Ed’s Potpurri

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, while the main stream news tries to overload us with ‘squirrels’, the U.S. Dept. of Education is carrying on the status quo.

Should THIS be main stream information? I believe so. Why? Because everyday the status quo in ‘education’ is carried out, millions of lives are being harmed.

THAT, my fellow Warriors, should be OUR only news!

I believe if it were our only news, we’d be more inclined to jump in and save our nation’s citizens.

Think of it this way. Potpourri is used to help rooms smell good. Some potpourri mixes are pleasing to our noses, while others assault our noses with a bad smell. Not everyone can be around potpourri, if it contains something they are allergic to.

When the CCSS Machine rolled into America, it replaced the good, quality education (pleasing potpourri) with a stench SO bad, it’s smelled world-wide. The abysmal education we see trotted out isn’t for everyone, either, however, it is all we’re getting.

For the remainder of this article, I’ll share with you some of the latest news from the U.S. Dept. of Education. I warn you, the ‘smell’ is vile.

 

Ed’s “Smell” in Transmedia circa 2015 To Present:

In an email from the U.S. Dept. of Ed, sent last week (Aug.2019), several items were brought up.
While a new TV ‘transmedia’ (short for “transmitted media”) was released, the link used in the email took you to what you see below. There was no press release date, so it wasn’t until you began to read the information about ‘transmedia’ that the 2015 date shows up as ‘new’.
By the way, the RtL (Ready to Learn) TV can be seen on PBS (already a CCSS Machine member group). To see the entire page (be sure to read the ‘about RtL’ portion at the bottom of the page. You’ll spot the source of the ‘smell’: school readiness.)

Ready to Learn TV got its start based off money and policy. It also gears itself around the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) mandate for 365, 24/7 access to educational media. This ‘access’ is to encompass EVERY school choice, even homeschools.

While we can trace the money back to the CCSS Machine (includes WestEd), where did the policy come from? Northwestern University! Back in 2015, I shared with you  the Northwestern University’s Kellogg Center CCSS Machine ties. For RtL TV, the Northwestern department is the Communications Dept.

Warriors, let’s also see if we can spot the agenda’s smell by the term ‘transmedia’. With all the confusion surrounding ‘trans’ in other education subjects, won’t a move like this help further the confusion?

Ed’s Globalistic “Opportunity Zones”:

Also from that email last week, was the news that Sec. DeVos wants to enfold the Presidential Initiative for Opportunity Zones into education.

Warriors, this absolutely smells of treason!! How? First, ESSA is a K-12th grade law which codified WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act). WIOA had Opportunity Zones already in place! ESSA also mandated regionalized education. Regionalism is 100% United Nations. As far as education goes, across our nation, the regionalism is well entrenched through College and Career Readiness hubs. Secondly, this move to align education to job opportunities supports the G20 ed/labor document DeVos signed on behalf of our nation.

Warriors, we have an opportunity to weigh in on DeVos’s desires, but we MUST act by August 28th!! As of this article, only 3 other citizens have spoken out. Two of those 3 are citing corruption. Mine cited the uniting of education and labor is treasonous and illegal. You’ll find the Federal Registry link above (opportunity zone initiative is highlighted for you).

The folks at the U.S. Dept. of Education are laying out what they hope is a teasing scent to entice us to look toward International Education Week (11/18-22/19).

I ask you, Warriors, how is this possible when our very values are being thrown away and replaced with the United Nations’?

The, if you can actually stand listening to Sec. DeVos, you need to. Her fragrance of globalism almost wafts off the screen! Listen for ‘lifelong learning’ and being career ready. DeVos’s direction in education is steering right into the global workforce.

Warriors, if your nose if full of bad smells by now, I’d like to invite you to refresh your sense of smell with some truth.

1) We the People are more in number than the US federal government; we need to act on this.

2) Everything the U.S. Dept. of Education is doing, has done, and is planning is illegal. Everything they are doing spills over into every other federal agency.
We should revolt against this.

3) We are governed by the U.S. Declaration of Independence, NOT the United Nations declarations of conformity. We need to be persistent with this message in reaching our officials.

4) We should no longer call any educrat, regardless of office status, a ‘leader’. Where they are leading is NOT where we should go.
Leaders should be honest and respecting of their followers.
No one in the CCSS Machine is a leader to us. No one in the CCSS Machine respects us.
They are underminers of our nation and destroyers of our future as free citizens. They are our enemies. We need to act like it.
We will change nothing in this War Vs the Core by playing nice.

5) We are the protectors of our children, we cannot allow them to suffer under this educratic takeover anymore.

Oh, Say Can You Say?

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, as the 2020 election season is gearing up in hype, know that one of the main issues will NOT be education. What’s grabbing the attention of most Americans? Data. However, data comes in several forms and most definitely shows up in education!

If you missed my 5 part series on the stances of all the Presidential candidates (Rs and Ds), I urge you to take the time to read through the articles. You’ll see the technology and innovation platforms (all are ‘code’ for data mining).

Not ONE candidate, even the current President, is backing off data collection (aka: student data rape).

What’s noteworthy is the data rape doesn’t stop at the school, it is meant for EVERY American! That’s why the passage of FEPA was so vital. (FEPA is short for “Foundations of Evidence-based Policy-making Act”). I’ve written on FEPA several times, as have other Anti CCSS Warriors. There are other activists from the genres of American liberties, American finance, etc. who have also written about the connections FEPA has to our economy.

Many other Anti Fed Ed Warriors, have focused on the trails between money all everything we do on-line to create social credit. The social data mining helps speed this type of profiling right along.

What’s worse, is the 2020 candidates are riding the coattails of the global data marketing system. After all, that exactly where all this data is ending up.

But WHERE, Warriors, does the social data mining/data rape begin? How about our own back yards.

As, I often do, I’ll be showing you what I have found near me, in NC (where I live). I hope it spurs you to action to looking in your State for where the social data tracking trail is being inserted.

Big Data Just Down The Road:

Warriors, if you didn’t know it, I live in an area of NC where NASCAR racing is ‘king’. So much so, that Mooresville (where I live) is also known as “Race City USA”.  Mooresville is just north of Charlotte. One of the biggest data and banking hubs in the nation.

Those of us who live here know that several large buildings sit empty as former headquarters of this team or owner, or another one. We’ve used to seeing new logos go up as old ones come down.

However, when a former racing car facility is re-invented as a mega data center, that’s a whole other issue. I can tell you that I’ve driven by the ‘new’ facility. The entire building and land is surrounded by a tall fence with razor wire in curled ribbons on the top. It’s a bit ironic, Warriors. Howso? When you consider the massive amounts of personal and private data being harvested (unconstitutionally), they have complete access to you, but you are to be kept out by all means.

A few years ago, President Obama made local and national headlines by coming to Mooresville to trot out the (then) latest and greatest student data mining system. (Project RED) was the name. Supposedly streamlined data collection to help students become more accomplished was the hype. (*Note: the article I embedded is from 2016 and will tie ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act to the increases in data collection.)

As Warriors, we know now that the data mining is so NOT about accomplishments, but cradle to grave tracking for workforce aligned education. While it’s true NC has done everything in its power to beef up technology in the classrooms, NC is hardly the sole State where this is happening. We’ll see the efforts grow, Warriors.

GIGA and Lenovo; Education Related?

Warriors, I can tell you that Levono is a Hong Kong global corporation with a US based headquarters in Raleigh, NC (About 3 hours east of Mooresville). IBM has a ‘historic alliance’ with Lenovo. But, can we tie GIGA and Lenovo together?

3) The Leadership Team of GIGA is full of CCSS Machine group members (and their ties to Big Data). For example the President and CEO of GIGA also founded DCBlox (cloud based data storage is among their claims to fame).

4) From HPC Newswire, the GIGA/Mooresville News revealed a Cloud based ‘Event’ held earlier this year. (*Note: use the ‘event’ link and look at the right hand side to see the upcoming Cloud based Events to be held. Of special interest is the DC based one on infrastructure changes. Changing data mining infrastructure plays right into the ESSA , Every Student Succeeds Act data mining mandates, as well as HIPAA’s, FERPA’s, and FEPA’s.)

5) From what I could find, on-line, GIGA has been around since the 1990s and was founded by a man named Gartner. He then sold GIGA to Forrest Research (2003). I also found a GIGA pdf document from 2018, where Gartner is still active in Big Data. (*Note: when you access the Forrest website, you will not see ‘education’ as one of the sectors served, but you will see government and health insurance. Both are tied to education, as we know.)

6) Also in the Charlotte area, is the Charlotte Urban Institute. CUI is partnering with Big Government and Big Data to manipulate education via community services. You can find the CUI among the partners of the ISC, Institute for Social Capital.
(*Note: manipulation of entire communities in the name of education is spread throughout ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act. Mostly, through data tracking.) UNC-Charlotte also has a Model UN Club. (*Note: Model UN Clubs are in all educational choices and age levels.)

Lustrous Meddling

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, have you noticed the increase in what I’ll refer to as ‘lustrous meddling’ from the CCSS Machine? What am I talking about? The CCSS Machine (including the US federal government) into micromanaging our families.

Why ‘lustrous’? To hear anyone connected to the CCSS Machine, you’d think they were saints they way they describe their quest to overreach into your homes. Most of these sell-outs believe they are doing ‘great work’ and therefore must be allowed to continue on in finding ways to undermine parents, control children, and, hold our tax dollars as ‘ransom’.

Why? Warriors, think about it, not one member of your family or mine is free from the overreaches into our personal lives. None of our freedoms are being preserved by our leaders in DC. We MUST de-throne the CCSS Machine…NOW!

Warriors, we’ve seen the gradual increased control in where Johnny and Suzy go to school, what they learn (or don’t), where they work, what they believe, what they accept as decent, and, who’ll they’ll ‘be’.
Nine times out of ten, none of it lines up with what you taught them. This is the ‘success’ of the CCSS Machine’s global platform. To control citizens for THEIR purposes, not our enjoyment in life, especially as a family.

It’s the reality that the CCSS Machine is limiting us (and our children) every single day to what we CAN and WILL do. Where we’ll ‘serve’, where’ll we’ll live and whom will share that space, and, where our work for the ‘collective greater good’ will leave a lustrous shine on all of humanity..

What a horrible future for any of us! Especially our children, little or not. We say we’d do anything to protect them, but, as Warriors, are we?!

So, what does it mean to be civilly disobedient? You know your Constitutional rights and ANY of them being violated are grounds enough to act upon.

Look back at history, especially here in America.

Thoreau chose to not pay taxes and went to jail. His reasoning justified that spending time in jail for the right reason (protesting a wrong) is far better than to do nothing at all.  

 Many other groups have successfully been civilly disobedient and seen changes happen which supported their reason for disobedience.

I have the honor of being associated with a NC citizen who became famous for his act of respectful protest. Known as one of the Greensboro Sit-in participants, Clarence Henderson has been a beacon for many of us in the nation (and NC).

The Anti Fed Ed Warrior question needs to be:

Is there ANYTHING you’d NOT be willing to do to protect your child from the CCSS Machine? Would you risk jail? Would you risk withholding taxes? Would you hold a sign up in a peaceful protest? Would you sit in front of the local school board to save our kids?

However you choose to be civilly disobedient, DO NOT GO ALONE. You’ll be easily marginalized and forgotten.

Why We Shouldn’t Let The CCSS Machine “Shine”:

Warriors, did you know the current grab for our babies has been gearing up (in earnest) since ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act)? Did you know there’s a group in the CCSS Machine called Child Trends? Child Trends is pushing a 5 State Initiative (NC, MN, OK, UT,and RI) to merge data collection on birth to 8 years of age. It’s called the SHINE Initiative. (SHINE stands for State-level Home Integration with Early Childhood Data Systems).

While that’s bad enough, look at the Child Trends partners:

To see the 2018 (December) Blog entry about the SHINE ‘lessons’ being learned about aligning data collection, especially during home visits, go here.

How did the Child Trends pick the 5 States for SHINE? I don’t know, but I did find their source. It’s called the ECDC (Early Childhood Data Collaborative). Based off the ECDC map, you’ll see the 5 States (NC, MN, RI, OH, and UT) are all the same color. That dark color means that most of their student/child data systems are aligned. These systems will track our babies into their workforce days and beyond. (Remember the phrase ‘cradle to grave’? This is exactly why we have that phrase.) Notice how many other States are the darker color. The light color means alignment is planned. States with no color are not planning on linking up systems.

Warriors, do you notice the States are puzzle pieces and not their definitive shapes?
This resembles the CCSS Machine’s view of our children. Parts of a puzzle; cogs in a wheel. Funders for ECDC are some of the same as the Child Trends.

Do you see why the SHINE is NOT ‘divine’? Fight back, Warriors!! These data systems are fully in gear to grind down our children.

Not A Shine, But Certainly A Stink:

Warriors, the ESSA did increase home visits in its mandates. But did you know back in 2011, not long after Common Core was rolled out, that the Pew Charitable Trust set up home visit data trail foundations? Those indicators for ‘student outcomes’ are still in place. In fact, the SHINE States are using them as benchmarks for cradle to grave alignment. As you know, any time the government uses ‘outcomes’ it is for their design on your student’s lives, not your student’s best for life.

“Outcomes” is a CCSS Machine educratic buzzword. We  CANNOT trust it at all.

Lastly, Warriors, the Pew Charitable Trusts will have that distinct CCSS Machine smell due to the grants from the Gates Foundation.

Thanks for letting get on my ‘soapbox’ today. It’s been a long time in the making. I hope we’ll band together to protect our children. Our government isn’t about to do it. They’d rather see us citizens of THE state, not a free and intelligent nation.

The HC Plans

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, yesterday, I showed you how S 406 (Federal Rotational Cyber Workforce Program Act) is being fast-tracked. The article laid out for you the links between education and labor; how cybersecurity is to be increased, not only in education, but all across America. The article also showed you the federal and global co-operation where education and labor are concerned.

Below, is an old screen shot I created back from our campaign to stop the confirmation of Dr. King as U.S. Sec. of Education. Under DeVos (as Ed Sec.), all these are not only still in place, but have been increased. Especially STEM and STEAM.

Cybersecurity is not all about protecting We the People from the hackers and whackers out there. Cybersecurity tracks all we do, on-line and, we’re finding it off-line, too.

In education, cybersecurity is passed off as ‘coding’. In the early grade levels (remember, coding is available to ALL education choices) coding is called ‘fun and games’.

Where will cybersecurity ‘pop up’ in education and labor? STEM, STEAM, CTE, and CCR. All these connect to CCSS, too.

The 116th HC Plans:

Warriors, not only do we have S 406, but there’s HR 1592. HR 1592 directs Sec. DeVos to create a pilot program for cybersecurity education. There are other related bills from both Chambers, but we’ll start with HR 1592. Cybersecurity Skills Integration Act is HR 1592’s title.

Warriors, the supposed benefits of HR 1592:
a) Credentialed and employable US citizens
b) Improved infrastructure in the US (ties back to the Patriot Act)
c) CTE (Career Tech Education) cybersecurity will promote diversity in the workplace
d) Competitive grants will be used to promote regionalism
e) Ties back to ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 aka ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act, 2015)
f) Tracks which students get credentialed
g) Gives Sec. DeVos $10 million dollars in all for the pilot creation and competitive grants
h) Opens the partnerships up to ‘alternative stakeholders’
i) Must meet ‘in demand’ and economic trends
j) Uses work-based learning (aka apprenticeships) Ties to WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) and the HEA (Higher Education Act) Both WIOA and HEA were embedded in ESSA’s language.
k) Targets special sub-groups of the population for workforce needs

Currently, HR 1592 is in the U.S. House Education and Labor Committee.

If you’d like to read Rep. Langevine’s Press Release on the Executive Order by President Trump on the cybersecurity workforce needs, go here. In his release, Langevine promotes HR 1592.

That EO (Executive Order) Rep. Langevine referred to? That’s EO 13800, issued in 2017.

EO 13800 called for every federal agency (which included the U.S. Dept. of Education) to comply with the framework for cybersecurity. The EO also called for increased workforce development of cybersecurity.

EO 13859 (Feb. 2019) called for increased workforce development of AI (artificial intelligence) which relates to cybersecurity.

What about the ties all this will have to not only S 406, but the Education and Information Exchange Act (both were discussed in yesterday’s article)?

The President issued a Proclamation on “World Intellectual Property Day” (May 2, 2019). In that Proclamation (#9865) the USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement) was a key piece in intellectual property (personal private information) rights.

Warriors, the cybersecurity directly relates to all this. Also, think about the global data tracking and trails which have also been discussed in yesterday’s article and other previously published research of mine.

As far as USMCA in education, that’s a huge problem in data collection/sharing!
Back in Nov. 2018, before Congress voted on USMCA, I showed you how it would embed everything the UN (United Nations) needed for the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) to thrive in the US.

Since the vote for USMCA went through, I’ve shown you other ways USMCA is not our friend.

As I pointed out yesterday, cybersecurity unites SDGs #4 and #8 (education/decent work).

Senate Bills:
S 1292 (Amends HEA and will use data for student loans); S 1299 (Amends ESSA for more STEM); S 1221 (Amends HEA to create innovation zones); S 1072 (Amends HEA for Pell Grants to go for job training); S 1074 (Reinstates Pell Grants for prisoners); S 1157 (Amends both HEA and ESSA); S 1119 (School lunches/anti bully); S 1168 (Amends HEA for increased religious groups access); S 1176 (Amends HEA for disabled students); S 1198 (Increases U.S. Dept. of Ed’s study abroad programming for global competency); S 1172 (Amends ESSA/IDEA for fully funded Part A of Title One); S 1153 (Makes unauthorized education data access a crime (certain types of ed data)); S 1204 (Expands the U.S. Dept of Ed and implants mental health in higher education); S 1175 (Amends HEA in technical information); S 1117 (Amends HEA and creates Career Pathways Grants); S 1203 and S 1219 Amend HEA; and, S 1137 (streamlines education/job training for environmental health workforce).

Warriors, we MUST be pro-active in seeing where Congress is steering our nation. So far, it’s not in any direction we ever desired. the “HC” Plans (Human Capital Plans) are wretched and MUST be stopped!

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, have you heard of S 406? It’s a federal Senate Bill which just passed the Senate floor. This means the next stop is in the House. What does S 406 do?

It isn’t what the Bill ‘does’, it’s what it creates..more federal control over us.


S 406 “Federal Rotational Cyber Workforce Program Act of 2019”:

This “Act” will create an executive agency filled with a “Chief Human Capital Officers Council”. The ‘cyber’ portion refers to the federal employees overseeing cyber security, data collection, and all that intersects them.

S 406 also embeds 2 previous laws.

The Chief Human Capital Officers were ‘created’ in an Act from 2002.

Warriors, what do these Officers do? (I’m calling them the ‘HC Police’ or “Human Capital Police”.)
Basically: set a workforce development strategy; assess people and plan their future in the ‘policing’; align human resources to meet the ‘outcomes’ of the strategy; use ‘best practices’ and ‘benchmarked standards’; ‘measure the police’s intellectual capital’ and link data to performance and growth of their position.

If that sounds a bit confusing, think of it this way, those who are policing us have to be just as aligned and tested as our students. The biggest attraction for the “HC Police”? A love of data and computers. Which leads to ‘coding’. Cybersecurity thrives on coding.

Warriors, ‘coding’ is a tool of the CCSS Machine for students as young as preschool:

If you cannot read what’s in the red box, “Preschoolers are digital natives, they don’t know a life without smartphones, tablets, and computers; or cartoons on demand.” This website goes on to state that ‘coding’ isn’t just for older kids, and introduces the subject as a game.

Since coding exists to breed all kinds of workers who will track us to no end (aka ‘cybersecurity’, “IT”, etc.) there had to be a law for this special arm of the CCSS Machine’s agenda.

The Cyber Workforce? A 2015 Law ‘created’ that.

Warriors, what does the existence of this law do? First, it was embedded in a budget (appropriations) law. Secondly, it set up a national initiative for cybersecurity education.
Third, because it’s a federal law which hasn’t been repealed, it’s active in 2019.

It embedded ‘coding’ as a way of life in education AND jobs. You’ll find ‘cyber’ is embedded in the budget law 428 times. ‘Education’ is embedded 280 times. Where the two intersect is in Section N. Pages 695-797 will show you the 14 ways in which education and the U. S. Dept. of Education were mandated.  

But, wait, don’t we need protection from hackers? Isn’t that the main goal of cybersecurity? Warriors, protecting us from hackers is a goal, but not as much of the main goal as we’ve been told. Here’s what else this Cyber Workforce Assessment Act set us up for:

a) Cyber Corps Scholars (and scholarship programs) Ties it to the NSF (National Science Foundation) and the National Intelligence agencies.
b) Funds for cyber (on line) upgrades under ‘school improvement’, ‘school safety’, ‘education tech support’, redesigned schools, ‘safe schools’ and Project SERV
c) Will use SSI funds (tied to Title 1 and IDEA funds/programs)
d) Will use funds for health care (also ties to ‘c’)
e) Will track and involve the IES (Institute for Educational Sciences)
f) Impacts the Information and Education Exchange Act. This 1948 law is still in existence and set the framework for international information partnerships. Those partnerships in 2019? Data sharing across the globe! (See the section below for more information)
g) Forces all federal agencies directly involved in security or related to security to be involved in data sharing and collection. Said data will be available to third parties and private contractors of the agencies choosing.

So, since all this was previously set up, how will the 116th’s Congress Bill (S 406) increase any or all of the  laws above?

From the ‘HC Police’ stand point:
a) Rotates who’s watching us and tracking us.
b) Spreads the HC Police across all fed agencies.
c) The agencies determine position for HC Police within their domain.
d) All involved determine the level of watching/tracking.
e) U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security dictates all policies and procedures (updates as needed, if needed). Parts of the policies and procedures are Career Tracks in education (all levels).
f) Uses ‘accountability’ (tracking and assessments) to be transparent.
g) Fed agencies can partner HC Police and set policies/procedures.
h) Locks in merit based employment for each rotation (180-365 days).
i) Reports activities to GAO (Gen. Acct. Office). If GAO deems program a ‘success’ HC Police rotations may be extended.
j) Will assess HC Police for proficiency in IT and skill levels completed.
k) Gives a ‘sunset’ of 5 years from time of the Act becoming law. (Means ending in 2024)

Okay, Warriors, ask yourselves this: the U.S. Government has already set us up to be spied upon via the Patriot Act, FEPA (most recently). It’s been proven that the government is a TERRIBLE privacy keeper when it comes to our data, so HOW will having national HC Police improve our privacy?  Quite frankly, it won’t improve our privacy at all. It WILL confine us even more..and it’s in the House of Representatives for their tweaking or approval!

Think how the AI and 5G technologies are already ruining education, as well as our nation.

A Blast From Our Past:

The 1948 Information and Education Exchange Act (aka the Smith-Mundt Act). If you do a general internet search for the S-M Act, you’ll see that it’s basically a propaganda law for public diplomacy. However, knowing what we know about global education overreach, look what I found from the “Information and Education Exchange Act”:

Warriors, the Information and Ed Exchange Act (S-M Act) was updated in 2012. The amendments made to the 1948 version only impacted broadcasting and free speech. Section 3 remains; as do the information and knowledge combined with technology. Section 402 is also still as it was from the original.

So, the S 406 (116th Congress) gives us a window of 5 years, which means 2024. Is there a global education significance involved?

A Crystal Ball Future?

From the AP and Business Wire, this 2018 article lays out for you that yes, by 2024, the global data giants will have complete control of the ‘information sharing’. Yes, Warriors, these global data giants already have a great deal of control, but it will only increase. How and why? Innovations and coders to implant the innovations. The US is among the regions included in the research.

Briefly, by 2026-27 school year: 2 percent increase nationwide in school enrollment for PreK to 8th grade; 8% increase in high school; 33 million teachers; 5% increase in high school graduates; cost of education (taxpayer burden) $670 billion (19% increase); and the cost per pupil: $12,900.00.

The PISA (Program for International Skills Assessment) for 2024 is already in the planning stages, Warriors. The focus? Science and digital technology.

The Human Capital “Forecast”:

Well, we’ve seen what Congress is up to, read what the CCSS Machine is predicting about education and the all encompassing aspect of the UN’s SDGs in it all, so what’s the future of ‘human capital’?

SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) is a US/global group founded in 1948 (same year as the Information and Education Exchange Act/S-M Act). While I couldn’t find evidence of a direct connection, it’s not hard to see how ‘human resources’ and ‘human capital’ are intertwined.

The Forecast you see in the screen shot is from 2013 and was predicting workforce and human capital up until 2024. There is a more recent Report, as well. However, I wanted you to see a few things in the 2013 Report.
1) look at the title highlighted in red (‘behavioral competencies’)
2) most of us will have to work well past the accepted retirement age
3) there’s a huge skills gap and jobs are being filled; most jobs are replacement positions (meaning when one person ages out, another, younger person steps in)
4) STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) in America isn’t stacking up to global counterparts
5) our economy will suffer tremendously if we don’t address 1-4.

Another Report (Deloitte Review) from 2017 states that we are aging, but we’re also learning more and spending more time being educated. Warriors, this is a subjective view. No, we are not seeing students learn more, we are seeing them forced to have education become workforce readiness!

The stark reality, is that ‘human capital’ is part of ‘lifelong learning’!

You won’t see the U.S. Dept. of Education mentioned, but you will see the U.S. Dept. of Labor and its international membership. If you read the acknowledgements, you’ll see a few CCSS Machine member groups. Read the list of acronyms and you’ll find several more CCSS Machine member groups.

So, seeing that the U.S. Dept. of Labor is a member of the ILO (International Labor Organization), how connected to the UN/Global ed/labor agenda are we?

Warriors, the DW4SD (Decent Work for Sustainable Development) will impact American legislation AND policy. After all, the UN’s aim to indoctrinate workforce based education depends on policy changes. What are the changes? Have we already seen this put in place or will we see soon, especially with S 406?

What are we to do, Warriors? Contact the House of Representatives and demand a ‘no’ to S 406!

We cannot settle on simply shutting down the U.S. Dept. of Education. The U.S. Dept. of Labor is JUST as unconstitutional!

DeVos’s G20 agreement calls for ed/labor to be merged. DC has also made plans to merge the two UNCONSTITUTIONAL departments.

***THIS fits precisely with, not only the UN’s SDGs, BUT the S 406 plans!***

Look at the previous plans for an ed/labor merger.  Obviously,  the  GAO(Gov.  Acct.  Office)  didn’t  see  a true  ‘savings’,  or  otherwise,  the  merger  would  have  happened.(Source)

From 2018, The ‘new’ ed/labor merger plan in visual form. NPR reported it as a money saving move. The White House sold it as a way to help the country improve.


Warriors, this still doesn’t END federal (or global) overreaches in education, it simply shuffles the deck. Instead of 2 unconstitutional federal agencies, one MASSIVE one.
Just after that White House news, Warriors stepped into action. There was a petition to halt merger plans! There was push-back!!

A Monumental “Crush”

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, as promised in my last article, a close up look at Maryland’s education system. Remember, Marc Tucker dropped a huge hint about this in that 4/23/19 seminar promoting his new book.
I highlighted his comments about it below:
423roundBefore we get too much further, I wanted to see if MD was about the size of any of the “Tucker approved” Top Performing Countries he’s so convinced we need to copy.

After all, since the CCSS Machine is going to such lengths to make us global, we will need to see what’s in store. Can we find any clues as to HOW Maryland is about to become a national show-off?

Estonia:

I found Estonia is about the size of MD. (Estonia is #2 on the Tucker list). If you aren’t sure about Estonia’s education system, I found out it’s a ministry of the government.
Officially called the Republic of Estonia’s Ministry of Education and Research.
If you’re curious about how their school system works, the Ministry has put together a ‘cutesy’ video.

If you look around their website, a bit, the Estonian Ministry has more information. Like their ‘lifelong learning’ plan.

Warriors, if you notice, ages 65 and up are not included in this 2020 Plan. Why? Those older than 64 are encouraged to become ‘working pensioners’. According to their plan for seniors, you’ll need to still be a productive and contributing member of society, but the government will provide some of your income. You are still expected to go to school, too.
(If you look in the Estonia 2020 Plan’s definitions, you’ll find out all the difference locations the country counts as ‘schools’.)
The Plan for seniors is NOT a Estonia one, my followers. This ‘senior plan’ is called the Madrid International Plan of Action on Aging (MIPAA). The UN adopted this back in 2002.

Going back to education in Estonia and what possibly could be found in Maryland, ‘the village’ concept is applied there. I didn’t see a school board mentioned once. I did see a village/community based commission. These are designed to keep school creative and learning centered.

You’ll also find that Estonia is big on ‘school choice’. The ‘choice’ is largely funded by the government. Will we find this in Maryland, too? Warriors, we know the federal government, here in the US, is pushing for billions of taxpayer dollars for funding ‘choice’.

Not too terribly long before America was given the WIOA of 2014, (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014), MD and Estonia signed an agreement to mutually share education and workforce programs.

Maryland And Marc Tucker:

Warriors, Tucker, himself, was bragging (just the other day) on how MD is soon to be in the national news.
So, when did he visit MD? EdWeek has a 2017 article Marc Tucker wrote about his appearance in their legislature. His entire point? Revolutionizing education funding for the 21st Century.

In this 2018 Report from the Commission on Innovation and Excellence in EducationTucker’s name appears 16 times. You’ll also see Linda Darling- Hammond and Dr. Chester Finn’s names, too. If you search the over 100 pages, you’ll see that Tucker spoke on every one of his 9 Blocks for Maryland. (see below in “Related Resources”, I illustrated the 9 Blocks). From this Report, it appears the Commission had been meeting since 2016.

In 2018, the Baltimore Sun published an article where the Commission on Innovation and Excellence in Education was struggling with how to address ‘at risk’ students. Among the ‘solutions’ was RtI, Response to Intervention. RtI is part of the mental health grab you’ll find in ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act). Tucker’s name appeared in this article as well.

Also from 2018, Johns Hopkins School of Education published a 16 page report on how flawed Tucker’s system was (and still is). The irony is that Johns Hopkins is also in the CCSS Machine.

The EPI (Economic Policy Institute) heavily criticized Marc Tucker’s earlier workforce based reform system for education. This Report is from 2007.

Below, is a screen shot of the MD Advocates for Children and Youth organization. They featured regular updates on the Commission Tucker was a consultant for. They even have a 2019 Legislative look at all the Commission’s findings which have passed in their State legislature. No wonder Marc Tucker’s excited MD is about the ‘rock the nation’.

5) American Educational Research Assoc. (AERA) interviewed Tucker in 2015 (about a month before ESSA became law) take a look back at his words & compare to where we are now, in 2019.

6) WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) embedded 21 different instances for CTE (Career Tech Education) and its CPs (Career Paths), it also embedded the Dept. of Defense 16 times. Why? Funds for workforce education to be extended to the military.
The same military which, not only, aligned itself to the CCSS Machine, but STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math). STEM is a UN (United Nations) tool to create global workforce, education, and, economy.
How does this impact our topic for today’s article? The National Guard Distance Learning Program is funded through WIOA. The National Guard is also part of the MD/Estonia partnership.

7) If you’ve heard of the ERI (European Reassurance Initiative), it was originally proposed back in 2014. Part of the funding for ERI (which a portion goes to Estonia) is used for ‘support in programs, activities, and assist the government’.

While education is not mentioned, workforce training isn’t either. However, we have no documentation to show HOW the funds are divided, once they get to the intended country. So, the question is: does any of our federal funding go to be used for aligning education and workforce somewhere else to be returned to us in educratic reform campaigns by the likes of Marc Tucker?! Long-time Anti Fed Ed Warrior, Charlotte Iserbyt sounded the “NO! Marc Tucker” alert in this article.

8) From 2015, Marc Tucker’s ‘love’ for Estonia shows his true colors: Russian and Germanic education models. Warriors, read the article, and you’ll see it’s not simply education we should be concerned about, it’s our entire nation. If data mining in education bothers you, read how Estonia’s a master at using all that data.

The “Lead Higher Initiative” is in place to create “Next Generation High Schools”.

10) Warriors, any guess as to how much Tucker’s influence in MD’s education will cost the taxpayers (State wide and Nationally)? $725 million dollars…and the Plan is being fast-tracked through the MD legislators.

Warriors, that’s it. My two-day look at one of the worst Americans I can happily say I will never meet in person. He is dangerous to our children, to us, and to our nation. We know he is not alone in the destruction of our land. He’s not alone in his quest to kill real education. All Encompassing Moves

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, did you know there are 4 US Congressional bills which seek to globalize 2 distinct SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) agenda points in America?

If not, that’s the topic for today’s article.
Meet ‘sisters’ HR 753 and S 324 (Global Electoral bills) along with S 861 and HR 1857 (Global LGBTI* bills).

What will these Bills mean for education, should they become law? Before we find out, remember, that I shared how HR 1 (For the People Act) has quite a few back doors into education with a UN (United Nations) agenda attached. As you know, the SDGs are the  UN’s doing.

First, let’s define “LGBTI”: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and, Intersexual.

Secondly, What Senators and Representatives running for President (or considering running) are sponsoring or co-sponsoring either of these ‘sisters’?
In the Senate: Co-sponsors, Warren, Gillibrand, Sanders, Harris, and, Booker.(*Note: Sen. Markey is the sponsor and there are a total of 21 Senators backing this.)
In the House: Co-sponsors, Ryan, Moulton, and, Swalwell. (*Note: Rep. Lowenthal is the sponsor.)

When you look below, don’t miss the Trump Administration’s continuation of the Obama Administration LGBTI agenda. How did that happen? Fellow Warrior, Alex Newman explained in 2018, that Sec. Pompeo was the main reason.

Third, these Bills basically use the U.S. State Dept.’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and, Labor to create a new government official position: LGBTI Envoy.

If you’ve not read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the State Dept. has a copy.

Warriors, on Pages 13 and 14 of S 861, I found this: ‘bilateral and multilateral fora’. What in the world is that?!  Well, bi-lateral would mean two nations, or in this case, 2 groups agreeing to make across the board changes. Multi-lateral means many nations, or in this case, many people, agreeing to make changes across the board. Fora (related to ‘forum’) means a central meeting place.
So, in other words, the programs, policies, funding, and whatever else relates to making changes at every level and in every corner for the LGBTI Envoy will be needed. This will not only impact Americans, but the citizens all over the world.

On Page 17, you’ll see that all US federal agencies will need to devote money for programs for the LGBTI citizens here and those who are resettling into America from elsewhere. This will combine government at all levels, non-government groups, and faith-based entities.

Page 18 shows you how the USAID will co-ordinate with the new Envoy. Warriors, as you know, I’ve shown you how the USAID is in the CCSS Machine, as well as the State Dept. Page 19 will reveal the data tracking needed to safeguard LGBTI citizens.

Page 20 shows the “Global Strategy Requirements” needed. Basically total collaboration and co-ordination of all US federal agencies (including the U.S. Dept. of Education). Page 23 will embed child marriage statuses, Page 24 shows the U.S. Global Equality Fund*, while 25 reveals a leadership program for LGBTI activists needs to happen (at taxpayer expense?). (*Note: the GEF, Global Equality Fund is held in the State Dept. and is a P3 (public private partnership).)

HR 753 and S 324, Global Electoral Exchange Act:

Warriors, the sponsor for HR 753 is Rep. Castro (brother to 2020 Presidential hopeful). The Senate version is sponsored by 2020 Presidential hopeful Sen. Klobuchar. The Senate version has one co-sponsor, while the House’s version has 3. (*Note: you can access Klobuchar’s education stance here.)

For my fellow NC Warriors, Rep. Mark Meadows is a co-sponsor on HR 753. You may wish to ask him about his loyalty to the US, and the folks of NC.

What will these Bills do? Warriors, basically, it’s the sense of Congress that we need to employ internationally recognized election ‘best practices’ into the ones held here, in the US. It’s also their sense that other nations can employ American ‘best practices’ in elections. Like the other pair of ‘sister bills’ (above), these Bills authorize the U.S. State Dept. of create and administer GEEP (Global Electoral Exchange Program).

Like the two ‘sisters’ above, these Bills also create a unity between the State Dept. and USAID. How? In the form of awarding financial grants.

Warriors, the U.S. Dept. of Education was not mentioned in either Bill, but we can pretty guess from the information we have that our students will somehow be impacted.

The Americans traveling, as well as the visiting countries cannot influence elections; cannot meddle with legitimacy of elections; and, cannot study any election (local, State, or, federal) without official permission. Congress will also create a GEEP Alumni. After GEEP (should it become law) is in place, bi-annual reports must be given. No end date was given, so we can pretty much guess that HR 753/ S 324 mean to make this permanent. No price tag was given, but I can assure you GEEP will NOT be cheap.

What type of groups are eligible for the GEEP Grants? Any group which defined by the IRS Tax Code of 1986, Sect. 501 (c) (3), as well as tax exempt under Sect. 501 (a).

Warriors, do you see the danger of our REPUBLIC in these Bills? With all the problems our nation faces why must we see Congress place us in the center of every other country’s business? Do we really need every other country in ours?

While securing humans don’t get attacked for what they are or how they believe, why is the State Dept. increasing in power and authority? As far as our elections? That needs to be within our borders, not spread across oceans.

Since the State Dept. is enlarging (which certainly is not shrinking the federal footprint), we need to look at those leading the Dept.

Are they in the CCSS Machine? Since the State Dept. is a ‘card carrying’ CCSS Machine member, we HAVE to know. (*Note: Sec. Pompeo is most definitely in the CCSS Machine. Why would Congress wish to make these plans? I believe it’s a way to seek more control over us, as citizens while globalizing our nation in some big ways.

There are  redistricting Bills which will feed off the ‘big Census’ (decennial) data. The next ‘big Census’ is in 2020. These will thrive on data collection and storage. If States cannot follow the federal mandates, then the federal government will step in and handle any redistricting measures needed.

There’s also a House bill (HR 51) which will also redesign the nation’s districts/representation by making the District of Columbia into a State. This Bill has lots of support (203 co-sponsors; Reps. Ryan, Moulton, and, Swalwell are the 2020 Presidential hopefuls backing this) in the House. In the Senate, the identical ‘twin sister’ is S 631 (32 co-sponsors; Sens. Sanders, Klobuchar, Harris, Booker, and, Gillibrand are the 2020 Presidential hopefuls backing this version). Warriors, these Bills will also fully repeal the 23rd Amendment of the Constitution.

Census Information Is Used To Create Redistricting:

We know that the 2020 Census has been beefed up to take more of our personal information than ever before. The  redistricting Bills I’ve seen will prohibit States from redistricting in certain ways as well as tell them how to redistrict.
Two of these redistricting Bills have the same name (John Tanner Fairness and Independence in Redistricting Act). The third is called the Coretta Scott King Mid-Decade Redistricting Prohibition Act.

, if you’re concerned about seeing your State redistricted and told how to do it, I urge you to take the time to read HR 124 and HR 130 (John Tanner) and HR 44 (Coretta Scott King). These will literally impact your home, your family, and, your neighborhoods.

If you’re concerned about the 2020 Census, I urge you to read the Census Bureau’s Planning Survey (released in Jan. 2019) as well as the Final Report on the focus groups used. You’ll find (Final Report) that education is considered a ‘soft quota data point’ on the Census. So, any question concerning education will be amassed to help community (local, State, and, federal) funding. With the grasp the CCSS Machine has on education, this is crucial.

I did look at the questions on the Planning Survey, and, frankly some were a bit too nosy for my taste. For example, how often are you on the internet? What type of device do you use? Then, there was Question #44:

Warriors, if you look at the Operational Design for the 2020 Census, you’ll find that third party data partnerships are a reality. You’ll also see the Census Bureau is going to be pushing on-line participation rather than the old paper forms we have filled out. Much like those high-stakes assessments our students have, I’d say opt for paper & skip on-line.

Let’s remember that the Census Bureau is housed in the U.S. Dept. of Commerce. This federal agency is also a CCSS Machine member group. In the President’s 2020 Budget, you’ll see their connection to education.

Warriors, we also know the Census directly impacts funding and programs in your communities. HR 1451 (Community Service related) is called the “Keep Community Service Local Act”. Now, the odd thing about this Bill is that it prohibits States from ending their Corporation for National and Community Service office UNLESS the federal government approves it. If you’ve not heard of this corporation, you may know it by some of the programs it oversees, AmeriCorps, Senior Corps, etc. I’ve shown you how these are CCSS Machine aligned and will fit into ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act).

How, is THAT State sovereignty? How is THAT local control?

Think about this way, ESSA  mandated that communities align their efforts to ‘student achievement’. Also, community service projects are key to some education programs. By having a national “Mother, may I?” bill hardly seems it’s geared for the citizens. But, then ESSA wasn’t geared for the students, teachers, or, taxpayers either.

Warriors, are you seeing the circle around your community shrinking? I hope so. The government is NOT our friend. It’s not our protector. Government isn’t even listening to us.

As I said in my last article, a full mode of civil disobedience is in order. We cannot allow DC to manipulate us in the ways these Bills are being considered. We have a charge to take down our government when it ceases to be about “We the People” and becomes about ‘We the Corporate Minions’
