit trade schools, CTE regional job programs (including CTE specific high schools), re-skilling programs, universities, and some internships. CTE is also embedded in every STEM program via BOTHSTEM funds and Perkins funds. Because of so many ‘blended finances’ (P3s), these will overstep into these programs too. Look in the 21st Century Community Learning Centers and the Promise Neighborhoods. Both of these were embedded in ESSA.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, I’m changing things up a bit today. Rather than give you tons of resources exposing more CCSS Machine (Common Core State Standards) involvement than we EVER thought could be possible; I want to leave some hard hitting questions before you. When I first began thinking about all I’ve seen and connected for you this past week, I wanted to name this article “To Hell in a Handbasket”, it certainly fits.
However, I know some folks may not understand that this old-as-time phrase means ‘on your way to a disastrous course’.
Warriors, WEARE on such a course!
I urge you to talk about these questions among your family members, close and extended. I urge you to talk at your neighborhood get-together events, at school meetings or parents nights.
Most importantly, I urge you to petition your pastor, reverend, preacher, deacon, or any other church leader you know. Try to do this ASAP.
We’ve got work to do!
*Remember, just because ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) exists DOES NOT mean we are free of Common Core and all that goes with it!
A Bit of Context:
Why would I ask you to contact clergy members where education is concerned? After all hasn’t our government protected us from the ‘separation of church and state’?
Yes and no. We know the ‘separation of church and state’ was embedded in our Constitutional amendments. We also know that the context Jefferson meant was different. However, I’m not debating Jefferson’s meaning.
I using how the federal government has applied the separation when it comes to education and religious activity. Because the federal government has split hairs over the topic, we’re definitely seeing an overreach into faith based education. Look below:
However, due to the ‘hair splitting’ the overreach into ALL education also risks our freedoms, even in religion.
Churches are told to stay out of the ‘State’s business’, but the “State” isn’t as respectful when the tables are turned.
Questions To Ponder/Discuss: 1) Why are our churches and/or religious based publishing groups supporting the CCSS Machine?
2) Why is the government allowed into churches or faith based organizations, especially in the name of education?
3) Are there groups which oppose one type of religion and have used laws to insert their choice of religious activity ‘instead of’ OR ‘in addition to’?
4) Since the 14th Amendment has been so connected to the 1st Amendment, why are more clergy members NOT helping guide their congregations AWAY from federally led education?
One Point: 1) If we all do not speak up, and loudly, we will lose our nation at the hands of outside forces THROUGH education. We cannot rely on a select few when so many of us are opposed.
Evidence to support Qs 1-4: Q1) How can we expect future generations to discern where P3s (Public Private Partnerships) aka “Blending Finances” are when they are helping the CCSS Machine with co-operation like this?
Q2) Consider the government funds given to churches and/or their education programs for immigrants. This is a huge overreach into private education embedding extremely secular curriculum.
Q4) Back in 2015, Christianity Today published a pro-CCSSembracing church instilling the illegally based standards into VBS (Vacation Bible Schools). In 2016 I showed you a VA based church’s VBS where STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) was a part of the overreach between church and state. *Note: STEM is a tool of the UN’s SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) in American education as well as our entire lives.
Warriors, this doesn’t even come close to fully addressing the problem of state overreach into private education. Remember, David Coleman’s presence in education has been embraced by the Catholics. Churches around the nation are opening their doors for STEM after school programs. All the while NO ONE bats an eye at the egregiousness of illegally based education darkening the halls of institution where honesty is a commandment.
Even if you are not a Christian, the blurring of lines between government and families is dangerous. If you are a homeschooling family (exercising religious freedom or secular), curriculum and assessments slam full of Common Core has been thrust upon your family. Yet, very few of our leaders seem to care.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, maybe you’ve not heard of the recent news where the IMF (International Monetary Fund) re-branded P3s (Public Private Partnerships). As we know, P3s are almost rabid in their overreach into the American education system.
We’ve watched as the P3s have shoved teachers aside and inserted THEIR version of standards and what should be taught. We’ve seen them take over the PD (Professional Development) of teachers and staff to groom them all in the CCSS Machine’s ways. (Common Core State Standards Machine). It’s been enough to make many boiling mad!
We learned via combing through the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) how P3s were given a large portion of MORE control in American education. We’ve also been able to connect HOWP3s are being used against Americans to undermine our very nation!
How are P3s ruining America and education at the same time? The global arm of the CCSS Machine, the UN (United Nations) and their damnable SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)!!
To read the entire UN Guide to P3s: globaledp3s (*Note: the education section for P3s and the UN begins on Page 5; also note, this is an older version of the UN’s Guide to P3s.)
To access the more recent UN/P3 Guide (2016) where you’ll see the ties to Agenda 2030, go here. It’s only 30 pages and the only mention of ‘education’ is on page 3. Look below:
(*Note: if you cannot read the lines highlighted in black, those point to the phrase about P3s exploiting us!)
So What’s the Re-brand?
Warriors, “Blending Finance”! As a writer for Forbes put it, ‘lipstick on a pig’.. Gee, WHERE have we seen that in the CCSS Machine’s presence before?! For those of us who’ve watched Charlotte Iserbyt’s watchdog moves on education, her book reveals how the P3s/Blended Finance movement was killing America BEFORE this most recent IMF re-brand. See below (this is from an email sent to me in the past 24 hours):
To access Charlotte’s website where you can read the Deliberate Dumbing Down, go here.
P3s/Blended Finance Task Force:
Warriors, from the Business Commission website, the sole purpose for their existence was to create a way to use P3s for implementing the SDGs world-wide. The Commission disbanded in January 2018. Its work lives on via their ‘Blended Finance Task Force’. The Task Force is based in the UK.
The task before this force? The SDGs! As in using money (and lots of it) to embed everyone into the SDGs implementation. Look below:
Warriors, how many times have we seen that the shift in American education FROM concrete academics TO competency based workforce training is ALL about the jobs and the economy..not so Johnny and Suzy can be who they were meant to be!
The SDGs, especially #4 (education) totally AND completely bring this ugly reality to light!
What’s worse is plenty of American associations have been at this alignment well before the P3s re-brand!
Warriors, evidence from TX, thanks to our watchdog Warrior, Alice Linahan:
TEA’s website where you’ll find the PNP (aka, P3, aka, “Blended Finance”)
What about TX’s public school funding? Thanks to ESSA, the “Blending Finance” will show up there, as well.
I found a 2016 Document from“For a Better Texas”where the cry was more money needed to be inserted into the education system to ‘fix it’. Be sure to note the misinformation about ‘democracy’ and ‘lifelong learning’.
Warriors, as we’ve found out, if it’s in one State, it’s in all the others, too. So, with evidence from TX, where may we find it for the other 49 States?
Look in your Title One funding. Look into Ombudsman services, too. Look into the State accepted accrediting associations, the chosen professional development groups. Who are your SEAs (State Education Agencies)? There are TONS of them! Who are your LEAs (Local Education Agencies)? There will be TONS of these too. Look at the family engagement services. ESSA included these under certain portions of Title One funding and call it ‘capacity building’. See this article explaining it.
Why? Because ESSA’s mandates included giving more decision making power to SEAs and LEAs. SEAs/LEAs INCLUDE P3s!!!
*Remember, a SEA or a LEA is NOT just a school or a school official. It is anyone or any place recognized as an accepted agent in education.
You’ll need to look at ECE (Early Childhood Education) as well. ESSA mandated lots and lots of early learning packed with SEL (social emotional learning). SEL can be considered as another ‘UN led SDG manipulation in education’ tool.
Of course, look at your State’s regional workforce training schools, One Stop Job Centers or any program with an apprenticeship. Businesses are flocking to these in order to train workers.
Most of these ‘workers’, however, haven’t reached the legal age of consent. Schools are embracing these programs because they say they need the money.
ANYTHING and EVERYTHING connected to STEM/STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math; Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and, Math), CTE (Career Tech Education), IB(International Baccalaureate), AP (Advanced Placement), Special Needs, and, ALL curriculum/digital learning/assessment serviceswill also involve ‘blending finances’.
Warriors, we know the ‘blending finances’ doesn’t stop at the front door of the school. This re-brand from P3 to ‘blending’ will only make the CCSS Machine’s trail seem harder to trace. We KNOW where to look and where to WATCH.
We MUST be diligent. We also need to realize since the sole purpose of all this is to increase the SDGs in our lives, we must look at EVERY area of living to spot the ‘blending’ so we may protect our families.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’re seeing LOTS of news about the increases of SEL (Social Emotional Learning). We’re also seeing an increase in the efforts to turn academic education into CBE (Competency Based Education). We also know they are linked together..on purpose.
ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) cemented SEL and CBE, but it’s hardly the lone federal law combining the two like some evil tag team boxers. You’ve got WIOA, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (2014); the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) Act of 2015; and, the HEA, Higher Education Act (currently being re-written).
These are just a FEW of the MANYSEL/CBE laws. There are also many proposed bills combining the two. Then, there are the laws at your State levels which have combined the two are are about to.
If you’ve got friends, family, and, associates who aren’t sure just HOW the two are linked, then this article is for them. If you’re working with your local leaders who need the ties, then this article will help you.
SEL comes first because your students will HAVE to be ‘rewired’ in their thinking and responses, in order to accept the pre-determined ‘pathway’. SEL is in Kindergarten, but is also being woven into education, family services, and daycare facilities for those children who are too young for even Pre-K.
Let’s say your child doesn’t go to any of these types of places. Will the SEL still impact THEM? Yes! The in-home visits tied to family services AND anything remotely able to be classified as ‘educational outreach’ will contain some sort of SELas long as it’s funded or produced by theCCSS Machine and/or ANY of its’ P3s (public private partnerships). If someone says, ‘It’s not Common Core, it’s….’, I urge you to STILL look at who or what group is behind it. We can no longer trust anyone’s word when it comes to our children.
Next, the CBE is inserted into all levels of education. Now that the SEL has conditioned your mind and beliefs, all that matters is how ‘competent’ you can become. Excellence, as far as education (and I mean real education), has been shoved aside for a watered down version. CBE convinces us that as long as you are ‘ready’, you’re competent enough. BS!
I might be competent at giving simple first aid, but you wouldn’t want me to be the one who gives you an appendectomy.
Consider this, in some European countries we are constantly being compared to, their societal view of ‘competency’ is NOT what is truly desired when it comes to being the ‘best’ at something.
(My thanks to my Warrior friend Paul, for sharing this image.)
Warriors, sometimes a picture is worth many words. Below is one image I created you are free to share which will drive how just how inter-linked SEL and CBE are.
The “Best’ ways SEL and CBE are combined is via the ‘personalized learning’, the ‘project based learning’, and, ‘blended learning’.
Warriors, we MUST continue to fight this tag team effort to rob our students and teachers of quality education and support. While the CCSS Machine is ready for a knock out jab at our nation, I hope you will continue to join me in hitting the Machine in the breadbasket and bring it to its knees.
How? Remove your students from anywhere the CCSS Machine’s presence is. Protest and demand from your government officials that the wrongs being committed be punished. Speak loudly, be that persistent parent. We won’t get another opportunity to save our education system, Warriors.
