Anti Fed Ed Warriors, here we are for article #5 in my September 2019 Workforce Development (aka Workforce Education) series.
So far, in the first installment, we covered the Senatorial Resolution (which the ENTIRE Senate agreed to support) declaring Sept. 2019 as “workforce development month”.
In Part 2, we covered how skill based education is killing academic based education.
Part 3 uncovered this workforce education shift is more about economics than personal freedom.
Part 4 showed you the global-to-federal-to-state-to-local chain of educratic BS supporting workforce aligned education.
So, what can I show you in Part 5? How the STEM/STEAM hype is 100% workforce education disguised as quality learning.
First, Some Background:
Warriors, if you’ve followed my blog long you know I’ve repeatedly shown you the proof that STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) is not American created (it’s from the UN, United Nations), nor is it intended for American education.
If you’ve not followed my blog very long, you’ll probable object to that last statement.
Believe me, I’ve heard from several anti CCSS Warriors, who will not accept that STEM is a tool for workforce prepped citizens carrying out every one of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). STEM is in the SDG Toolkit as the #1 change agent for our communities to align themselves to the ‘greater global good’.
So, since STEM isn’t American, how did it get inserted into education here? The term “STEM” is an acronym the NSF (National Science Foundation) coined at the UN’s encouraging, to market the agenda in a way that sounded like good education, but isn’t one bit. If you didn’t know this the NSF is a United States federally funded non-government agency. However, the federal power it carries out is tremendous. STEM was ‘rolled out’ about the time Common Core State Standards were. The ploy was to quietly insert them, so folks wouldn’t notice while all the attention was on CCSS.
Again, just another way to have government control of education. As far as workforce development in STEAM, it’s just as menacing as all the other overreaches. Howso? STEAM’s agenda is to have a ‘preK to gray’workforce.
Back in 2015, I gave you a 2 part article set on how the STEM agenda was embedded in WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), HEA (Higher Education Act), what would become ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) legislation, and, was all about workforce development.
So, Why Is “Stalking” In The Title?
Warriors, I chose ‘stalking’ for a couple of reasons. First, to get attention for the article. Secondly, to illustrate that the dictionary defines a stem as a ‘main part’ or a ‘stalk’ (as in a plant’s formation). Think about it, STEM was forced upon us as ‘education’ but the main part isn’t education, it’s workforce! It’s a workforce for a STEM nation and a STEM economy, too!

If you’re curious as to how DC feels about STEM/STEAM, I’ve got plenty of evidence to show you how our previous and current Administrations fully support STEM/STEAM. (*Note: that last highlighted link takes you to the U.S. Dept. of Education where you’ll see 7 federal education arms fully support STEM.)
Recently, Forbes published an article about the vital importance STEM education for a workforce is needed in America. When you read it, be sure to note the NFL cleats and that STEM is a part of the economic and social justice. That ‘economic justice’? That’s SDG #1 (end poverty). As we know, SDG#4 is quality education and SDG#8 is decent work for all. “Social justice” is woven into SDG#5 gender equality, as well as several others.
Warriors, can you see the ‘writing on the wall’? STEM is the change agent to have us conform, not remain free thinkers!
Warriors, how is a barely educated citizen supposed to survive in a conformed system?
Total dependence on the government, if the CCSS Machine gets its way.

Thanks to Karen B. for the picture. When I posted this and included the above quote, this is the response I got from Elaine M., a devoted follower. It is my hope you see some distinct ties happening now, which also have happened long ago.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, shifts in time, have happened for us. Down through history. For example, our shift in how we read the Bible, what version we read, our very calendars were also shifted.
We’ve seen and witnessed shifts in beliefs, traditions, money, foods, who leads us, and, how they lead us. So, seeing a modern day shift in education isn’t really all that surprising. Warriors, the truth is THIS shift isn’t going to need 300 years to complete.
I believe we shouldn’t be surprised. I believe we should be striking back!
Why? It’s one thing to warn others by telling them to remove themselves from situations which can harm them. It’s another if we don’t also warn that the shifts are coming from ALL directions and they are all positioned on education.
It doesn’t matter what ‘school choice’ you exercise. These purposed and powerful shifts we are seeing will spare no one.
If our houses were on fire, we’d run out the front door, assuming safety. But what happens when the fire is coming for us from the back door, at the same time?!
In my second installment of this series you are reading, I closed with the fact we’d look at the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s take on all this shifting of academic education to workforce preparation. The workforce preparation is being heralded by DC as ‘great’.
U.S. Dept. of Labor’s Workforce Development Shift:
Warriors, below is a screen shot highlighting the latest news from DoL. They are so proud..and they want you to feel good about the abuse of taxpayer funds (aka: grants) helping the agenda live on.
Warriors, I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel any better about taxpayer abuse at ANY level. Especially the federal level. Why? The U.S. Dept. of Labor is JUST as unconstitutional as the U.S. Dept. of Education. Apprenticeships COMBINE these two agencies and put businesses in charge of the standards.
Our education system is shifting because it’s being hijacked!
Another piece of the educratic shift goes to the ‘soft skills’ workforce development claims is good for our learners (again, any age and any choice of institution). “Soft skills” are those internal attitudes and beliefs which are attached to our values. The CCSS Machine calls it SEL or social emotional learning. Why does workforce education (development) give a hoot about your social emotional status (see item #6)?
Will you conform and serve the workforce well or will you need micro-managing? If you need micro-managing, don’t fret, the federal government has human capital ‘police’ to guide you back into the fold.
Warriors, what federal agency oversees our emotions? (Hint: it’s part of health).
That’s right, the U.S. Dept. of Health/Human Services. ALSO, unconstitutional.
So the shift we’re seeing is in the hands of the ‘unholy trinity’ (as I call them). The trio that makes up U.S. Ed, U.S. Labor, and U.S. Health. In ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) these 3 federal departments were given the largest increases in power, we’ve seen in a long time. Since ESSA was supposed to be an educational law, you’d assume the federal agency over education would have the largest power increase of the 3. No, it was health/human services. Now, go back and look at the top 3 career fields. How many are attached to not only labor, but health care?

In the fourth installment, we’ll look a bit closer at the workforce shift unfolding before us.
Warriors, one of the things we’ve seen shifting is the funding of education and all that goes with it. Workforce development, in this case, is just the latest. However, it’s the last nail in our coffins, so to speak.
Many, many others have been deeply concerned with America’s direction in shifting taxpayers funds away from We, the People to It, the Government.
Way back in the early 1800s Thomas Jefferson wrote to John Taylor. They both were concerned with funding being used at government excess to fund so many things it quite frankly had no business funding. Hmm, Jefferson and Taylor would be incensed with the shifting and excess today. Shouldn’t we, also, be incensed?

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, I hope your Labor Day Weekend was a nice one. When I last wrote, I shared that during September, I’d devote it to the subject of workforce development in education.
Why? Because the U. S. Senate has declared (via aResolution) that Sept. 2019 is “Workforce Development” Month. What’s so wrong with that? Well, Warriors, for one thing if this were simply about your freedom of choice as to what type of job you had, that’d be one thing. But, via this Resolution and other pieces of legislation like it, we see the federal government using education as the springboard for embracing a global workforce agenda. How do I know that? Look below:
Warriors, from what I could find, this “New Man” Magazine is out of print. It’s also a Christian publication. Where did I find the information? This particular post available on Steemit concerning the evil behind the U.N. (United Nations). What’s interesting to me, at least, is if you go back and read Dr. Muller’s essays from the early 90s, you don’t see a harsh quote like the above image, but a theme of ‘peace’. If you read all of the essays, you’ll also notice his ideas about peace are agenda filled, not biblically based. If you’ve not seen or heard of Dr. Muller’s World Core Curriculum (which the workforce and peace are built into the education), go here.
If you have about an hour and a half, this 2016 video lecture also featured the Muller quote about steering children toward the workforce. The entire lecture is quite eye-opening, but to get to the remaking of our nation’s education, go to the 45:00 minute mark and listen. Especially at 45:48.
Since a barely educated workforce is the ‘new education’ Muller was promoting and Congress is embracing, is what we are seeing happen, it’s NO surprise that the CCSS Machine has used anything to convince us workforce prep MUST be included in ALL educational instances. For all ages, too.
Warriors, if you’ve not heard this song, I encourage you to listen and share. It’s called the OBE Song (Outcome Based Education). OBE is also known as CBE, or Competency Based Education. CBE is exactly what workforce prep/education is. No more, no less.
Warriors, I urge you to read the article I’ve embedded with the word “President”. Why? In it you’ll find all the ways ‘workforce development’ is hiding in plain sight throughout our education system. For ‘cradle to grave’. “Lifelong learning” is a trap.
While the S Resolution 304 cannot be overturned, we CAN contact our Senators and Representatives and demand they STOP supporting federal overreaches in education. We need academics, NOT workforce development, in our schools.
Warriors, all this month, I’m going to continue exposing the workforce shift in education. If you missed my weekly “Rotten to the Core” Wednesday interview, we kicked this theme off with looking at S Res. 304 and more.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve often seen movies or read books which pose the question ‘What if everything you knew was based off a lie?’ How many fact-based researched articles, magazines, and, books have we read which totally alter what we were taught in school?
For example, years ago, my mother gave me a book called “Mayflower”.
The book was written by Nathaniel Philbrick. In the book, he details actual facts about the real story of America’s birth after the Mayflower Pilgrims landed. Whatever you learned about (or may have taught about the Mayflower BASED off what you’d learned and available resources) is absolutely NOT what took place.
Warriors, this is simply one example. However, I think you can see the point. If what we’ve learned and passed on is not factual, what our students take with them certainly cannot be truthful either.
Are there other instances we’ve been lied to in education without knowing it? Yes!
How many of us remember being taught that Pres. Lincoln was the “Great Emancipator”?

Warriors, why does this matter in 2019? Because what foundations were laid THEN continue to SHAPE our path as a nation NOW.
Warriors, think of just HOW toxic the foundation of lies about freedom/slavery, the economy, and most of all, racism has become simply BASED off one side of history. The ONE side the government has manipulated!
IF you think there’s no way the 37th and 38th Congressional Sessions were used, I urge you to take time and go back to look. I did. Did you know that the 37th Congress gave the President (Lincoln) the power to declare State residents as insurrectionists?
Did you know the 37th Congress also impacted education? In the Library of Congress link above, use ‘control F’ on your computer and type in ‘education’, you’ll see it mentioned 58 times. One mention even shows that Congress directed parents to choose schools. Warriors, Congress, NOT the States; as in the Constitution’s 10th Amendment!
Did you know the 38th Congressional Session impacted education; especially for the Native American tribes; a total of 68 times? It’s one of the first times, I’ve seen so many Native American tribes mentioned being paid at the ‘pleasure’ of the President or Congress. Federal money is taxpayer funded.
Taxpayer dollars paying for education at a national level! Unconstitutional! While Article 2 of the Constitution allows the President to appoint citizens to serve at his pleasure, there is nothing which states he can use Federal funds to be used ‘at his pleasure’. Congress, per Article 1, can pay debts, but I did not see any instance where a debt is the same as a ‘pleasure’.
Warriors, this predates the 20 US Code 1232a, which prohibited the federal government from overreaching into education. However, even without that federal law, the Constitution was violated.
Trade and the economy were also set up to create what has become a‘command economy’ back in the 37th and 38th Congressional sessions.
Warriors, even the ‘market economy’ is squeezing out We the People. How? Private corporations!
Just think, the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) mandated MOREP3s get involved in education! How is a P3 based on a lie for America? Fascism! Public money is used WITHOUT the public’s input and by the private groups DIRECTING the agenda.

Warriors, just the day before David’s eye opening interview on Settings Brushfires, my interview highlighted the treason and propaganda Congress and the CCSS Machine (from a global level on down) which has become a foundation of lies for America.
I urge you to listen to David’s interview FIRST, then follow with mine. You should see a disturbing pattern we’ve been witness to our entire lives and didn’t realize it! Our foundation as a country has been in trouble since before you and I were born, certainly before our children and the current generation.
1) Warriors, don’t forget the 100 year trail of education’s demise in America has been traced already. As I’ve shared before, Berit Kjos researched that and has a very informative booklet with dates, names, organizations, and, more.
2) I’ve shown you, repeatedly, the blending of education and workforce throughout America’s history. Be sure to look at this article’s alignment from US ‘education’ to the UN (United Nations) model.
3) This researched article showed how MN was one of the very first States to get an indoctrination of workforce prep education from the UN.
4) Under President Truman, the UN’s Charter was signed and America became the first nation to bow down. That was 1945, Warriors. Chapters 8-11 of the Charter, specifically lay out Marxism for not only government control of the citizens, but of the economy.
6) A huge foundation of lies for America is found inSTEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math). Many Americans want to ignore this truth. I hope you choose to acknowledge it. It’s sole purpose it to be the last nail in the American nation’s coffin.
Warriors, in September, I’ll be looking at more American betrayal in our education system. The 116th Senate Chamber of Congress has declared September 2019 as “Workforce Development Month”. What a betrayal to our children.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, in my previous article, I laid out for you the importance of just how much we are losing by allowing repugnant and unconstitutional (therefore, illegal) laws to govern us, especially in education.
In that article, you also were brought up to speed on some educratic bills which are being fast-tracked so they can become laws. That’s right, MORE laws to add to the thousands we are charged to not follow or, even honor.
Why? Three realities we are NOT living by:
Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution clearly points that the Constitution is the SUPREME law of the land. Marbury vs Madison’s further clarification that even the Supreme Court cannot ‘best’ the Constitution. US Code 1232a’s prohibition of ANY type of federal overreach into education.
“ANY”includes presidential executive orders, federal funds, federal ‘laws’, policies, initiatives, programs, Congressional legislation, insertion of education into ANY other unconstitutional law, and using our taxpayer dollars against our freedoms and liberties. “Education” means all teaching, learning, curriculum, testing, and, all connecting resources.
Warriors, at the close of the previous article, I told you there were other repugnant and illegal legislation the 116th Congress is churning out. There’s also one note to add.
Since that publication, I’ve been asked by a Warrior in Rhode Island if any type of lawsuit has been created to wipe out these repugnant and unconstitutional ‘laws’. To date, I do not know of any. If you have knowledge of one (or, hopefully, many), please let me know.
**For the remainder of this article, we’ll look at 3 Congressional bills and President Trump’s latest EO (Executive Order).
Meet S 1558:
Warriors, this Senate bill (AI-IA, short for Artificial Intelligence Initiative Act) is one I’ve shared with two great Anti Fed Ed Warriorswho happened to be experts on the UN (United Nations) and the global push for AI and 5G in America. I hope you will look for more on S 1558’s overreaches into your communities. S 1558 was introduced in May 2019.
However, I’m covering the education portions of S 1558 for you. You can access the entire bill in the highlighted phrase above.
What does S 1558 do? It establishes a federally led initiative (program complete with policies and funds) to embed AI in our national economy. It will also attach AI (includes 5G) in our national security plan. In a nutshell, S 1558 will have us more data tracked than ever. It’s also going to attach badges and digital markers on each of us. By the way, our current US nationalsecurity strategyis laced with UN’sSustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda points.
Also, S 1558 has ‘other purposes’. Such as, education being mentioned 49 times. S 1558 puts the NSF (National Science Foundation) in charge of much of the AI-IA implementation.
NSF is also a partner to the UN and ‘adores’ the SDGs. Since NSFcoined the marketing term “STEM” (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) to hoodwink Americans, it makes sense that this same NGO (Non governmental organization) would be used in S 1558.
Page numbers concerning education which are the most troublesome:
Page 22, algorithms; Page 26, P3s (Public Private Partnerships); and Page 28, AI hubs in schools from PreK to workforce.
S 1855, The ASPIRE Act:
Warriors, ASPIRE is short for Access, Success and Persistence in Reshaping Education Act of 2019. This is NOT the first time ASPIRE’s been in Congress, back in the 114th Congressional session, ASPIRE was trotted out. I went into detail about S 3368, then. Much of the same repugnant garbage is in the newer version, S 1855. (*Note: during the 115th Congressional session, there were 2 ASPIRE Acts, one the almost carbon copy of S 3368 and HR 926, an amendment to the HEA for STEM.)
The same Senate Official (Coons) introduced ASPIRE in the S 3368 version AND the current S 1855 version.
So, what will S 1855 do for education’s reshaping? First, it is to amend the HEA, Higher Education Act. Supposedly by reshaping higher education more people can become students and go on to complete their higher education. You’ll find 65 references to education is S 1855. This bill introduced in June 2019.
Page 3, all the types of higher education are laid out.
However, Warriors, it’s the amount of power the Sec. of Education (DeVos) will have in this bill which is the biggest concern. She’ll be given the power to determine who gets financial aid, which schools are performing well and which ones are in the bottom 5%, she’ll determine what punishment to give the bottom 5%, she’ll have the data mining trails to track how students and teachers are applying ‘best practices’, she’ll be in charge of ‘accelerated learning’ and work-study programs, and hand out $2 million (a piece) grants on a competitive basis to qualifying higher education institutions. If your school doesn’t measure up to DeVos’s design? Penalty fees begin at $1 million. Those penalty fees from the schools cannot come from fewer scholarships awarded or raising tuition prices. So, where will the money come from? More than likely our taxes.
HR 3102, HIGHER ED Act:
This June 2019 bill has a much longer name. ‘HIGHER ED’ is short for Helping Individuals Get a Higher Education while Reducing Education Debt Act. You’ll find ‘education’ is embedded 85 different times in HR 3102.
Warriors, somehow this ONE bill will improve higher education loans. How? Reauthorizing Stafford (subsidized and un-subsidized) loans, offering student loan bankruptcy, giving re-financing opportunities, loan forgiveness, and, loan repayments based on income. Sounds great, right? Well, let’s remember a few key facts:
1) student debt is at its highest due TO the government’s involvement
2) student repayment programs have been offered in the past and contained massive amounts of federal controlling strings
3) student debt forgiveness will also transfer the repayment of that debt to other taxpayers
4) with government involvement, there are also P3s, public private partnerships..messing with money AND data concerning our students and their families
5) the involvement of the Treasury Dept and other US federal agencies is a certainty (which means more data collection and sharing)
6) HR 3102 puts the Sec. of Education in charge of designed and developing (thus approving) the entire process (Does the wolf minding the hen house come to mind?)
This set up scheme is almost like the government’s try at lowering the bar in the housing market, so that folks who’d never been able to buy a house, could. Trouble is, so many folks who couldn’t pay for their homes threw the economy into a tail spin.
This happens every single time the US government gets into economic controlling areas it has NO constitutionally to do so!
HR 3102 also will use PLUS loans and federal direct consolidation loans. HELLO?!Doesn’t Congress remember education funding is a part of federal control and by the US federal law, below, prohibited!!
Warriors, a reoccurring theme was present in HR 3102. Options to switch up repayment programs and/or to completely opt-out. Who, my fellow Anti Fed Ed Warriors, will pick up the slack? According to other parts of the language, if you have defaulted on student loans, while you can may be pay it back or not (per the language), any collection agency fees, would be on your shoulders. Again, nothing in clear print about the balance of the loan.
Warriors, we really need to watch out for this bill’s passage. It is still very possible to totally block it. We must contact our DC officials.
President Trump’s Newest EO:
Warriors, the most recent EO (Executive Order) made by President Trump also concerns student loan. This one, however is for our disabled veterans. Now, let me stop right here and state for the record that I am NOT anti-veteran. I support our veterans. I have US veterans in my family. I honor and respect US service men and women. However, as in other articles where our veterans are concerned, I have raised the point about what a disservice our US government is to them.
Especially in education! In the past, I’ve shown you bills where the US Congress is using STEM to retrain veterans. So, in essence, the very globalism and tyranny our US military is fighting, they come home, only to have it thrust upon them in order to get a job!
Does this sound very constitutional? Does this truly honor their fight to keep us free? No, it globalizes our nation just a bit more each time a bill like this is created or passed.
HOWEVER, there’s a BIG difference between a Congressional bill and an Executive Order. The Congressional bill at least goes through channels with opportunities for We the People to weigh in. EOs, totally bypass the will of the citizens and promotes the President’s agenda (regardless of issue). There’s been much debate about the constitutionality of EOs, not only under Trump, but in previous administrations.
What does Pres. Trump’s vet debt forgiveness EO say? Look below:
Warriors, what current legal vet debt loan forgiveness is available? Stateside Legal (for the US Military members) states that a) you must be the one to request debt forgiveness not only in certain situations, but it only applies to certain loans. If you’re a vet with a private student loan, no EO in the world will help.
Since many States have been begging DeVos to address this problem, this EO handed her the opportunity to ‘fix it’ on a silver platter. During campaign season. Using unconstitutional laws and programs to boot. Warriors, do you see the total lack of local control in education being played out, yet again?!
What happens to any disabled vet with student loans now? Will DeVos manipulate it so that the ‘minimal burden’ will be zero? (It’s zero in HR 3102 for some students) What happens when the ‘minimal’ is still too pricey? What is a vet or their family to do, then? Where is the accountability so that this new policy and system won’t allow for abuse or fraud?
Not that we need the feds to be THAT controlling, but still, where’s the protection for the citizens involved or the citizens left paying for this debt?
Also, Warriors, let’s remember another key point, in my Prudence Files series on 2020 Presidential candidates, several are touting total student debt forgiveness. So why are these people’s plans being spun as socialism and the President’s is being spun as a heroic move? Is not socialism present in this EO? Certainly illegal activity, if nothing else?
Warriors, we MUST take back our education. The government will NOT help us one bit.
Since DC remains a murky swamp, we must not get in the muddy waters with DC. We must stand on the solid ground and march on.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we’ve seen time and time again, how our Congressional elected leaders (you know, they like to be called ‘representatives’ or ‘senators’) are NOT leading America to remain a free and independent, prosperous country. You know them as Congress members.
Somewhere down the Congressional line of creating legislation, it was cast aside that ANY legislation (proposed or turned into law) which was repugnant (unpleasant and distasteful) to the U.S. Constitution, was/is to be considered null and void!
Warriors, this doesn’t even cover all the bills and laws which are, in fact, in complete violation of the U.S. Constitution!! Especially in education!
As a result, Congress abandoned We the People and has combined education (which isn’t their responsibility) with labor and health care.
While today’s officials certainly overreach into these main federal agencies (ed/labor/health care), there are a host of others overreaching as well.
Also, Congress has not reined in ONE President yet, who has overreached into education! If they had, I truly believe our country would be much freer, much more prosperous, and, certainly within the U.S. Constitution and the Law of the Land.
(*Note: If you’ve not heard of Marbury vs Madison, this short video does an excellent job explaining how the U.S. Constitution is even more authoritative than ANY elected or appointed official or judge, even the Supreme Court!)
So, my advice? Don’t call them ‘leaders’! The path CongressIS leading us down, is the one to ‘global homogenized servitude’.
Congress is NOT as powerful as they think they are, when actively carrying out MANY repugnant and illegal bills/laws. If we MUST call these violators anything, I suggest ‘official’.
Any President or Presidential hopeful who continues to support the blending of education to labor, health care, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math); which TOTALLYUnited Nations; is in violation of repugnant and illegal activities.
Warriors, I think it’s past time to remind these officials that our country is in dire need of a reboot!
Back to the U.S. Constitution, back to separation of powers between federal and State. Back to the power of the citizens to decide for themselves how best to live life, pursue happiness, provide for themselves, and to educate based on the FAMILY’s values, not government prescribed ‘outcomes’.
The 116th Congressional Repugnant Bills:
Warriors, 3 bills from Congress have been passed from one chamber to another since I first wrote about them.
One is HR 753 (Global Electoral Exchange Act). When I first told you about this bill, it was April 2019. This bill passed over the the Senate in May 2019. It was first introduced in January of 2019. Presidential hopeful Castro’s brother is the original sponsor.
HR 753 will allow a globalization of our election process! It will put the U.S. Dept. of State in charge of a global electoral exchange program where countries can come to America (and we can travel to theirs) to learn ‘best practices’ from each other.
How does HR 753 impact education? Well, the U.S. State Dept. is a full fledged CCSS Machine member devoted to embedding as many UN agenda items into America as possible. Then, there are any and all kinds of groups associated with education which can participate in the ‘best practices’ for elections. Finally, civics as a subject will be a channel for change. HR 753 also amends our US Tax Codes.
HR 1359, Digital GAP Act is the second one which has had recent activity. It passed the entire House on 5/21/19. It’s in the Senate’s Committee on Foreign Relations. If you’d like to read the 116th’s version (not much different than it’s former version), go here.
Now, when I first wrote about this one, it was known as HR 600 from the 115th Congress. The entire title of the bill is Digital Global Access Policy Act. The global access is a hellacious overreach into our lives. The evidence has already been given that student data goes global, this simply expands that. Below is an image from the 2018 article.
The true nature of HR 1359 is digital economy. As in the data badge type where your social credit score can dictate your life. As in the type of bitcoin, social impact tool your data becomes. As in the type of data trail to control your education and where you work. Warriors, Congress believes by opening ‘Pandora’s internet access’ we’ll somehow lift folks out of poverty and boost the global economy!
Third, and last to have an update is S 406, The Federal Rotational Cyber Workforce Program. It passed the Senate on 7/25/19 and is in the House’s Oversight and Reform Committee.
Back in April 2019, I wrote 2 articles showing how this bill was (and still is) being fast tracked. If ever there was a time to apply the repugnant and illegal grabs against our Constitution, it’s S 406. This creates a task force based off a 2015 US law creating human capital (that’s We the People) systems. It will unite AI (Artificial Intelligence) and 5G into every portion of our lives, especially education via ‘coding’ (which is part of STEM). S 406 also embeds more UN agenda into our American laws.
Warriors, if you’ll remember, ‘coding’ is a big portion of ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), as well as HEA (Higher Education Act), and, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act).
Warriors, in my next article, I’ll go over more repugnant and illegal legislation those officials have been churning out while burning up their copies of the very document they swore to uphold and protect.
How dare we let them continue. How dare we get behind and support some of these same officials who are leading us straight to ruin.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, would you wait 4 or 5 years to enact your household budget or a family emergency plan? No! You’d make sure once you set a budget you’d immediately begin going by it.
Not so with our federal government’s involvement with education. Nope, ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) was passed in Dec. 2015, we’re not far from its 5th anniversary. As federal laws go, especially for education, ESSA’s set to be re-authorized and funding extended in 2020.
One huge bone of contention about ESSA was the phrase ‘supplement not supplant’. (This was also in ESEA, Elementary and Secondary Education Act. ESSA is the re-authorized version of ESEA.)

Why do I bring this up, Warriors?
Because Sec. DeVos has recently completed a new non-regulatory ‘Supplement, not Supplant’ guidebookfor SEAs and LEAs (State Education Agencies, usually your State Dept. of Education) and Local Education Agencies).
The bottom line: While the document is supposedly a guideline, the language in ESSA is more of a mandate. Where will we most likely see ‘supplements’ in education? Title One funding, my Warrior friends. Title One, as we know, via ESSA, was made over to cover EVERY student, not those in the most need, as Title One was originally to cover. Title One funds, via ESSA, are to be used to label and categorize mental and behavioral health of EVERY student in the community, not simply the public school system.
Warriors, this new guidebook is the result of the federal government wanting to appear ‘flexible’ to each State. We’ve seen the ‘flexibility’ of the federally run education. There isn’t any. Especially when you consider that Page 17 of ESSA clearly states how ALL education is to be:
Supposedly, the public was allowed time to give their feedback about how federally led education was to help supplement local education, not supplant it. Yet, when you look at the guidelines (which coach SEAs and LEAs on HOW to use federal funds in ADDITION to Title One), you don’t see the public’s desire to END federal control of education, you see the CCSS Machine’s grasp tighten the funding streams, just a wee bit more.
Two questions: How does this type of ‘guidance’ even begin to appear like local control in education? How does this further illustrate our example of sticking to a family budget instead of waiting 5 years to enact it?
Two answers: Guidance, via our federal government, is a dressed up mandate to conform. In education, conformity equals the ‘privilege’ of receiving federal funds.
As far as our example, with 5 years between making plans and enacting them, doesn’t do anything to achieve your goals. It’s a moot point. You’d have been better off to not make a budget if you won’t work to make it happen.
If any State TRULY wanted to be free of the federal intrusion in education at ALL age levels for ALL choices, the answer is a plain as day: DON’T take the money! It violates our Tenth Amendment!!
When you read the Supplement Not Supplant Guidelines, look at the language..’May a State do x,y, and z’? If the States weren’t addicted to the federal funds, no State leader would EVER need to ask the government, “Mother, May I?!”
Higher Education’s Accrediting Updates:
As if we’ve not been insulted enough by the DeVos leadership, we also have the President’s EO (Executive Order from 2017) about reforming accrediting bodies when it comes to higher education. DeVos, at her ‘boss’s’ beck and call, has also updated (aka: reformed) higher education. Warriors, again, it’s taken 2 years for this ‘reform’ to hit the States. The U.S. Dept. of Education’s Press Release was even more insulting. DeVos has been ‘rethinking’ higher education reform. Really, this woman with ZERO educational background?

While I do recognize we need to rein in predatory accrediting and higher education schools, it should be a locally led charge, not a federally run dictated system.
This Accrediting document even has the same “States must report to the federal government”, as we’ve seen in ESSA. Let’s also take into account that EOs bypass Congress, therefore, bypassing “We the People”. With education, NO federal official, President Trump included, should have power to interfere.
With the HEA (Higher Education Act) currently under re-writing for re-authorization, we know more mandates and compliance will be forced upon the States.
Below, is a graphic image I made back when DeVos had just been confirmed as Secretary of Education. As you’ll see, Dr. King was still around. I left his name so Warriors could see the status quo in the CCSS Machine would live on.
Warriors, we MUST Repeal ESSA, HEA, and even, WIOA as soon as possible. If we don’t more DeVos (or whomever’s appointed to take federal education to the next level) reforms will be visited upon us. (*Note: ESSA: Every Student Succeeds Act; HEA: Higher Education Act); WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act))
Do you think our budgets can withstand this type of tyranny? I don’t!

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, as the 2020 election season is gearing up in hype, know that one of the main issues will NOT be education. What’s grabbing the attention of most Americans? Data. However, data comes in several forms and most definitely shows up in education!
If you missed my 5 part series on thestances of all the Presidential candidates (Rs and Ds), I urge you to take the time to read through the articles. You’ll see the technology and innovation platforms (all are ‘code’ for data mining).
(That’s the current federal level candidates, excluding the President. His stances are in Part 3’s article.)

Not ONE candidate, even the current President, is backing off data collection (aka: student data rape).
What’s noteworthy is the data rape doesn’t stop at the school, it is meant for EVERY American! That’s why the passage of FEPA was so vital. (FEPA is short for “Foundations of Evidence-based Policy-making Act”). I’ve written on FEPA several times, as have other Anti CCSS Warriors. There are other activists from the genres of American liberties, American finance, etc. who have also written about the connections FEPA has to our economy.
Many other Anti Fed Ed Warriors, have focused on the trails between money all everything we do on-line to create social credit. The social data mining helps speed this type of profiling right along.
What’s worse, is the 2020 candidates are riding the coattails of the global data marketing system. After all, that exactly where all this data is ending up.
But WHERE, Warriors, does the social data mining/data rape begin? How about our own back yards.
As, I often do, I’ll be showing you what I have found near me, in NC (where I live). I hope it spurs you to action to looking in your State for where the social data tracking trail is being inserted.
Big Data Just Down The Road:
Warriors, if you didn’t know it, I live in an area of NC where NASCAR racing is ‘king’. So much so, that Mooresville (where I live) is also known as “Race City USA”. Mooresville is just north of Charlotte. One of the biggest data and banking hubs in the nation.
Those of us who live here know that several large buildings sit empty as former headquarters of this team or owner, or another one. We’ve used to seeing new logos go up as old ones come down.
However, when a former racing car facility is re-invented as a mega data center, that’s a whole other issue. I can tell you that I’ve driven by the ‘new’ facility. The entire building and land is surrounded by a tall fence with razor wire in curled ribbons on the top. It’s a bit ironic, Warriors. Howso? When you consider the massive amounts of personal and private data being harvested (unconstitutionally), they have complete access to you, but you are to be kept out by all means.
A few years ago, President Obama made local and national headlines by coming to Mooresville to trot out the (then) latest and greatest student data mining system.(Project RED)was the name. Supposedly streamlined data collection to help students become more accomplished was the hype. (*Note: the article I embedded is from 2016 and will tie ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act to the increases in data collection.)
As Warriors, we know now that the data mining is so NOT about accomplishments, but cradle to grave tracking for workforce aligned education. While it’s true NC has done everything in its power to beef up technology in the classrooms, NC is hardly the sole State where this is happening. We’ll see the efforts grow, Warriors.
Yes, Warriors, we can! (Source) IBM is also a UN (United Nations) Partner for the Sustainable Development Goals(SDG #4 is Quality education for all).

One of the Board members is from KnowledgeWorks, KW. KW is a known ‘cradle to grave’ digital community aligning group very much in the belly of the CCSS Machine. Their ‘cradle to career’ cities are spread all across the US. In NC, you can find one KW community in Winston-Salem. Also considered a big hub in NC. You can also see Winston-Salem in connection to the current NC Superintendent and his CCSS Machine tieshere. )

3) The Leadership Team of GIGA is full of CCSS Machine group members (and their ties to Big Data). For example the President and CEO of GIGA also founded DCBlox (cloud based data storage is among their claims to fame).
4) From HPC Newswire, the GIGA/Mooresville News revealed a Cloud based ‘Event’ held earlier this year. (*Note: use the ‘event’ link and look at the right hand side to see the upcoming Cloud based Events to be held. Of special interest is the DC based one on infrastructure changes. Changing data mining infrastructure plays right into the ESSA , Every Student Succeeds Act data mining mandates, as well as HIPAA’s, FERPA’s, and FEPA’s.)
5) From what I could find, on-line, GIGA has been around since the 1990s and was founded by a man named Gartner. He then sold GIGA to Forrest Research (2003). I also found a GIGA pdf document from 2018, where Gartner is still active in Big Data. (*Note: when you access the Forrest website, you will not see ‘education’ as one of the sectors served, but you will see government and health insurance. Both are tied to education, as we know.)
6) Also in the Charlotte area, is the Charlotte Urban Institute. CUI is partnering with Big Government and Big Data to manipulate education via community services. You can find the CUI among the partners of the ISC, Institute for Social Capital. (*Note: manipulation of entire communities in the name of education is spread throughout ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act. Mostly, through data tracking.) UNC-Charlotte also has a Model UN Club. (*Note: Model UN Clubs are in all educational choices and age levels.)
Closing: Warriors, I’ll ask again, do you know what’s in your backyard about Big Data? As you can see, it isn’t hiding. It IS being used to control so much of our lives. Will we wait until in controls US 24/7 before we stop it?!
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, Memorial Day Weekend is behind us. We’ve like to think the CCSS Machine’s overreaches in education are behind us, too. However, our 116th Congress has made it THEIR mission to undermine the Americans (in education, at least), yet again.
It wasn’t enough they mocked us in the 115th Congress with bills which supposedly were to help education go back to the States, or back to the Moms and Dads.
No, the 116th has ‘upcycled’ 2 bills for ending the federal grasp on education.
I imagine you are wondering what rock has hit me on the head. After all, isn’t ending the federal grasp on education what we’ve been fighting for? Dreaming of? Sure it is, HOWEVER, this bills are NO real solution. In fact, they BOTH extend the federal control!
Back during the 115th Congress I exposed how HR 899 and HR 1510 were NOT going to end Common Core or whatever it has been re-branded as in your State. Neither of these were going to end ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) or stop the high-stakes assessments. Neither was going to halt the student data rape or the teacher being free to teach as their students needed it.
Why were HR 899 and HR 1510 incapable of helping us as Anti Fed Warriors? The short answer: Neither repealed ESSA!
The longer answer: By closing the U.S. Dept. of EducationBEFORE a full repeal of federal educratic laws like ESSA, the problems in federal overreaches are TRANSFERRED to OTHER Federal agencies and the status quo continues!

Warriors, I’ve stated this stark reality many times, both on air and here, on the blog. It’s not been taken very well. You must understand that the reality is based on research and the actual bills’ languageNOT personal opinion or personal attacks against those who supported HR 899 or HR 1510.
The same is true for the ‘upcycle’ versions of the 116th. HR 899 is STILL HR 899, HR 1510 is now HR 1930. While I did report on HR 899 earlier this year, I’ve not covered HR 1930.

Throwing Insult To Injury:
Warriors, as if the 116th’s Congressional insults, as to how intelligent we must be to miss their ‘upcycling’ the same agenda, we have the U.S. Census claiming some news about the effect of federal overreaches in education for Americans. The claim? How many of our tax payer dollars go towards American education.
(Source) Warriors, according to the article, the most spending is on teachers. The cost of per pupil spending is nearing $13,000.00 per child. Yet, we have more and more teachers and students in worse shape NOW than ever before! Why? The CCSS Machine is grinding them down to injurious levels! With the next ‘big’Census set for 2020, we need to be asking tough questions of Congress on the financial strategy they are supporting here. Given that the U.S. Dept. of Commerce (Home of the U.S. Census Bureau) is set to receive funding to implement FEPA (Foundation of Evidence-based Policy-making Act) data mining activities, we also need to ask how this will play out for our families, come Census taking time.
If you missed my article in late April 2019 about the redesigned Census, I urge you to look at how it will impact your schools and redistricting them, as well as the ultra-personal questions to be answered by American citizens.
If you’ve not seen or heard how the Census measures our schools, you’ll want to read this from their email delivery system. Warriors, it isn’t ‘pretty’.
*Anti Fed Ed Warrior question: How will the Census play into HR 899 and/or HR 1930? In all the transferring of U.S. Dept. of Education programs, funds, and, all related activities, waves of injurious level insults will be visited upon Americans.
Warriors, much is being used against us, as parents and taxpayers. More is being planned to harm our students of ALL ages, backgrounds, and, current school status.
We, however, have a choice: Do we accept bills like HR 899 and/or HR 1930 and HOPE we can see an end to the abuse OR do we demand Congress does a better job for We the People and repeal ALL federal education laws?
If Congress wants ‘new’ and ‘improved’ education, then they need to get out of the way. Upcycling worn out bills and CCSS agenda is a waste of our time and energy, as well as our taxpayer dollars.
It is OUR job to hold Congress accountable. It is their job to create laws which represent OUR will, not the CCSS Machine’s mantra.
Otherwise, Congress members do not DESERVE to represent us. Remember THAT, my fellow Warriors, come election time.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, before you know it, we’ll be in June 2019. Summer thoughts may replace school plans. Depending on where you live and where you or your children go to school.
Before we break out the bug spray and sun screen, let’s look at a few items which we should use as encouragement to soldier on in our War Vs the Core. After all, the CCSS Machine will not be taking a summer 2019 break.
A) ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) is still in place and hasn’t been repealed. It’s current status is being felt more and more every day. It’s future is also currently being considering for amending via individual bills in the 116th Congress.
B) We’re in election hype time. From now until the election in November 2020, to elect our President, and other leaders, we’ll be pelted with every kind of educratic BS possible. (If you missed my entire series on the Presidential candidates and their education plans, go here.)
C) With the 2020 Elections and the 116th Congress, the last federal education law to be re-authorized, the HEA (Higher Education Act) will see passage unless we fight it tooth and nail. If you missed the House and Senate bills which will amend or extend HEA, gohere.
D), Lastly, Warriors, with all of the above, the march towards globalism in education is firmly in place. How? The US’s continued ties to the United Nations (UN) and their SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
Warriors, those things, by themselves, are plenty of mayhem to push upon us. However, there’s even more.
Warriors, here are some of the other things on the educratic radar.
You may have seen these in May, or you may not have seen them:
1) ACLJ has reported that parents have filed lawsuits to block Buddhist meditations in schools. While this isn’t new news, the American Center for Liberty and Justice has been tracking the indoctrination and UN-backed shift of ‘mindfulness’ in the classroom. (*Note: ACLJ is also a proponent for ‘school choice’, but that’s a whole issue unto itself.) Back in 2018, I wrote for thePatriot Institutehow yoga was being used in classrooms for UN’s SDGs as well as SEL (social emotional learning). Warriors, as you know, yoga is used for ‘mindfulness’.
2) Salt Lake City’s gearing up for the UN’s 68th Civil Society meeting.
So, what’s new in May 2019 for this big SDG palooza?
The Mayor of Salt Lake City has an aggressive schedule to make the City 100% ‘green’ by the 2030 Olympics. Why? Salt Lake City is supposed to host the Games. She said they’ll be the ‘all renewable’ games. Warriors, if you are not sure how the Olympics fit into the United Nations, or the SDGs, you can read my research on it.
(*Note: Salt Lake City is also a top Resilient City by the Rockefeller Foundation as well as a “Smart City” to align to the UN’s SDGs. ‘Resilient Cities’ are hubs for SEL, social emotional learning. SEL also aligns to the SDGs.)
3) Speaking of the SDGs, did you know that earlier this month (May 2019) a New York City meeting took place to update progress in America to adhering to the UN’s master plan?
4) SDGs breed Global Citizens, Warriors. If you’ve read my blog from the beginning, you’ve seen how it’s been laid out and connected to the CCSS Machine. If you’re somewhat new to the blog, you are welcome to search my archives. During May (2019), my email inbox was filled with Participate Learning’s Global Citizen in the classroom resources. (*Note: Participate Learning was formerly known as VIF International Education. They are also a “B” Corporation. “B” Corporations are part of the CCSS Machine. These types of corporations thrive on social justice and competency based skills.)
What will Johnny and Suzy see in the classroom? The 10 Competencies they must master to become global change agents (just as the SDGs demand).
In essence, the House of Representatives is trying to fill the holes in the budgets for the U.S. Depts. of Labor/Health and Human Services/ and Education. The ‘holes’ which President Trump’s proposed FY 2020 Budget put in place.
Among the ‘holes’ to be refilled:
a) Funds for PreK and early childhood education alignment
b) Funds for K-adult education
c) Funds for medicaid and social security (these are tied to education as well)
d) Funds for a nation wide SEL initiative
e) Funds to increase workforce based education
Warriors, as you can see, mayhem via educratic BS is a constant for us. However, these five items are proving that the CCSS Machine has ‘stepped up’ its ‘game’.
Will we reject these disruptions to our freedoms? I sure hope so!
