Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve seen so much educratic BS from global forces which has encroached on our federal government, we could fill a dump. That overreach has been passed down like a ‘hot potato’ from the federal government, to our States, and, to our local levels. All in the name of education ‘success’. However, education is NOT the goal.
As we’ve been uncovering in this series, the goal is citizens prepared for a workforce future of servitude. As we’ve seen the pressure to conform to this is coming at us from all angles and targeting all ages, as well as, all school choices.
Warriors, back in 2015, I shared with you the States lining up our students for workforce based “Career Paths” via the Career Paths Network. In that article, you could also find the 10/6 Agenda Points for workforce education (aka: workforce development).
Since that article, State after State is announcing some ‘new idea or program’ to entrench CBE (Competency Based Education) as some way to boost the job market and economy for their citizens. State after State is doing away with traditional grades, courses for what we knew as academics to usher in aligned courses for mastering skills. Just go to your State Dept. of Education’s website and look.
I used the OR example above, so let’s see what updates OR has made to the never ending treadmill you see.
Again, Warriors, OR is not the only State in America doing this. EVERY State is. Did you notice the overreaches into healthcare and housing this will usher in? In August of this year, I showed you how NC is using inclusionary zoning to create workforce housing tied to education. What type of education? Workforce skill based! (ie: STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math; CTE: Career Tech Education, and more)
In SC, they are using TV ads to promote the value of workforce based education from a ‘new’ angle. Joining unions. How will this work? Increases your take home pay to better serve your family, but the lead in for the commercial uses ‘choice’, ‘path’, and ‘drowning in student debt’. This ad is from the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). The video I’m linking is the generic version. The version I saw on TV was geared for SC families and was only slightly different.
(*Notes: The ‘international’ denotes the US and Canada. The IBEW is a ‘star’ in the world of unions, especially the AFL-CIO. Why? So many skilled workers in several career fields. The IBEW also is against weakening apprenticeship standards. This letter addresses those concerns in connection to Pres. Trump’s Executive Order 13801. IBEW also has a legislative/political arm which includes ‘education’. The PAC (Political Action Committee) leans more toward the Democrats, but as we know Warriors, Democrats and Republicans LOVE workforce based education. Lastly, as with all unions, ‘collectivism’ is key. Source)
Warriors, in 2017, I showed you the“Dear Colleague” Letters from 13 different federal agencies in full support of CTE plans from their offices. These letters and plans were directed at education from cradle to grave.
In 2014, the AFL-CIOCCSS Toolkit, then VP Biden, and American Labor Unions and how they tied (still will tie) to STEM, Perkins Funding, and, more.

Warriors, in my next installment, we’ll dive into the workforce development/education sales pitch we’ve had from STEM/STEAM (That’s STEM with ‘the arts’ thrown in). Trust me, the research is plentiful about how deceptive the pitch has been. From the global level to the President’s office to your community.
As you can see, the pressure’s on to align us all, we MUST fight back and take the air out of the CCSS Machine’s tires, so to speak.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve seen time and time again, how our Congressional elected leaders (you know, they like to be called ‘representatives’ or ‘senators’) are NOT leading America to remain a free and independent, prosperous country. You know them as Congress members.
Somewhere down the Congressional line of creating legislation, it was cast aside that ANY legislation (proposed or turned into law) which was repugnant (unpleasant and distasteful) to the U.S. Constitution, was/is to be considered null and void!
Warriors, this doesn’t even cover all the bills and laws which are, in fact, in complete violation of the U.S. Constitution!! Especially in education!
As a result, Congress abandoned We the People and has combined education (which isn’t their responsibility) with labor and health care.
While today’s officials certainly overreach into these main federal agencies (ed/labor/health care), there are a host of others overreaching as well.
Also, Congress has not reined in ONE President yet, who has overreached into education! If they had, I truly believe our country would be much freer, much more prosperous, and, certainly within the U.S. Constitution and the Law of the Land.
(*Note: If you’ve not heard of Marbury vs Madison, this short video does an excellent job explaining how the U.S. Constitution is even more authoritative than ANY elected or appointed official or judge, even the Supreme Court!)
So, my advice? Don’t call them ‘leaders’! The path CongressIS leading us down, is the one to ‘global homogenized servitude’.
Congress is NOT as powerful as they think they are, when actively carrying out MANY repugnant and illegal bills/laws. If we MUST call these violators anything, I suggest ‘official’.
Any President or Presidential hopeful who continues to support the blending of education to labor, health care, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math); which TOTALLYUnited Nations; is in violation of repugnant and illegal activities.
Warriors, I think it’s past time to remind these officials that our country is in dire need of a reboot!
Back to the U.S. Constitution, back to separation of powers between federal and State. Back to the power of the citizens to decide for themselves how best to live life, pursue happiness, provide for themselves, and to educate based on the FAMILY’s values, not government prescribed ‘outcomes’.
The 116th Congressional Repugnant Bills:
Warriors, 3 bills from Congress have been passed from one chamber to another since I first wrote about them.
One is HR 753 (Global Electoral Exchange Act). When I first told you about this bill, it was April 2019. This bill passed over the the Senate in May 2019. It was first introduced in January of 2019. Presidential hopeful Castro’s brother is the original sponsor.
HR 753 will allow a globalization of our election process! It will put the U.S. Dept. of State in charge of a global electoral exchange program where countries can come to America (and we can travel to theirs) to learn ‘best practices’ from each other.
How does HR 753 impact education? Well, the U.S. State Dept. is a full fledged CCSS Machine member devoted to embedding as many UN agenda items into America as possible. Then, there are any and all kinds of groups associated with education which can participate in the ‘best practices’ for elections. Finally, civics as a subject will be a channel for change. HR 753 also amends our US Tax Codes.
HR 1359, Digital GAP Act is the second one which has had recent activity. It passed the entire House on 5/21/19. It’s in the Senate’s Committee on Foreign Relations. If you’d like to read the 116th’s version (not much different than it’s former version), go here.
Now, when I first wrote about this one, it was known as HR 600 from the 115th Congress. The entire title of the bill is Digital Global Access Policy Act. The global access is a hellacious overreach into our lives. The evidence has already been given that student data goes global, this simply expands that. Below is an image from the 2018 article.
The true nature of HR 1359 is digital economy. As in the data badge type where your social credit score can dictate your life. As in the type of bitcoin, social impact tool your data becomes. As in the type of data trail to control your education and where you work. Warriors, Congress believes by opening ‘Pandora’s internet access’ we’ll somehow lift folks out of poverty and boost the global economy!
Third, and last to have an update is S 406, The Federal Rotational Cyber Workforce Program. It passed the Senate on 7/25/19 and is in the House’s Oversight and Reform Committee.
Back in April 2019, I wrote 2 articles showing how this bill was (and still is) being fast tracked. If ever there was a time to apply the repugnant and illegal grabs against our Constitution, it’s S 406. This creates a task force based off a 2015 US law creating human capital (that’s We the People) systems. It will unite AI (Artificial Intelligence) and 5G into every portion of our lives, especially education via ‘coding’ (which is part of STEM). S 406 also embeds more UN agenda into our American laws.
Warriors, if you’ll remember, ‘coding’ is a big portion of ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), as well as HEA (Higher Education Act), and, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act).
Warriors, in my next article, I’ll go over more repugnant and illegal legislation those officials have been churning out while burning up their copies of the very document they swore to uphold and protect.
How dare we let them continue. How dare we get behind and support some of these same officials who are leading us straight to ruin.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, as we know, there are 24 hours in one day/night cycle. Nothing we can do will expand that or increase it.
So anytime the CCSS Machine brings up some cockeyed education scheme about ‘expanding time’ it means one thing: you start earlier in your student’s lives. As in younger ages/younger grades. We know ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) embedded universal preschool, in home visits for ‘student success and family engagement’, as well as ‘community alignment’ to ensure all children are college/career ready.
We know that, thanks to ESSA, several groups have access to our kids in public schools, but also all those OTHER schooled kids, too. How? After school programs, libraries, museums, or ‘anywhere at anytime’ via digitally driven content. Even if we don’t agree or support these groups agendas, because it can be connected to education (no matter how relevant or not), our kids are accessible.
So, have you heard about ‘Citizen School’? Look below, you won’t see ‘expanded learning time’, but it is one of their ’causes’. The others? STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math), national service, and middle schools. (*Note: if you are familiar with the UN/UNESCO SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), you’ll notice that some of the same colors used there are used here. There is actually a color psychology in the use of the colors and their meanings.) Why would I bring this up? STEM is the ‘educational change agent for education’!
Warriors, Citizen Schools has the national financial support from several CCSS Machine member groups, including our federal government. Gates, Google, Dell, Cisco, AT & T, and, Bank of America are a few I know you’ll easily recognize. However, there areseveral more groups, foundations, and government entitiesfunding this. Be sure to scroll all the way down the page.
So what DOES a “Citizen School” do? Who teaches? How long has this been around?
Basically, Warriors, Citizen Schools use everyday citizens to teach. Some appear to be licensed or credentialed, as the CCSS Machine phrases it. As a non-profit, the Schools also partner with existing school districts, community groups, and all related entities. This portionexpands the school to the entire community.
Add to that the ‘expanded time learning’, and you’ll see fast tracked apprenticeships for skill based education, exclusively in STEM fields. (Would you believe 10 weeks?)
****Warriors, we’ll return to Citizen Schools, but first, look at the connections you can make to the shift in education.****

2) From FL Polytechnic University,the STEM Career Guide gives you the old name of a job title and its STEM makeover name. For example, a civil engineer has been rebranded to become an architectural engineer.
3) Since STEM is the UN’s (United Nations’s) education change agent you’ll find other countries are expanding STEM learning. Look below at what Canada has for grades 5 to college/career viaSTEM Village:
3a) You may wish to see theSTEM Village’s Teachers page, where their version of ‘speeding up’ learning is displayed. On their blog, nothing but PBL (project based learning, another global education tool) and ways to introduce your child to STEM. The four men who created STEM Village are not found on the website. I did find them onAngelList, however. Doug Walker, Kevin McCaffertty, Mark Applebaum, and James Lowe.
3b) STEM Village corporate partners are TribalWorldwide (of DDB, a global advertising agency) andJAM(a Canada based marketing firm). Among JAM’s biggest clients? MasterCard (a huge CCSS Machine member group.)
3c) Tribal Worldwide has beenhonoredby AT & T (a major contributor to STEM and CCSS. You’ll also find AT & T financially supports Citizen Schools, too.) Why would we need to know this? The Tribal Worlwide group has offices all over the United States.
***Some thoughts and questions, Warriors. If you scroll back up to the STEM Village picture and read the part about the parents role in education, did you notice the shift? It isn’t about parents nurturing their children, it’s about the parents steering their children to a particular education style and track. Not for their personal gain, but an ECONOMIC gain! Consider ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) and some of its mandates for family engagement are geared off of ‘student success’. That’s why we’re seeing family in-home visits. Folded into the the mandates are family assessments for student engagement; there’s the community wide accountability for students, too. This all EXPANDS control of the student by the GOVERNMENT, not the parents! Also, part of the ESSA mandates is an expansion inSTEM teachers for STEM education. Warriors, we also have federal and State legislation seeking to expand ESSA’s powers over the parents!
That’s right, HR 804states that parents are to assist in the carrying out of a student’s success plan. Do you see the overreach? The federal government will assign the parent an assisting role in their child’s life?! This is huge, my followers!
Citizen Schools, Part Two:
Warriors, we left off with Citizen Schools where community’s role in education was expanded. What about the learning time expansion? According to the website ELT (Expanded Learning Time) has helped ‘pave a road to success’ for students. Especially those who struggle or are in low-performing schools. Look below:
(Source, added emphasis is mine) Warriors, if you see it above, notice, that the ELT information isn’t very in-depth, but it does gloat about expanding math learning time by 3 months. However, when you realize the ELT’s goal isn’t really academics, it makes that 3 months ‘expansion’ pretty worthless.

Warriors, I’m not sure about you, but I believe the Citizen Schools website and program is lots and lots of educratic cow chips dressed up as magical time expansion for all.The only thing truly expanded is control over citizens for a pre-determined path to work for the CCSS Machine.

**Author’s Note: I am in no way discounting the need for proper licensed mental health professionals and services. I realize many people, regardless of age, require these people and their expertise. What we are seeing across our nation, however, is a rush to label everyone as somehow ‘mentally’ in need of services/interventions. This is wrong. Very wrong.

Back in 2015, I showed you how the company was targeting special needs students, especially in IEPs and the alignment to CCSS, Common Core State Standards.
In 2019, the company is advertising on-line mental health psychologist’s counseling.
Knowing the recent avalanche of States seeking to hook us all up to mental health detectors, Presence Learning (PL) boasts it’s accessible to all States and across the world. So, watch out PL may already be in your State.
Warriors, do you have questions? I know I do. For example, knowing that on-line assessments have algorithms which can adjust and readjust in seconds, how do we know the student actually has a behavioral or mental need? Where in the world are the parents? Where was consent for this assessment given? Warriors, have you noticed anything so far? Not so much about academics and education is it? No, it appears all this is more about molding our kids to fit someone else’s mold. Take into consideration that ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) codified and increased every single bit of this. As we know ESSA is for EVERY child, not just our public school kids. Then add this into the information mix of the recent rush from our States to conform to ESSA’s mental health mandates.

Note that since every one one of us is in a relationship of some type, this isn’t geared simply for school students. It’s geared for all of us. ESSA has mandated family engagement, family support, and family mental health in wraparound services. Many of us are in multiple types of relationships at the same time!
If you would like to know how Search Institute became to be, the history is one of twists and turns. Beginning with its Lutheran Church roots in 1958. Sex ed, was added, as was values based education, and more. As you know, the federal government helps fund the Lutheran Church in afterschool programs we can tie back to the CCSS Machine, too.
This begs an age old question: Why does the federal government overreach into religion in this instance but will die on a hill screaming separation of church and state when it comes to religion in schools?

The Mental Health Bills from the 116th Congress:
Warriors, as if the CCSS Machine hasn’t given us enough indoctrination for mental health and our social and emotional states, the federal government has a few bills you may wish to add to the watch list. We know these will lining up to conform and embed.
S317, ACE Kids Act of 2019 (Sen. Grassley, IA, sponsor; 11 co-sponsors) ‘ACE’ is short for “Advancing Care for Exceptional”. This Bill will amend the Social Security Act to provide childhood treatments of medically complex conditions in a group health home. “Mental Health” is embedded 4 different times. At least 3 of the references include ‘community mental health center’.
HR 1301, Would also amend the Social Security Act to include funding to pay for certain types of mental health telehealth services. Rep. DelBene (WA) is the sponsor.
HR 884, Medicare Mental Health Care Access Act (Rep. Chu, CA, sponsor)
This Bill would amend the Social Security Act, as well. This one is worth watching due to the licensing and service of clinical psychologists throughout the States.
HR 1395, Would amend the ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965) aka: ESSA, to improve mental health services for students and ‘other purposes’. Rep. Dr. Roe (TN) is the sponsor. While there’s no text for the HR 1395, I did find his version of the Mental Health Bill for Students from the 115th Session. It’s worth your time to read. Lots of overreaches for community wide, P3s (public private partnerships), and telehealth.
HR 1109, Mental Health Services for Students Act of 2019 (Rep. Napolitano, CA, is the sponsor, there are 67 co-sponsors). This Bill would amend the Public Health Service Act. It will revise and extend school based mental health services at a comprehensive level. The bill will seek to improve and direct not only mental health services for Johnny and Suzy, but the entire family. As such, academic performance will improve. This is a very bad bill all around, Warriors!
S 286/HR 945, identical Bills, Mental Health Access Improvement Act of 2019, Senate sponsor is Barrasso, WY, House sponsor is Thompson, CA. S 286 has 7 co-sponsors; HR 945 has 8. Both will amend the Social Security Act. Family therapists and mental health counselors under part B of Medicare will be targeted. These professionals are to diagnose and treat mental illnesses according to these Bills.
Look below, Warriors, there’s the global mental health backing Congress is more relying on embedding than their voters’ voices ask for.
Warriors, quite a big bunch of headache inducing information, today. I know we MUST watch any federal or State government mental health legislation, however, look at how all this information is woven together. It’s not by accident. The CCSS Machine, the global mental health plan is that we will not be our own people, we’ll be a managed people, right down to what we think. The agenda is making its presence known more and more, day by day. Will YOU stop it from growing?
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, I hope you didn’t miss the last article of mine. It was full of Congressional amendments to the HEA (Higher Education Act).
Today, I have two sets of sister bills (identical) which also deserve our attention. They will impact (negatively) our education system.
Both sets update existing legislation by the same name. By rights, the title for today could have gone with ‘second verse, same as the first’, but I don’t want to dishonor Herman’s Hermits (the phrase comes from their 1960s hit “Henry the 8th, I Am”.)
In all seriousness, I present S 213 and HR 787(SOAR Act of 2019) and S 303 and HR 954(GEAR UP Act of 2019).
While I’ve not researched SOAR before, I’ve got plenty of archived information for GEAR UP.
The Gears of Alignment:
GEAR UP is short for Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs. In 2014, I showed you how GEAR UP was tied to the College and Career Readiness EvaluationConsortium. Back then, Congress devoted around $300 million for the alignment between education and workforce.
******GEAR UP ties high school and post-secondary education together.****
In late 2015, research showed GEAR UP was tied to the College or Career Pathways. CCP was Common Core. CCP has been rebranded to CCR (College and Career Readiness) as well as embedded in WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), and other related laws.
By mid 2016, Rep. John Kline and Sen. Lamar Alexander teamed up to have the audacity to tell We the People what direction higher education needed to go. Their‘plan’played out via Rep. Paul Ryan’s “Better Way”. Only problem, by then, was the workforce aligned education was fully locked in by the passage of ESSA. GEAR UP was a big part of the “Better Way”. Taxpayer costs for all the aligned education was somewhere around $60 billion.
When the FY 2017 Budget figures came out, Congress wanted at least $22 million for GEAR UP on its own. When GEAR UP was combined with all the other ‘education’ programs, the cost was a whole lot more! Low-income families and under-served populations were used as reasons why so much money needed to be poured into the CCSS Machine’s‘cradle to grave’ or ‘cradle to career’ system. (Be sure to look at the collaboration of the federal agencies for all the alignment.)
BY July 2017, GEAR UP was up for more money. It was also right in line for P3 (Public Private Partnerships) overreaches, too. Somewhere between these articles and this one,theglobalism threadwas showing up.
Last year, 2018, I gave you 3 articles on GEAR UP. The first one showed you, from a State level (NC’s) how GEAR UP was being used as a‘back door’to reach down to much earlier than high school, for aligned workforce education. The second article showed how amending HEA (and including GEAR UP in it somewhere), wouldexpand our government, not shrink it. The last article I wrote about GEAR UP (mid 2018) showed how it was being used in ALL school choices, at all levels, for21st Century Readiness. You can tie 21st Century Readiness to the P21 Group, a notorious CCSS Machine member.
What S 303 and HR 954 Update for GEAR UP:
1) They ‘reform’ the program. Since both Bills are identical, I’ve providing one link (S 303). Each bill will have different sponsors, co-sponsors, so if you need those names, visit http://www.congress.gov and type in Bill letter/number. 2) They rename the program, at least in Bill form. “GEAR UP for Success Act of 2019” is the full title. 3) They amend the HEA (Higher Education Act). By default, this expands federal government overreach into education. 4) They expand the breadth of students reached for college/career readiness. (Meaning younger than high school are now included.) 5) Incentivize States to have early college/career awareness interventions. Pit States in active competitions against each other for these grant opportunities to expand ‘strategies’ for these interventions. 6) Insert SEL (Social Emotional Learning), mental health counseling, etc. for ‘at-risk’ students. Will include cognitive and non-cognitive assessments. (How this plays into the career readiness will be via those career tracks students are pigeon-holed to. These will basically rank and file students on a pay scale.)
As seen below, this is an example of why students need to be assigned careers via tests.
7) Establish or expand data collection to last 5 years AFTER grants expire. 8) Collaborate with any eligible group for college awareness/career awareness. 9) Offer scholarships to students who’ve fully participated in GEAR UP activities. Scholarships will be based on several factors, including the number of students on reduced/free lunch and who’ve filled out FAFSA (federal student aid) forms.
HR 787/S 213, SOAR Act:
1) “SOAR” stands for “Scholarships for Opportunity And Results”. Here’s the link forHR 787. 2) These scholarships are set aside for District of Columbia students only. 3) These Bills amend Public Law 112-10, Division C. Basically funding DC parents/families for ‘school choice’. (Below is a screen shot of that law.)
Public Law 110-12was from during the 112th Congress, 2011. You can read the entire section on the DC School Choice information and what parameters were set in store, as well as see how these 2019 Bills will renew the ‘choices’. Since the print in the picture of PL 110-12 is so small, it’s best to go directly to the website, look for Section 3001 and continue until 3014. *Note: The NAEP (National Assessment of Educational Progress) is mentioned, as is the IES (Institutes for Educational Sciences). IES is an arm of the U.S. Dept. of Education which harvests and collects, freely shares student data. NAEP is tied to the Program for International Student Asssessment (PISA). As such, it’s all tied back to the CCSS Machine. As we know, there is ZERO choice in education since ESSA was made into law. Much of S 213 and HR 787 center on charter schools.
4) These 2019 Bills extend Opportunity Scholarships until FY 2024. No dollar amount has been cited as of yet. 5) Massive amounts of data will be collected and used against each participating student. How? If they do not conform to all the parameters given in the scholarships, they will lose them. Parameters are strings, Warriors. Strings tied to our children to force the government’s agenda for a prescribed outcome, not a true freely chosen education.
Below, I’m showing you a screen shot of the officialDC Opportunity Scholarship website. While the 2018-19 figures cite a per child cost, the 2017 Report was created by the IES about DC Opportunity Scholarships, as mandated by Congress. In that Report, it revealed that after one year, math scores were down, parents weren’t all that impressed with the new schools EXCEPT for school safety (which ESSA has used as excuses to data mine and indoctrinate children).
So WHY is the 116th willing to throw money at providing scholarships which aren’t really doing that much good?
Among DC Opportunity Scholarship Board Members, Verizon is represented (CCSS Machine member group). AmongPartnerships, Jack Kent Cook and Great Schools are listed. Huge CCSS Machine member groups. Capital Partners for Education is a P3 group where you’ll find one of the Bushfamily members serving representing their international LLC. As we know the Bush family is a big supporter of CCSS.
Capital Partners for Education’s tag line is “Mentoring to College and Career”. From their2018 Annual Report, you’ll find the mentoring is geared for 3 different ‘outcomes’ for students. They really focus on the kids in the middle of GPAs (Grade Point Averages) and love to focus on ‘soft skills’. For a look at HARD Goals and SMART Goals (where ‘soft skills’ can be found) read my2017 article. Capital Partners for Education is partners with Bank of America, Microsoft,and, Hilton. All of which are CCSS Machine members.
Warriors, as I said in my last article, these types of Bills from the 116th are from the early part of the Session. We need to continue to watch, but more importantly we need to take back our government. Take back our students. Stop allowing bad leadership and even worse financial management. We cannot win the War Vs the Core by shear research alone. We must get actively irate! We must strike several blows to the CCSS Machine.
Dear Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve heard SO many times that we, as a nation, aren’t investing enough in education. It’s used as a wedge to get most citizens activated and involved. Those of us fighting the global-to-federal-to-state-to-local-to-you overreach, know the investment hype is just that..hype.
If investing in education were the fix, we would have solved the ‘dumbing down’ of America long ago.
Since, ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), though, ‘investing’ isn’t simply about money anymore. It’s P3s (public private partnerships), it’s ‘in-kind’ donations and contributions (meaning, if you can’t give cash, give ‘stuff’) from anyone or any group approved by your SEAs or LEAs (State Education Agencies or Local Education Agencies).
The shifts in ESSA’s funding, also are worth noting here. For example, the shift from per-pupil to whole school funds.
That, my fellow Warriors, was to increase the amount of money States received. (*Note: It’s also the way to include all students in labeling them ‘at risk’ or ‘in need of intervention’.)
Before long, it wouldn’t surprise me to see either what I call the “PBS Beg-a-thons” (aka: pledge drives) or out and out auctions right outside the school buildings! Why? Because money solves everything!
Now, Warriors, don’t get me wrong, I know running a school costs money. However, when did Congress, the United Nations and all its partners, and our State leaders decide it was either money or technology devices which would be the saving graces to American education?!
HELLO!!! NEITHER money OR technology devices will save America’s education demise! So, why is there more push than ever to ramp up the money as we ramp down the quality?
I can almost hear some citizen read this and ask me, “Why talk about this now? We’re almost in the most festive time of the year, as Americans.. I don’t wanna talk about it, I’ll deal with it next year….” My response? “We need to talk now. Congress passed the FY 2019 Appropriations Bills which mean MORE money and ‘stuff’ will be thrown at education and hope it works. Then, we’ve just had elections, which means the new leaders will be taking office at the first of the year. We MUST be pro-active, not reactive!”
Warriors, believe me, the CCSS Machine is already talking about next year (and the years after) as far as money and ‘stuff’ to throw at education. Frankly, we need to catch up in the conversation. Quite simply, we need to change the narrative, not accept it!!
Where The Global Shift In Money Is Coming From:
Warriors, we already know the biggest source is the United Nations, the World Bank, IMF, Goldman Sachs, The Gates Foundation, the Middle East, the U.S. federal government, and several other well documented groups which all belong to the CCSS Machine. However, there are others driving the ‘money and stuff’ push on American taxpayers. We also know the global education push from groups like P21 (Partnership for 21st Century Skills) have also been well documented. Let’s look, at some lesser known groups, though.

(US Programs/Priorities Source) Warriors, did you notice the huge amount of money? According to their website, the $39 billion isn’t enough, they want MORE!
Did you notice the attitude is that not only can global/federal government GET the taxpayer funds to pull this off…they can manage co-ordination of its use, too! Are you kidding me?? How well has managing the States turned out?! For the globalists and federal leadership: SUPER! For the States and American citizens? MICROMANAGED to the smallest degree.

b) There, you’ll see UNICEF, the NEA, AFT, and several other key CCSS Machine member organizations.
c) Embedded in the “Education for All” Act is a link to the“Right To Education Index”. Read the introduction to the information, and you’ll see data collection. The U.S., as a member, data mines and shares your student’s information to reports like this.
d) Of course, the Campaign receives donations..what ‘card carrying’CCSS Machine member group wouldn’t.
Other Global Overreaches in America:
Each of these will need our money or ‘stuff’at some point. If it’s not our money or ‘in-kind’ contribution, it’ll be big business, big pharma, big _________ (fill in the blank). Thanks to ESSA, the community mom and pop businesses, the State services will be roped in as well.
2) World Top 20 Project (website) For every person, world-wide ages 3 to 25. According to their Global Education Report 2017, those polled on the best education systems ranked more government funding as the second most important item. What group is behind World Top 20 Project? FIFA (International Federation of Association Football) FIFA’s social responsibility is carried out in education for every child on the planet. Warriors, not only will FIFA invest billions in education, but advocates that governments up the ante!
3) Center for Global Development stated in 2016 that not only do we need globalized standard driven tests because they’re more fair to those being tested as well as international testing is cheaper. Warriors, do you see the problems with this for Americans? I do. 4) Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA), here’s their excerpt: “AIEA brings together international education leaders into dialogue with each other, their counterparts around the world, organizations that promote international education, and organizations concerned with the shaping and management of international higher education. AIEA gives members opportunities to join forces, share institutional strategies, and provide an effective voice on matters of public policy.”

7) Global Partnership in Education’s got 8 charts to plead the case for more global education. Chart #4 is where the plea for ‘we need more money’ can be found.
From the GPE, this excerpt: “Education reduces poverty, boosts economic growth and increases income. It increases a person’s chances of having a healthy life, reduces maternal deaths, and combats diseases such as HIV and AIDS. Education can promote gender equality, reduce child marriage, and promote peace. In sum, education is one of the most important investments a country can make in its people and its future.”
8)State and District Network on International Education in the Schools (this Network is the results of a partnership between the Longview Foundation and the Asia Society). Their stance is that global education is required for graduation. See the rubric here (in a DOC file)
9)The United States Government (USAID) Education Strategy? Expansion of government and more money to invest in what is taught. As found on page 8 of the 98 page Strategy Plan, “Financial resources are critical to effective education systems”. That cost or ‘investment’? In the trillions, Warriors! The sources of all those trillions of dollars? Taxpayers, private corporations, and philanthropists. (Gee, I wonder which of the CCSS Machine billionaires is going ‘first’?)
From The States: Then, there are global overreaches in every State in America!
For example, look at CT’s global education guidelines for all K-12th programs.
We saw WV, above. However, all 50 States will have some globalism in place and it will only keep expanding. How? Look at where I live, North Carolina.
The State Board of Education decides to embed globalism in education and the Department of Public Instruction carries it out. How?
Not only working with different countries, but tying education to the State level Dept. of Commerce (which will also tie education to the State level Dept. of Labor). NC’s documents also show that as of 2015-16, the use of non government partners to influence school boards was to be put into action.
In fact, one of the documents I found shows how 16 NC Counties and 2 VA Counties were used as pilot districts to help create the Global School Network! (*Note: in the document, you’ll notice the Global School Network was coordinated around 2012 by a group known as VIF, Visiting International Facility. VIF, used to train teachers (known as VIF Global Gateway Program), but shifted to focus on K-12 global education. As of 2017, VIF was re-namedParticipate. Today, Participate is ‘igniting change and creating impact on a global scale’. How is Participate accomplishing this? Leading edge technology in school districts!
Warriors, the investments in education, be they money or in-kind, aren’t worth it. Not the way things are going. Taxation without representation might be theft, but overzealous philanthropists and private corporations CAN be put in their proper places..out of the classrooms! Question is, will we be that bold? Then, there’s the government..we are ITS master, not the other way around. It’s time to put DC on notice for 2019. We must, it’s our citizen’s duty as well as our patriotic responsibility.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, just a few days ago, I revealed to you how the World Bank is using Social Impact Bonds (SIBs), ‘sin’ taxes, along with other financial tools to help force America into the SDGS (Sustainable Development Goals) of the UN (United Nations).
One such financial tool is called ‘gender bonds (GBs)’. When I asked two of my fellow Anti Fed Ed Warriors who happen to be considered experts in both data mining and SIBs, neither had heard of the GBs.
Knowing SIBs, BitCoin, and ‘sin’ taxes are connected to the demise in education, these GBs must be as well. So, let’s find out just what GBs will do in education. We’ll also learn if there are any NEW financial tools to be used against us.
SIBs and BitCoins:
SIBs, Social Impact Bonds, are a form of the ‘pay for success’ scheme used in business, but which as been applied to education via ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act). How? Defined student outcomes. In other words the student HAS to be controlled and manipulated to fit a certain ‘outcome’. In ESSA’s case: ‘college and career ready’. Warriors, did you know ‘outcome’ is a government controlled goal, NOT a personal free will choice?
As I’ve stated before, Alison McDowell’s Wrench in the Gears blog is an excellent resource to understand HOWSIBs are harming education. Alison also can explain the Bitcoinconnections to education. (*Note: it has to do with the trail created by data mining (aka ‘student data rape’).
As Alison points out, the Bitcoins and SIBs, will be used against every American. We’re seeing this type of control used in China. Knowing the UN’s SDGs are involved, we know more than education will be BitCoins and SIBs’s conduit for HOW control is set up.
I’ve also shared before that the Missouri Education Watchdog’s blog has some excellent information on data mining. This September 2018 article explains the global lust for our student’s personal information. Since Google and global data rapers are at the helm, we know this will meet up with the World Bank and the United Nations, somehow!
(*Note: See page 40 of the World Bank’s “Moving the Needle”. You’ll also see how much American money has already been invested into SIBs.)
Paying For Our ‘Sins’?
As far as ‘sin taxes’ go, the UN’sSDGs want to see excessive use of alcohol and other substances curtailed as much as possible. (Don’t forget the WHO, World Health Organization here!)
So, the World Bank’s plan is to tax the people for using them. What’s more is the ‘sin taxes’ will help fund universal health care and mental health ‘scale-up’ programs. (‘scale up’ is fancy for expansion of government in mental health.)
Now, it is important to note that excessive use of ANY substance should be addressed, but an overall tax across the board isn’t so much about helping fight substance abuse as it is about controlling your free will. Much like the mental health grab by the UN is a back door to taking Second Amendment rights away, this type of taxation will infringe heavily on your Constitutionally and civil rights protected freedoms. (*Note: Page 40 of the World Bank’s “Needle” shows a sin tax on beverages made with sugar (but not for high fructose corn syrup or other modified sweeteners)!
What will this type of heavy handedness do for those who are not excessive or abusive? What happens when this type of tax is attached to sodas and juices?
Why is it ‘universal health care’? Is this a sign that America will have this socialist system?
Using Gender For Their Agenda:
Warriors, it isn’t new news that the UN’s SDGs use gender against us. In the SDG Toolkit (created in the US back in the early 2000s), you’ll find page after page of how women and the poor are targeted.
While the BS tries to make the reasons WHY these people are targeted sound noble, the real agenda is caddish. The first reason is that the more women or poor people who work, the fewer there will be to raise children. The second reason is that all citizens must work to feed the global economy.
What is the main educational tool being used to target women and the poor? STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) and STEAM (all of STEM, plus the Arts). (*Note: this one article will give you the SDG Tool Kit link, as well as show you the Americans pushing the global STEM moreso than most other citizens.)
So, knowing all this, let’s find out what a GB (Gender Bond) is and how it will impact education.
Warriors, according to the World Bank’s Needle document, Gender Bonds are a type of private sector finance tool, like the SIBs and others above. These type of tools, as we are seeing are being used to drive (or force) social change. Look below:
(You can find the Gender Bond definition and related investment information on Page 35 of the World Bank’s Needle document.) What follows is a timeline of GBs:
NAB, National Australian Bank; March 2017, becomes the first to issue gender bonds. The reason? Workforce equality. NAB also has a “Male Champion of Change” program. According to NAB’s 2017 “Towards 2020” document, education and P3s (public private partnerships) will help genders get ahead. NAB is also a UN Global Compact member, since 2010.
December 2017, the Wall Street Journal wrote about the Gender Bonds as a way to be ‘socially responsible’ (as well as a way to help end sexual harassment). Back in 2014, the Journal partnered with MSN (Microsoft) News to poll America on Common Core. (*Note: as we know, Microsoft is a huge UN member/supporter. What you may not know is that the Wall Street Journal is owned by the Dow Jones and Company. Dow Jones is a partner of the World Bank. Especially in the SDGs.)
June 2018,Turkey’s Gender Bonds with the help of Goldman Sachs10K Women program. (The education tie comes through global business courses at partnering institutions.) Warriors, I have at least 4 articles on how Goldman Sachs is part of the CCSS Machine (Common Core State Standards Machine).
Doing The DIB: DIBs (Development Impact Bonds) are a new type of World Bank financial tool. These bonds will be much like the SIBs, but will mature between 3-10 years. DIBs also center around ‘result driven approaches’ when it comes to social issues. In educratic speak it’s known as ‘best evidenced practice’; aka: subjective research and methods). You’ll find almost no information on DIBs in the World Bank’s document because these bonds are still undergoing changes before being unleashed. Do watch for these, though. Education will certainly be in the mix.
The UN’s Women’s Movement:
First, off, before we get to WHAT the UN’s got in mind, I’m sure you’ve had a burning question or two about gender bonds.
As of this article, the only real focus by the UN has been for women and/or the poor. How ‘poor’ is a gender, I do not know.
However, you’ve seen and read the evidence.
Are there any gender bonds for men? What about those who aren’t sure of their gender or have decided to NOT have a gender? Where will these people be placed by the UN?
No matter if you agree with the ‘gender bending’ going on or not, people are people and we all need protecting from the UN’s control freakish system. The UN screams ‘tolerance’ but is breeding massive amounts of discrimination!
Warriors, SDG #5 is Gender Equality. It’s where the GBs fit in. If you’ve not seen the SDG #5 targets, read here.
If you missed the new 2018 Gender Guidelines, you’ll ‘love’ learning about them. The Guidelines will use gender to tie to climate change. The World Bank’s “Needle” document will feature a little on Green Bonds. Near Page 40. Green bonds are geared for sustainable ‘green’ energy and climates.)
Lastly, from 2002, the World Bank tackled the question about gender and the SDGs (although back then the SDGs had another name).
To cut through the global doublespeak, the reason why gender is so key to the success of the SDGs is IF we can stop the unfairness between men and women, we’ll treat our environment better. IF we treat the environment better, we’re well on our way to a peaceful world.
It’s as if the UN is telling us, if you and your spouse can stop fighting, then your grass will grow better. If the grass is greener, then your peace will be at hand. Yeah, right..Sounds like the UN believes everyone just fell off the turnip truck. (That’s Southern for not very smart.)
Warriors, as I shared with you in the “Wicked Web”, the very leaders who have pledged to END America’s union with the UN are NOT living up to that pledge. In fact, the Administration has strengthened the UN/US union.
We MUST, I repeat, MUST enforce the free will of the people. That will? To remain Americans, to rid education of government, and to STOP seeing mountains made out of molehills as the UN has done to us for years.

Lifelock uses ‘core data’ supported by ID Analytics. ID Analytics is an arm of the Symantec Corporation(Norton Anti Virus is also part of Symantec). Symantec partners with Microsoft, Inc. (among others). Symantec also calls itself the “Global Leader in Next-Generation Cyber Security”. If you’d like to see all Symantec does in our schools (from early ed to higher ed), gohere. (*Note: It’s important to stress that while groups like Symantec say they are protecting student data, let’s remember 2 things: a) these data miners are operating under a fully gutted version of FERPA (Family Education Rights to Privacy Act); b) all the ‘core data’ goes to cyber clouds where anyone from around the world can access your student’s data.)
Symantec alsosupportsthe EU’s (European Union’s) General Data Protection Regulations. Warriors, this matters because we know the student data ends up in the UN and OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development). Student data also goes to several other CCSS Machine member groups. (*Note: ironically, I never saw any Symantec language stating just as clearly that our 4th Amendment rights or that our U.S. Civil Rights to freedom and privacy were upheld.)
One other interesting ‘tidbit’ about Symantec and education: software is donated and tied to STEM. STEM, as we know is the UN’s tool in education to align everything to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).

The National PTA and STEM:
Warriors, did you notice in the first PTA screen shot the heading for PTA and STEM? Notice how bright and colorful the logo is? There’s a reason. STEM (as part of the UN’s SDGs) usescolor psychology. (*Note: the links are about halfway through the article.)

Bayer Corporation (a huge SDG supporter) through their Making Science Make Sense Program. Warriors, while the facts remain about how awful this modern education reform is, it is truly ‘awesome’ when a CCSS Machine member group actually shows you the education reform agenda. Bayer has done that for us. In including thisinformation, we can see the ties lead us back to the NSF (National Science Foundation) and the Smithsonian Institute(yes, even the Smithsonian hassold out.). You’ll also see the State chosen to begin the reform program in. Pennsylvania! You’ll also see the other States which are involved now.
2018Partnersfor ASSET STEM include the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation, PPG, Chevron, and Westinghouse.

Warriors, the age range forBayer’s Making Science Make Sense? K-20 (Kindergarten to college). Warriors, do you see the agenda in the excerpt? It is there, in plain sight. Contrast it with the overall STEM presence the National Science Foundation (along with the UN) has rammed down our throats. Notice, below, how humans are depicted.
‘STEM education for a STEM people in a STEM nation for a STEM economy of STEM jobs.’ (paraphrased slightly from the Obama era PCAST report)
Warriors, I hope you’ll revolt against this total indoctrination happening in America. We are Americans, not STEMs. We are people with free will, not bodies to be conformed to the corporate masters. Expose the links between globalism and the PTA/PTOs. Let parents know they are willfully being lied to about STEM and the education reform. We should be lashing out against this overreaching agenda to save our children! We must risk it all to save our nation and our freedoms!
The massive data tracking the National PTA is involved in; how will that cause any type of trust between schools and families? What about the fact this group is supposed to be on your side in the War Vs the Core? How will children react to their parents and teachers when they learn their personal private information has been shared and sold without permission or consent? If you’ve not read my April 2018 article about how the UN uses data tracking to combine SEL and the ‘good citizen/bad citizen’ (Chinese social credit system as an example), then you’ll need to see how activities like the National PTA and the data partners play into this.
Dressing indoctrination up and passing it off as fun, is horrible. The thin veil? Oh, it’s all about the jobs and the economy, not your child’s academics and free will in life. Operating under a gutted privacy law is equally horrible. The data controls and tracks you.
What about a real PTA where they fight against the CCSS Machine, not bow down before it?
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we know that the CCSS Machine isn’t simply American made..it’s global. It’s roots are in the United Nations and a host of other international organizations.
Many of us have been tracking this for years and exposing the goals are as ‘lily white and pure’ as they are passed off to be.
So, finding out the U.S. Secretary of Education made her way to the recent G20 Education Ministers Meetings in Argentina, was not really a surprise. DeVos’s global roots are showing, as they have been since she was sworn into office.

3) More ‘lifelong learning’(aka: a hamster wheel effect for us all)
4) More ‘personalized learning’ to close digital gender gaps (aka: more physical and mental damage by being on computers too long)
5) More proof that the ‘one-way-to-learn-so-you-can-earn’ will be the ONLY way for ALL Americans (regardless of public, private, faith based, or homeschooling)
6) More evidence that our lives will not be our own to live; our choices will not be our own
7) ‘Smoking guns’ for more private corporations, national, and international financing of not only education but labor (aka: jobs)
8) Educratic buzzwords and phrases which will be used against us (for example, the Declaration does use ‘vocational training’; however, it’s been proven that here in America, ‘vocational training’, like ‘vocational education’ was re-branded to Career Tech Education (CTE) ). Warriors, we KNOW CTE IS Common Core and STEM combined!
9) More STEM, especially for girls
10) More family micromanaging
11) Combining education and labor into one category (Warriors, remember, there’s a proposed legislative bill out there to merge U.S. Education and U.S. Labor already. This Declaration will more than likely be the last nail in the coffin in allowing the merger!)
12) More mind-bending indoctrination toward our attitudes, values, and beliefs to conform to global sustainability, peace, and tolerance for anyone and whatever they do, believe, or support
13) More AI, infrastructure changes, and technology to track us, teach us, and control us (*Note: the highlighted phrase will show you Alison McDowell’s video on Blockchain. It will definitely tie into not only the G20 Declaration, but education.)
In other words, Warriors, not only will we see education be turned into workforce prep, as we have been, but we’ll see it INCREASED to match the UN backed, G20 Declaration.

Back in July of this year, I shared with you how our American Declaration of Independence was being threatened by the overreaches at the hands of not only the CCSS Machine, but the U.S. Government, AND, the United Nations.
DeVos’s agreement to honor a global declaration is a spear through every one of our student’s hearts and should be criminal.
The very fact that BOTH the U.S. Dept. of Education and U.S. Department of Labor are unconstitutional has been overlooked and ignored for too long. Back in late 2017, I showed you how the decrease in UN funds from America weren’t enough to STOP the impacts about to hit us! The article showed not only Ed/Labor, but the State Dept. and a host of other federal agencies participating in supporting the UN rather than the US! (You’ll want to see how the World’s Largest Lesson is connected to all this; then look below at the colorful picture.)
We MUST respond to what is happening before us NOW. The impacts are about to slap us all in the face. Remember, the Declaration impacts not only public schools, but ANY kind of schooling; young or old. By using language like ‘formal learning, informal learning, or learning anywhere’ that ensnares ALL choices! Warriors, think about it, ESSA (wiped out true school choice) and NOW the Declaration does, too.
Some of the very impacts you’ve been warned about since ESSA became law are also in the G20 Declaration! Was it by chance?! No!!!
We CANNOT allow ourselves or our children to be a puppet to the system!
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, how many times have we heard that PL, ‘personalized learning’; especially in this, the ESSA Era (Every Student Succeeds Act); will help our students acquire more AND better information? What about how much the PL will boost their performance levels? It’s been proven that PL is a out and out lie thrust upon parents across the nation.
The ‘better information’ is the SAME information the rest of the non PL students receive. The reality of PL is that it constantly assesses our students with mind-numbing algorithms and agenda.
So, one more ‘virtual’ on-line PL school shouldn’t hurt, should it? After all, it gives the busy parents one more ‘choice’ in how to educate at home OR how to supplement the 7 to 8 hours of school work your student receives in a brick and mortar school!
Oh, yes, I’m absolutely certain Johnny and Suzy will want MORE school work once they get home. ESSA’s mandate for 365, 24/7 on-line access to ANYTHING educational is coming true at harmful speeds.
The problem, Warriors, is what’s being considered ‘educational’ could be OR it may NOT be. It’s like the old saying of ‘if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and, quacks like a duck, then it probably IS a duck.’
In other words, slap the name ‘school’ or ‘educational’ on something and presto-chango..it IS acceptable..especially in the ESSA Era.
However, I believe (based on research) that this type of purposeful deception should be exposed AND avoided.
Warriors, it isn’t the duck which needs to ‘get out’ of our way; it’s the water the duck swims in that we should ‘get out’ of!

For a quick run-down, this on-line, virtual school offers over 3,000 classes. These ‘classes’ are offered over all 7 days of the week, and 24 hours a day. Teachers are located all across the globe.

In looking at just a few of the classess offered, I saw “American Girls” (which has aligned to the CCSS Machine), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), pre-algebra, SEL (social emotional learning/grooming), and herbal gardening.
There were tons more offerings. However, what I noticed was those ‘teaching’ are charging parents per pupil (the prices I saw ranged from $89.00 per ‘learner’ to $200.00) for the ‘privilege’ to sit in front of their computers and ‘learn’.(*Note: the SEL teacher’s biography extolled her virtues in leading kids in physical movement while at a brick and mortar school. But how do you ensure a child’s actually moving while on-line?) These fee-based classes run in 4 week, 8 week, or longer sessions. You have to register separately for other sessions.
Look at the ‘fine print’ when signing up for a session of classes and you’ll discover that you’re purchasing the teacher’s materials and therefore cannot receive a refund.
*Why bring up a cost for classes? The main website advertises joining for ‘free’! According to the OutSchool’s terms of agreement, the virtual ‘school’ is really an on-line education marketplace for you to shop!
As part of the OutSchool’s privacyparameters, when you pay for ‘success’ in these classes, the teacher gets to video record your student.
What group or CCSS Machine members are behind OutSchool?
From the OutSchool’s “About Us” page, it appears several young and upcoming CCSS Machine disciples are at the helm of this marketing scheme. For example, one of the key leaders used to work at Testive (a SAT assessment prep group). I exposed Testive’s alignment to Common Core back in 2015. Another leader was previously tied to Cambridge. Cambridge is in on the global data mining and education track.

Warriors, how will any school choice be regarded as ‘personalized’ or ‘free from the government’ when the same aligned resources are being embraced?! We cannot treat education as the new ‘don’t ask, don’t tell’ when it comes to the CCSS Machine’s overreach into our family homes.
How can we tell folks to get out of one system, only to see the SAME system ensnare them elsewhere, and say little to nothing? We must we the type of Warriors who are fearless in exposing the wrongs.
Much like that OTHER‘marketplace’ offering great deals on health care (until you read the fine print), this educational marketplace needs to be vacated IMMEDIATELY. It offers zero savings and 100% agenda!
