Oh, Community..

Anti Fed Ed Warriors,

How many times have we seen the CCSS Machine invite us to a place at the community table for education? It’s been many times, right? How many of those times have we seen the Delphi method used? (Delphi methods invite people in to have a discussion and then drive the discussion to predetermined results which has nothing to do with the people’s input.)

We’ve seen this tactic repeatedly used against us, Warriors. It stinks. Thanks to ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) and its mandates for MORE federal control in education, the Delphi method was launched in every ‘stakeholder’ meeting; every ESSA forum for ideas and suggestions; and, it was pulled off right under our noses.

To add insult to injury, NOW, the States are rolling out all kinds of meetings across their boundaries. These meetings are a continued effort to attract (under false pretenses) community citizens to become involved in ‘local’ education.

The example? Why, NC (North Carolina), of course. Warriors, you know it’s where I live. You also know, from a few articles ago, the State education, business, and, political leaders are rolling out the CCSS Machine bandwagon fallacies.

The leaders want SO much for NC to be a national leader of ‘local education’. Yet, look behind the facade and you’ll see the same egregiousness here, that is happening THERE (wherever you live).

To be more specific about the latest NC example of CCSS Machine education alignment, think ‘innovation’. As in ‘districts of innovation’. As in, piling on more technology, digital learning, and the data mining which goes with it. (*Note, back in 2016, I published this article about the NC ties to other States and some of their ‘districts of innovation’. Scroll down to “Part 2”.)

Before I get to the latest innovation news, let me give you some background and context.

The State Data Gets You Every Time:

Many NC leaders, especially some high profile elected officials (like Lt. Gov. Dan Forrest), have been pushing for the past few years to have MORE digital programs and technology and more band-width internet connections in EVERY classroom across our State. (*Note: the ‘connections’ article will show you Forrest is also on the ‘school choice’ bandwagon for CCSS.)

Forrest is currently gearing up for a run as the next NC Governor. Forrest also sits on the NC SBE (State Board of Education) and has signed at least one resolution damning our students across the State to MORE CCSS aligned CTE (Career Tech Education), because, after all, jobs in NC will make our State excel above others. His initiative for 1 technology device for every single student is also a death knell in education.

How? A computer in every student’s hands will some how many education even better. Yep, and let’s recall the plethora of articles proving how damaging too much computer access, time, and, education is literally sucking the life out of students.

All this technology  is tied to STEM (which is part of the UN, United Nations, education agenda). STEM is Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math. The data mining which accompanies all this technology will make millions of dollars for the members and their organizations of the CCSS Machine.

More Background/Context Related Resources:
From 2016, after ESSA became law, a look at the NC digital shift and State law which supports and promotes this activity in education.

From 2015, the ‘new’ digital upgrades NC got which most definitely set the trap for data mining in all school choices from Pre-K to adult, using technology and CTE for jobs and the economic health of the State.

From 2014, the NC Community College System, the (former) Governor of NC, McCrory, and business leaders sell out higher education for alignment to workforce based learning. (*Notes: McCrory (a conservative Republican) was Forrest’s former boss.
The current Governor of NC, Cooper (a liberal Democrat) has done zero to unhinge NC from the federal overreaches in education, the alignment of cradle to career tracking systems, and everything which connects these.
Serving as Lt. Governor alongside BOTH these Governors, Forrest has NOT bucked the educational alignment system either.)

The Latest Delphi Method/Innovation For NC:

Warriors, the latest innovation push is called the “Connecting Communities of Education Stakeholders (CCES)” Conference.  Below is a screen shot of the topic strands for ‘innovation’:

The Conference was announced on the NC DPI (Dept. of Public Instruction). The official title of the Community Conference is “Fostering Innovation Across Our State”.
The vision for all this updating in education? Warriors, you’ll ‘love’ it! According to the website page for the Conference, the coming together of all the ‘stakeholders’ for innovation’s sake, “builds capacity for continued growth and success for all learners.”

Among the goals for the Conference is ‘data-driven’ strategies and resources’.

Found in the 84 page Conference Guide, beginning March 12th, 2018, the opening breakout sessions will give teachers data gathering tools to use as they walk about their classrooms. How compliance from students will be turned into ‘engagement’, and, digital classes for coding on-line and reading for little ones. That’s just for the students. For the teachers there is digital badging in competency driven PD (professional development). For the parents? How to use Twitter for your school.

Warriors, those are just the first few breakouts. Do you see what kind of tactic is being used? While each breakout says the target audiences include parents, I wonder how many parents who can afford this Conference (about $250.00 per person), will be able to attend the breakouts where they are not mentioned in the descriptions? If they are allowed, how many will be ‘delphi-ed’?

You’ll want to scroll through the Guide to find out what other data mining, and ‘innovation’ can be found. Look for assessments, districts for innovation, any company specified. (For example, I saw PowerSchool mentioned quite a few times) You’ll also want to look for globalization of your classes, shared business and school fiscal ventures.

Closing:

Warriors, ‘innovation’ is a code word, I do believe. What’s it code for? Anything the CCSS Machine needs to happen in education can fit under ‘innovation’ and be found acceptable. The CCSS Machine needs more data to mine, track, and sell.
Easy, label a program or initiative with ‘innovation’ and presto-bingo! People buy into it. We’re being delphi-ed to death, Warriors! Our kids are being data raped every day in the name of ‘innovation’. Look at the levels of compliance, too.

A leader needs to look good so that more people will support their agendas. Easy, pop in the word ‘innovation’ or use it in connection with ’21st Century education’, and watch the support pour in!

The federal government wants to maintain its compliance with the United Nations and their global grasp on education for workforce needs. Easy, write ‘innovation’ into a piece of legislation and watch how quickly it becomes a law. Laws, which by their very existence render their illegal based overreaches as ‘treason’.  When it comes to education, we are no longer a United States of America, Warriors. We’ve become the United State of Delphi.

Anti Fed Ed Warriors: Heads Up!

This is an urgent call to the Anti Fed Ed Warriors out there. While the chatter heads are going on about the reasons why or why not it’s a good thing the U.S. Government is ‘shut down’, one thing’s for certain. As far as the educational overreach, it’s ‘game on, as usual’.

To what am I referring? S 615 (the U.S. Senate’s latest attempt to re-authorize and/or to amend the 1965 HEA, Higher Education Act). S 615 is being sponsored by the CO Senator, Michael Bennet. The Bill also has Sen. Marco Rubio’s (FL) backing.

The Urgent Call:

Warriors, I’m calling your attention to S 615 as it’s the 2nd Senate HELP hearing for the Higher Education Innovation Act. It is scheduled to go on as planned for Jan. 25th, 2018, according those answering the phones at Congress right now. That’s the day after tomorrow! Appearing as witnesses: Dr. Joe May (TX), Dr. Deborah Bushway (MN), Mrs. Donna Linderman (NY), Mr. Michael Larsson (MA), and, Dr. Barbara Brittingham (MA). This hearing begins at 10 AM (EST). It will be archived.

So, what’s S 615’s name? The Higher Education Innovation Act!! (*Congress is stuck on a pattern, Warriors. Look at some of the recent legislation turned laws. WIOA, for instance: Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act; the ESSA’s copious amount of language devoted to ‘innovating’ education.

In the years since CCSS was forced upon our nation, Congress still hasn’t learned that slapping ‘innovation’ on the same old reform doesn’t work!

January 25th is the same day Senate HELP will nominate a new Assistant Education Secretary* (Frank Brogan) for K-12th grades. This hearing begins at 2:30 PM (EST) and will be archived as well.

*Brogan is a close buddy of Jeb Bush’s, at least according to the Tampa Bay Times. As we know, Warriors, Bush’s Foundation for Excellence in Education is the ‘chief fallacy maker’ behind “National School Choice Week”. So, if we’re wondering about Pres. Trump’s commitment to end Common Core, we really should be protesting this nomination in double time.

If you, like me, missed the first hearing on S 615 (held 1/18/18), you can find the archive here. This hearing discussed the supposed transparency associated with student debt and how Americans will be able to afford higher education. You’ll also want to access the Senate HELP Chairman’s 1/18/18 press release. You’ll see that according to Sen. Alexander (who does acknowledge federal education presence, but doesn’t apologize for it), that the background for S 615 is actually 4 and 1/2 years old and has had a whopping 18 bi-partisan meetings. As usual, Warriors, we’ve not heard of ANY of these meetings, nor been invited as serious ‘stakeholders’ to the table.

In the 1st archived hearing, no doubt you’ll hear lots about the need for data mining/tracking to be part of the ‘simplification’. You’ll also be ‘treated’ to lots of FASFA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) rhetoric, too.

As other anti CCSS Warriors have shown us, the FAFSA has become a weapon against our students. FAFSA, also can be tied to a data breach, as well as the SETRA and FERPA legislation which Congress appears to be hell-bent on for a national data base. This type of data base would have Americans in schools, or not, tracked like never before.
(SETRA and FERPA stand for Strengthening Education Through Research Act and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.)

Needed Background Context For You:

Warriors, if you’ve followed me long on this blog, or heard me speak out numerous times, you know I’ve been warning you for quite a while about the HEA being the last link in the chain of total birth to adult CCSS (Common Core State Standards) alignment. You also know that there are several others who have been just as diligent in warning our nation.

You may also know I’ve been able to prove how the current form of HEA is embedded in the K-12th grade law. It’s mainly embedded by Career Tech Education (CTE). Why? Simply put, the 2014 passage of WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) used CTE as the adult version of CCSS in order to tie jobs to education.

For more context about HEA and ‘innovation’, let me point you to at least 2 reasons WHY Congress is uniting itself with the CCSS Machine:

The ’10’ refers to the Agenda Points the U.S. Dept. of Education has had in place for some time. The ‘6’ refers to the Agenda Points the U.S. Dept. of Labor has had in place for some time.

Much like ESSA, HEA’s re-authorization will continue the ‘worker’ mindset, not the academic mindset to needed to be a great and free nation!

10/6 was woven into WIOA, then ESSA. It was woven into the current HEA version (2008) and will be woven into the newer version of the HEA.

How? By CCSS/CTE/STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math)/CCR (College and Career Readiness); or as ESSA called it, “Challenging State Academic Standards” are precisely where 10/6 intersect in each existing law concerning ‘education’ from a federal level. The intersection even has a name, “Career Pathways”.

Closing:

Like the big blue picture above, Congress is working overtime to try to convince Americans that ‘innovation’ will solve ALL our educational woes. What they miss consistently is how MUCH ‘innovation’ is HARMING our students of all ages!

For your further contextual base, my most recent previously published HEA articles:
a) CBE (competency based education) is also woven throughout WIOA, ESSA, and, HEA. This will lay out how it’s a pattern set forth by the UN (United Nations).
b) Congress’s sense about education is definitely NOT academic-minded. This look from mid 2017 will lay out a plethora of workforce-based-education-career-tracks Bills.
c) This June 2017 article of mine traces the vast amount of UN-directed data tracking higher education (as also seen in Pre-K to 12th grades) has in place already.

Lastly, the House of Representatives passed its version of HEA on 12/13/17. It’s called the PROSPER Act. It too, is a trap.


Of Late

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, it is crystal clear where the heart of our Congress members is these days. At almost break-neck speed, we are seeing proposed bill after bill hastily written at the beck and call of the lobbyists and corporations. No longer is Congress, or our current adminstration, being shy about drowning out the voices of America’s people when it comes to education. When Congress was established it was to SERVE the citizens and REPRESENT them. In the ever-present march to globalization, however, we see Congress SERVING citizens up as pawns on an international chess board. Congress has chosen to REPRESENT the lobbyists and corporations instead of her people.It appears our administration has sided more on the side of global good than true American greatness.

While we are hearing from D.C. many mixed messages about ending federal overreach in education, we are NOT seeing it. Rather, we are seeing an INCREASE. Warriors, thanks to the U.S. participation in the U.N., G20, and all the other international clubs bowing to the UN’s GEF (Global Education for All) scheme.

Warriors, quite simply, America is being detracted from the truth.

How? For example, while there’s an order to halt the federal overreach in education, it only stops at the U.S. Dept. of Education..it does not include the other Cabinet level agencies also actively involved in the federal overreach! That’s like saying I have a roach infestation and only kill the one roach which dared to cross my path. Several others are lurking about. 

So, what’s a Warrior to do? Fight like hell. Get so angry you actually stop Congress. Like bugs which dare to go out alone, we’ll be squashed. BUT, if we unite more focused than ever, WE can STOP Congress. Our forefathers and mothers certainly had no problem using gumption and truth, neither should we.

Consider for whom you fight everyday in the War vs the Core. Is it your children? Is it a family member? Is it a neighbor? Are you fighting because you are sick of illegally based federal power causing so much damage and abuse?

Why should we continue to be armed and fight the CCSS Machine? (remember, the Machine is made up of corporations, legislators/legislation, the people in each and connected, as well as the investors.) It should be because it’s the right thing to do or a similar motivation.

The series is designed to arm all of us involved in education with important facts based on research, not corporate propaganda. More recently, a quarter of Warriors, created a 2 part interview with the latest Congressional deception bills (for ‘free college’), as well as HOW these ‘American ideas’ tie directly to the global models of continuted education overreach.

A D.C. Hearing Set For July 26:

I found similar news in England, Warriors. According to the publication, The Guardian, a government levy (tax) is to be imposed by 2020 for business funded apprenticeships. The article suggests the apprenticeships are a ‘comeback kid’ for their nation. If we heard any news from D.C. last week, it included American goods made in America. Warriors, that means jobs. Jobs mean apprenticeships are a distinct possibility. We know from previous research how deep the union between work and education goes.

If you wonder if America’s Congress will have business fund more items in education, you should know that ESSA increases the footprint for business/corporate intrusion. So do the ‘free college’ proposed bills currently in Committees of both the House and Senate. (You’ll find that information in the Truth for Our Time, Part Two segment.)

The first UN higher education facility is underway. How soon will we see this in our nation?
A new report  (2016) for grooming teachers and students in the UN way, can be found here. As I asked on Facebook, if your teachers were being groomed in this manner, would you still send your kids to school? The report specifically states that the guiding force is not American, but adheres and supports the Sustainable Development Goals (education is #4) and how education is the perfect change agent.

Warriors, as you can see, a lot is going on. We cannot be complacent. We must use information such as this to keep not only ourselves ready for fighting, but those around us. Warriors, it’s not just about education..it wasn’t supposed to be. The American reform we are seeing and living in is more about reshaping our nation. Education just happens to be the favored conduit by which to quietly align America with. Question is: will we make noise?!

Finally, Warriors, trust no one in D.C. when it comes to education. After all, that is none of their business!

Why Have Goals?

Warriors, in my “Purse Strings” article, you were promised a follow-up article further looking at the connections between SEL (Social Emotional Learning), the SMART Goals, and, the HARD Goals.

Briefly, before we get to that follow-up information, I’d like to point out something I didn’t in the original article. The connections between who funds each of these types of activities in each of our States is worth looking into. However, don’t only look at the wealthiest folks, but look at their foundations. Look at the traditionally conservative or liberal policy think-tanks. Are there connections between these groups? Are there partnerships? A great conservative example is the AFC (American Federation for Children). Besty DeVos has been instrumental in AFC’s work in the States. Does AFC have an affiliate in your State? As far as an liberal example, try to see if your State has any affiliate offices for the Center for American Progress (CAP).

Why We Need to Know The Money Trail:

ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) not only mandates MORE P3s (public private partnerships), it will reward them for overreaching into education!

SEL, Grit, SMART, HARD, And American Education:

To quickly review the connections between these  encompass the global education design for “grit”. Meaning, all education must be a certain way in order to be deemed as ‘successful’. Put another way, per the NC ESSA State Draft Plan (I found it in other State Plans as well), ‘grit’ is for ‘college and career readiness’ (CCR). CCR is another phrase for ‘post-secondary readiness’! See the evidence here.

By passing WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) in 2014, ESSA (Every Student Succeeds) and the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)Acts in 2015, renewing the HEA’s (Higher Education Act) funding in 2015, our federal government has done a ‘bang up’ job of mandating we’ll see MORE grit, SEL, SMART, and HARD parameters in ALL educational levels. 

Here are two visuals to explain SMART Goals and HARD Goals:

You’ll find plenty of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Revelant, and Trackable) and HARD (Heart-felt, Animated, Required, and Difficult) in every digital resource your students encounter.  All those ‘personalized courses’ are an example.

Teachers will also face the same constraints. HOW? Professional Development in ESSA mandates teachers and other educational leaders MUST be credentialed in everything post-secondary readiness so their students can measure up. Teachers/leaders/students will be collectively graded on how successful what is taught and learned. It’s called whole school grading. ESSA will reward or punish States where schools do not measure up. Likewise, teachers/leaders will be rewarded or punished if not properly credentialed or badged.

Here are some vital resources you’ll need for SMART and HARD Goals:

1) As we know, there’s a 2013 U.S. Dept. of Education publication about GRIT.
It unabashedly connects CCSS to SEL. Find it here.  (*Note: you’ll find mega bucks Bill and Melinda Gates had a huge hand in helping create this document.)

2)  SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound) Goals. Originally designed for business, it appears they’ve made their way into education.  Here’s a document from the State of VA. It’s from the Human Resources Dept of the University of VA. It’s clearly visible this document was for use in higher education.

Warriors, we know higher education has been overrun with corporate/federal interference to help embed that cradle to grave stream global education needs for all citizens. I’ve covered this multiple times here on my blog. WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) and HEA (Higher Education Act) are tools for this. ESSA’s the same.

4) Below, Lifelong Learning Labs has this definition of SMART for education. As you can see it’s not too far removed from the business model (‘SMART’ in business stands for Specific, Measurable, Achieveable, Realistic, and Timely.). LLL also calls SMART Goals ‘mind tools’.

HARD Goals supposedly are to make your brain engage and cause your performance levels soar..at least in the business world. According to this blog article about HARD Goals, the concept has been around a long time. These are to be the ‘softer’, more personal skills you have or can groom in others. According to this same article, Leadership IQ’s Mark Murphy has created the latest acroynm. So, who is Murphy? From his Leadership IQ website, this excerpt about his ties to the CCSS Machine and global workforce/education.
With a reputation for brilliant, yet immediately actionable, insights about leadership, he’s trained leaders at the United Nations, Harvard Business School, the Clinton Foundation, Microsoft, MasterCard, SHRM, and hundreds more organizations.  Mark leads one of the world’s largest leadership skills studies, and his work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune, Forbes, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, and U.S. News & World Report. Warriors, ‘personalized learning’ uses SEL, GRIT, SMART, and HARD!

4) Murphy’s lastest article on HARD vs SMART for Forbes, states both are best for career development. Knowing how aligned to this mandate ESSA is, look for more of this type of BS in classrooms.

5) Tying Grit to Education Savings Accounts, will not only encompass personalized learning, but CBE (Competency Based Education). Big money groups in our States fund these! A ‘leader’ in this is The Jeb Bush Foundation for Excellence in Education. However, FEE is hardly the only big-buck-group in this education reform. Here’s a previously published article where I laid it all out for you.

Closing:

Warriors, I hope between the strings and goals I’ve presented for you in the 2 related articles, you can get an idea that ‘local control’ as promised by the CCSS Machine is a big, fat lie. Locally controlled education should not have nebulous purse strings or someone else’s business modeled priorities as the guiding framework. Local education should be OF the people, BY the people, and, FOR the people.

One truth you can still share with your State’s leaders/funders, etc. is that this federal statute is STILL being broken every day ESSA’s implementation continues. Every day WIOA’s workforce ursurping of education continues, furthers this breach. With the HEA being re-written, the egregious overreaches will continue. Will your State speak up?!

Ed/Workforce’s Dirty Laundry?!

Hello, my Anti Fed Ed/CCSS Warriors! As you know, I’ve dedicated years to researching just how deep the roots to the shift in American education to workforce training are.

Today’s article will give you a rundown which is sure to help your War vs the Core in your State.

Why you need such a rundown of items is simple. The CCSS Machine’s rhetoric will somewhat slow down during the summer months. A perfect opportunity for us to make some moves of our own. No battle is won without specific preparation.

D.C.’s Dirty Laundry:

So far, during the current Congressional session, there are PLENTY of ‘dirty’ education/workforce bills in the making. Using the Congress.gov website (where you can easily look up bills), there are 733 Workforce bills for the 2017 session.

Since we know what happens in D.C. travels to each of the 50 States, we know what to look for at our General Assemblies, State Congresses, etc. Much like the proverbial red towel left in the load of white sheets, the goal of the CCSS Machine is simple, make all education ‘pink’ (ie: workforce training, not academic-minded). As we also, know, once dyed pink, sheets do not return to their former color easily, if at all.

Below are only a few of the ‘dirty’ bills:

Sounds not so ‘dirty’ right? I mean who doesn’t want to invest in their child’s post-secondary education?! Ah, but Warriors, the ‘dirt’ is that your student and someone not related to you invests in their education via an ISA (Income Share Agreement).

Some hidden ‘dirt’ for S268 is that this FEDERAL bill goes above any existing State law about investment agreements! Targeted group for S268? Low-income students.

HR1837, The 21st Century Energy Workforce Act (Representative Norcross from NJ is the main sponsor)
This bill points out that energy in the United States is the 3rd largest industry. As such, it needs more skilled workers than other industries.
The ‘hidden dirt’ to this bill? Using community colleges for the uniting of all educational choices for STEM/CTE aligned Common Core workforce educated students. (*Note: STEM is short for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math; CTE is short for Career Technical Education. Both are tied to Common Core and have been for years.)

The embedded ‘pink’ stain to this bill? The Secretary of Energy will be in charge of grants for creating apprenticeships to carry all this alignment out. This will, of course, involve the U.S. Dept. of Labor, and the U.S. Dept. of Education.
This HR1837, also establishes a National Center for Excellence for the  21st Century Workforce Advisory Board.(see pages 3 and 4)

A Former ‘Stain’ Which Will Not Wash Out:

Our Senate, over the past 2 Congressional sessions, has tried to get a bill to support a National Workforce Board. See below from Sen. Cantwell’s (WA):

S1304, was last introduced during the 2015-2016 Session by Sen. Cantwell. If you read the 9 pages, it is very similar in several instances to the HR 1837 language. Talk about ‘dirty laundry’….

New Wash Load, Same Old Dirt:

During THIS Congressional Session (2017-2018) The Senate’s 21st Century Energy Workforce Act is mainly sponsored by Sen. Heinrich, NM. It is S895.

S895’s title is officially “Energy Workforce for the 21st Century Act of 2017”. This bill specifies an increase in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) especially for low-income students of ALL ages (like the House’s bill, this one will begin in elementary schools and go all the way to the workforce). This bill also specifies WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act’s) definition of ‘education’..just like ESSA did.

S895 will have not only the Secretary of Energy creating education collaborations, but awarding all kinds of incentives to them.

Warriors, if you missed my article from earlier this year about how the major Cabinet agencies all have CTE/STEM plans to streamline education to workforce skills, I urge you to access that information here. It is absolutely key to what we see Congress plotting NOW.

Also, take into consideration that the Federal Budget has millions of taxpayer funds earmarked for job creation. On Page 2 of the 2018 Federal Budget, energy development is at the top of the continued priority list. Education is last. On Page 8, funding/discussion for American jobs is highlighted.

Continuing the Spin Cycle:

S1186 is sponsored by several Senators from across the nation. Leading them is Sen. Baldwin from WI. This bill, the Domestic Maritime Centers of Excellence Act of 2017, would have the Secretary of Transportation select existing community colleges (and technical schools) for an increase in educated workforce training. This Secretary’s assistance also includes funding, use of federal resources, AND, create new career pathways!

S628, Educating Tomorrow’s Workforce Act of  2017 is mainly sponsored by Sen. Kaine of VA. While it’s been rumored VA never had Common Core, it’s been researched and proven VA has Common Core’s ‘adult version’ of education, CTE (Career Tech Education). This bill should be an absolute dead ringer for exposing the shift in education. Why? See below:

Warriors, as you can see, these are just a few of the over 700 bills Congress has created in the name of job creation, education, workforce skills, and more. The bottom line, however, is 100% alignment to WIOA via ESSA. HEA (Higher Education Act) is also to be included. Career Pathways, STEM, and so much more connects every one of these existing laws and proposed bills. Will every one of these bills survive? No, but even if ONE of them succeeds, look at the agenda it embeds, not only federally, but LOCALLY.
