Moving Along

Just a quick update, Anti Fed Ed Warriors..my blog is moving to a more private website to protect us all from hackers. From what I’ve been assured, you’ll still get access to all my research (past and present) on the new website.

IF you’ve wondered what I’ve been up to since my last mega article, I’ve been pouring over 20 federal budget bills to see where the CCSS Machine’s agenda is hidden. It’s absolutely awful, my friends.

What we need to remember is that FY (Fiscal Year) 2019 is just around the corner, so Congress will be focusing on how much money will be needed.

We cannot simply look at the one or two most obvious federal agencies and their budgets, we MUST take note that there are MANY federal agencies conducting federal education overreach.
They are: U.S. Dept. of Education, U.S. Dept. of Labor, U.S. Dept. of Health/Human Services, U.S. Dept. of Defense, U.S. Dept. of the Interior, U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, U.S. Dept. of Transportation, U.S. Dept. of the State, U.S. Dept. of Justice, the Office of Veteran Affairs, the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), the Office of Budget and Management, U.S. Dept. of Commerce, U.S. Dept. of Energy, the Social Security Administration, and the U.S. Dept. of HUD (Housing and Urban Development).

To put it bluntly, the government is moving us along…down a path none of us truly asked for. To be even more blunt, it isn’t simply one political party wreaking havoc, it is ALL political parties!

The biggest ‘tidbit’ I’ll leave you with is this: the price tag of the CCSS Machine’s agenda via Congress is not only our ‘public responsibility’ but, an ‘investment opportunity’ for P3s (public private partnerships).

FY 2019’s ‘public debt responsibility’ is set by Congress at $16.6 trillion dollars.

As it stands right now, the FY 2019 figures for education/job training/employment/social services:
$90 billion dollars

Congress’s self imposed deadline for all reports and figures to be completed by:
September 14, 2018. If we’re going to impress upon our elected officials we are opposed to the continued taxpayer misuse, we haven’t much time at all.

Blinded Leaders

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, if I’ve shared it once, I’ve shared it repeatedly; Rep. Virginia Foxx is a sellout. Her view of education is no secret. She’s traveling the D.C. area with her skewed preaching about how great CTE (Career Tech Education) is. Problem is CTE IS Common Core, or as it’s been re-branded, College/Career Readiness (CCR).

While Rep. Foxx does ‘represent’ the citizens of NC (in name only), her power as Chair of the U.S. House of Representatives’ Ed/Workforce Committee means her influence is nation-wide.

If you’ve missed her more recent CCSS/CTE (Common Core State Standards/Career Tech Education) appearances touting what a ‘savior’ the PROSPER Act will be for America, or how closing the ‘skills gap’ is everyone’s business, I urge you to listen.

As we’ve seen from Congress many times over, when it comes to education, they’re ALL blinded by the CCSS Machine! Consider Foxx’s ‘blinded’ partner over in the Senate, Sen. Lamar Alexander. He leads the U.S. Senate’s HELP (Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions Committee).
His power in D.C. is ‘legendary’ in how quickly he’s thrown our children under the CCSS Machine’s wheels. The HELP’s most recent action? It was sharing that a new amendment for the existing HEA has been introduced. S 2984 was introduced, read twice and referred to the HELP committee 5/24/18.

That Foxx and Alexander are in such high places of leadership should be cause for every single one of us to watch both the Committees (Ed/Workforce and HELP).

Warriors, look also at every single member of these 2 Committees. Where are they in the CCSS Machine’s pecking order? How sold out to CTE are they? What about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)? We mustn’t forget that the ‘Fed Ed’ overreach is in EVERY level of education, so what about the early college programs? The internships or apprenticeships? The rehabilitated education/work programs? What about allowing MORE Private companies and corporations into the education reform?
May 9th’s hearing from the Ed/Workforce Committee did just that!

We also should keep in mind that education is NOT the only avenue the CCSS Machine will ‘drive’ down. There’s Labor, Health/Human Services, Agriculture, Commerce, Justice, and more! Blindness is rampant in D.C.!

If You Missed Mrs. DeVos:

Warriors, if you missed U.S. Secretary of Education’s DeVos and her ‘testimony’ before the Ed/Workforce Committee last week, you missed a great opportunity to see a CCSS/CTE Machine dog and pony show. Here’s the video, but be warned it’s over 4 hours long according to the You Tube description.

Below are a few of DeVos’s excerpts from her prepared testimony.

“I must begin by commending you, Dr. Foxx, for your leadership on moving to
reauthorize and reform the Higher Education Act (HEA) through the PROSPER Act.
This is an issue where we share great passion to help American education catch up to the
needs of today’s – and tomorrow’s – students. Unfortunately, in too many ways, the
outdated HEA is holding our students – and by extension, our nation – back. The
Administration is pleased the bill aligns with many of its own goals for HEA
reauthorization. I look forward to working with each of the Members of this Committee,
the broader House of Representatives and the Senate to advance meaningful HEA reform, and I know the president looks forward to signing a bill into law.”

Under the paragraph “Progress Made”:
“In 2015, you wisely passed legislation – the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) – that
intends to do just that. ESSA’s overwhelming bipartisan message was clear: States and
local communities, not the Federal Government, must lead the way on improving
education for every student in America.”

From “FSA Next Gen’s” paragraph:
“Perhaps no effort has a greater potential to positively impact postsecondary students
directly than reforms being undertaken at Federal Student Aid (FSA). The Next
Generation Financial Services Environment will be the most significant improvement to administering student aid in two decades.

From the “Where We Are Going” section:
” We must make bold, fearless changes that allow all students to pursue an education that meets their unique needs. Students deserve learning environments that are agile, relevant, exciting. Every student deserves a customized, self-paced, and challenging life-long learning journey. That is why I challenge the Department and every teacher, school, parent, and leader in America to rethink school.”

A “New Approach”:

Never one to disappear from the news, Jeb Bush’s group (FEE, Foundation for Excellence in Education/aka Excel in Ed) and their partner (Education Elements) are blindly leading the whole CCR (College/Career Readiness) agenda from a ‘new angle’, get the parents to buy into the ‘skills gap needs closing’ fallacy.

As we know, CCR is a re-brand for CCSS. It also embeds CTE and STEM in education.

Warriors, did you notice how the ties between Foxx/DeVos/Bush and the rest of the evidence presented all echo the same ideas? It is not by chance this has happened. As we know the plan (for well over 100 years) has been to assimilate America into a more global form. Education has long been the ‘best’ tool by which to do it.

Re-authorizing HEA via the PROSPER Act or the Senate’s HEIA (Higher Education Innovation Act) WILL complete the CCSS Machine loop. Will we stand by and allow this? Will we march forward and throw kinks into the CCSS Machine?

Bridging Gaps?

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, how well do you think our digital connection across the globe is? Is it big enough? According to Congress, it’s not big enough. In fact, we MUST have US legislation fix the international problem!

Meet HR 600, Digital GAP Act:

Okay, Warriors, we know the GAP stands for something. So what IS ‘GAP’? “Global Access Policy”. HR 600’s full name is: Global Digital Access Policy Act.

This bill was sponsored by Rep. Royce (CA). This was January 2017. It’s passed the entire US House and is currently in the US Senate’s Foreign Relations Committee. Before I get too much further, Warriors, let me point out this bill (HR 600) was introduced on Jan. 23rd of 2017. It passed the entire House on Jan. 24th of 2017.

The stated purpose for Digital GAP is to increase opportunities for everyone across the world to have better internet access. It will grow jobs, boost economics, improve education, and, so on. It would also help the US taxpayer funds being used in global internet governance to get the ‘best bang for the buck’.

Also in the Bill, is the ‘sense of Congress’ that a standardized, P3 (Public Private Partnership) approach be made universal so that everyone suffering from a digital divide can now find themselves in much better conditions. The Bill’s language is very slick in including global groups the US is a member of; or, works with, to close this gap.


Grants and loans will be used to expand information gathered and shared, too.
By expanding information, expect expanded government, too.

All this connectivity will find education involved, because, after all digital distance learning boosts economics, increases jobs, and so on.  (Warriors, don’t you just hear the noise of the CCSS Machine’s digital alignment companies humming along?)

Below is Page 8. Look at the connections between the CCSS Machine and the US Government in this one Bill which was pushed through so quickly. It’s not a law, yet. But it could become one.

Enter the State:

Warriors, also in HR 600 is the ‘sense of Congress’ as to having the U.S. State Department become involved. I’ve already proven to you how this Dept. is a member of the CCSS Machine. What will the State Department do? Use a power shift to create a new government employee position for cyberspace. That position will be a big one, too. They’ll also update all civil service and foreign service training policies. Among them? More people with IT skills.

USAID’s In On It, Too:

The United States Agency for International Development was included in HR 600’s language. Their part of closing the digital gap? Adjust the education portion (among others) to include CBE (competency based education) in digital literacy. If you’d like to see their global innovation platform, find that here.

Send In The Corps:

Warriors, Congress’s ‘sense’ extended to the Peace Corps in HR 600. The US Peace Corps have teamed up the UN several times throughout history. In 2011, it was to fight hunger.
It’s no secret that CCSS Machine member groups (like the Gates Foundation) fund US Peace Corps. While the website for the US government run Corps wouldn’t name their partners, you can do a general search. (*Note: in 2017 the UN Peace Corps began seeking volunteers.)


However, in 2017, the House of Representatives decided to have the Corps participate in the CCSS Machine outright. Look below at Page 12’s proof:

As if education hasn’t been leveraged enough by the CCSS Machine, ESSA, WIOA, the HEA, STEM, STEAM, Next Generation Science, Next Generation Social Studies, Career Tech Education, College and Career Readiness, Global Readiness, Future Readiness, Choice Ready, and whatever else your State has re-branded Common Core by!

Lastly, funding for HR 600 will be one giant P3 the US Government establishes, too.

Closing:

Warriors, how sensible is Congress? Will HR 600 truly bridge a gap? In my research it appears it’s a plank that we are being forcibly ushered down. Leading us is our government. Notice how this one US bill does so much for other countries. Did no one consider America’s own students? Are they once again, an unintended consequence at the sake of money and internet access?

Everyone Loves A Fair, Right?!

To All My Anti Fed Ed Warriors, out there, I ask you the question above..
Everyone loves to attend a fair, right? Well, not everyone, I suppose. There are plenty of folks who would rather stay home than ride the ferris wheel, eat cotton candy, and, see all the local exhibits.

However, Warriors, what about a different kind of fair? Say, an international one.

Is there such a thing? Would you attend? Who would organize it, what activities would be present? How does all this impact education reform in America?

Meet BIE, Your Fair Guide:

BIE (Bureau for International Expositions) would be the organization in charge of the fair, or, as they call it ‘exposition’.
(*Note: This BIE is not to be confused with the US BIE, Bureau of Indian Education within the U.S. Dept. of the Interior)

According to the BIE’s website, an ‘expo’ (aka ‘fair’ for our conversation) is,  “a global event that aims at educating the public, sharing innovation, promoting progress and fostering cooperation. It is organized by a host country that invites other countries, companies, international organisations, the private sector, the civil society and the general public to participate.”

Everyone from young kids to senior citizens and from every walk of life are invited to these events.

The four main goals of these types of events are:
a) collectivism (although it referred to as ‘cooperation’); b) education (carried out through entertainment); c) showing off the host country; and, d) growing your nation’s economy. (Warriors, pause and ask yourselves this, “Where have I seen or heard this type of agenda before?”)

A quick and simple answer is the UN’s SDGs (United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals). In fact, the BIE, has a document expressly for tying in the SDGs to the Expositions. Below is a screen shot of the 2017 document’s front page.

So, What About Education Reform?

Warriors, we know several Anti Fed Ed researchers and activists have tied Dubai to the CCSS Machine. So, it isn’t surprising to find a 2013 BIE Speech (concerning the upcoming 2020 Dubai World Expo)  where education was brought up 5 times.

Of those 5 times, only a couple are evidence of the global reform being carried out today, in 2018.

Warriors, just think this was back in 2013; while the US wasn’t part of the BIE. Now that the US is once again a member nation, how much of this has already been done here in America? How much of this type of alignment is currently being carried out?
(*Note, the first question I posed here is more rhetorical. We have tons of evidence as to the global education push established in the past.)

Another Fair:

Warriors, as far as other type of fair, this past July (2017), the celebration fair outside the G20 (Group of 20) featured many celebrities pushing for global citizens, global agendas, and, using education as one of the tools by which to pull this off. I covered this information in my article, “Knot In My Backyard”. (*Note: be sure to scroll down to the comments section.)

There was an important update to the “Knot” article I published in Sept. 2017. In it you’ll find the Global Citizen scorecard and tons more information. You’ll see how NY Sen. Schumer is a global sell-out, as is Stevie Wonder (entertainer).

Closing:

Warriors, these types of fairs, expos, and, celebrations will not stop. In fact, they may increase. How do we fight back? These are public domain meetings. Use that to your advantage!

We cannot win the War Vs the Core in the CCSS Machine’s territory, BUT, we CAN fight the Machine in OURS. If we ‘win’, super. If we don’t, the Machine will suffer greatly by the time we are through.

Our work as activists is FAR from over. So, let’s turn the tables. Instead of a ‘fair’ exhibiting hype, let’s exhibit truth.
Let’s have teachers and students give ‘fair’ speeches about how damaging the
globalization of their classrooms is.
Let’s have them display the CCSS curriculum and resources for all to see how unfair this education reform is for THEM.
Let’s trot out the data mining tools and show the unfair AND illegal data rape happening everyday in America for the ‘global good’.
Let’s expose the UN’s SDG takeovers in our cities and towns, too.

A Response

To my fellow anti CCSS Warriors, by default this includes those against the federally led education overhaul, as well as the global overreaches.

We know, from research, that all this can be traced to one source. The United Nations. By default, that encompasses the UNESCO arm. *UNESCO means United Nations Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization. (To be precise, the ‘z’ is an American spelling, the official spelling uses a ‘s’.) We also know from research that what we have known as education (academics) is becoming ‘education’ (workforce training).

While I’ve seen many anti CCSS Warriors jump up and down with glee over the U.S. State Department’s announcement that the nation is leaving UNESCO, I am not among them.  I will admit, it SOUNDS like a good move, but as always, the research STILL points to many ties which, UNESCO membership or NOT, the US will still be bound by. I’ll say it now, I am choosing to remain on the ‘offense’ side of this War Vs the Core. 

Many media resources happily shared the US’s news about leaving UNESCO, but how many of them included in their headlines that We the People will have to wait until the end of 2018? Do we really think after the many years of the UN’s foundation laying educational overreach, that a measly year will be all it takes to truly be free of UNESCO? The CCSS Machine includes UN/UNESCO.

We have to look beyond the headlines, Warriors!

Some Facts:
1) Go to the U.S. State Dept. website right now and look at their headlining article. It’s not that the US is leaving UNESCO, it’s that we MUST have more STEM, especially for women! This is a UN ‘play by the book’ move, if ever there was one!! In fact, this comes right out of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) Tool Kit.  As we know, the SDGs use ‘education’ as a ‘change agent’ for all kinds of indoctrination.

In this article for Women and STEM, it states just how committed to STEM the Trump Administration is. Warriors, if ever there was a ‘hiding in plain sight’ statement which reveals the continued shift to un-American ideals, it’s that the DC leadership has totally sold out to this. The article also shows how the President has laid a foundation to cement STEM in America with the NSF and NASA programs. (Both are CCSS Machine supportive)

In the State Department’s “Other News”?  Is the fact the US and China are welcoming 3 more partnerships for economic and technology purposes. So, it’s basically an agreement for MORE STEM (although not using the “STEM” acronym). STEM means “Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math”.

2) In fact, a few days ago I exposed much about the UNESCO/UN and their STEM and STEAM (STEAM is STEM with the “Arts” embedded.).

3) Following that information, I showed you how the UN/UNESCO, the WSIS (World Summit on the Information Society) and the use of technology in a “Matrix” form that’s already embedded in the US (and the rest of the world) and will NOT be going away.

UNESCO is only shown 3 times in this screen shot, HOWEVER, the 3 categories are ICT (Information and Communications Technology), Media , and Knowledge! The black boxes show the SDG #4 which is education for all.

4) The US still owes UNESCO money, over $500 million to be exact. UNESCO uses part of the money it receives to oversee our American historic sites which are considered World Heritage sites.

5) UNESCO has several P3s (Public Private Partnerships) involved in the World Heritage Sites. How many of these American or American-tied groups will be willing to leave UNESCO?

6) What about the time between now and when the US leaves UNESCO? Well, the US becomes a kind of silent partner. It’ll be around to keep a watchful eye. HOWEVER, that means ‘education’ will still be up for alignment! Also, there’s a big question about the next UNESCO leader.

7) The UN/UNESCO is really pushing AI (artificial intelligence), especially in ‘education’. This article from the Mirror (UK) is down-right creepy. My fellow anti CCSS Warrior, Alex Newman wrote and spoke about the AI being used to advance 2030 Agenda (of which the SDGs are now a part of. Previously, the SDGs were with Agenda 21, but 2030 is the newer version). Here’s what I found out about AI. Again, all this connects back to the massive WSIS/UN/UNESCO data control you see in #3 above.

8) From 2002, an article detailing why (then) Pres. Reagan removed the US from UNESCO. It appears the concern for media control is almost being overlooked in our current situation. This won’t be going away simply because our current Administration plans to remove America from UNESCO.

9) The infamous UNESCO/Gates ‘Cooperation Agreement haunts us to the this day. It is THE single most telling root of the UNESCO plan for American ‘education’! This shift is SO embedded in America, thanks to WIOA(Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), and HEA (Higher Education Act) (to name a few laws), that our extraction from UNESCO won’t mean anything different. Add to this the UNESCO (Huxley) idea of what American education should become. After all, it plays right into the UNESCO/Gates Agreement.

Also thanks to the UN, our individual States have ‘pimped out’ their schools. In this article, I show you how MN went first back in the 1980s.
Finally, for #9, the UNESCO Publication 356. It lays out what ‘global education’ should be like. There’s a tremendous emphasis on ‘commonalities’. (*Note: I couldn’t find a date of publication, but this document has been around a while.)

10) Back in the 1960s (87th Congress), there was no problem with announcing the UNESCO was Communism after our children. So, what has happened between then and now to go from ‘no way’ to ‘hey, have our kids’?! The CCSS Machine is what’s happened!

11) Back in 2010, (then) U.S. Sec. of Education, Arne Duncan addressed UNESCO. Consider his remarks and how they fit into what was being coerced upon our States. Add to that the 2014 UNESCO Report for how far the shift to Universal Design for Learning (embedded in ESSA) had progressed.

What about Secretaries King and DeVos? Have they spoken out to stop UNESCO? Dr. King is currently the head of The Education Trust which is heavily funded by Bill Gates and other CCSS Machine members. Also at the Education Trust is Amber Arellano. Her biography at the Ed Trust reveals she was previously at the UN’s High Commissioner on Human Rights.

DeVos is mentioned in this Truth in American Education article as well as Sec. Tillerson (State Dept.) as ‘playing’ President Trump with ‘education’. The UN has recognized DeVos’s family business (Amway) as one of the top companies in the world practicing biodiversity (a big component of the SDGs). Be sure to listen to the entire video below. 12) UNESCO and aligning teachers has been happening for quite a while. HOWEVER, it will not go away just because the US is leaving UNESCO. In fact, in 2015, the Incheon Declaration was made for all Member States and their commitment to adhering to the SDGs (Warriors, remember, education is Goal #4). As 2030 Agenda compliance dictates, that means our US teachers will have to have their professional development align!

You can see the International Task Force on Teachers (formed 2008, as part of the Onslo EFA (Education For All) meeting) Part 2 Strategy Plan. The Plan was completed in 2016. 

Closing:

Warriors, I realize this may not be a well received article. Truth usually isn’t easy to hear. I do have some optimism about the US leaving UNESCO, but with all this evidence, I am being very cautious in my thinking. I think we all should be cautious. I know we all MUST speak the truth about the CCSS Machine. I want to thank the many dedicated Warriors who supplied their documents for this article.
