Advancing “ReThink” According to Plan

This weekend we are putting the spotlight on another popular post, “Hazardous Education“.  Diva shows us how politicians selling out and deceiving America with globalist programs through STEM/STEAM, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), Climate Change, and Smart Cities.

Hazardous Education

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my last article I left you with the fact we’d look at the UN -led ‘climate change’ in education. As you know, the hype around ‘going green’ has reached hazardous levels of distortion.
**This is my in-depth look/study guide on how America’s leaders have turned their patriotic duties into globalism gurus.**

Warriors, as you know, from my past research, and others, that STEM/STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, (the Arts), and, Math) are 100% United Nations’s created tools to distort our entire world. As was brought up during a recent interview about this, if humans mess around with nature too much, bad things ALWAYS happen.

Real science grounded in real truth has been thrown aside. It totally needs to be pointed out that REAL science knows much more than it being taught today.
The quasi-science replacing truth has many ‘chicken littles’ are running around screaming “The Earth is melting, the Earth is melting!”

climatechicken

The ruse has worked so well, especially in education,  that millions now believe the lies spun by ‘going green’. Why would so few devise a way to deceive so many about ‘climate change’? Money and power are 2 of the biggest reasons. I’m sure there are others, but like everything the CCSS Machine touches or is connected to, those are the top 2 reasons.

Within my last two articles, if you look closely enough, you saw the ‘climate change’ was included on purpose.

STEM/STEAM, climate change, going green all have 1 common denominator: SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals.

Does our current Administration support STEM/STEAM? Read for yourselves. If you want to see the UNESCO spin on ‘climate change’ in education, go here. Their statement on STEM can be read here.

***Adding insult to injury is our American government. It, too has sold our souls to the ‘climate change’ fallacy. ***

secstem
The politicians who believe they are scientists are just as bad as when they pretend to be educators.

D.C. has bent over backwards to use our taxpayer money to fund ‘climate change research’. Did you know that over the past 20 years, D.C. has spent $11.6 billion in 2014 (last available figure) on ‘climate change’?

Did you know that the American Re-investment funds (where Race to the Top also came from), spent $26.1 billion on ‘climate change’? (*Note: both figures are from the GAO (Government Accountability Office).

Warriors, below is a screen shot of the governmental chain for ‘climate control’ from the same page as the figures above.

gaoclimate

The GAO also reports that it’s believed that in 2017, $13.2 billion was spread between 19 federal agencies on ‘climate change’. Marketwatch (2016) reported that each year the U.S. government spends $35 billion in all on the ‘climate change’. By 2050, they estimated that figure would be $350 billion.

Warriors, with the increased push from the UN, on forcing ‘climate change’, that figure could quickly exceed $35 billion a year.

From a July 2015 “Climate Budget Tagging” Report, this excerpt, Climate Budget Tagging (CBT) is a budget tool for monitoring and tracking of climate-related expenditures in the national budget system.”

So, if you want to track the US budget for ‘climate change’ or any of the activities associated with it, you know what to look for. (*Note: this document will not feature the US, but it is an important tool to see what defines our budget on this topic.)

Much of the ‘tagging’ can be traced back to the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).

Warriors, from this link, I was able to find US/UN ‘climate change’ information dating back to the late 1990s.
In this
link, as recent as late 2018. So, regardless of our exit from the Paris Agreement, the federal government is still actively participating with the UN on this topic.

Newer, Greener Pastures:

Warriorshere’s what’s currently up in D.C. for ‘Green Deal’ (which is a combination of ‘Smart Cities and ‘Climate Change’..all traceable to the UN’s SDGs):

116green
Warriors, I encourage you to open the above visual in another window. “Going Green” or “Climate Change” is not upon us due to ONE political party, it’s BOTH.

Other Congressional “Climate Change” Legislation:

Warriors, in all I found a result of 44 ‘climate change’ bills and/or related.
Some had other issues attached to them, so we know, back doors are being used to set us up. Below are the ‘biggest’ ones we should be protesting:

Sister Bills, HR 1689/S 763 establish a “Climate Change Advisory Commission” for America. (Both versions would create federal obligations to fulfill for ‘climate change’.)
Sister Bills,
HR 1243/S 523 claim ‘climate change’ can protect our health care, as such it should be promoted. (Sen. Markey is the sponsor for the Senate version.)
HR 1201
, sets up a National ‘climate change’ security/strategy plan.

While those are bad enough, it’s S 477 I want to draw your attention to:

The Climate Change Education Act (S 477)

s477
What will S 477 do for education?

*Impact education at every age level in formal and non-formal educational settings, activities, and elsewhere.
*Authorizes NOAA to establish this educational programming at the cost of $20 million each year from FY 2020 to FY 2025.
This Bill is based off the “Congressional” researched findings, as follows:

a) overwhelming and undeniable evidence on human induced ‘climate change’.
b) atmospheric carbon can be significantly reduced by renewable energy
c) clear/concise ‘climate change’ information will help remove fear/encourage actions
d) implement measures to reduce human impact
e) create new technology and policies/programs to ensure maximum understanding of items a-d
f) will equip more than 3 million student graduates each year from high school and college armed with attitudes/skills/knowledge about ‘climate change’ which will guide their actions throughout the remainder of their lives
g) because of ‘f’, they can be prepared to make changes politely/support new technology/help create new technology and policy for the coming economic and social changes in America
h) overwhelming evidence exists that the US citizens support this type of teaching
i) a ‘green economy’ will improve social equity by reducing environmental risks and ecological scarcities

Warriors, the main conduits for A-I are STEM/STEAM, CTE, Apprenticeships.
You’ll find these in ESSA, HEA, and WIOA (to name the top 3 laws where each are embedded)

If you wonder what the UN/UNICEF stance on‘climate change’ is for children, look here.
This might give us an idea of what NOAA may incorporate, should S 477 become law.
unicefclimate

S 477 is currently in the Senate’s Committee for Commerce, Science, and, Transportation.

Related:
Smart Cities supposedly will answer ‘climate change’, yeah, right.
Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and, Transportation (majority party) views on the Trump Administration infrastructure plans. Minority views on 5G and digital economies (which ‘green deals’ will support).
Since ‘smart technology’ and 5G are somehow supposed to help us be ‘greener’, you’ll want to look into these Congressional caucuses:

Smart Cities Caucus (where 5G can be found). Currently IN, CA, OR, PA, MD, NY, MO, WY, TX, GA, IL, NM, FL, NJ, and NV are represented.

Within the U.S. Transportation, a new federal level government Council, NETT (Non-traditional and Emerging Transportation Technology Council)

A “Dear Colleague” Letter from the Smart Cities Caucus to draw in more Congress members.

Movers and Shakers for ‘green’ 5G/Smart Cities

Other Caucuses which are connected: Public Works and Infrastructure, Urban, Future Climate, Grid Innovation, Infrastructure, Smart Construction, Climate Solutions, IP (Intellectual property), Urban Regional Studies, Rural, Housing, Transportation, Public Transportation, Open Source, Co-operative business, Cybersecurity, Global investments, Digital trade, Technology accountability, and, AI (Artificial Intelligence). (*Note: Heartland Inst. featured a 2018 pdf on the Climate Solutions Caucus showing the conservatives union with the very liberal roots of ‘climate change’ traceable to Al Gore.)

Current 116th Bills which relate to 5G/Green/Climate:

HR 1453 (in Committee) co-ordinates a unity between the EU (European Union) and the US for global energy security.
HR 267 The Appropriations for U.S. Transportation, HUD, and others. Education is embedded 11 times, mainly using higher education as test facilities for new technology/green or climate efforts. Passed the House and is in the Senate.
HR 21 (Passed House, in Senate) A Consolidated Appropriations Bills, education is embedded 120 times and green infrastructure, 8 times.
HR 1039 (in Committee), streamlines currency and financial reporting information.
HR 1079/S 435 (HR version has passed House, in Senate; Senate Bill has the same name and is similar) This Bill streamlines all kinds of consent forms for Americans.
HR 292 Streamlines rural areas for broadband.
HR 1328 Expands federal government with new office for Internet Connectivity and related business.
HR 762 Streamlines US schools (all levels) for energy efficiency (passed House, in Senate)
S 253 Same name as HR 762, but retrofits schools.
HR 865/ S 266 (The Senate Bill is identical) Rebuilds US public schools, ‘greens’ them up, Section 303.
HR 989/ S 431 PARTNERS Act (very similar Bills; regional specific apprenticeships for industry-demanded trades)

What Does It All Mean?

Warriors, all this means is one thing: all of us are to be molded (or re-skilled) into how to be ‘green people’. If we look at this through education/economy and America, it’s more like “STEM” people, which is exactly what the plan has been since early 2009 or 2010.

Warriors, I know you love America, as do I. I don’t think the political America loves us back one bit. Not when it aligns us to global mumbo-jumbo like ‘climate change’ is our only hope for peace.

Another Freedom Sets Sail

Remember when Secretary DeVos confirmed private and home-schools receiving money from government choice programs WILL be required to follow federal regulations?

Again Warriors please share this popular and important Diva post, “Waving Choice Goodbye“, which reveals the real goal of school choice.  Diva reminds us the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) reads … “ALL education must be aligned to post-secondary readiness as laid out in WIOA.”   This removes ANY educational choice. in that it must be taught by credentialed teachers / software, curriculum must be aligned and require assessments for accountability.

~ posted by MK for the Diva

Waving Choice Goodbye

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, you’ve heard me tell you time and time again that ‘school choice’ is a fallacy. The culprit is the CCSS Machine.
The tools used to ruin ‘school choice’ are WIOA, ESSA, HEA, and other top-down federal laws. (WIOA is Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, 2014; ESSA is Every Student Succeeds Act, 2015; and, HEA is the Higher Education Act, 2008 and up for re-authorization very soon).

Warriors, the fact of the matter is ‘school choice’ is really more about “personal choice”.

However, ESSA killed that choice with it’s mandate that ALL education be aligned to the post-secondary readiness standards of WIOA.
essagoal

So, in essence, at least in education; that simple line from the 1965 Dr. Zhivago movie (fiction) has become our reality:

                “All personal choice is dead.”

drz

As we know, much of the CCSS Machine’s design uses education as the ‘change agent’ to alter our lives.
We know the control is meant for cradle to grave and encompasses where you’ll work. That’s why students of all ages are being pumped through the CCSS’s College and Career Readiness or the CCSS’s Career Tech Education or the (United Nation’s) UN’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
It’s to force our students (and eventually the rest of us) into a controlled nanny-state. (Also very present in the fictional account of Dr. Zhivago)

You may wonder why I included the UN in connection to the CCSS Machine. First, Berit Kjos and many others (myself included) have traced the Common Core State Standards back to the UN, so the UN is part of the Machine.
However, STEM is the UN’s special change agent to usher in the Agenda 2030. How?

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As part of the A2030 and SDGs, where we live and where we work will be determined for us, largely through education and what career track we’ve been trained for (or re-trained for).
This is pure confinement for us as Americans; not the free people we were Constitutionally guaranteed, Warriors.

Contrast it to any movie like Dr. Zhivago and you’ll get a fair idea of how awful this direction is for Americans.

Since ESSA mandated WIOA in PreK through 12 grades (as well as tie it to the HEA for colleges and trade schools), how is the government helping all this come to fruition?

dressa

What Are Waivers? How Do They Kill Choice?

If you’re not sure what a waiver is in the realm of federal education, it was supposed to be a tool given to States and school districts to offer flexibility in how federal funds could be used to offer ‘quality’ education.
Sounds great, right? Especially with the CCSS Machine hype and lies about States being able to get their right to control education BACK when ESSA was made into law.

ESSA, by embedding WIOA, embedded funds for workforce. Likewise the WIOA waivers will embed education, not for academics, but competency based education (CBE).
CBE is CCSS, too.

CBE is woven into ESSA, WIOA, and the HEA…on purpose. It’s the shift from reading, writing, and arithmetic to poorly skilled labor force.

Warriors, think back to those Race to the Top Education Waivers or the ESSA Flexibility Waivers? Have you really seen any improvement in education? Have you really seen any removal of federal control or a distinct freedom your district or State didn’t have before?

There’s been none, because the Waivers are a deceptive move for MORE federal control to implant MORE shifting of education away from what we’ve known to what the global workforce needs: laborers. Our U.S. Constitution puts it another way, ‘indentured servants’. (Which by the way was also prohibited later on in the Constitution!)

WIOA Waivers Kill Personal Choice, Too:

wioawaive
(Source)

According to the U.S. Dept. of Labor, States were given a sense of freedom in how their Waivers were used, as long as they were used to improve job seeking systems for better employer ‘outcomes’.
Warriors, hang on before we go any further.

Let’s review a few flies in this ointment.
a) Since ESSA has embedded WIOA, the ‘job seeking’ is happening as young as 2nd grade in some States. The ‘job seeking’ is also found outside traditional public schools via dual enrollment, fast tracking career systems like apprenticeships, internships, early career or college schools, etc. ALL this impacts every ‘school choice’, including homeschools.
**It’s not so much the student seeking a job, as it is the job is seeking the student, before the student is capable!

b) As far as ’employer outcomes’, since WIOA, HEA, and, ESSA embedded P3s (public private partnerships) we’ve seen an insane increase in how much the corporate employer ‘needs’ have ruined academics. We’ve seen businesses with zero educational training usurp teachers for their purposes.
**States are allowing this to happen every day they receive ANY type of federal funding or P3 funding!

c) The WQDI (Workforce Quality Data Initiative) is ‘married’ to the SLDS (Student Longitudinal Data System) FOR one purpose: aligned education for workforce needs. Regardless of what school (even homeschoolers) are in this system already or become a part of the system as soon as they participate in any of ‘a’ (above).
**Being a free nation, this type of data tracking is not only illegal, it’s ‘data rape’!

Warriors, as far as the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s information, WIOA Waivers aren’t so much needed now, as they were codified when WIOA was passed into law (2014). However, much like the State Plans for ESSA which needed to be submitted to the Sec. of Education (DeVos), the State Plans for WIOA are still in use (2019). These Plans are called WIOA Unified or Combined State Plans and must be submitted to the Sec. of Labor.
**By submission of those Plans, States gave full access to the federal government as far as data.

These State Plans? We, the People, can access them on the U.S. Dept. of Education’s website! Look below at the way I found this out:

I thought by clicking a phrase on the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s website, I’d be taken to another Labor page:
labor2ed1
This is where I was taken next:

labor2ed2
Followed by this ‘surprise’:

labor2ed3
(Source)

According to the U.S. Dept. of Education’s page I found this on, almost every State has a plan which has been approved by the feds. No State’s able to make its own plan for its own people or by those taxpayers. It’s all been run through the globally led workforce needs based system of control. The only States without an approved WIOA State Plan are TN, MI, MA, NE, and VA. The only U.S. Territory without one is the Virgin Islands.

I urge you to look at your State Plan. If you have none, let’s use NC’s as an example of what you’ll find that kills personal choice in education.

a) The NC Plan is 399 pages long and is dated FY 2018. NC elected to go with a “Unified” Plan which means all the alignment will come from every possible agency, program, and, angle. Those most targeted? “Under-served populations” including youth.

b) Page 3 shows the 6 ‘cores’ of WIOA. These ‘cores’ cover all age groups and population types. You’ll also find ‘partner’ programs will hinge off these 6 ‘cores’.

c) Page 4 shows the partners. In education, CTE (Career Tech Ed) covers all ages/choices; federal-to-state funding streams for TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) and Community Block Grants are also intersecting with education; Veterans funding will also be involved.

d) Page 7 reveals the industry specific economic targets for the State. Somehow, this is going to bring prosperity to every North Carolinian citizen. How, those “Prosperity Zones (PZs)”
I’ve researched and shown you before. These Zones were legislatively created and embedded 2014 and 2015 (respectively). When I last wrote about the PZs it was 2018. You’ll see just how eerily deceptive these Zones are and how easily the globalization of a barely educated workforce lurks underneath.

e) Pages 11 and 12 will show you all kinds of figures on job growth per industry. Page 13 reveals that employers are ‘bullish’ on growing jobs. Warriors, we’ve seen their ‘bull’ long enough and how it’s ruining our children. On the pages which follow, you’ll see lots of CCSS Machine organizations and phrases used to create the false narrative that a) there’s a skills gap and b) the only way to fix it is via aligned education/training. For more on ‘a’ and ‘b’, go here.

p24NCplan
f) Near Page 25, you’ll see the Governor of NC mentioned. His plan combines education directly with skills. Warriors, did you know that when WIOA was passed in 2014, the increase in power given to the office of governor greatly increased? Thereby weakening taxpayers voices yet again. Many of the programs Gov. Cooper is using were already laid out before him. That he’s extending and adding to them, let’s us know regardless of politics, the global workforce/kill personal choice is alive and well.

Lastly, every bit of what’s contained in the NC Plan and others will unite data to kill personal choice in what you learn, where you work, and lots more.

Look below and see how ‘far’ we’ve come. See much ‘personal choice’? I don’t.

sdscans

Closing:

Warriors, I hope you can see how little our personal freedoms mean to our federal government. I hope you can see how little choice you really have when it comes to ‘education’.

The HC Plans

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, yesterday, I showed you how S 406 (Federal Rotational Cyber Workforce Program Act) is being fast-tracked. The article laid out for you the links between education and labor; how cybersecurity is to be increased, not only in education, but all across America. The article also showed you the federal and global co-operation where education and labor are concerned.

Below, is an old screen shot I created back from our campaign to stop the confirmation of Dr. King as U.S. Sec. of Education. Under DeVos (as Ed Sec.), all these are not only still in place, but have been increased. Especially STEM and STEAM.

fededweb

Cybersecurity is not all about protecting We the People from the hackers and whackers out there. Cybersecurity tracks all we do, on-line and, we’re finding it off-line, too.

In education, cybersecurity is passed off as ‘coding’. In the early grade levels (remember, coding is available to ALL education choices) coding is called ‘fun and games’.

codebabies

Where will cybersecurity ‘pop up’ in education and labor? STEM, STEAM, CTE, and CCR. All these connect to CCSS, too.

Warriors
, not only will be tracked by ‘human capital police’, we’re going to see their training embedded in PreK to adult education.

essagoal

The 116th HC Plans:

Warriors, not only do we have S 406, but there’s HR 1592. HR 1592 directs Sec. DeVos to create a pilot program for cybersecurity education. There are other related bills from both Chambers, but we’ll start with HR 1592. Cybersecurity Skills Integration Act is HR 1592’s title.

hr1592
Warriors, the supposed benefits of HR 1592:
a) Credentialed and employable US citizens
b) Improved infrastructure in the US (ties back to the Patriot Act)
c) CTE (Career Tech Education) cybersecurity will promote diversity in the workplace
d) Competitive grants will be used to promote regionalism
e) Ties back to ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 aka ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act, 2015)
f) Tracks which students get credentialed
g) Gives Sec. DeVos $10 million dollars in all for the pilot creation and competitive grants
h) Opens the partnerships up to ‘alternative stakeholders’
i) Must meet ‘in demand’ and economic trends
j) Uses work-based learning (aka apprenticeships) Ties to WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) and the HEA (Higher Education Act) Both WIOA and HEA were embedded in ESSA’s language.
k) Targets special sub-groups of the population for workforce needs

Currently, HR 1592 is in the U.S. House Education and Labor Committee.

If you’d like to read Rep. Langevine’s Press Release on the Executive Order by President Trump on the cybersecurity workforce needs, go here. In his release, Langevine promotes HR 1592.

langevin

That EO (Executive Order) Rep. Langevine referred to? That’s EO 13800, issued in 2017.

EO 13800 called for every federal agency (which included the U.S. Dept. of Education) to comply with the framework for cybersecurity. The EO also called for increased workforce development of cybersecurity.

EO 13859 (Feb. 2019) called for increased workforce development of AI (artificial intelligence) which relates to cybersecurity.

What about the ties all this will have to not only S 406, but the Education and Information Exchange Act (both were discussed in yesterday’s article)?

The President issued a Proclamation on “World Intellectual Property Day” (May 2, 2019). In that Proclamation (#9865) the USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) was a key piece in intellectual property (personal private information) rights.

Warriors, the cybersecurity directly relates to all this. Also, think about the global data tracking and trails which have also been discussed in yesterday’s article and other previously published research of mine.

As far as USMCA in education, that’s a huge problem in data collection/sharing!
Back in Nov. 2018, before Congress voted on USMCA, I showed you how it would embed everything the UN (United Nations) needed for the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) to thrive in the US.

Since the vote for USMCA went through, I’ve shown you other ways USMCA is not our friend.

As I pointed out yesterday, cybersecurity unites SDGs #4 and #8 (education/decent work).

Related Resources:

1) If you missed my review of how President Trump is ‘helping’ education in the light of the upcoming 2020 Presidential race, I urge you to read this. He has not lessened the federal overreaches, nor the global ones. He has helped increase them.

2) If you think all this cybersecurity won’t impact FEPA (Foundations for Evidence-based Policy-making), I urge you to read this. FEPA was signed into law even though much push-back was given by We the Poeple.

3) Use www.congress.gov to look up the bills related in topic to data mining, STEM/STEAM, CTE, and, cybersecurity.

For example, these bills are of big concern:

House Bills:
HR 1591 (Targets girls and underrepresented students for more STEM; amends ESSA for funding streams to increase technology); HR 1672 (Amends HEA for freedom of expression); HR 1634 (Amends WIOA for more Youth Corps) HR 1635 (Community based jobs); HR 1571 (Creates fed/State partnership, amends HEA for DREAMers); HR 1565 (Creates a new higher ed data tracking system); HR 1519 (Increases culture exchanges); House Resolution 169 (calls for increase in STEAM education); HR 1637 (Allows high schools to be come voter registration locations); HR 1652 (Improves Veteran education grants); HR 1676 (Increases STEAM and amends ESSA); HR 1678 (Creates a Task Force in the US Dept of Ed); HR 1662 (Creates a pilot program under U.S. Dept. of Ed for high tech to assist families of special needs students); HR 1688 (Fulfills federal mandates for Native American education); and, HR 1485 (Authorizes U.S. Dept. of Education to create more PreK-12th computer science).

Senate Bills:
S 1292 (Amends HEA and will use data for student loans); S 1299 (Amends ESSA for more STEM); S 1221 (Amends HEA to create innovation zones); S 1072 (Amends HEA for Pell Grants to go for job training); S 1074 (Reinstates Pell Grants for prisoners); S 1157 (Amends both HEA and ESSA); S 1119 (School lunches/anti bully); S 1168 (Amends HEA for increased religious groups access); S 1176 (Amends HEA for disabled students); S 1198 (Increases U.S. Dept. of Ed’s study abroad programming for global competency); S 1172 (Amends ESSA/IDEA for fully funded Part A of Title One); S 1153 (Makes unauthorized education data access a crime (certain types of ed data)); S 1204 (Expands the U.S. Dept of Ed and implants mental health in higher education); S 1175 (Amends HEA in technical information); S 1117 (Amends HEA and creates Career Pathways Grants); S 1203 and S 1219 Amend HEA; and, S 1137 (streamlines education/job training for environmental health workforce).

congressjob
It’s called represent ‘We the People’, not Yourself, the “sold out”!

Closing:

Warriors, we MUST be pro-active in seeing where Congress is steering our nation. So far, it’s not in any direction we ever desired. the “HC” Plans (Human Capital Plans) are wretched and MUST be stopped!

For my next article, I’ll be focusing on the federal overreaches in education where mental health is concerned to honor May as “Mental Health Awareness” Month.

Who Or What Is #1?

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, I hope you had a blessed Easter Weekend. For those who didn’t mark the weekend for Easter, it’s good to have you back as well. Be sure to continue sharing the entire set of “Prudence Files”, we’ve got many folks to help see the light about the candidates and what they want to do with OUR tax dollars in the name of education.

Speaking of our tax dollars, what do you know about HR 1? That’s the federal bill called “For the People Act”. It’s already passed the House and is in the Senate, on their calendar. as Item #39.
HR 1 was introduced on Jan. 3rd, 2019 and was completely through 9 different House Committees (including the U.S. House Committee on Education and Labor) by March 4, 2019. A mere 4 days later it passed 234-193. HR 1 has 40 related bills (from both House and Senate).

mycomment

Warriors, this entire bill is 706 pages long and packs a punch as far as totally restructuring our elections, how we vote, and, who can vote. So, how will this impact your tax dollars? How will all this impact education? As you see above, my concerns are if it’s a political rendering on education or an economic one, it’s BOTH which will render education (as we know it) useless.

The quick answers to how our tax dollars and education be impacted:
1) Misuse to assault our right to vote.
2) Bring voting into schools for students as young as 16 years old.

The not so quick answers to those 2 key questions are below.

taxes

Taxes, Taxes:

Warriors, beginning on Page 219, is the Subtitle C of HR 1. It’s called the “Findings Relating to District of Columbia Statehood. In this section it’s revealed that the residents of DC pay more federal tax dollars (per capita) than any other State, yet doesn’t have Congressional representation or self-governing status as the States do. (*Note: here’s a thought: how can the Congress say the States are truly self-governing when the States are micromanaged and strung along via funding?) Be sure you read Page 220 as to the size and contributions DC taxpayers make to the rest of the nation.

Taxes for most Americans will not increase under HR 1, we’ll feel some pinches however. The wealthy and businesses will see tax increases with HR 1. I found a great explanation of what the taxes will and won’t look like under this huge bill, should it become law. (*Note: don’t miss the nod given in the explanation to the OECD, Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development.)

Warriors, here’s a question, why would we need a bill which revolutionizes voting to ‘mess’ with our taxes? The 24th Amendment ended the “Poll Tax” (where you had to pay to vote). To the best of my knowledge of HR 1, it’s named “For the People” so tax restructuring seems appropriate. However, we REALLY need to know what Congress is up to. After all, it is OUR money they are handling.

The Institute for Free Speech expresses grave concerns about the ramifications of taxes and voting. I’ve included it here for you. Roughly, look at the concerns on campaign reform.

I did find another section in HR 1 which might also explain the monkeying with taxes and campaign financing.

“My Voice Voucher” Pilot Program:

Warriors, beginning on Page 445, Subtitle of Section 5100 of HR 1 will be known as the “Government by the People Act”.

Warriors, if you read my “The Prudence Files” series, you know that at least one of the Presidential candidates also wants to use a voucher type system for voting. Business man, Andrew Yang is proposing vouchers in the amount of $100.00 each and to every citizen in America, not just pilot States.

HR 1’s Impact On Education:

In education, HR 1 will amend the HEA (Higher Education Act) by allowing post-secondary schools to become agents for the State where they are located for voting registration, will increase data collection by massive amounts, and uses the word ‘education’ 27 times in the Bill.

HR 1 also seeks to lower the voting age in America to 16 years old. So schools could become automatic voter registration locations. You can find that in the Automatic Voting  portion, beginning on Page 36.
(*Note:  In the “Voter Registration Efficiency Act” (Section 1081), Page 79, you’ll see that when you go to the DMV to get a license to drive, the system to register to vote will be updated.)

From Page 84, a new Pilot for secondary schools (high schools). Unlike the voter voucher pilot, this one will be across the nation.

From Page 86, this for those under 18 years old:

hr186

Warriors, have you seen the headlines? Students bullied over which ‘team’ they support, the Rs or the Ds, or maybe some other political party.

So WHAT is Congress thinking?! We’ve going to incentivize votes?! We’ve going to incentivize schools?! Think how the CCSS Machine has totally skewed civics. This is a disaster in the making AND it’s passed the House and is in the Senate! Warriors, we HAVE to stop this!!!

Ask yourselves, why would we need to have federal funds to encourage us to vote? Some of us have been voting for free for as long as we’ve been able to. I don’t want to be PAID, I don’t want to be TRACKED. Can you imagine what this will do to a 16 year old’s concept of how our nation is governed?!

The CCSS Machine is grinding our kids (in all choices) through the cradle to grave workforce aligned system, so I guess we have to hurry them along to vote. However, can you see the ‘unintended agenda’? Since Johnny and Suzy can’t read or think critically, this combo of vouchers and in-school influence is not only usurping parents once more, it’s stacking the deck in the government’s favor! Who you vote for, what values you have are supposed to be FAMILY business, NOT government funded tracks.

(*Note: S 949 is also called “For The People Act”, it’s 689 pages long. You’ll find 16 year old references on Page 38 and 83. Among the 38 references to ‘vouchers’, the Senate version will extend the use of them to cover political ads. This Bill has been introduced in the Senate and is in the Senate Finance Committee. Among the Finance Committee members is Sen. Michael Bennet, who’s running for President.)

There are some other Congressional documents seeking to lower the age to vote to 16 years old.
House Joint Resolution 23 (House and Senate agree). Seeks to amend the U.S. Constitution to lower the voting age to 16 years. Warriors, that’s Amendment 26.
House Amendment 76 (attached to HR 1).

C’mon, Let’s Be Like Every Other Country:

Warriors, if you’ve read my blog long, you know the connections between education and the United Nations. You also have seen my research showing how some EU (European Union) education models have ended up in our legislation from DC. The UN’s influence is also visible in the Congressional bills, and, even some laws which have been passed.

So, I wanted to see what was the advantage of the US lowering the voting age to 16 at a national level. (Remember, HR 1’s stipulation for 16 year old voters was federal. But consider some States are already working to lower the voting age at the State level, too.)

Look at what I found from the Euro News:

Okay, but where’s the UN? Look below:

To learn more about the #Youth2030, you can find the UN information, here.
To read what I’ve written about the Initiative, go here.

Warriors, I wrote that not very long after the infamous US attendance to the G20. I asked the question then, was phase one of the total loss of our nation. So, now, I ask it again.

Closing:

Warriors, there are some other Congressional bills which seek to globalize the way we vote. I think it’s clear to see that We the People are NOT #1 in our Congress member’s eyes.
Look for upcoming articles on those other bills.

For now, civil disobedience is in full order. How soon will we see ‘voting’ added to this list?

“The Prudence Files, Part One”

Greetings, Anti Fed Ed Warriors, welcome to my latest series. All this week, we’ll look at the 2020 Presidential race.

“Prudent decision making” is key when exercising our right to vote. Being prudent is also associated with the roots of wisdom.

pru1

A Starting Point:

Warriors, let’s face it, the 2020 Presidential race is already crowded. By looking at the candidates NOW, we have a great opportunity to use our voices to SHAPE the race.

What I will NOT be doing in this series: telling you whom to choose. That is not my business nor place. I simply want to give you information no one else will dare. I will spare no candidate.

Why? Information, in our case, Warriors, is teamwork.
It’s teamwork we need and teamwork is how we work best when arming Warriors against federal education intrusions.***

socrates_teaching

We should use our prudence to back up our feelings we felt right after ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) was passed.

Against-Common-Core-and-VoteThe Issues:

Warriors, according to the website called the “Top Tens”, the 2020 key issues are:
1) Nuclear Weapons, 2) the Middle Class, 3) War, 4) Health Care, 5) the Environment, 6) Education, 7) the National Debt, 8) Gun Violence, 9) Immigration, and, 10) Abortion.

The Top Tens author did boldly point out that education should be the #1 issue, but as I’ve learned in researching the candidates, for many, it isn’t even on their ‘radars’. So, they lack prudence in education, right off the bat.

Warriors, in fact, many have placed the Green Deal and/or Climate Change as their #1 issue. As we know, I’ve shown you how the Climate Change and Green Deal overreach into education.

********************************************

As I stated in my last article, the series will be broken down in the following ways:
1) Current federal politicians (Senators first, then Representatives and former leaders), any current legislation related to education, the candidates & their stances on education, and, are they connected to the CCSS Machine in any way.
2) Pres. Trump’s review on education.
3) State politicians and their education stances/activities.
4) Private citizens running for President.

The Race Begins:

dyk2020

The 20 candidates are (in no particular order/highlighted names will link to my previous research on them):

Rep. Tom Ryan, businesswoman Marianne Williamson, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Rep. Beto O’Rourke, Pres. Donald Trump, Sen. Cory Booker, Mayor Julian Castro, Rep. John Delaney, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, Sen. Kamala Harris, Gov. John Hickenlooper,
Gov. Jay Inslee, Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Mayor Wayne Messam, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Gov. William F. Weld, businessman Andrew Yang, Sen. Bernie Sanders, and Rep. Justin Amash (source).

The 2 who voted “NO” on ESSA? Sen. Kamala Harris (CA) and Rep. Justin Amash (MI).
Warriors
, don’t rush to their sides just yet. Let me show you what I’ve found out about their education issue stances.

knotted

Warriors, as you see the very Anti Fed Ed action of voting ‘no’ is at the center of the knot. Very prudent, but notice the outlying points. These are what detract from the prudence.
*(Note: We’ll look at Rep. Amash’s information more in-depth in Part 2.)

Harris:
Other non-prudent moves by Sen. Harris include Medicaid for All (funds used in education are included), expanding early childhood education, embedding 21st Century Skills, keeping national testing, and expanding Higher Education. (*Note: other education stances can be found here.)
************************************************************
As far as the other Congress members who voted ‘yes’ on ESSA? I’ve put together a chart below:

The Other Federal Candidates Who May Join The Race:

Warriors, here are the other federal (current or former) leaders from DC, VP Joe Biden, Rep. Eric Swalwell, Sen. Michael Bennet, Rep. Seth Moulton, and former Sec. of State, John Kerry.

What ties to the CCSS Machine do these people have? Biden (LGBTQ education for all, Big Labor/Unions, CTE); Swalwell said ‘yes’ to ESSA; Bennet also said ‘yes’; Moulton said ‘yes’ and has added green jobs, STEM, and CTE to his stance; Kerry is tied to the Clintons and received campaign donations at one time from (then, citizen) Donald Trump.
