Anti Fed Ed Warriors, it’s “Made in America” week, as proclaimed by the President of the USA. It’s also an opportunity to trot out every supposed positive move about job creation, the booming economy, and, innovation. The agenda supporting ALL of these 3 things? Workforce aligned education!
Workforce aligned education is something the President has gone out of his way to not only continue, but increase its power. Something VERY unconstitutional, too.
Warriors, as we know, the President is not the only DC official to fully back workforce aligned education. CongressLOVES it. The CCSS Machine loves it, too.
Educrats and corporate sell-outs all across our nation, from BOTH major political parties openly embrace workforce aligned education. If you don’t believe me, read the evidence, here.
As we also know, workforce aligned education has been re-branded about as many times as “Common Core State Standards” has been. Workforce aligned education is CTE: Career Tech Education; STEM/STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, (the Arts), and, Math; CCR: College and Career Readiness: PL: Personalized Learning; CBE/OBE: Competency Based Education aka Outcome Based Education, and whatever apprenticeship/internship or workstudy program your State has attached to all of these above.
Why or how? The federal overreaches between the U.S. Dept. of Labor and U.S. Dept. of Education. The workforce based alignment includes data mining, data tracking for life, assessments which pigeon-hole students of all ages and school choices for work/career tracks.These are also known by Career Clusters/Career Pathways, and Lifelong Learning.
The root of ALL of the workforce based/aligned education is the UN, United Nations. Especially through their SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals.
The support for the root of workforce aligned education, in America, is ‘off the charts’.

This means the agenda, is also ‘off the charts’. What’s worse, Warriors, is this will be a driving force behind our upcoming elections in 2020.* Agenda dressed up as success is really a national failure. (*Note: the link above is Part 5 of my Prudence Files series, detailing all the Presidential candidates. You can easily access Parts 1-4, from this article as well.) Warriors, again, green denotes the workforce alignment support.
So, if you are celebrating the supposed good news about “Made in America” week, stop and consider what it is you are allowing to be carried out. Think about what it is you are really endorsing. Then, look at your children, your grandchildren, your young neighbors, and, little ones you meet around town. Look them in the eye and let them know that “Made in America” is really indentured servitude.

Warriors, I am but a mere messenger, I did not create this agenda, nor do I support its existence. As you know, I’ve held ANY political figure or political wannabe to a critical standard, as is our citizenship duty. Regardless of political party, this agenda is thriving.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, would you wait 4 or 5 years to enact your household budget or a family emergency plan? No! You’d make sure once you set a budget you’d immediately begin going by it.
Not so with our federal government’s involvement with education. Nope, ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) was passed in Dec. 2015, we’re not far from its 5th anniversary. As federal laws go, especially for education, ESSA’s set to be re-authorized and funding extended in 2020.
One huge bone of contention about ESSA was the phrase ‘supplement not supplant’. (This was also in ESEA, Elementary and Secondary Education Act. ESSA is the re-authorized version of ESEA.)

Why do I bring this up, Warriors?
Because Sec. DeVos has recently completed a new non-regulatory ‘Supplement, not Supplant’ guidebookfor SEAs and LEAs (State Education Agencies, usually your State Dept. of Education) and Local Education Agencies).
The bottom line: While the document is supposedly a guideline, the language in ESSA is more of a mandate. Where will we most likely see ‘supplements’ in education? Title One funding, my Warrior friends. Title One, as we know, via ESSA, was made over to cover EVERY student, not those in the most need, as Title One was originally to cover. Title One funds, via ESSA, are to be used to label and categorize mental and behavioral health of EVERY student in the community, not simply the public school system.
Warriors, this new guidebook is the result of the federal government wanting to appear ‘flexible’ to each State. We’ve seen the ‘flexibility’ of the federally run education. There isn’t any. Especially when you consider that Page 17 of ESSA clearly states how ALL education is to be:
Supposedly, the public was allowed time to give their feedback about how federally led education was to help supplement local education, not supplant it. Yet, when you look at the guidelines (which coach SEAs and LEAs on HOW to use federal funds in ADDITION to Title One), you don’t see the public’s desire to END federal control of education, you see the CCSS Machine’s grasp tighten the funding streams, just a wee bit more.
Two questions: How does this type of ‘guidance’ even begin to appear like local control in education? How does this further illustrate our example of sticking to a family budget instead of waiting 5 years to enact it?
Two answers: Guidance, via our federal government, is a dressed up mandate to conform. In education, conformity equals the ‘privilege’ of receiving federal funds.
As far as our example, with 5 years between making plans and enacting them, doesn’t do anything to achieve your goals. It’s a moot point. You’d have been better off to not make a budget if you won’t work to make it happen.
If any State TRULY wanted to be free of the federal intrusion in education at ALL age levels for ALL choices, the answer is a plain as day: DON’T take the money! It violates our Tenth Amendment!!
When you read the Supplement Not Supplant Guidelines, look at the language..’May a State do x,y, and z’? If the States weren’t addicted to the federal funds, no State leader would EVER need to ask the government, “Mother, May I?!”
Higher Education’s Accrediting Updates:
As if we’ve not been insulted enough by the DeVos leadership, we also have the President’s EO (Executive Order from 2017) about reforming accrediting bodies when it comes to higher education. DeVos, at her ‘boss’s’ beck and call, has also updated (aka: reformed) higher education. Warriors, again, it’s taken 2 years for this ‘reform’ to hit the States. The U.S. Dept. of Education’s Press Release was even more insulting. DeVos has been ‘rethinking’ higher education reform. Really, this woman with ZERO educational background?

While I do recognize we need to rein in predatory accrediting and higher education schools, it should be a locally led charge, not a federally run dictated system.
This Accrediting document even has the same “States must report to the federal government”, as we’ve seen in ESSA. Let’s also take into account that EOs bypass Congress, therefore, bypassing “We the People”. With education, NO federal official, President Trump included, should have power to interfere.
With the HEA (Higher Education Act) currently under re-writing for re-authorization, we know more mandates and compliance will be forced upon the States.
Below, is a graphic image I made back when DeVos had just been confirmed as Secretary of Education. As you’ll see, Dr. King was still around. I left his name so Warriors could see the status quo in the CCSS Machine would live on.
Warriors, we MUST Repeal ESSA, HEA, and even, WIOA as soon as possible. If we don’t more DeVos (or whomever’s appointed to take federal education to the next level) reforms will be visited upon us. (*Note: ESSA: Every Student Succeeds Act; HEA: Higher Education Act); WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act))
Do you think our budgets can withstand this type of tyranny? I don’t!

Anti Fed Ed Warriors, Memorial Day Weekend is behind us. We’ve like to think the CCSS Machine’s overreaches in education are behind us, too. However, our 116th Congress has made it THEIR mission to undermine the Americans (in education, at least), yet again.
It wasn’t enough they mocked us in the 115th Congress with bills which supposedly were to help education go back to the States, or back to the Moms and Dads.
No, the 116th has ‘upcycled’ 2 bills for ending the federal grasp on education.
I imagine you are wondering what rock has hit me on the head. After all, isn’t ending the federal grasp on education what we’ve been fighting for? Dreaming of? Sure it is, HOWEVER, this bills are NO real solution. In fact, they BOTH extend the federal control!
Back during the 115th Congress I exposed how HR 899 and HR 1510 were NOT going to end Common Core or whatever it has been re-branded as in your State. Neither of these were going to end ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) or stop the high-stakes assessments. Neither was going to halt the student data rape or the teacher being free to teach as their students needed it.
Why were HR 899 and HR 1510 incapable of helping us as Anti Fed Warriors? The short answer: Neither repealed ESSA!
The longer answer: By closing the U.S. Dept. of EducationBEFORE a full repeal of federal educratic laws like ESSA, the problems in federal overreaches are TRANSFERRED to OTHER Federal agencies and the status quo continues!

Warriors, I’ve stated this stark reality many times, both on air and here, on the blog. It’s not been taken very well. You must understand that the reality is based on research and the actual bills’ languageNOT personal opinion or personal attacks against those who supported HR 899 or HR 1510.
The same is true for the ‘upcycle’ versions of the 116th. HR 899 is STILL HR 899, HR 1510 is now HR 1930. While I did report on HR 899 earlier this year, I’ve not covered HR 1930.

Throwing Insult To Injury:
Warriors, as if the 116th’s Congressional insults, as to how intelligent we must be to miss their ‘upcycling’ the same agenda, we have the U.S. Census claiming some news about the effect of federal overreaches in education for Americans. The claim? How many of our tax payer dollars go towards American education.
(Source) Warriors, according to the article, the most spending is on teachers. The cost of per pupil spending is nearing $13,000.00 per child. Yet, we have more and more teachers and students in worse shape NOW than ever before! Why? The CCSS Machine is grinding them down to injurious levels! With the next ‘big’Census set for 2020, we need to be asking tough questions of Congress on the financial strategy they are supporting here. Given that the U.S. Dept. of Commerce (Home of the U.S. Census Bureau) is set to receive funding to implement FEPA (Foundation of Evidence-based Policy-making Act) data mining activities, we also need to ask how this will play out for our families, come Census taking time.
If you missed my article in late April 2019 about the redesigned Census, I urge you to look at how it will impact your schools and redistricting them, as well as the ultra-personal questions to be answered by American citizens.
If you’ve not seen or heard how the Census measures our schools, you’ll want to read this from their email delivery system. Warriors, it isn’t ‘pretty’.
*Anti Fed Ed Warrior question: How will the Census play into HR 899 and/or HR 1930? In all the transferring of U.S. Dept. of Education programs, funds, and, all related activities, waves of injurious level insults will be visited upon Americans.
Warriors, much is being used against us, as parents and taxpayers. More is being planned to harm our students of ALL ages, backgrounds, and, current school status.
We, however, have a choice: Do we accept bills like HR 899 and/or HR 1930 and HOPE we can see an end to the abuse OR do we demand Congress does a better job for We the People and repeal ALL federal education laws?
If Congress wants ‘new’ and ‘improved’ education, then they need to get out of the way. Upcycling worn out bills and CCSS agenda is a waste of our time and energy, as well as our taxpayer dollars.
It is OUR job to hold Congress accountable. It is their job to create laws which represent OUR will, not the CCSS Machine’s mantra.
Otherwise, Congress members do not DESERVE to represent us. Remember THAT, my fellow Warriors, come election time.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, have you noticed the increase in what I’ll refer to as ‘lustrous meddling’ from the CCSS Machine? What am I talking about? The CCSS Machine (including the US federal government) into micromanaging our families.
Why ‘lustrous’? To hear anyone connected to the CCSS Machine, you’d think they were saints they way they describe their quest to overreach into your homes. Most of these sell-outs believe they are doing ‘great work’ and therefore must be allowed to continue on in finding ways to undermine parents, control children, and, hold our tax dollars as ‘ransom’.
We MUST stop believing by civil acts of obedience that we’ll win this War Vs the Core.
Why? Warriors, think about it, not one member of your family or mine is free from the overreaches into our personal lives. None of our freedoms are being preserved by our leaders in DC. We MUST de-throne the CCSS Machine…NOW!
Warriors, we’ve seen the gradual increased control in where Johnny and Suzy go to school, what they learn (or don’t), where they work, what they believe, what they accept as decent, and, who’ll they’ll ‘be’.
Nine times out of ten, none of it lines up with what you taught them. This is the ‘success’ of the CCSS Machine’s global platform. To control citizens for THEIR purposes, not our enjoyment in life, especially as a family.
Through the years, as an Anti Fed Ed/Global Ed/CCSS Machine Warrior, I’ve shared with you the grasp for ‘lustrous Common Core’marriages, the ‘lustrous beauty of global citizenship’, if only we’d embrace it, the ‘lustrous glow’ hiding the sick and twisted agendas being carried out in our schools AND communities, and anything else the CCSS Machine has tried to pass off as ‘great’.
We’ve seen our kids turn on us, turn on each other, harm or kill themselves. We’ve seen our health care system totally turned upside down and become inserting in education, where it should NEVER be a part of.
The CCSS Machine has messed with our religious beliefs and practices, it’s attacked our values and attitudes, it’s gone after grandma and grandpa’s way of living (must be a workforce member of society at all ages), and it’s after our babies.
Warriors, there is NOTHING about your children or mine which is held as sacred anymore! So why NOT become civilly disobedience?
Scroll back up to the picture. It’s not so much what we cannot do without the government that should wake you up. It’s the reality that the CCSS Machine is limiting us (and our children) every single day to what we CAN and WILL do. Where we’ll ‘serve’, where’ll we’ll live and whom will share that space, and, where our work for the ‘collective greater good’ will leave a lustrous shine on all of humanity..
What a horrible future for any of us! Especially our children, little or not. We say we’d do anything to protect them, but, as Warriors, are we?!
So, what does it mean to be civilly disobedient? You know your Constitutional rights and ANY of them being violated are grounds enough to act upon.
Look back at history, especially here in America.
Thoreau chose to not pay taxes and went to jail. His reasoning justified that spending time in jail for the right reason (protesting a wrong) is far better than to do nothing at all.
Many other groups have successfully been civilly disobedient and seen changes happen which supported their reason for disobedience.
I have the honor of being associated with a NC citizen who became famous for his act of respectful protest. Known as one of the Greensboro Sit-in participants, Clarence Henderson has been a beacon for many of us in the nation (and NC).

The Anti Fed Ed Warrior question needs to be:
Is there ANYTHING you’d NOT be willing to do to protect your child from the CCSS Machine? Would you risk jail? Would you risk withholding taxes? Would you hold a sign up in a peaceful protest? Would you sit in front of the local school board to save our kids?
However you choose to be civilly disobedient, DO NOT GO ALONE. You’ll be easily marginalized and forgotten.
Why We Shouldn’t Let The CCSS Machine “Shine”:
Warriors, did you know the current grab for our babies has been gearing up (in earnest) since ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act)? Did you know there’s a group in the CCSS Machine called Child Trends? Child Trends is pushing a 5 State Initiative (NC, MN, OK, UT,and RI) to merge data collection on birth to 8 years of age. It’s called the SHINE Initiative. (SHINE stands for State-level Home Integration with Early Childhood Data Systems).
While that’s bad enough, look at the Child Trendspartners:

How did the Child Trends pick the 5 States for SHINE? I don’t know, but I did find their source. It’s called the ECDC (Early Childhood Data Collaborative). Based off the ECDC map, you’ll see the 5 States (NC, MN, RI, OH, and UT) are all the same color. That dark color means that most of their student/child data systems are aligned. These systems will track our babies into their workforce days and beyond. (Remember the phrase ‘cradle to grave’? This is exactly why we have that phrase.) Notice how many other States are the darker color. The light color means alignment is planned. States with no color are not planning on linking up systems.
Warriors, do you notice the States are puzzle pieces and not their definitive shapes?
This resembles the CCSS Machine’s view of our children. Parts of a puzzle; cogs in a wheel. Funders for ECDC are some of the same as the Child Trends.
Do you see why the SHINE is NOT ‘divine’? Fight back, Warriors!! These data systems are fully in gear to grind down our children.
Not A Shine, But Certainly A Stink:
Warriors, the ESSA did increase home visits in its mandates. But did you know back in 2011, not long after Common Core was rolled out, that the Pew Charitable Trust set up home visit data trail foundations? Those indicators for ‘student outcomes’ are still in place. In fact, the SHINE States are using them as benchmarks for cradle to grave alignment. As you know, any time the government uses ‘outcomes’ it is for their design on your student’s lives, not your student’s best for life.
“Outcomes” is a CCSS Machine educratic buzzword. We CANNOT trust it at all.
Lastly, Warriors, the Pew Charitable Trusts will have that distinct CCSS Machine smell due to the grants from the Gates Foundation.
Thanks for letting get on my ‘soapbox’ today. It’s been a long time in the making. I hope we’ll band together to protect our children. Our government isn’t about to do it. They’d rather see us citizens of THE state, not a free and intelligent nation.

Those well meaning wishes we, as Americans share, have suddenly become a twisted marketing tool by the CCSS Machine and all those ‘Bigs’. Why? Your well being means money for them..all of them. From the schoolhouse to the morgue. How? SEL, Social Emotional Learning.

So, Warriors, the question is, did the recent airing of the First Book ‘ad’ during a sports event which drew millions of viewer’s attention, really from 2016 or more recent?
If you access the YouTube video above on the YouTube website, you’ll find the video is from 12/16. So, its recent airing was a purposed move to draw attention to families watching TV.
Why would the CCSS Machine and all those “Bigs” do that? Timing and opportunity.
**Warriors, with the federal overreach into families and education, the net cast to find those ‘in need of SEL interventions’ is growing..daily. **It’s not just for Johnny and Suzy at the local school; no, the SEL movement is meant for every single citizen in America. **How? The Resiliencemovement (also backed by the CCSS Machine and the “Bigs”.)
So, Warriors, since the CCSS Machine and all those “Bigs” seem to want our $ (or more accurately to make $ off of us, let’s look at them.)
FB has been non-profit since 1992. Charity NavigatorhasFirstBook listed as a ‘youth education and programs and services’ group. See below:
Also, FB is very global in their description of themselves , “First Book transforms the lives of children in need. Through a sustainable, market-driven model, First Book is creating equal access to quality education — making everything from brand new, high quality books and educational resources, to sports equipment, winter coats, snacks, and more – affordable to its member network of more than 400,000 educators who exclusively serve kids in need.”
**Warriors, did you read the ‘s’ word..‘sustainable’. Gee, does FB have any connections to the UN (United Nations) and THEIRSDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)?! (The quick answer is yes, First Book has an entire line of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math) books/resources*.
Behind FB is Kyle Zimmer, a social ‘mover and shaker’ so to speak. She’s been able to take the concept of getting education resources to those most in need, but the agenda which comes with those freebies fits right into the CCSS Machine, and now, the “Bigs”. (*Note: you can find the STEAM information, the agenda driven resources all in the First Book 2017 Impact Report.) If you’d like to read Zimmer’s view of using non-profits to disrupt society (as we’ve heard many CCSS Machine member groups support), read this column.
A ‘Bonus’ SEL Tied-In Group, World Economic Forum:
The World Economic Forum’sview of Americans is pretty grim. It’s ‘human capital’. It’s as un-American as you can get. Here’s a screen shot from 2015 as to how this fits into the current SEL movement:
The NFF (NonProfit Finance Fund):
The NFF is also a case study partner of the First Book organization. If you’ve never heard of NFF, you’ll know now. NFF has been around since 1980 and is big into social justice (gee, looking at the First Book groups backing it, providing free resources, and the alignment of global agenda, social justice is also part of the SDGs; it makes sense why these 2 groups are connected.)
Also part of NFF is partnering with others to bring about all the social change (aka: justice) via ‘pay for success’. One of the biggest partners? Our federal government. Others include the Rockefeller Foundation and the Joyce Foundation.
Another CCSS Machine member organization which is SUPERinvolved in the NFF, is the Robert J. Woods Foundation. Why is the Woods Foundation worth mentioning? They are also pushing the SEL/Resilience movement. In fact, much of what NFF is in this area. Back in May 2018, I tied Woods to CASEL and Rockefeller in this effort now sweeping our nation.
Molina Health Care:
This group contracts with 15 State Governments and Puerto Rico to provide all kinds of health related services. Those States are CA, FL, SC, IL, VA, MI, NY, TX, UT, WA, NM, MS, ID, WI, and OH. Warriors, note among these 15 which have ramped up the SEL in, not only the schools, but the communities.
You’ll be able to trace federal funds through not only education, but labor, commerce, health and human services, and community outreaches. ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) increased these funding streams and purposefully used other outlets besides education to bring in community wide alignment. I’ve shared with you before how entire communities are to be assessed on how well they are creating college/career readiness (CCR). CCR is the ESSA re-brand of Common Core.ESSA also increased the P3s (Public private partnerships) and the Pay for Success models for education.
December 2018, Molina Health Care and Inovalonjoined forces to ‘innovate’ health care data mining. Think about how this plays into SEL, especially when so much of the ‘learning’ is computer based as well as how often students are assessed (aka: measured).
Because Molina Health Care is a Fortune 500 group, that means stock holders will matter more than people (aka: ‘stakeholders’) Molina is based in CA (scroll back up to find the unrelated California SEL Report). If you like to crunch numbers or are curious as to how the State contracts for health care are laid out, you’ll want to access the 2017 Annual Reportof Molina Health Care. I did a quick search and found money and the quest to make more is much more important than We the People.
This type of group also will practice ‘social responsibility’. Molina is big on the ‘green and clean city’aspectof the SDGs. Improving education is also on Molina’s slate of ‘responsibility’.
One Last Thing, Warriors:
Remember that all this is connected to First Book in some way. It’s all pertaining to micro-managing our minds. To find a global mold, not our God-given free thinking. First Book is a non-profit. **Do you know how many American non-profits are governed by the UN’s Non Profit Guidelines? (These guidelines are really mandates, if you think about it.) **Do you know how much data from these non-profits is collected, divided up and passed on, hidden in some way, so that We the People, do not think our privacy has been taken? We should all look closely at, first, this resource, then, to the other non profits serving us. Lastly, I have no way of knowing for certain First Book participates in this type of activity, but given the ties, I wouldn’t be surprised. It’s all connected somehow. As far as your new year (2019), I wish you good health and wealth. Too bad our government, the CCSS Machine and the ‘Bigs’ don’t.
Warriors, you’re looking at a brand new initiative by UNICEF for students ages 10 years to 24 years old. I urge you to look at the blue box. Then, contrast with the words in red from NC’s vision for education. See the likenesses? (*Note: to access the full GU website, gohere.)
Then consider the ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) language that ALL education must be aligned to post-secondary readiness standards as laid out by WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act).
Below, is a comparison chart for the UN’s vision for education vs the vision for education in America. While these visions are old, they mesh very well with the GU’s current vision.
World leaders gathered in New York City in late September 2018 to launch this initiative which fits the Youth 2030 Strategy. If you listen to the wording for the initiative (embedded above) you’ll hear how all this change is meant to be risky and disruptive. GU (Generation Unlimited) will have lots of STEM and include rural schools, mental health, P3s (public private partnerships), data mining, and more.SEE it here.
Look below at one partner, Unilever, and how the GU was announced in the business world:
Warriors, did you notice the age range for the GU (Generation Unlimited)? Ten years old and up to 24 years of age. Why this age group? See the excerpt below,
“Without urgent investment in education and skills training, the rapidly growing global population of adolescents and young people – which will reach 2 billion by 2030 – will continue to be unprepared and unskilled for the future workforce. And with more than 200 million young people of lower- and upper-secondary school age currently missing out on school, instead of contributing to equitable progress, young people – especially the most disadvantaged – could face futures of compounding deprivation and discrimination.” (*Note: full pressrelease)
In other words, barely educate them for academics, train them to work to contribute to the economy and be their savior.
GU leaders includeUnilever, the GlobalPartnershipfor Education*, theWorld Bank, the Global BusinessCoalition for Education, MasterCard,IKEA Foundation, the Education Commission, OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), and a host of UN entities. (*Note: The GEP, Global Partnership for Education, is supported by the U.S. Congress via H Res. 466 and S Res. 286.)
So, What’s the 2030 Youth Strategy? Look below:

What are some for ‘real time’ plans for the Strategy? Cross cutting, system wide actions and interventions which support the United Nations. According to the document, these plans will hit 5 target areas with 5 effective tools.
1) Engagement, Participation and Advocacy (so we can all live in a peacefully sustainable and just world) Watch for total UN leadership in all member states (US is still one of these).
2) Informed and Healthy Foundations (quality education and healthcare for all) Watch for CBE (Competency Based Education) for life, mental health and sexual diversity.
3) Economic Empowerment through Decent Work (everyone has a good productive job) Watch for member states shifting to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) aka ‘Green’ jobs.
4) Youth and Human Rights (supports their civic and political interactions) Watch for UN enforced youth participation in voting, global citizenship, and, human rights education/activism.
5) Peace and Resilience Building (train for humanitarianism and inter-religious participation) Watch for safe spaces, and increased global, national, state, local partnerships to boost non violence.
The five tools: UN leadership; innovation (supposedly with knowledge); investments via partnerships; accountability (means data tracking); and, common resources.
As a member state of the United Nations, America must ‘own’ their portion of carrying out the Strategy via governance (legislation) and coordination (policy).
“The ownership of the UN Youth Strategy is equally shared by all members of the UN system at the global, regional and national levels. The Secretary-General’s Envoy on Youth will be thepublic faceof the UN Youth Strategy and will lead global advocacy efforts and its High-Level Steering Committee in support of its successful implementation. COORDINATION AND GOVERNANCE: The governance of the UN Youth Strategy will be rooted in existing global, regional and national mechanisms and reinforced by a High-Level Steering Committee.”
The High-Level Steering Committee will work with the UN’s SDG Group (Sustainable Development Goals) as well as Interagency Network on Youth Development (IANYD) members. IANYDs are at a global level, and a regional level. From there member states are broken up in Country Teams.
These Country Teams have 165 UN program participating countries, from around the world, grouped into 131 teams. These teams are to make sure all countriescomplywith the UN’s programs and initiatives.
In all there are193 member statesin the UN. Not all member states are Country Teams, at least not now.
From what I’ve been able to glean about the UN, any time a ‘high-level’ status is attached, it’s a big deal which will get lots of attention. For example, there’s a High-level Digital Committee (which will no doubt be working with the ‘innovation’ portion of the Youth Initiative. Melinda Gates (Gates Foundation) is the co-chair for theDigital Committee.
Why would we, as Americans need to know some of this? Look at the image below:
Any of the United Nations suggestions (recommendations) is decided upon by the Security Council. As you can see the United States is a member. Then, decisions are implemented via the specialized groups and ‘organs’.
So, the Generation Unlimited, is part of this system. In July 2018, in New York, the first news about GU wasannounced. Watch acliphere. The entire 2 hourkick-off can be seen here. This will include the youth speaking out in favor of this. Be sure to note the cheering they are trying to pump up with “2030”.
Warriors, let’s go back to the NC vision statement for education. As I pointed out before, it’s very similar to that of the UNICEF’s new program.
While I could not find any specific USA Generation Unlimited (GU) activity in the planning stages, this is something we need to look out for. It’s coming.
Look at your State’s education vision, especially since ESSA been made law. “Global” will be inserted in some way, maybe not by the exact word, but the idea of globalization.
The UN’s goal is not for Americans to be America-minded.
Warriors, one last observation. Did you notice how Generation Unlimited allows for global programs from groups associated with UNICEF?
Consider then, the U.S. Secretary of Education’s signature on theG20 Education Declarationfor global education. While the Declaration IS the G20’s, the agenda is backed by the UN. As such, UNICEF is factored in.
Question, petition, protest. Our leaders are NOT leading us out of the UN, but straight into it!
So, our choice is, do we let them lead us OR do we take our country back? These 10-24 year olds will be lost to us as true Americans if we do not act quickly.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, for today’s article, I’ve got odds and ends to share. Each ‘odd and end’ is somehow connected to the CCSS Machine.
Think of it as you are cleaning out your closet. You know you’ve had the items for awhile. You know you’ve meant to pay attention to them before now. I must confess, the last time I let items pile up in the closet was July 2018.

ProposedIRS changes will mean those education vouchers (or Education Savings Accounts) will mean more interference ANDCCSS Machine alignment by P3s (public private partnerships). How this ties to the current ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) mandates? More P3s in education; creating money trails which follow children and set up data raping files. If you missed how or why Education Savings Accounts are actually a toxic move, read my archived research.
The ‘starch in our underwear’ for this Odds/Ends is that the vouchers/education savings accounts are a trap. They promise ‘school choice’ which ESSA cannot deliver upon! Why? ESSA mandated that all education be the same in content: post-secondary readiness.
Also, think about it Warriors, if it is to be truly YOUR choice of where you money goes, why do you need (or want) the government’s strings? You do NOT need their permission to make a choice when it comes to your children. Warriors, you actually can weigh in on this. All public comments must be submitted to the federal government by October 11, 2018. The public hearing for the IRS changes will take place November 5, 2018. (*Note: even some groups which are part of the CCSS Machine are protesting these changes.)
Borderless Teaching Academy is a small on-line community geared for homeschoolers. Especially those in K-2nd grade. I saw a Facebook ad for them one day last week. While I had my suspicions, I knew looking a bit closer at the new ‘school’ would be in order.
Warriors, I’m sure you can spot the ‘stain’ of the CCSS Machine right away! Now what’s a bit disappointing for me, is the ad on Facebook simply said the ‘school’ was a community of homeschooling parents.
Sadly, as I looked around the website, I saw lesson plans for sale. In my mind, that’s not so much a community, as it is consumerism.
If you look at the founder for Borderless, you’ll see lots of traditional school class time and instruction.
When you click on the block where you see the CCSS logo, you’ll be taken to a page for Kindergarten lessons. Be sure to look, though. Read how this teacher wants you to teach Kindergarten.

EdReports.Org, this was another lead to look further into. According to the information in the advertisement, all you need to help improve K-12 education, is passion and access to ‘high quality instructional materials’. Your ‘job’? Content reviewers for ELA (English Language Arts). Sounds kind of loaded, doesn’t it?!
Warriors, according to their 2017 Organizational Report, they are a non-profit with free resources for schools, districts, and are designed for education by educators.
That said, the measuring for standards based education is STILL there. The CCSS Machine is still visible, too. How? In the EdReports.orgMission Statement you’ll ‘rigorous’ and ‘college career readiness standards’. You’ll also see the claim that the CCSS aligned resources aren’t easy to spot, so these experts can help point you to them.
Warriors, to be honest not a lot of changes to EdReport.org have happened since I first exposed them in 2015. Their tie to the CCSS Machine (besides what is already showing?): The Annenberg Foundation.
GSG Impact Summit 2018 was something I was sent on Twitter. The image was one which smacks of the CCSS Machine’s agenda not only for education, but globalism.
So, what ‘tipping point’?According to the description for this Summit, these global investors want force such changes in our world that by 2020, it’s all about to tip their way. Read their agenda here. So why should we as education Warriors, be concerned with this type of investment meeting? Social impact in today’s world meanssocial justice. Social justice is a UN ledactivityand is laced throughout every Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs). These Goals are embedded in American education. Impact investing involves P3s (public private partnerships). Impact investing brings bitcoins and blockchains(massive data raping systems).
Is education involved? You bet. Are there CCSS Machine member groups involved? Bingo! Among partners (some will be speaking) are the Ford Foundation, the Dell Foundation, USAID (a US government entity), the United Nations (UN’s)Social Impact Fund, and more. The entire list is here.
As far as other speakers who are HUGE in not only undermining education, but our nation? The Rockefeller Foundation, former Vice President Al Gore, Soros Economic Fund, The Brookings Institute, Harvard University, Merrill Lynch, MacArthur Foundation, and Prudential Finance. VIP Kid Warriors, this ‘too good to be true’ job is exactly that. Based in China, hiring Americans and based on the CCSS Machine education. If you look closely at the screen shot below, look at the perks: flexible hours/part-time and the big bucks you could make. According to the website, $14-22 per hour is possible. That’s tempting to many Americans. I’ve even had college students attempt to sign up, until they realized they’d be teaching CCSS English. No amount of money was worth that to them.

Purdue UniversityGlobal has recently begun advertising on the radio, on TV, and elsewhere. While I don’t have the script memorized it’s the standard ‘learn anywhere, anytime’ kind of hype. You’ll also hear something about faster degrees and lower costs.
Warriors, Purdue University is no stranger to the CCSS Machine. Back in May 2018, I showed you how the University was partnering with IN high schools to expressly pump up the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) portions of the UN’s global grasp on education. In 2016, I showed you Purdue’s work in creating technology which has become our student’s nannies.
So, knowing all this, it’s no surprise that Purdue is offering ‘global university’. But, what IS a ‘global university’? Well, first off, it’s accredited by the (HLC)Higher Learning Commission. Second, all the courses are on-line and there are 180 to choose from. (*Note: If you’ve been seeing or hearing a lot of Western Governor’s University ads, as I know in NC, they now have a ‘branch’, WGU is also tied to the HLC. The difference between Purdue and Western’s ads is Western only offers a few tracks for faster degrees. WGU was also featured in the embedded article above.)
While Purdue University Global tells you there are corporate partners in education (website), they are not stating which corporations are involved. You have to request that information. However, I did find that back in 2014, Purdue was recognized for University Industry Partnerships. Purdue is also globally known for STEM. Anti Fed Ed Warriors, if I’ve said it once, I’ve said it hundreds of times that STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) is a coined acronym in use to deceive us all.
Yes, I know, I’ve heard it before, “But, Lynne we’ve always had science and math. We’ve had engineering in the past and technology, too.”
HOWEVER, Warriors, the deception is that by creating an acronym with things we are familiar with, the agenda is easier to be implemented.
What do I mean? A few years ago, I wrote an article showing you how the NSF, National Science Foundation (a government funded agency of the USA), was tasked to come up with a marketing tool to ‘win’ the nation over with.
WHY? Evidence suggests their ties with the UN (United Nations). More to the point the UN’s damnable SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). STEM was (and is) the vehicle to change the course of education. At least according to the UN SDG Toolkit (created here in America). (*Note: you can access and read the Toolkit for yourselves. Look for the link under the Paragraph “From 2002”. The sentence beginning with “Tool Kit” is where you’ll find the document.)
THEN, once the acronym was selected, the President (Obama) had to be influenced. I also revealed HOW he was influenced (a PCAST Report). (*Note: when you go back and read the embedded links, you’ll notice that the Presidential influence began well before President Obama, especially in regards to the NSF.)
So, what WAS the agenda and does it still survive under our current President?
Agenda: STEM ushered in about the same time as Common Core, so no one would notice. Use STEM to create a STEM people with a STEM education for STEM jobs and a STEM economy. In other words more mastery based education, or as it’s been sold to us, competency based education (CBE). Why CBE? Skilled workers. Skilled in STEM, that is.
Is the Agenda surviving? Absolutely! In fact, President Trump is a huge supporter of STEM because it means jobs. As we know, jobs means economy.
However, Warriors, the STEM economy is NOT for America, it’s for the global good and their economy.
U.S. Sec. DeVos has done an ‘outstanding’ job of promoting STEM, too. Since STEM is global and she has seen it as her duty to sell our nation out to global mastery based education, you can be assured STEM will be popping up in current proposed DC legislation.
STEM In Legislation for 2018 And Beyond:
Warriors, right now, we are nearing the end of Fiscal 2018. On October 1, 2018, our government begins FY 2019.Currently, STEM is woven into several of the FY 2019 Budget Bills. I shared with you, back in August, several of the ways in which, not only STEM would live on, but the top-down educratic control.
The biggest ways STEM will survive, as well as the educratic control are apprenticeships, CTE (Career Tech Education), College/Career Readiness, and P3s (public private partnerships).
STEM’s P3 Legislation:
Warriors, if you’ve not seen what a STEM P3 would look like, consider NASA.
More recently, there’s been concocted a lesser known legislative bill.
It’sHR 5119, simply titled The P3 Act. This Act was introduced back in February 2018 and hasn’t seen much action (if any) since then. However, what the Bill contains cannot be acted upon until there’s the money to bring its agenda to fruition!
So what does the P3 Act stand for, Warriors? After all, every DC Bill has some sort of acronym to it. “P3” in this instance stands for ‘‘Partnerships for Progress and Prosperity Act’’. It’s a fancy way to ‘dress up’ the regular P3 meaning (public private partnership). The Bill has one sponsor and 5 co-sponsors and is currently in the U.S. House of Representative’s Education and Workforce Committee. Rep. Bill Foster from IL is the sponsor. If you look at Foster’s campaign donations the U.S. Dept. of Energy contributed the most money. If you look at the committees Foster serves the nation in, Energy in among them. (*Note: in 2017, in Foster’s district, Joliet Junior College received a NSF Grant for STEM.)
Here’s how the P3s will play into STEM and ‘education’:
1) Requires the U.S. Dept. of Ed to award grants to LEAs (Local Education Agencies) for STEM, exclusively.
2) The grants MUST be used in the following ways:
a) to improve education in K-12 and higher education institutions
b) every awardee is required to partner with a STEM business or employer
c) internships and apprenticeships are mandated to be included
d) development of STEM curricula and metrics
e) dual credit courses are mandated
f) tutoring/mentoring in STEM, especially for underrepresented student groups
g) STEM activities and events outside the schools and in the communities are mandated for teachers and students
h) after-school STEM and summer STEM programs
i) purchase of STEM resources for STEM instruction
The U.S. Dept of Education (in these STEM grants) will pay special attention to any LEA who promotes STEM for students/teachers; uses tech based content; pairs mentors/tutors with students struggling to meet STEM benchmarks; and/or targets low-cost or free lunch eligible students.
One last mandate from the P3 Act for STEM: all grant award ‘winners’MUST match 50 % of their award. The fifty percent must be non-federal funds and can be in cash or ‘in kind’ (which means any type of support in exchange for work or other services like free food or free housing. (*Note: cash received in this manner is non-taxable. In kind can be claimed as a tax write off by the giver, but not the receiver unless otherwise advised.)
Warriors, when you read this 8 page Bill (HR 5119), you’ll see the familiar educratic buzzwords/phrases like ‘rigorous’, ‘evidence based’, ‘engagement’ (especially in the classroom), and my personal ‘favorite’: “high quality research”. Now the irony of this entire Bill is that is based of RECOMMENDATIONS, not objective facts.
The Bill also cites the PISA (Program for International Student Assessment), which is geared for not only CCR (College/Career Readiness) aka: Common Core, but the OECD’s (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) workforce based global system of CBE (Competency Based Education).
OECD is where the horrible label of ‘human capital’ comes from.
STEM In The U.S. State Department:
ICYMI: How the State Dept. has become a STEM disciple for targeting women. You’ll see UNESCO involved as well. Included will be both NASA and NSF, too.
STEM In Other U.S. Agencies/Departments:
ICYMI: NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and others are STEMdisciples, too. (*Note: The State Dept. and all the agencies mentioned were/are CCSS Machine member groups, too.)
Warriors, if ever there’s a time to be bucking the system it’s now. Those chilling words (at least to me) about the STEM people for a STEM nation are playing out right under our noses. Are we so stuffed with compliance and apathy, we don’t smell the stench of agenda? The agenda TAKES our freedom! The agenda erodes our education!

IF you’ve wondered what I’ve been up to since my last mega article, I’ve been pouring over 20 federal budget bills to see where the CCSS Machine’s agenda is hidden. It’s absolutely awful, my friends.
What we need to remember is that FY (Fiscal Year) 2019 is just around the corner, so Congress will be focusing on how much money will be needed.
We cannot simply look at the one or two most obvious federal agencies and their budgets, we MUST take note that there are MANY federal agencies conducting federal education overreach.
They are: U.S. Dept. of Education, U.S. Dept. of Labor, U.S. Dept. of Health/Human Services, U.S. Dept. of Defense, U.S. Dept. of the Interior, U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, U.S. Dept. of Transportation, U.S. Dept. of the State, U.S. Dept. of Justice, the Office of Veteran Affairs, the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), the Office of Budget and Management, U.S. Dept. of Commerce, U.S. Dept. of Energy, the Social Security Administration, and the U.S. Dept. of HUD (Housing and Urban Development).

To put it bluntly, the government is moving us along…down a path none of us truly asked for. To be even more blunt, it isn’t simply one political party wreaking havoc, it is ALL political parties!
The biggest ‘tidbit’ I’ll leave you with is this: the price tag of the CCSS Machine’s agenda via Congress is not only our ‘public responsibility’ but, an ‘investment opportunity’ for P3s (public private partnerships).
FY 2019’s ‘public debt responsibility’ is set by Congress at $16.6 trillion dollars.
As it stands right now, the FY 2019 figures for education/job training/employment/social services:
$90 billion dollars
Congress’s self imposed deadline for all reports and figures to be completed by: September 14, 2018. If we’re going to impress upon our elected officials we are opposed to the continued taxpayer misuse, we haven’t much time at all.
Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we know for a fact, or by several facts, that the ‘hook/crook’ system has been well implemented in American education. Chiefly responsible is the CCSS Machine (in more modern history).
What do I mean by the “CCSS Machine”? The “Common Core State Standards Machine”. What groups or people make up this ‘Machine’? Anyone and every group who/which has undermined our U.S. Constitution to strap us with federal education laws? (Congress and their corporate backers, State governors, State laws, local entities are a few examples) The complete list is long and is well documented.
My focus for this article will be on Congress AND businesses, though. These, in my researched opinion, are the biggest crooks using the meanest hooks.
The political cartoon from long ago, best illustrates how education has been manhandled by Congress and its corporate cronies.
Warriors, I don’t know about you, but I get emails every time the U.S. House’s Ed/Workforce Committee has news. There has been an abundance of hearings lately.
Each is a dog and pony show with the head of Ed/Workforce (Rep. Virginia Foxx) leading the agenda. What might her agenda be? It’s the same as every other U.S. Representative, that CTE (Career Tech Education) is our ‘silver bullet’ for America.
So, what Hearing am I referring to? It was the House’s June 13th hearing. The Ed/Workforce Committee’s Press Release was selling ‘the power of charter schools’.
So how does CTE connect to charter schools? According to the Hearing’s archive, Rep. Foxx’s final questions focus on charters and CTE. You can find this near the 2:36:07 time mark. She pointedly asked Nina Rees (President and CEO, National Alliance for Public Charter Schools) about the potential of charters to expand CTE. Rees responded with this, ‘Roughly 400 charters label themselves as either CTE or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and, Math) field schools.’ If you look up ‘CTE’ on the Alliance’s website, there are 22 listings for CTE teachers. From special needs students to all CTE concentrations, Career Tech Ed is used for student’s career tracked pathways and lifelong learning.
What’s interesting, Warriors, is that the CCSS Machine member organizations funding this Alliance include the U.S. Dept. of Education’s Charter School Resource Center. Other funders include the Gates Foundation, The Eli Broad Foundation, the Walton Family Foundation, The Kellogg Foundation, and many others. (source)
By having a group tied to the U.S. Dept. of Education speaking as a witness at a hearing for the U.S. House’s Ed/Workforce Committee is totally subjective, thus, whatever ‘testimony’ is given will naturally support Congress’s moves.
Frankly, as I listened and watched this almost 3 hour hearing, I was offended by the smugness of Foxx, the superiority of some of the other Congress members making statements and asking questions. You could easily hear digs at certain parties, disrespect toward others, and false vibrato towards the one citizen presented as a witness.
You could hear the coached words spilling from not only Foxx’s mouth, but others like Rep. Davis of California, Rep. Polis from Colorado, and Rep. Thompson from Pennsylvania. Other Representatives appeared to have valid questions, but used most of their question time to espouse their opinions.
Davis said that America (‘we’) need CTE. “We” also need to partner with communities. ‘We want CTE’. ‘We want many opportunities for students, we’re primed to do that to a scale which will create careers.’
Warriors, this is the way in which businesses and corporations are infiltrating the classrooms across America. If they aren’t in the K-12 classrooms, they are in the early college classrooms, the apprenticeships, the dual enrollment, the one-stop-job-centers, etc. Grooming workers tied to 16 different career tracks is the sole goal. THERE IS NO OTHER. Those who don’t fit into these tracks will find themselves on a different kind of career track: management

Foxx And House:
Not to miss a moment to brag on the PROSPER Act, the Ed/Workforce Committee sent this email out:
The PROSPER Act is a land mine of CTE, STEM, and anything else connecting education to the workforce development. In my recent article, I exposed how as well as Foxx’s misleading the nation on the number of jobs available or not. PROSPER is geared for those in higher education BUT depends on K-12 education to be locked in the alignment for cradle to career ‘education’. Both CTE and PROSPER will encompass ALL school choices! Just like ESSA! To see other Congressional bills seeking to align all school choices to the skill based mantra in education, my article from Nov. 2017 will help you out.
Warriors, when you see it like this, then the words of Foxx and Davis make even more sense. Not good sense, mind you, but it should show you the underlying need for Congress to by hook or crook, deceive our nation.
(*Note, Foxx and Davis are only 2 of the members at that hearing which were touting charters schools. However, it was this pair which chose to focus on CTE.)
Warriors, make no mistake, the U.S. Congress, as a CCSS Machine member, is doing EVERYTHING possible by hook or by crook to mandate education into workforce development. If it’s not CTE, it’s CBE (competency based education).

Seen below, this one lays out how CBE (aka CTE, STEM, College and Career Readiness) fits to the UN’s Global agenda. We can find each of the 7 steps in WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act), the current HEA (Higher Education Act), and ESSA. HEA is the only federal education law left to be 100% aligned to all this.
Currently, the PROSPER Act is the ‘answer’ the House has for HEA. The U.S. Senate? Their ‘answer’ is theHigher Education Innovation Act.
