Not For The Faint Hearted

Oh, my fellow Anti CCSS Warriors..We have seen so many awful things happen to education in the past few years together. We’ve seen an increase in the ‘workforce training’ being passed off as ‘academic prowess’.

We’ve seen shifts in how the attitudes, values, beliefs, and, thinking have become so twisted we may not recognize who our children are. Because ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) codified CCSS, we will continue to see unwelcome changes in our nation.

However, what’s changing our children right before our eyes?

Globalism, collectivism, Communism, Socialism, and…………

SATANISM

Because Globalism and all the other ‘isms’ are tied to Common Core (remember, the roots of CC are in the United Nations, which has  been traced to demonic activities and beliefs.)

Part of the ‘sales pitch’ surrounding all this? “Fun”. One of my previously published articles showed you how the ‘fun’ was a guise devised by Robert Muller to steer our children to workforce based education for a socialist benefit. While the article was pointing out how homeschoolers are being pulled into this.


Back in 2014, I wrote an article about Evil having no place in education. It shows you the awful connections between Bill Gates, UNESCO, the World Core Curriculum and the Lucifer Publishing Company.

However, it’s what follows, which is the truly unpleasant (downright disturbing) educational activities you need to know about.



ASSCs:

Warriors, that’s the abbreviation for the After School Satan Clubs in America. Maybe you remember the news from 2016 about the school district in GA which was being asked to start up an ASSC.

According to CBN’s (Christian Broadcasting Network) website, Clubs (as of 8/17) are in Los Angeles, Pensacola, Portland, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Tacoma and Springfield, Missouri. Below, in the screen shot, notice the ‘fun’ pictures used to draw our children’s attention to the ASSCs:

(*Note, as of this writing, Satanic Temples are in TX, GA, NY, OR, CA, LA, FL, AZ, MA, CO, MI, and WA. Coming soon: MO and OK. Where there’s a Temple, the ASSCs will also be. According to all the sources, ASSCs are targeting similar Christian Clubs. I did not find any mention of any other faith based clubs being targeted.)


Warriors, according to all the information I found, these Clubs are available to all school choices, not simply public school children.  If the two smaller versions (above) don’t look ‘fun’ enough, look at the way the Satanic Temple ASSC’s page on their website has depicted the ‘mascot’:

Why the red and orange circles? The CCSS Machine has gone to great pains to sell the nation on how ‘great’ the critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, and character building are with the aligned curriculum and resources. These resources include after-school programs.

The 4Cs (collectivism, critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity) are the anchors of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math). The 4Cs are the anchors of Common Core, Career and College Readiness, Next Gen Science, Career Tech Education, STEM, C3 (College, Career, and Civic Life) and whatever else CC’s been re-branded as (ie: “Future Ready”)

The 4Cs, College/Career Readiness, STEM, and all which connects them are embedded in ESSA, too! More globalism ties in ESSA include the “UDL”, Universal Design for Learning”, Universal Preschool, and, massive data mining to track students from cradle to grave.

You may also notice there’s a “Protect Children” campaign that also is a Satanic Temple project. It’s against corporal punishment. Below, is a picture of the letter they have available to send to your School Board against any type of corporal punishment, including isolation rooms:

Warriors, the video contained in this undated  Newsletter is downright chilling. Not because of the images, the background ‘song’.

According to the Forbes article about the ASSCs, the writer also thought the video was chilling. Temper that with this article from the Federalist. It carries the tone of  ‘let’s step back a minute’. While I think what the author is sharing is worth listening to, I know, as a Mom, there is MUCH to be watchful of anytime Satan enters the picture.


Warrior Concerns:

Why did I include the video, if it’s so creepy?

1) We need to know! How can we protect our students from the CCSS Machine if we do not know all the ways IT seeks to destroy our children? After all, so much is available to them on-line. Have they seen this video?! We must know! It must be discussed.

2) Warriors, we need to understand with Satanism comes mind control and mental health concerns (The Temple has a group known as the Grey Faction).

3) I am not stating mental activities will be carried on during an ASSC gathering. But look at the ‘art’ pages below in the pictures. Strong mental images.

4) Knowing how damaging the SEL (Social Emotional Learning) is and how much of it is codified in ESSA, we should be VERY active in finding out what’s in our schools. With ESSA’s mandate for MORE after school, community wide programs, we MUST be very diligent in finding out what groups like the ASSCs are out there, how will they have access to your students? With the recent new appropriations from Congress which increase the amount of mental health ‘activities’ in/outside schools, we must DEMAND we be informed before any actions are taken!

A Last Concern, based on Evidence:

Warriors, I know this is quite a bit to process. Believe me, I know. However, remember when I shared near the beginning that the CCSS Machine is rooted in the UN? So much of what’s above is also in the CCSS Machine. Is Satanism present in the United Nations?

From 2009, this article reveals the symbolism found in the New York headquarters. From 2016, this article from the New American Magazine ties the UN, Satanism, and the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) together. The ‘common’ bond? It appears to be the combined efforts of Robert Muller and Alice Bailey (a known occultist).

Warriors, due to the season we are in, so close to Halloween, keep a watchful eye for anything which seems to harm your family (pets included). We know the CCSS Machine is full of tricks. We know ESSA is no gift of greatness for our education system. We understand the dangers of any ideas which do not fit our family belief system, MUST not be indoctrinated.

A Response

To my fellow anti CCSS Warriors, by default this includes those against the federally led education overhaul, as well as the global overreaches.

We know, from research, that all this can be traced to one source. The United Nations. By default, that encompasses the UNESCO arm. *UNESCO means United Nations Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization. (To be precise, the ‘z’ is an American spelling, the official spelling uses a ‘s’.) We also know from research that what we have known as education (academics) is becoming ‘education’ (workforce training).

While I’ve seen many anti CCSS Warriors jump up and down with glee over the U.S. State Department’s announcement that the nation is leaving UNESCO, I am not among them.  I will admit, it SOUNDS like a good move, but as always, the research STILL points to many ties which, UNESCO membership or NOT, the US will still be bound by. I’ll say it now, I am choosing to remain on the ‘offense’ side of this War Vs the Core. 

Many media resources happily shared the US’s news about leaving UNESCO, but how many of them included in their headlines that We the People will have to wait until the end of 2018? Do we really think after the many years of the UN’s foundation laying educational overreach, that a measly year will be all it takes to truly be free of UNESCO? The CCSS Machine includes UN/UNESCO.

We have to look beyond the headlines, Warriors!

Some Facts:
1) Go to the U.S. State Dept. website right now and look at their headlining article. It’s not that the US is leaving UNESCO, it’s that we MUST have more STEM, especially for women! This is a UN ‘play by the book’ move, if ever there was one!! In fact, this comes right out of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) Tool Kit.  As we know, the SDGs use ‘education’ as a ‘change agent’ for all kinds of indoctrination.

In this article for Women and STEM, it states just how committed to STEM the Trump Administration is. Warriors, if ever there was a ‘hiding in plain sight’ statement which reveals the continued shift to un-American ideals, it’s that the DC leadership has totally sold out to this. The article also shows how the President has laid a foundation to cement STEM in America with the NSF and NASA programs. (Both are CCSS Machine supportive)

In the State Department’s “Other News”?  Is the fact the US and China are welcoming 3 more partnerships for economic and technology purposes. So, it’s basically an agreement for MORE STEM (although not using the “STEM” acronym). STEM means “Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math”.

2) In fact, a few days ago I exposed much about the UNESCO/UN and their STEM and STEAM (STEAM is STEM with the “Arts” embedded.).

3) Following that information, I showed you how the UN/UNESCO, the WSIS (World Summit on the Information Society) and the use of technology in a “Matrix” form that’s already embedded in the US (and the rest of the world) and will NOT be going away.

UNESCO is only shown 3 times in this screen shot, HOWEVER, the 3 categories are ICT (Information and Communications Technology), Media , and Knowledge! The black boxes show the SDG #4 which is education for all.

4) The US still owes UNESCO money, over $500 million to be exact. UNESCO uses part of the money it receives to oversee our American historic sites which are considered World Heritage sites.

5) UNESCO has several P3s (Public Private Partnerships) involved in the World Heritage Sites. How many of these American or American-tied groups will be willing to leave UNESCO?

6) What about the time between now and when the US leaves UNESCO? Well, the US becomes a kind of silent partner. It’ll be around to keep a watchful eye. HOWEVER, that means ‘education’ will still be up for alignment! Also, there’s a big question about the next UNESCO leader.

7) The UN/UNESCO is really pushing AI (artificial intelligence), especially in ‘education’. This article from the Mirror (UK) is down-right creepy. My fellow anti CCSS Warrior, Alex Newman wrote and spoke about the AI being used to advance 2030 Agenda (of which the SDGs are now a part of. Previously, the SDGs were with Agenda 21, but 2030 is the newer version). Here’s what I found out about AI. Again, all this connects back to the massive WSIS/UN/UNESCO data control you see in #3 above.

8) From 2002, an article detailing why (then) Pres. Reagan removed the US from UNESCO. It appears the concern for media control is almost being overlooked in our current situation. This won’t be going away simply because our current Administration plans to remove America from UNESCO.

9) The infamous UNESCO/Gates ‘Cooperation Agreement haunts us to the this day. It is THE single most telling root of the UNESCO plan for American ‘education’! This shift is SO embedded in America, thanks to WIOA(Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), and HEA (Higher Education Act) (to name a few laws), that our extraction from UNESCO won’t mean anything different. Add to this the UNESCO (Huxley) idea of what American education should become. After all, it plays right into the UNESCO/Gates Agreement.

Also thanks to the UN, our individual States have ‘pimped out’ their schools. In this article, I show you how MN went first back in the 1980s.
Finally, for #9, the UNESCO Publication 356. It lays out what ‘global education’ should be like. There’s a tremendous emphasis on ‘commonalities’. (*Note: I couldn’t find a date of publication, but this document has been around a while.)

10) Back in the 1960s (87th Congress), there was no problem with announcing the UNESCO was Communism after our children. So, what has happened between then and now to go from ‘no way’ to ‘hey, have our kids’?! The CCSS Machine is what’s happened!

11) Back in 2010, (then) U.S. Sec. of Education, Arne Duncan addressed UNESCO. Consider his remarks and how they fit into what was being coerced upon our States. Add to that the 2014 UNESCO Report for how far the shift to Universal Design for Learning (embedded in ESSA) had progressed.

What about Secretaries King and DeVos? Have they spoken out to stop UNESCO? Dr. King is currently the head of The Education Trust which is heavily funded by Bill Gates and other CCSS Machine members. Also at the Education Trust is Amber Arellano. Her biography at the Ed Trust reveals she was previously at the UN’s High Commissioner on Human Rights.

DeVos is mentioned in this Truth in American Education article as well as Sec. Tillerson (State Dept.) as ‘playing’ President Trump with ‘education’. The UN has recognized DeVos’s family business (Amway) as one of the top companies in the world practicing biodiversity (a big component of the SDGs). Be sure to listen to the entire video below. It is from the late 1980s.

12) UNESCO and aligning teachers has been happening for quite a while. HOWEVER, it will not go away just because the US is leaving UNESCO. In fact, in 2015, the Incheon Declaration was made for all Member States and their commitment to adhering to the SDGs (Warriors, remember, education is Goal #4). As 2030 Agenda compliance dictates, that means our US teachers will have to have their professional development align!

You can see the International Task Force on Teachers (formed 2008, as part of the Onslo EFA (Education For All) meeting) Part 2 Strategy Plan. The Plan was completed in 2016. 

Closing:

Warriors, I realize this may not be a well received article. Truth usually isn’t easy to hear. I do have some optimism about the US leaving UNESCO, but with all this evidence, I am being very cautious in my thinking. I think we all should be cautious. I know we all MUST speak the truth about the CCSS Machine. I want to thank the many dedicated Warriors who supplied their documents for this article.

Bamboozling The Innocent

Anti CCSS Warriors, Anti Fed Ed Warriors, and Concerned Parents, in my last article, I spelled out for you the grab for our students who are most at-risk. For today’s I will be diving into the federal education grab for those who are among the special needs population. Maybe, by now, you know how ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) harms these students. Maybe, you would like to know more.

While ESSA is supposedly only to oversee K-12th grade education, I’ve shown you (as have others), that ESSA covers before Kindergarten and after 12th grade.

As you may also know by now, WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), ESSA, and HEA (Higher Education Act) all support each other 100%. WIOA is embedded in ESSA, so is the current form of HEA. When the NEW version of HEA is passed, it will almost without a doubt embed BOTH WIOA and ESSA.

Why? Warriors, remember, the goal for aligning education ISN’T about academics, it’s about work trained citizens. Special needs students are involved in this net of education lies, too!

Page 23
of the Law tells us that the States can set ‘alternative’ education Standards for those with the most cognitive disabilities. However, on Page 25, you’ll see this:

“Technology”, “higher-order thinking skills and understanding”, ‘necessary to measure..’

From the sounds of these 3 phrases, those who wrote and endorsed ESSA were either clueless or sold out to the CCSS Machine. In reality, some special needs students will not ever be capable to attain ‘higher-order thinking skills and understanding’! Yet, this law clearly demonstrates that no exception to the mandates for ‘measuring’ and ‘technology’ use will be tolerated.

Much like the students in “Captive”, these special needs learners will not be treated with dignity or respect, but, shoved through a pipeline system.

Early ESSA Evidence:

Warriors, as you know, I’ve stated repeatedly that everything in the ESSA Final Conference Report can be found in the ESSA Final Law. I simply have used the Conference Report due to the ease of eye strain.

However, I want us to first, go back and look at where I pointed out the alignment dangers for special needs, and then see what’s happened in between time.
1) This article traces the support for national and global groups supporting ESSA (at that time what would live on to become ESSA) for special needs, especially at the post-secondary level. As we know, to have post-secondary alignment, you have to have it in place at the secondary and elementary levels, too.
2) You’ll see more CCSS Machine member organizations pushing on-line tutoring for the special needs learners in this article.

3) In 2016, just as elections were heating up, I put together a ‘need to know’ school board articles. This is part Three. It’s where I have several pages ‘called out’ in regards to all the harm ESSA had in store.

What you see below is ESSA’s Page 28. No where did I see the parents as ‘stakeholders’ included in the special needs student team.

On Page 57, use of IDEA funds are thrown in for those learning English. (*Note: you’ll also find more about this on Pages 159, 161, 162, and, 164 of ESSA):

Warriors, on Page 151, you’ll find that school leaders, teachers, and related staff will be able to identify, at an early age, which students are most at-risk for not achieving literacy skills due to disabilities. I ask you, is such an important diagnosis to be turned over to educators? This type of diagnosis should be a physician’s or psychologist’s!

Related And Worth Considering:

1) What ‘alternative teacher or teacher training’ will be unleashed on the special needs students (all ages) in your State? I showed you last week how NC’s HB634 will use people from the private sector to fill teacher jobs, especially with SEL (social emotional learning) experience. While these people may possess SOME of the talents to lead, that does NOT make them a ‘teacher’. Given the experience needed by teachers for this student population, how is this the BEST for them? Also, what about the PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports), the school counselors? Here, I showed you how students, including special needs are faring in ‘real time’

2)  Grants from The Gates Foundation to National Center for Learning Disabled to support the CCSS Machine’s shift in education.
a) 2016’s Grant (for expanding ESSA activities in targeted States)

b) 2015’s Grant (for ‘personalized learning’ in special needs education. AKA: technology)

3) From the National Center for Learning Disabled, their hype on personalized learning.

4) The (CEC) Center for Exceptional Children’s “Life Centered Education” curriculum. It is used by many special education teachers across America. Time mark 1:08 (video below) shows the CCSS co-relation. This curriculum is data-driven. The curriculum is based off the “School to Work” 1994 Law, according to the Teacher’s Guide. While I cannot share the Teacher’s Guide link with you (copyright infringement), I can point you to where you can access it. (*Note: click on the download button, upper right hand side of the page)

Also from the CEC, is their 2017 Annual Conference Guide. In it, you’ll find workshops for special needs on UDL (Universal Design for Learning) and many other CCSS Machine ties like CCR (College and Career Readiness), STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), RtI (Response to Intervention), and more.

5) From Congress, HR 3199 (in the current session of legislation). It is to amend the HEA (Higher Education Act) for ‘better access’ for special needs students beyond high school and into colleges or trade schools. States will be submitted, yet again, to competitive grants for items like  ‘career pathway’ direction, data mining, and more.

6) From “Child Abuse in the Classroom”, a page dedicated to what some of these systems and programs for mental manipulation actually contain. (*Note: pay attention to the “Child Find” information.)

Closing:

Warriors, to ‘bamboozle’ someone, you mean to confuse them. How horrible is it that the ESSA language and mandates are written to confuse these type of students who already face their own unique set of challenges? How trite of the CCSS Machine to disrespect the parents and guardians of these children in the name of ‘success’.

Draft Plan or Daft Plan?

To my fellow anti Fed Ed and CCSS Warriors, it is increasingly clear our States have sold us out. They did it with RttT (Race to the Top), the CCSSI (Common Core State Standards Initiative), the constant re-branding of CCSS (Common Core State Standards), and everything in between which would connect education to workforce based outcomes.

It was SUPPOSED to stop with ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), but as we’ve researched and shared, that, too was a sell out.

By now, you’ve probably seen and heard about the States which already turned in their ESSA State Plans to the U.S. Dept. of Education, only to have them bounce back faster than a bad check. Have you been able to get a look at any of the State Plans which will be due in September 2017?

The last time I looked at the NC State ESSA Draft Plan was back in Feb. 2017. It’s where I compared the alignment of not only NC’s ESSA Plan, but how strikingly similar it was to SC’s Draft Plan at the time. If you missed the article highlighted above, I urge you to read it. Not only does it impact ALL 50 States, but there is quite a bit that those ESSA braggarts left out we need to know. (For example, did you know that ALL 50 States must meet parts of the General Education Provisions Act as well as all the mandates laid out in ESSA?)

In the most recent version of the NC ESSA State Draft, the document is 184 pages long. Oh, and more color pictures have been added. See below. The added emphasis is mine.

So, are you wondering about the “Theory” behind NC’s Daft (I mean) Draft Plan? Look below. You’ll find this particular section on Page 8 of the Plan, directly beneath the snazzy color picture you see above.

The State of NC, just like the other 49, is using YOUR child as a test subject in an unknown and unproven system with YOUR tax dollars! (*Note: back in 2016, I published an article detailing some of the ESSA experimentation which would be continuing CCSS or creating more alignment.)

The CCSS Machine is so busy pumping out the jargon of ‘personalized learning’ (which is a coded educratic phrase), that we are missing the point: teachers should gauge the learning pace, not students. Teachers should be free to use their proven ideas in the classroom, not leav it up to professionals not designed for classroom interactions.

This is like telling your 6 year old that you’ll let them get behind the wheel of your car and HOPE it all works out.

Do you see the ‘transforming from the industrial age’ statement? Yep, NC’s bent over backwards to make sure it’s one of the most digitalized and conformed States in the nation. At every grade level and for every educational choice. I’ve documentend it well, as have other citizens.

To show you how NC officials feel about ‘personalized learning’, you need to see their words, not mine.

Click to enlarge the screen shot (or find the evidence on Page 9). Four ‘pillars’ which are to be STATE supported, not parent chosen, for your child’s education. Since these pillars are ‘state led’, do not think the federal government hasn’t mandated HOW the leadership is to take place. If so, why are so many State Plans being rejected? It’s because ESSA’s mandates do NOT allow MORE State-led control!

As far as ‘state supported’? No, try state controlled by way of the federal government, instead.

As far as NC’s Daft (oops, I meant ‘draft’) definition of ’empowered educators’, a very loose idea. Why? It’s to fit ESSA’s mandates to allow those who partner with education to be considered an ‘educator’. Remember, the increase of the business world in education ESSA has mandated? This loose definition of ‘educator’ fits perfectly.

Other Daft Moves by NC?

1) For ‘early education’ the B3 Interagency Council (partners the NC DPI, NC Dept. of Health/Human Services, and the NC Partnership for Children). Their overreach into the younger students’ lives? Data driven pathways.

2) For ‘early education’ continuing the CCSS aligned “NC Reads” program. It’s supposed to have kids ready to read by the time they get to the classroom. I think NC’s daftness is really showing here. For our Kindergartner students, class is where they SHOULD learn to read, not come already prepared.

3) For all students, a new interagency for the “NC Whole Child”. The premise? A ‘whole child’ in a ‘whole school’ to learn to be part of a ‘whole community’.  Note that you’ll see both the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and ASCD as creators. Both are part of the CCSS Machine.

4) For the Teachers, ‘digital competency standards’ as derived by iNACOL, a huge CCSS Machine member organization. iNACOL is part of the global push for aligned education in America. These ‘standards’ are also a continued effort for NC that have been backed by our NC General Assembly.

5) For all students, ‘global-readiness’. While NC’s been globalizing students before now, under the Draft ESSA State NC Plan, more infrastructure changes will take place to continue this alignment. What does this mean? More internet digital access, Smart Cities, global standards, and so much more. Here’s a recently published article. With all the infrastructure changes, you’ll need to look for Innovation Districts/schools, Lab Schools and similar. You’ll also find infrastructure changes in Head Start, Early Head Start, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, and more.

Of The “Proven” CCSS Aligned Programs NC will keep:

1) You’ll see Home Base (a massive SLDS system put in place by Pearson Publishing, but now run by the NC DPI). See the Financial Evidence .
2) Smart Start/NC PreK  (a 2016 look at how ESSA was to hurt the littlest learners)
3) Career and College Promise (ties to a National CBP, Competency Based Pathway System)
4) NC Virtual Public School (a 2015 exposure)
5) Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) The 2016 article I published revealed not only much about PBIS, but how ESSA and Pearson capitalize on this system to alter attitudes in our children. You’ll also see an SC school district’s example. You’ll also see how those 21st Century Community Learning Centers are woven in.

Ed/Workforce’s Dirty Laundry?!

Hello, my Anti Fed Ed/CCSS Warriors! As you know, I’ve dedicated years to researching just how deep the roots to the shift in American education to workforce training are.

Today’s article will give you a rundown which is sure to help your War vs the Core in your State.

Why you need such a rundown of items is simple. The CCSS Machine’s rhetoric will somewhat slow down during the summer months. A perfect opportunity for us to make some moves of our own. No battle is won without specific preparation.

D.C.’s Dirty Laundry:

So far, during the current Congressional session, there are PLENTY of ‘dirty’ education/workforce bills in the making. Using the Congress.gov website (where you can easily look up bills), there are 733 Workforce bills for the 2017 session.

Since we know what happens in D.C. travels to each of the 50 States, we know what to look for at our General Assemblies, State Congresses, etc. Much like the proverbial red towel left in the load of white sheets, the goal of the CCSS Machine is simple, make all education ‘pink’ (ie: workforce training, not academic-minded). As we also, know, once dyed pink, sheets do not return to their former color easily, if at all.

Below are only a few of the ‘dirty’ bills:

S268, Investing in Student Success Act of 2017 (Senator Young from IN is the main sponsor).
Sounds not so ‘dirty’ right? I mean who doesn’t want to invest in their child’s post-secondary education?! Ah, but Warriors, the ‘dirt’ is that your student and someone not related to you invests in their education via an ISA (Income Share Agreement).

Some hidden ‘dirt’ for S268 is that this FEDERAL bill goes above any existing State law about investment agreements! Targeted group for S268? Low-income students.

HR1837, The 21st Century Energy Workforce Act (Representative Norcross from NJ is the main sponsor)
This bill points out that energy in the United States is the 3rd largest industry. As such, it needs more skilled workers than other industries.
The ‘hidden dirt’ to this bill? Using community colleges for the uniting of all educational choices for STEM/CTE aligned Common Core workforce educated students. (*Note: STEM is short for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math; CTE is short for Career Technical Education. Both are tied to Common Core and have been for years.)

The embedded ‘pink’ stain to this bill? The Secretary of Energy will be in charge of grants for creating apprenticeships to carry all this alignment out. This will, of course, involve the U.S. Dept. of Labor, and the U.S. Dept. of Education.
This HR1837, also establishes a National Center for Excellence for the  21st Century Workforce Advisory Board.(see pages 3 and 4)

A Former ‘Stain’ Which Will Not Wash Out:

Our Senate, over the past 2 Congressional sessions, has tried to get a bill to support a National Workforce Board. See below from Sen. Cantwell’s (WA):

S1304, was last introduced during the 2015-2016 Session by Sen. Cantwell. If you read the 9 pages, it is very similar in several instances to the HR 1837 language. Talk about ‘dirty laundry’….

New Wash Load, Same Old Dirt:

During THIS Congressional Session (2017-2018) The Senate’s 21st Century Energy Workforce Act is mainly sponsored by Sen. Heinrich, NM. It is S895.

S895’s title is officially “Energy Workforce for the 21st Century Act of 2017”. This bill specifies an increase in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) especially for low-income students of ALL ages (like the House’s bill, this one will begin in elementary schools and go all the way to the workforce). This bill also specifies WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act’s) definition of ‘education’..just like ESSA did.

S895 will have not only the Secretary of Energy creating education collaborations, but awarding all kinds of incentives to them.

Warriors, if you missed my article from earlier this year about how the major Cabinet agencies all have CTE/STEM plans to streamline education to workforce skills, I urge you to access that information here. It is absolutely key to what we see Congress plotting NOW.

Also, take into consideration that the Federal Budget has millions of taxpayer funds earmarked for job creation. On Page 2 of the 2018 Federal Budget, energy development is at the top of the continued priority list. Education is last. On Page 8, funding/discussion for American jobs is highlighted.

Back in March 2017, when the Blueprint for the Federal Budget was released, I shared with you just how the education/workforce stream of money was being kept alive, in spite of all the noise about reining in the federal overreach into education.

Continuing the Spin Cycle:

S1186 is sponsored by several Senators from across the nation. Leading them is Sen. Baldwin from WI. This bill, the Domestic Maritime Centers of Excellence Act of 2017, would have the Secretary of Transportation select existing community colleges (and technical schools) for an increase in educated workforce training. This Secretary’s assistance also includes funding, use of federal resources, AND, create new career pathways!

S628, Educating Tomorrow’s Workforce Act of  2017 is mainly sponsored by Sen. Kaine of VA. While it’s been rumored VA never had Common Core, it’s been researched and proven VA has Common Core’s ‘adult version’ of education, CTE (Career Tech Education). This bill should be an absolute dead ringer for exposing the shift in education. Why? See below:

Warriors, as you can see, these are just a few of the over 700 bills Congress has created in the name of job creation, education, workforce skills, and more. The bottom line, however, is 100% alignment to WIOA via ESSA. HEA (Higher Education Act) is also to be included. Career Pathways, STEM, and so much more connects every one of these existing laws and proposed bills. Will every one of these bills survive? No, but even if ONE of them succeeds, look at the agenda it embeds, not only federally, but LOCALLY.
The ‘stain’ of CCSS Machine reform is becoming permanently marked on America.

My State In The W_ _ _ d

Hello, Anti Fed Ed, Anti CCSS, and Anti Global Ed Warriors! If you noticed, I’ve added a ‘new’ type of Warrior to the list.

Since I began researching the shift in education (2009), I knew from one of Tom DeWeese’s articles that the end game for education in America was globally tied.

It was, in fact, this particular article and another one (by Cathy Duffy) about the push in America for national standards, which bothered me enough to begin researching!

As you know, since then, I’ve found plenty of evidence to support BOTH of these well respected citizens’ findings.  Since I began blogging (2014), the flood gates to support even more evidence to the global/national standards has come my way. I’ve done my best to share all that I can with you, so that, all of us are as informed as we can be in our War Vs. the Core.

You might be wondering about the title of this particular article. It’s short for “My State in the World”.

Warriors,  here are some documents I’ve found which point directly to the facts that education in your State hasn’t been American for some time now. Between our Governors and Public Depts of Education/Instruction, the UN/UNESCO shift has been in place since the mid 1980s! What follows is an in-depth, information packed article.

Take your time in reading and researching what’s in your State. It’s imperative!

The Files in Timeline Form:

(1985): So far, this is the oldest evidence I have found. It’s from MN.
The Report is one created by a global education task force that had been set up to prepare the way for a K-12th grade “Global Education Decade”  beginning in the 1999-2000 academic year. By starting this gigantic ball rolling in 1985, all the framwork would be in place by 1990. It is in this Report titled “Minnesota in the World”, that you’ll see the ’21st Century needs’ rhetoric popping up.

Let me be clear, you will NOT see the UN/UNESCO mentioned in this Report. However, the imprint is there. Who you will see as an influential force behind the shift for MN, is the (then) Dean of the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota (Harlan Cleveland). Cleveland wrote a book called “The Knowledge Executive”.

How was Cleveland tied to the UN? Google Books includes his biography. He led post WWII rebuilding efforts for the UN. Google’s bio also reveals Cleveland was a top leader in the Marshall Plan; that he was appointed by President Kennedy as an Assistant Secretary of State to the UN.

President Einsenhower tagged Cleveland as a NATO official. You will also see his ties to the Aspen Institute and more. (*Note: if you’d like to see how the modern day Aspen Institute and others are directing the States to the UN/global shift via ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act), find it here.)

Not only will Cleveland be one to note in the MN Report, but also,  former U.S. Dept. of Education Secretary, T. H. Bell. Look below for his proclamation.

bell Mr. Bell was appointed by President Reagan as the Sec. of Education. He is the same Bell who headed up the Committee which produced the 1983 “Nation At Risk” report.
Bell also was the National Commission of Education (housed then in the U.S. Dept. of Interior) before the creation of the U.S. Dept. of Education.

We can ‘thank’ the 1983 version of “Nation At Risk” for the national assessments increase as well as the use of the word ‘accountability’ as a call for more federal dollars to flow into our States. Thanks to ESSA, the ‘accountability’ means more control from the U.S. Dept. of Education, NOT less.

(Entering the 1990s):
From the UNESCO on-line library,  you’ll find documents dating back to the mid 1990s for the shift in technical/vocational education, which has been rebranded as “CTE” or ‘Career Tech Education’ here in the United States. I found the document where ‘lifelong learning’ is described as a bridge to the future. It’s from 1999.  Look below for a modern rendition of such a ‘bridge’:

Warriors, this particular Report (as seen above) was published in 2007. But look at the original year OECD released ‘lifelong learning’..1996. As far as I have been able to find, no on-line version of the 1996 original book is available. You can access it via several university libraries, however. Here’s a description as to why it is vital we find it.

In the modern educational reform you’ll find Professor Bosco is an investigator for the CoSN (Consortium of School Networking), as well. CoSN is a big part of the CCSS Machine. I wrote about their part in “The Redefining Ready” Initiative in 2016.

(2009):
This NY based resource was originally begun in 2006 and updated to this form in 2009.
What’s interesting in this resource, is that it  pointed out that the US federal level of education looked first to New York and Massachussettes for educational policies. There are several other very interesting pieces of evidence in this resource as well. For example, each President’s involvement in education is included from 1945-2009.

Observations from this resource:
What were the educational policies from NY and MA back in the 60s?  I have no clue as to why those policies were worthy enough to become nationally known or used. I do question how much of those policies helped shape the 1965 ESEA (Elementary and Secondary Education Act). I do question why our federal government would choose the 2 States where we can find today, some of the biggest CCSS Machine member organizations/supporters.

I was able find that NY amended its educational law to reflect 21st Century learning and global education back in 1999. (*Note: scroll down to the text portion of the page.)

What about MA? I found a thesis where the history of MA’s shift to global education is laid out. The State specific information begins on page 48. You’ll find UNESCO’s SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), The Asia Society (the State of NC is knee-deep in a relationship with them), and so much more. However, look below at what the author found are the ‘must-haves’ for global education to survive:

Warriors, have you seen these 5 elements where you live? If your State is seeing a shift in Teacher training for global education, start on page 36. It’s all laid out.

(2013): NC’s Global Education Task Force Report reveals STEM is one of the biggest tools to shift education, not for academics, but for economic purposes.

(2014):  Harvard University (the very same pro CCSS/CTE, Pearson Publishing partnership which created Pathways to Prosperity and thus helped create Career Pathways for education), pumped out this Report on global education.

Interestingly enough, some of the ‘expert solutions’ for aligning education? Increase apprenticeships, create more charter schools, and, cause a unity between government, education, and, teachers.

Warriors, I am, by no means claiming to have the authoritative voice on the shift in global education. I believe Charlotte Iserbyt, Diana Anderson, and many others before me have that. However, when we use their roots and add the information as it surfaces, we help create a strong force of information that answers many questions.
We also can see many things which have been played down by our leaders, or, worse, left out completely. We also can use this information to form new ways in which to protect our students AND our nation.

I urge you, look in your State’s legislative archives for when your “State and the World Project” began. It may be under a slightly different name, but the signs ARE there.

Four Parts, One Truth

Hello, my fellow Anti Fed Ed/CCSS Warriors! I’m back from a brief break and so honored to share with you all 4 segments of the special video project I told you about back in April 2017.

Freedom Project Media recorded and produced the Series titled “Alternative Education in the Crosshairs”. The Series is a result of the education research and activism of not only myself, but Kirsten Lombard (Resounding Books) and Mary Black (Freedom Project Academy)

Since I began my fight (2009), I’ve purposed to look in every area the push for national standards has been taken. Most Warriors, early on, were easily finding the push/reform in public/traditional classrooms across America. However, I knew, from other ‘non traditional’ educators that NO educational choice would escape the national standards.

The problem was, not many outside this group,  believed it. To this day, even some inside the ‘non traditional’ education community still think they will escape the national overhaul in education. This, quite simply, is a purposed lie produced by the CCSS Machine’s propaganda.

As you know, many (myself included), have brought this overlooked reality into the forefront. Since ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) passed, it is really becoming QUITE clear, just how menacing these national standards are to ALL educational choices. 

Kirsten, Mary, and, I knew we had to do more. In less than 3 months, we met, wrote, traveled, and, filmed these 4 segments. They are geared for anyone outside the ‘traditional’ public education system. That stated, there is plenty in each segment, for anyone involved in education. Be it teaching, leading, researching, advocating, etc.

The results of our efforts? Four open conversations. One distinct truth: ESSA does not reserve itself for public PreK to Career classrooms or educational resources. It encompassses every single citizen in this nation. We tell you HOW in plain terms.

On behalf of Kirsten and Mary, I ask you to share these segments. They are about 20 to 28 minutes each. They are in segments so that you, the Anti Fed Ed/CCSS Warrior, can take listen/watch as your schedule allows. Take what you can and use it LOCALLY. Learn from it and hold fast to the truths revealed on the FEDERAL level.

I’ve returned home after a bittersweet journey. That said, let’s dive in, shall we?!

In playing ‘catch up’ on the latest education news, I found this ‘lovely’ rotten apple:
The CCSSO (Council of Chief State School Officers) has been given an award for being one of the BEST non-profit groups in our nation!

If you missed this news, it is no surprise. It was announced on the CCSSO’s Press Release Page on 4/1/17 (aka: April Fool’s Day). CCSSO’s Twitter account waited to ‘tweet’ the news the same day as the first ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) deadline expired. In fact, if you use Twitter and wish to see all the ‘cheering tweets’ CCSSO gave each State as they ‘lined up’ for ESSA (per the U.S. Dept. of Ed’s website), find them here.

Warriors, I hope you see not only the irony of the dates used, but the groups involved. It’s been known for quite some time how tied to the CCSS Machine the CCSSO is. The same is true for the U.S. Dept. of Education, too.

What we need to know about the NonProfit Times is this: It is a publication of the BridgeTower Media group. BridgeTower Media uses its’ research arm, the Best Companies Group, Inc., for ’employee satisfaction’ data collection.

Crossing Over On A Bridge:

BridgeTower Media is the business arm of GateHouse Media: “BridgeTower Media is the business-to-business media division of Gatehouse Media, the largest publisher of daily newspapers in the United States.” Source

So, how does this involve what we are experiencing in classrooms? Why as an Anti Fed Ed/CCSS Warrior should I take notice?

1) Technology is really big deal in modern education. Technology means data collection, sharing, and, power. Power for those who capture it/loss of power in our privacy. So, apply the following in that context.

 SoftBank has a “Vision Plan. Technology is the root of the Plan. Also involved in the “Plan” is Saudi Arabia. The Plan includes increasing globally led AI (Artificial Intellegience). Apple, Inc. has already jumped into the Plan. Apple, Inc. is also part of the CCSS Machine’s overreach into educational settings.

GateHouse Media is considered America’s largest publisher of daily news. GateHouse, thus has tremendous influence in our local areas. Consider this, the single largest investor (Fortress Investment Group, LLC)  in GateHouse Media was sold to a Japanese based investment group (SoftBank Group Corp.) earlier this year!

2) Warriors, a globally based investment group has been able to get their collective foot further into our American doorways by making such a move. The evidence for globally-led influence in American education is becoming stronger every day.

3) Notes: Technology-based education was given the go-ahead with the passage of WIOA (2014’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), STEM Act of 2015 (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), and the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act, 2015). Technology based education in the HEA (Higher Education Act, 2008) will most certainly received the ‘go-ahead’ for streamlined education when it is re-authorized.

Current leadership in D.C. is ‘hell-bent’ on expanding technology, especially in classrooms. A huge portion of federal funds has been earmarked for technology purchases and upgrades via ESSA.

So, how does all this tie back to the CCSSO’s ‘award’?!

You have a  massive global group with plenty of CCSS Machine ties congratulating ANOTHER CCSS Machine member for being a best ‘non profit’ group. Non profit groups have been used for years to usher in the education reform.

We are on a  fast track set for meeting the U.N.’s global education goals as written out in the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)!

Technology will render ‘school choice’ a thing of the past. ESSA’s implementation will render true ‘school choice’ as a thing of the past.
