When “Choice” Really Means “Confinement”

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, this is my second article on the federal overreach into education by the 116th Congress.

So, far we’ve seen the HR 62’s grab for our little learners with shifting Head Start and Early Head Start funds to block grants your Governor’s will be in charge of. The hidden in plain sight agenda there? “School choice”, especially via vouchers for low-income families.

For today’s article, it’s HR 69, the ‘‘Ending Common Core  and Expanding School Choice Act’’.
This bill is 6 pages long and is sponsored by Rep. Bill Riggs from AZ. There’s one co-sponsor from CO (Rep. Doug Lamborn).
HR 69 is in the hands of the House’s Education and Labor Committee.

, before you break out the champagne and burn your anti Common Core t-shirts, let’s dig into this Bill as well as some breaking announcements from around the education news circuits which connect to ‘ending Common Core’.

 NO State has gotten rid of Common Core, it’s re-brands, assessments, resources, curriculum, professional development, etc. The ‘name’Common Core might be missing, but it is still there. You know it’s been proven repeatedly on my blog and others!

SO, does HR 69 get rid of Common Core or does it champion school choice?! Look at these tweets from Rep. Biggs. Do you see what’s missing?

On the 25th of January, rather than promote the HR 69’s intent to “End Common Core”, Biggs once again touts ‘school choice’. Warriors, don’t you think if your Bill had the first three words as “Ending Common Core” that you’d shout it from the mountain tops?!

First up: The Fine Print:


Warriors,  HR 69 has “End Common Core” in its title, but does it REALLY end CCSS?!
Let’s find out!

As I stated, this bill is only 6 pages long, the first 3 and 1/2 pages are devoted to expanding school choice via ‘money following the child’ schemes.

HR 69 also is targeting the money toward low-income families. This is dangerous in the false hope it gives. Money following the child is a worn out CCSS Machine tactic to attract those outside the current education system and draws them in, only to be trapped in the alignment. Homeschoolers are also among those targeted by ‘school choice’.

On Page 4, nearly at the bottom is ONE paragraph devoted to actually mentioning ‘Common Core’ and its supposed end.
But look how Rep. Biggs worded it. This, is not only a deception, it’s a waste of taxpayer money to even print this Bill!

Warriors, if you cannot read the excerpt from the bottom of Page 4, here it is, along with the balance of the paragraph on Page 5:
‘‘SEC. 1113. RULES OF CONSTRUCTION.  ‘‘(a) IN GENERAL.—No officer or employee of the  Federal Government shall, through grants, contracts, or other cooperative agreements, mandate, direct, or control  a State, local educational agency, or school’s specific instructional content, academic standards and assessments, curricula, or program of instruction (including any requirement, direction, or mandate to adopt the Common
 Core State Standards developed under the Common Core State Standards Initiative, any other academic standards  common to a significant number of States, or any assessment, instructional content, or curriculum aligned to such  standards), nor shall anything in this Act be construed to authorize such officer or employee to do so. “

As I stated in the screen shot, there’s no need to stress that States are not to be forced into ADOPTING Common Core, that has already happened via RttT (Race to the Top) AND ESSA!

ESSA also removes ‘school choice’ as we knew it. How? The mandate for all education to be aligned to the same workforce based standards (teaching, resources, assessments, and, curricula) as laid out by WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act).

HSLDA Joins Jeb’s Yellow Scarves:

Warriors, back in 2018, I published an article which featured a scathing expose on Jeb Bush’s involvement with National School Choice Week and the iconic yellow scarves used to signify support.

Congress has embraced this annual CCSS Machine laced week. Rep. Biggs, among them. However, he is far from the only Congress member who supports and (falsely) believes ‘choice’ (meaning the type of education learned/taught) still exists.

Since ESSA’s passage, ‘choice’ is only applicable to location. So, those very so-called champions of education who keep telling the nation education isn’t defined by zip code, are in essence, MAKING education defined by zip codes. The very agenda they say they ‘hate’ is one they are backing 100%. Will we continue to support these double-speaking educrats?!

Remember, earlier I stated homeschoolers were being drawn in the school choice debacle?

HSLDA, Homeschool Legal Defense Association has come out of the shadows and into the spotlight. In this HSLDA press release you see how the organization is using ‘school choice’ to equate to educational freedoms. Sure, back before ESSA, we had educational freedoms. A few still exist, but, Warriors, the longer we see the ESSA mandates continue to increase (like those in-visits and the birth to 5 yrs overreaches), the freedoms will totally disappear.

Warriors, if you look more closely to what other CCSS Machine items HSLDA supports, you may be surprised. What may those be? Career Technical Education, education savings accounts, apprenticeships, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).  Frankly, I’m glad to see HSLDA remove all the behind the scenes support for the CCSS Machine and come out blazing. It means all the illusions of the past few years have been shattered.

 

CCSS/CTE impacts ALL educational choices, don’t be fooled!

On January 23rd, during “School Choice Week” Sec. of Education, DeVos was reported as saying it’s imperative Congress support school vouchers and thereby school choice. The Daily Signal’s article tells the entire story.

In January, and on the U.S. Dept. of Education’s blog, a ‘myth vs fact’ guide to ‘school choice’ has been provided. However, it paints those opposed to school choice as somehow the problem. How like the federal government to point the finger at citizens rather than admit the reality of THEIR lies.

2) Paradise Community College is a part of the Maricopa Community College District in Phoenix, AZ. Maricopa Community College District is tied to the League for Innovation in Community Colleges (LICC). LICC has received grant awards from the Gates Foundation. LICC also has Pearson Publishing and WalMart (among others) as partners. LICC also is a nationwide organization.

5) Rep. Biggs’ Campaign contributions show that the Koch Industries (as in Koch Brothers, part of the CCSS Machine) was among the funding groups.

7) Since the CCSS Machine’s ultimate goal is total control of our children (and ourselves), we see parental rights eroding a bit slower than school choice is disappearing. We know the ESSA mandates for family involvement and student success mean those in-home tracking visits (see the very first part of this article).
However, Illinois has just shared that a bill which FURTHER takes parental rights away is in the works. The Bill also will factor directly into home visits and family involvement. It’s called the Parental Bullying Bill.  The way in which this Bill will also add to the CCSS Machine’s control of children is through ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and mental/behavior health interventions. Most certainly all this will be included in ‘school choice’ options. (*Note: I am not condoning parental bullying in its true form, however, the broad strokes being used against parents needs to be of concern.)

Consequences:

Below is a screen shot of consequences we now face, due to the signing into law HR 4174 (FEPA) has in store for We the People:

HOW will FEPA immediately or chillingly effect us as Americans?
1) This might shock you, but all our civil rights (how we are treated) are assigned by our government. All our civil liberties (our freedoms) are also assigned by the government.

In the Declaration of Independence we were guaranteed the right to pursue life, liberty, and happiness as WE chose. FEPA removes OUR guarantee to live our lives as WE choose. It certainly removes all liberty, as well as freedom. It certainly will impact how we are treated. (Source)

1a) How does FEPA cause this? Life-long tracking of your life, your attitudes, values, beliefs, how much income your family makes, where you live, do you own a gun, do you beat your family, do you drink or smoke? Do you go to church?
Think of it this way Warriors, whatever data snooping the Patriot Act created on every American (thus helping gut FERPA, Family Education Rights to Privacy Act, as well as the SLDS and WQDI (Student Longitudinal Data System/Workforce Quality Initiative, respectively); FEPA makes it look like sissy stuff.

Why? The goal in the shift to erode America as the ‘land of the free/home of the brave’, has long been in place. It’s not been about our choice in life, especially for our students of all ages, for quite some time. The reason FEPA is SO evil, is in the systematic destruction of America, education is the choice weapon and data mining (aka: student data rape) has been the key trigger.
FEPA, along with 2 others (HR 2434 College Transparency Act; HR 3157 Student Privacy Protection Act)were introduced during the 115th Congress. Each of these could work together or stand alone all have life-long data tracking (aka: open data) built in. The Big Biz, Big Tech, and Big Government have long been after our information of ALL kinds, FEPA now allows that…nationally, via a single, unified system.
**The Bigs (as I call them) all feel we have NO right to our privacy and that it all belongs to them. Is is because they care about us? No, it’s for control and money.

2) The Bill of Rights in our Constitution (1-10) find the most negative impact from FEPA.
The First Amendment is centered on freedom of speech. However, only the speech is protected. Expression isn’t. So, with FEPA’s constant tracking our every move, our every word, HOW we express ourselves will be closely monitored. That removes OUR choice of expression.

2a) The Second Amendment has been the most targeted, in my opinion, in recent history.
I’ve shared with you in the past how the CCSS (Common Core State Standards, rebranded as CCR, College/Career Readiness) have used anti-gun control as a key point in curriculum used. Add to that the ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act’s mandate for ‘safe schools’ where not only anti-2nd Amendment rhetoric is attached, but every student must be mentally evaluated. FEPA will tie to the gutted FERPA and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) in these mental evaluations, thus taking personal private data from your students with or without consent. (*Remember, since FEPA creates a data track for every one, student or not, you too, will be mentally evaluated and labeled accordingly.)

3) Our 4th Amendment states no unreasonable arrest or search can happen. FEPA guts this off the bat. How? By having our lives and homes constantly monitored, the government is already inside, so no searching will be needed. As far as arrest, with our other rights muted or removed, we could be found guilty of any number of activities. These by, default, plays right into the 5th and 6th Amendments concerning self-incrimination and our rights if we are accused. FEPA will assault these, too.

4) Amendments 9 and 10 stand to cause the most havoc in State level government. Nine assures us any right NOT listed in the Constitution is safe. Ten, of course assigns State’s rights concerning their citizens. State’s rights have already been eroded by federal laws, programs, funding, etc. FEPA will remove any State power and assign it to the federal level. How? That single, unified system of control.

5) Amendments 14 and 16 lay out citizenship rights and federal income tax. Since FEPA will use personal data (expanding it to non-census data, too) from the Public Private Partnerships (P3s) such as the FBI and Amazon. The IRS has now been included in that expansion. So have the HHS, ED, and others.

The more tags, the more compartmentalized you are until you are pigeon-holed into a certain sector where the appropriate entitlements and government programs will best suit you. Somewhat tied to the taxation is the 24th and 26th Amendments.

Those Pesky, “Unintended” Consequences of FEPA:

1) Whom you associate with will be watched and monitored.
2) Your privacy is of no concern, even in your home and especially via all the “Smart Devices” you use. Big Tech is rejoicing FEPA is law, the data is all theirs, anyway (or so they believe)
3) If you find yourself in need of a jury, who determines those who make up the jury?
4) The freedom to travel where you wish, as you wish may become restricted, due to association, taxes, tolls, or for any arbitrary reason the government designs.
5) The freedom to religious worship, is at stake, too.

6) “Evidence Based” is code for collection of data.
7) FEPA bastardizes the weakened Net Neutrality, so everything on-line is open for collection. It also feeds off of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and will use AI to align and confine us.
8) FEPA will use the 5G technology against Americans, not in favor of them. Don’t believe the hype that 5G will be a faster internet connection. A Trojan awaits in ANYTHING 5G. (BitCoins, Social Impact Investing, Community Partnerships, included those between cities and churches are a few of what is tied to 5G and a weakened State.)
9) FEPA (a supposedly education minded bill) sat in the Senate’s Homeland Security Committee longer than anywhere else in Congress. Why? FEPA alters the infrastructure of America!
10) Since FEPA attacks both the Declaration of Independence (based on natural rights and justice) and the Constitution (rules enforced by the government), every citizen should be up in arms and alarmed at what freedoms and rights are at stake!

Citizen Recourse:

Warriors, I’m sure by now, you are wondering what in the world we CAN do to fight back. I believe I have found something we can use to seriously land a blow to Congress and FEPA.

Consider the HR 4174’s track record, it’s full of broken procedures and rules used to ram it through BOTH Chambers. Congress claims there was no negative feedback (which would have given us a hearing). There was enough negative feedback to call for two hearings, but we were ignored. No debate, once HR 4174 came up for a vote on the Senate floor mere days before Christmas 2018. The vote? A voice one, again, no way for the citizens to hold Congress accountable.

Recourse #1: Since we have no record of how our Senators voted on HR 4174, we CAN find out how they voted on the Motion to Suspend Rules and Concur in the Senate! More than likely, if they voted to suspend, they voted for passage.

Recourse #3: Warriors, have you ever heard of the Unconstitutional Official Acts? I stumbled upon this while looking for quotes on liberty and its cost. Known simply as “-16 Am Jur. Sec. 177 late 2d, Sec 256” this Statute lays out how our U.S. Constitution beats out EVERYTHING.

It states that ANY act of any government official which violates our U.S. Constitution should be removed from office. No exceptions, no excuses.

“Draining” DC hasn’t gotten us nowhere, especially in education.

Happy Thanksgiving, Four Years Later

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, I cannot believe it’s been for years ago since I wished you all “Happy Thanksgiving” for the very first time on this blog! That’s right, back in 2014, in my early days of daily posts for your War Vs the Core information.

So much has happened between then and now, so I thought it might be an exercise in gratitude to see how far we’ve come in this War, together, as those fighting to save our nation, our kids, and our education. The best news? We’re not done yet! We have miles to go together.

This day, as every day for me, I’m reminded WHY I fight Common Core: truth, freedom, and our students. (I’m reminded that our freedoms and liberties are being threatened now, more than ever; especially via education.)

Thanks to this fight, now a little over 5 years strong for me, I’ve been reminded  what REAL education is. (Nine years and countless hours)

Real teachers are always a blessing and a gift to our kids I am thankful for.

I’m thankful for true officials who, rather than sell out to false agendas, stand for truth.

It’s been a real blessing to be connected with so many everyday men, women, and students who, like me, could care less what convention is, and dare to be different.

Fighting CCSS has reinforced my voice as a citizen.

I’m thankful I live in a country where we are still free and able to exercise freedom of speech, not merely be ‘yes’ men and women.

It’s great to know that all of us, together are needed, vital, and a big part of the legacy of education in America.

Lastly, fighting Common Core has taught me that truth is bigger than fear.

How Much More?

Hello Warriors,

We’ve got several federal level bills, as always, which seem to want to take all we’ve got and even more! As taxpayers, our burdens are quite large. Add to that HOW our tax dollars are used, and we get a boat load of agenda! It doesn’t seem to matter if that agenda is to our liking or not. Once D.C. has got it in its ‘head’, we’ve stuck with the account statement!

What does THIS have to do with education?? PLENTY!

Why The Taxpayers Need To Know:

During this past work week, while knee deep in researching, I was able to help draw attention to some big DC bills. We’re not only expected to pick up DC’s tab, we’re supposed to sit by and watch those dollars be used against our students! If you have followed my research for a long time, you know this will NOT be tolerated. First, off it invades our children’s freedom. Then, let’s talk about their civil right to privacy.

Between ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), and every OTHER law which is related to BOTH (for example: HEA, Higher Education Act), our students will be conformed to fit a business pattern (ESSA’s mandates for workforce aligned education) where their every move is tracked (data mined).

While I’ve been speaking out about the bills, I’ve also been sharing with everyone HOW they can help END this cycle of data mining for an educated workforce. That is by joining the grassroots efforts of http://www.childabuseintheclassroom.com

The two pronged goal of @CAintheCR is 1) Repealing ESSA AND 2) Restoring FERPA. Both of these will help end the cycle.

By our being aware of how ESSA, WIOA, and, HEA are funded, we can also help raise awareness about 1) what our government is setting our students up for, and, 2) knowing how our tax dollars are (or aren’t) being used with OUR representation.

The “Biggies” Right Now:
*NOTE: Both HR 3358 and S 1771 ONLY address the appropriations for the U.S. Dept. of Labor, the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, and the U.S. Dept. of Education. The fact Congress has lumped the 3 US Depts. together in appropriations is not out of convenience, it’s a strategy to help combine WIOA, ESSA, and HEA, along with all the related agencies, contracts, agreements, and strings.

First on our watch list need to the be the House and Senate versions of the FY 2018. House’s is HR 3358. Senate’s is S 1771. Both are very wordy. Both are loaded with trillions of dollars that the majority of will come from our pockets. Both will have massive amounts of those dollars earmarked for the alignment of education to workforce ‘needs’ and data mining to ensure it all happens.

However, we also need to have these following bills in mind. Why? They, too, will extend the ESSA/WIOA/HEA implementation of workforce geared, skill-based education. All these bills and funds will also be used to help wipe out true academics, school choices; bump up assessments for competency levels, and so much more.

THOSE bills? H Concurred Resolution 71 (sets FY 2018 and earmarks FY 2019-2027 funds) is 126 pages. It shows the funding for each House Committee by fiscal year;
S Concurred Bill 3 (earmarks FY 2018-2026 funds) is simply a record of agreement with the House on appropriations; and,
S Resolution 62 (funds all the Senate Committees for FY 2017 through Feb. 28, 2019)

 

Let me share briefly on H 3358 and S 1771, here. I will be covering the 3 above in my video presentation where I will dive further into ALL the bills listed in this article.
When will that presentation be aired? As soon as I can record it, Warriors!

Most noteworthy on HR 3358 are Pages 71 and 101. However, I was able to track down many OTHER connecting dots among the rest of the bill. For content purposes, I’ll only bring up the 2 pages. IF you’d like to know what other dangers I have uncovered, PLEASE do not hesitate to let me know. Each one somehow and in some way connect to ESSA’s plan for workforce shifts in education and/or the continued assault on FERPA’s data mining.

Page 71 is among the many pages devoted to the U.S. Dept. of HHS. On this page you’ll see the plethora of programs mentioned: “..under SSA (Social Security Act) $1.7 billion to be used for children and family services.” Also, on Page 71, $11 billion to the HHS. Among the programs for the $11 billion? Head Start (Early Head Start gets $650 million, on page 73), ESSA, Community Service Development Block Grants (CSDBGs), and several other programs. The CSDBGs may not sound like a problem, but ESSA uses them for Promise Neighborhoods and 21st Century Community Learning Centers. ESSA also uses/abuses Head Start and Early Head Start.

Page 101 is among the pages devoted to the U.S. Dept of Education. Below is a screen shot of my notes for you. I’ll explain after you view the picture.

Warriors, what you are looking at is a $15 billion dollar diagram of all the places it is to be divided per ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act). That’s right HR3358 didn’t refer to any education funding per ESSA, no, it identified all the funds as for ESEA. If you’ll notice, it was HHS which got ESSA funds.

As far as the educational alignment and damage in S 1771, it is almost a mirror image of the House’s version. One notable exception is seen below:

Warriors, remember, ESSA embedded WIOA several times, especially on Page 17 of ESSA where ALL education must be aligned (means ‘learned’ and ‘taught’) to WIOA’s post-secondary readiness NOT academic knowledge.

Also a bit different from the House’s version, but just as damaging is Page 121 of S 1771:

Warriors, again, MORE data mining alignment on our students! Along with all those local, state, and national levels of data sharing, you can bet there are countless other agencies, P3s (public private partnerships), vendors, and nations receiving the data as well.

Closing:

Warriors, from the way I see the research stacking up, there is NO better time to speak up about the taxpayer misuse than NOW! There is NO better grassroots campaign to END the FERPA’s overreach of data mining. There is NO better time to join the fight to REPEAL ESSA! We CAN halt the social and emotional learning that tie ESSA and FERPA  around the necks of our children like a millstone.

As Anti CCSS Warriors we are used to being told to ignore the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) as it will REMOVE CCSS from education.

We are savvy, smart, and well informed Anti CCSS Warriors!
We know the truth..the truth that ESSA in fact does NOT removed Common Core from education, quite the contrary, it will continue the agenda, the plans and the foundations already set in stone, as well as hundreds of other things.

Over the past weeks, I have shared with you an up-close, in-depth look at the ESSA Final Conference Report (which is also the Final version passed into law and signed by the President).

I have shared with candidates for office just how, when, where, why, and what CCSS ties will continue to be, thanks to the ESSA. Communities have been alerted as to how they will fit in, where new programs will begin, and how they are to be aligned to help every child get ahead.

Education Elephant #1:
Yet, it is amazing how muted this message seems to be.
Anti CCSS Warriors, we have simply GOT to  stop assuming because we KNOW ESSA is toxic, that others know it. If, by now you haven’t read the ESSA, you should. If we don’t learn all we can NOW, we will have no basis for strategy that is effective. (Read the ESSA in either form: Report or Law. The only difference is the Report is easier to read than the Law. The Report is 1,059 pages; Law is 391 pages, you will just need a magnifying glass.)

Education Elephant #2:
We must ask ourselves are WE making enough noise? Are we helping others who don’t see the toxicity to learn about it? Some citizens across America are buying into the false message of ‘now that ESSA is law, we can relax’!! No, no, and $#%^ no, we can NOT!

Since it has taken me weeks to examine and pull out so much from the ESSA we need to know, I will continue to work on ways to make it more accessible so you, the Anti CCSS Warrior, can have tools to use to help START those conversations with those citizens who need to get involved. I urge you to let me know if there is a way I can better do this. I implore you to continue to look for tools from the others who are also combing through the ESSA

Education Elephants #3-5:
#3: We need a modern day revolution. We need to have patriots who will stop at nothing to stand up for the truth, bat down the wrong, make as much noise as possible to highlight the illegality of all the federally led education alignment. If we allow our distractions to pull us away from our fight  for long periods of time, we will become a less effective Anti CCSS Warrior.

#4: We must continue to learn much, share much, act often, speak loudly-even if our voice shakes.
Consider our nation when it was young. Plainly dressed citizens determined to be free-no matter what hardships they faced are some of our ancestors. Did they give up? Did they get weary in the battles? Did they forge ahead? YES, to all these!! WHY did they do this? Because they knew the truth, they believed the truth, and died for the truth so WE could have the distinction, the honor, and the blessing to Americans. To be free. Education is NOT a civil right, it is not a federal controlled mandate..education, true education is a privilege.

In my opinion, there is little to be scared of in the ‘War Against the Core’, and EVERYONE to be brave for. Is the federally led, P3 rich CCSS Machine nerve wracking, frustrating, and needing to be added to the relics of the past?! ABSOLUTELY!

#5: Warriors, we haven’t time to relax now. States are scrambling to try to dump CCSS, or pass laws to limit it. As per the ESSA, July 1, 2016 is when state funding formulas for Title One will begin! I do not think states can move quickly enough to have anything in place to stop this federal tie to education! It is NOT time for a band-aid fix!

Before we part for today, please see below for my pithy look of the ESSA. You saw the other one above. If you feel these would help make your message about the TRUE ESSA (versus the triumphed “Every Student Succeeds Act”), then use them as a tool. I know, as you do, that WHATEVER ‘it’ takes, is what we are compelled to do to save our nation. Let’s save the elephants for the jungles. Let’s take back our patriot-like mindsets of fighting for freedom today will preserve a nation worth keeping in the future.

Weekend News: Those Ghouls in Our Schools

On this last weekend in October 2015, many of us are using the fall festivals, Halloween parties to help raise awareness toward the damages CCSS, CTE, and all the other ‘alphabet soup’ acronyms we find the CCSS Machine (my name for the CCSSI, or the Common Core State Standards Initiative) where anything connected to CCSS was plotted, planned, and being executed.

We all know what damages we are seeing in our teachers, our students. We’ve seen how our principals, school counselors, school board members, and other educational staff members are being ‘consumed’ with CCSS Machine indoctrination. Some are succumbing to the Initiative, others are NOT. We’ve been horrified by our state leaders and federal representatives (who were elected to serve us) when they’ve also, given in to the ‘fodder of ruin’ and continued to create programs and legislation to continue the ‘cycle of pain’ in our schools.  We’ve also felt our anger at all this injustice rise. We’ve shouted, we’ve cursed, we’ve fought hard, and stood in the way  to protect others from this ‘tide of doom’. So, as one of my fellow anti CCSS warriors has asked (in a way to encourage others to press on)….WHY BOTHER?

 

We bother because no human being on the face of this planet should have to endure the mental and physical abuse we are seeing in our schools..regardless of preschool, elementary, middle school, high school, or post-secondary schools of all types. The CCSS Machine is grinding away in a plethora of ways. We bother because we know what is good, right, and true ISN’T possible in an illegally based education reform. We fight on, against the all consuming agenda behind the ghouls in our schools, because massive change for the future of our nation is upon us..and IT IS NOT to see our beloved country carry on as it has, but rather to shape it into some hollow image of globalism. We bother because, we, the people, were not consented, our tax dollars used against  our desires and wishes. We bother because the trust we’ve placed in those to lead us, speak for us, and act for us, have abused that sacred privilege without hesitation. We bother because those few brave souls who’ve spoken up, who’ve exercised courage deserve to have our companionship.

 

We have become activists, speakers, authors, and more importantly, we’ve become champions to those we seek to protect. That reason alone, my fellow anti CCSS Warriors, is paramount to wiping the CCSS ghoulish intent off the map. We find ourselves on the cusp of another new month. Depending on which state you live in, is to how many other months you’ve battled the CCSS Machine. However, the fact is we know that every single day ANY student is exposed to ANY part of the CCSS Machine is one day too many!

This article is an eye opener for the hype the CCSS Machine produces on a daily basis. We know the hype is from other sources as well. Use this as an example of looking at those other sources and then SHARE it with others.

No matter the cost, I will NOT stand to see the CCSS Machine take down America, her citizens, or her freedoms. I’m honored you are fighting with me against ANYTHING connected to the CCSS Initiative.

Make That 300 Anti CCSS Posts, Please!

Ahh, another work week has begun. For those of us against the Common Core Machine, it’s another week of standing up for our students, teachers, and, parents. We’ve come a tremendous way, but we know, we’re SO not ‘done’ yet!!

 

August 2014:
After several years of in-depth and low-profile researching all I could about the CCSS Machine (Common Core State Standards Machine), quite a few of my local warriors asked me to begin to share publicly all that I’d found. Thus began my blogging days. Since then, together, you and I have covered 300 different (and yet still quite related) articles about all that Common Core encompasses.

Since August 2014, we’ve used all that’s been shared, by not only myself; but by many other warriors; MUCH true information about the undermining of U.S. education to help inform our fellow citizens as well as our legislators. Together, we’ve seen how Congress has fallen victim to the P3 Machine (Public Private Partnerships) which thrust us into this War Against the Core. We’ve been ‘bloodied and bruised’, but we’re STILL here! We’ll be here for as long as it takes to SAVE our nation and the future generations FROM an aligned, workforce minded caste educational system.

My deepest gratitude to ALL of you who have counted my research, writings, and, efforts in this War as credible. My hat is ‘tipped’ to each of you who’ve shared your personal battles in the War; to those who’ve asked questions, provided tips, and basically spurred me on to go MORE in-depth. Daily you remind me that what we do to preserve our freedom of educational choice; to protect our freedom from federal overreach that’s totally in violation of our U.S. Constitution; lastly, to protect our nation from those P3 groups which seek to reform our nation into a place we will not recognize.

 

Going Forward:

Simply stated, I’ll keep going. I know you are with me. That is a GREAT team effort.

Simply stated, we know the CCSS Machine has loaded up all it can to assimilate us in the upcoming school year. We WILL NOT go without continuing the fight!!

Which reminds me, the pro sided CCSS folks at #SchoolYrResolution could use a few well placed CCSS truths (as only we anti CCSS warriors can provide). Letting our ‘enemies’ know we know what they are up to  is a great tactic of warfare. EVERY hole we can poke in the CCSS Machine is another opportunity for freedom to survive.
